Is salt bad for hypertensive?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is bad for hypertension is iodized salt, which is a fake salt. It is&lt;br /&gt;made up of only 3 synthetic chemicals, sodium, chloride, iodine. It does not&lt;br /&gt;melt in water (glistens like diamonds), does NOT melt in the body, does not&lt;br /&gt;melt in the kidneys, gives kidney stones, and raises blood pressure.&lt;br /&gt;However, it is the salt favored by the synthetic drug-based doctors who say&lt;br /&gt;it is very clean and sanitary, pointing to how white it is and how it&lt;br /&gt;glistens like diamonds. The fake salt is man-made in a factory.&lt;br /&gt;The true salt, which comes from the sea and dried under the sun and commonly&lt;br /&gt;called rock salt , has 72 natural minerals including natural sodium,&lt;br /&gt;chloride, iodine. It melts in water, melts in your body, melts in the&lt;br /&gt;kidneys, do not give kidney stones, and best of all brings down blood&lt;br /&gt;pressure and stops/prevents muscle cramps, numbness, tingling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*If you get muscle cramps in the lower legs at night, just take 1/2 teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;of rock salt and a glass of water, and the cramps with its horrific pain&lt;br /&gt;will be gone in 5 minutes. *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The highest BP that came my way was in a woman who had a BP of 240/140 and&lt;br /&gt;came to my house at 10:30 pm on what she said was a matter of "life and&lt;br /&gt;death" because the high BP was already giving her a crushing headache,&lt;br /&gt;especially the back of her head. She could not walk up the 6 shallow steps&lt;br /&gt;to my porch. Two men had to help her, one on each side, in addition to the&lt;br /&gt;cane that she needed to prop herself up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I muscle tested her and found that underlying her BP of 240/140 and the&lt;br /&gt;crushing pain in the head, her body's water content was only 6% (normal is&lt;br /&gt;75%), salt content was zero, potassium was 96% deficient, and cardiac output&lt;br /&gt;(blood flow from the heart) was only 40% (normal is 100%). So the blood&lt;br /&gt;supply to the head was 60% deficient.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I gave her one 6" long green sili (hot pepper), 1 raw ripe saba banana, 1/2&lt;br /&gt;teaspoon of rock salt and 3 8-oz glasses of tap water. The sili was to&lt;br /&gt;normalize cardiac output and shoot blood to the head, the saba banana was&lt;br /&gt;for the potassium deficiency and to have food in the stomach because pepper&lt;br /&gt;will give a stomach ache if the stomach is empty, and the rock salt and the&lt;br /&gt;water were the first aid for her severe dehydration which was causing her&lt;br /&gt;arteries to be dry and stiff and her blood to be thick and sticky, because&lt;br /&gt;they were dehydrated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After 5 minutes, she said, "The pain in my head is gone." We took her BP,&lt;br /&gt;it was 115/75, and cardiac output was up to 100%.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She walked out of the house to her car without the men helping her and&lt;br /&gt;without the cane.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;She has been taking 2.5 teaspoons of rock salt, 15 glasses of water, 6 Saba&lt;br /&gt;bananas and 3 of the long pepper daily since then (beginning September&lt;br /&gt;2009), and her BP and cardiac output have been normal since then.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Two months later, in November, at a PCAM round table forum on hypertension&lt;br /&gt;in Club Filipino, she gave her testimony, followed by her brother who said&lt;br /&gt;that she grew 2", because the salt and the water had refilled her compressed&lt;br /&gt;disc spaces in her vertebral column. The disc spaces had become compressed&lt;br /&gt;because they had become dehydrated since the fluid filling up these discs&lt;br /&gt;are 95% water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why salt? Because without salt the body cannot retain water no matter how&lt;br /&gt;much water is drunk. You will still be dehydrated because you will just keep&lt;br /&gt;urinating and sweating the water out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is not an isolated case. When BP is rising high but there is little or&lt;br /&gt;no headache but there is stiffness of shoulder and neck muscles, all you&lt;br /&gt;need to normalize the BP and remove the stiffness and the pain in 5 minutes&lt;br /&gt;is 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 glasses of water. There are literally hundreds of great reasons to switch to a plant-based diet; here are 22 of the best:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 You'll live a lot longer.&lt;br /&gt;Vegetarians live about seven years longer, and vegans (who eat no animal products) about 15 years longer than meat eaters, according to a study from Loma Linda University. These findings are backed up by the China Health Project (the largest population study on diet and health to date), which found that Chinese people who eat the least amount of fat and animal products have the lowest risks of cancer, heart attack and other chronic degenerative diseases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 You'll save your heart. Cardiovascular disease is still the&lt;br /&gt;Number one killer in the United States, and the standard American diet (SAD) that's laden with saturated fat and cholesterol from meat and dairy is largely to blame. Plus, produce contains no saturated fat or cholesterol. When people begin formal detoxification programs, their first step is to replace meats and dairy products with fruits and vegetables and juices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 You'll make a strong political statement.&lt;br /&gt;It's a wonderful thing to be able to finish a delicious meal, knowing that no beings have suffered to make it..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9 Your meals will taste delicious.&lt;br /&gt;Vegetables are endlessly interesting to cook and a joy to eat. It's an ever-changing parade of flavours and colors and textures and tastes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 You'll help reduce waste and air pollution.&lt;br /&gt;Livestock farms creates phenomenal amounts of waste. The tons of manure, a substance that's rated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a top pollutants. And that's not even counting the methane gas released by goats, pigs and poultry (which contributes to the greenhouse effect); the ammonia gases from urine; poison gases that emanate from manure lagoons; toxic chemicals from pesticides; and exhaust from farm equipment used to raise feed for animals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11 Your bones will last longer.&lt;br /&gt;The average bone loss for a vegetarian woman at age 65 is 18 percent; for non-vegetarian women, it's double that. Researchers attribute this to the consumption of excess protein. Excess protein interferes with the absorption and retention of calcium and actually prompts the body to excrete calcium, laying the ground for the brittle bone disease osteoporosis. Animal proteins, including milk, make the blood acidic, and to balance that condition, the body pulls calcium from bones. So rather than rely on milk for calcium, vegetarians turn to dark green leafy vegetables, such as broccoli and legumes, which, calorie for calorie, are superior sources.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;12 You'll help reduce famine.&lt;br /&gt;It takes 15 pounds of feed to get one pound of meat. But if the grain were given directly to people, there'd be enough food to feed the entire planet. In addition, using land for animal agriculture is inefficient in terms of maximizing food production. According to the journal Soil and Water, one acre of land could produce 50,000 pounds of tomatoes, 40,000 pounds of potatoes, 30,000 pounds of carrots or just 250 pounds of beef.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;13 You'll avoid toxic chemicals.&lt;br /&gt;The EPA estimates that nearly 95 per cent of pesticide residue in our diet comes from meat, fish and dairy products. Fish, in particular, contain carcinogens (PCBs, DDT) and heavy metals (mercury, arsenic; lead, cadmium) that cannot be removed through cooking or freezing. Meat and dairy products are also laced with steroids and hormones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;14 You'll protect yourself from foodborne illnesses.&lt;br /&gt;According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest in the US, which has stringent food standards, 25 per cent of all chicken sold in the United States carries salmonella bacteria and, the CDC estimates, 70 percent to 90 percent of chickens contain the bacteria campy-lobacter (some strains of which are antibiotic-resistan t), approximately 5 percent of cows carry the lethal strain of E. coli O157:H7 (which causes virulent diseases and death), and 30 percent of pigs slaughtered each year for food are infected with toxoplasmosis (caused by parasites).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 You may get rid of your back problems.&lt;br /&gt;Back pain appears to begin, not in the back, but in the arteries. The degeneration of discs, for instance, which leads to nerves being pinched, starts with the arteries leading to the back. Eating a plant-based diet keeps these arteries clear of cholesterol- causing blockages to help maintain a healthy back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;16 You'll be more 'regular.'&lt;br /&gt;Eating a lot of vegetables necessarily means consuming fiber, which pushes waste out of the body. Meat contains no fibre. Studies done at Harvard and Brigham Women's Hospital found that people who ate a high-fiber diet had a 42 percent lower risk of diverticulitis. People who eat lower on the food chain also tend to have fewer incidences of constipation, hemorrhoids and spastic colon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;17 You'll cool those hot flashes.&lt;br /&gt;Plants, grains and legumes contain phytoestrogens that are believed to balance fluctuating hormones, so vegetarian women tend to go through menopause with fewer complaints of sleep problems, hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, weight gain, depression and a diminished sex drive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;18 You'll help to bring down the national debt.&lt;br /&gt;We spend large amounts annually to treat the heart disease, cancer, obesity, and food poisoning that are byproducts of a diet heavy on animal products.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;19 You'll preserve our fish population.&lt;br /&gt;Because of our voracious appetite for fish, 39 per cent of the oceans' fish species are overharvested, and the Food &amp;amp; Agriculture Organization reports that 11 of 15 of the world's major fishing grounds have become depleted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 You'll help protect the purity of water.&lt;br /&gt;It takes 2,500 gallons of water to produce one pound of mutton, but just 25 gallons of water to produce a pound of wheat. We all must be using liquid or the old blue tablet type of mosquito repellents sold under various names. Despite their use, it is common to see mosquitoes hovering around with the best of repellents in action. Secondly, we cannot use these mosquito repellents whole day – be they be of any brand. Thirdly, many people land up with allergies due to them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the past, man would light diyas and burn camphor on a regular basis as a part of daily puja. These helped to purify the air and keep harmful bacteria, viruses and mosquitoes away! We can definitely have a better and healthy environment with the use of camphor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Camphor or Kapur is a waxy, white or transparent substance extracted from the wood of the Camphor Laurel tree found in Asia . Camphor has many known medicinal uses-&lt;br /&gt;It relieves nasal congestion and cough when rubbed on the chest as an oil. Camphor is used as an ingredient in throat lozenges and cough syrups and in Vicks. Camphor is also used in some anti-itch ointments, creams and cooling gels because it is can be absorbed through skin and is effective at treating pain locally. It has an analgesic effect which makes it a favorite oil to be used in pain relieving massage blends for sore muscles and arthritic pain. Camphor is known to improve the quality of air making it a better for our lungs and heart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many people are not aware of the Mosquito repellent power of Camphor - a simple solution without side effects and very cost effective. CAMPHOR IS A NATURAL MOSQUITO REPELLENT With effect round the clock! You do not need to burn it for that. There are three easier ways to do it - &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Put 2 tablets of commercially available camphor on any warm surface- the device shown in the picture serves the purpose well. Plug it for an hour and see the results! You can do it twice a day- morning and in the night as well!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;2. Place 2 tablets of camphor on different corners of the room or at places where mosquitoes seem to love to stay! Leave them there and they will evaporate in a day or so keeping the air purer and mosquito free.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Take a wide opened cup or plate with water. Drop 2 tablets of Camphor into the water. Keep the cup with water and camphor in your sleeping room. The quantity of water and camphor may differ from room size. Water evaporate at normal temperature. Camphor slowly started dissolving in water. The water evaporates with Camphor smell. Adding little bit hot water gives instant action. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;You will be amazed at the results! Khas Khas is also known as poppy seed which can be sprouted to grow narcotics (afeem etc.). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This innocent person did not know that recently the laws in UAE and other Gulf countries have been revised and carrying Khas Khas is punishable with minimum 20 years of imprisonment or even worse with death penalty . Currently, the person is in a jail in Dubai for the last two weeks. His friends are frantically trying hard for his release but are finding that this has become a very very serious case. Lawyers are asking huge fees amounting to AED 100,000 even to appear in the court to plead for his innocence. Let me draw you towards a few numbers and the processing associated with this warak.&lt;br /&gt;Karnataka state alone consumes in one year 275 tons of silver warak and one of the raw materials used for the processing of warak is the intestinal lining of calves (calf less than two months old). To manufacture 275 tons of warak they kill about five lack sixteen thousand calves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 1947 in our country few hundred cow slaughter houses were present but today after 62 years of independence in the country where we worship cows as Kamadhenu, there exists more than 36,000 registered slaughter houses and may be another 30,000 un registered ones. Among these, few are high yielding ones with mostly mechanized equipments. One such slaughter house is in Devnaar town of Maharashtra and is called Al-Kabeer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The slaughtering in Al-Kabeer happens in six stages&lt;br /&gt;Cows are brought from all over the country in trucks packed fully.&lt;br /&gt;Cows are packed in a field thousands at a time under hot sun, rain…etc. They are not given any water or food for three days so that they become week and will not resist during further process&lt;br /&gt;They are now taken to the conveyors where an overhead chain is attached to one hind leg. At this point boiling water is poured over these cows to start processing of the hide. Cows are still very much alive.&lt;br /&gt;Once they are fully soaked with boiling water and the top layer of the skin is soft enough the chain is pulled so that the cow is now hanging on its hind leg and is suffering from burns all over its body. With a knife the throat is slit partially so that the cow starts bleeding profusely (this will make the meat halal)&lt;br /&gt;The cow is still living and now they make a hole in the stomach through which air is pumped in and the cow is completely bloated now like a balloon. At this stage they start de-skinning the animal. This will soften the noodles, but to prevent it from sticking we need to add a tbsp of oil, also the noodles are deep fried partially to make it crunchy and then dust it with flour to prevent it from sticking while boiling. Hence when you buy the noodles they are already made unhealthy and this is the type we use to make stir fry noodles, and the regular maggi too is made the same way plus they add MSG/ ajinomoto and other chemical preservatives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A large number of patient with the ages ranging from 18-24 years are ending up with pancreatitis either as a swelling or infection of the pancreas due to regular consumption of instant noodles....
