Today I am going to show you how to
easily create an &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;animated
banner&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; for your website, blog, campaign, programme etc.&lt;/div&gt;

is dead &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;or no longer effective. But that is a fallacy in
the highest order.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Banners
can be image/text graphically representing a more larger content of
interest used to draw attention of interested users.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Banners can be static or animated. For

will show you how to easily create an animated and &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;click-able
banner.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Click-able in the sense that, when clicked, it can
direct readers to the main content.&lt;/div&gt;

After this tutorial, you won't bother
about how to create a banner for your website or blog nor will you
have to &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;budget&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
money to give to someone who can.&lt;/div&gt;

Adobe Photoshop&lt;/div&gt;

knowledge of &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Adobe

image with text, then I'll animate the text.&lt;/div&gt;

With this you should be able to design
any animated &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;banner with
links&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; within.&lt;/div&gt;

Step 1&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
Open the Adobe Photoshop (am using an
old one)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
GOTO file and click on the new.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
Something like the image below will
show up.. this is where you will determine the width and height of
the banner. (that is, if you are starting from the scratch)  Am going
to use 200 width and 400 height.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;

you wish to animate different words on the image then you have to
write them separately. By first selecting the&lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;
text tool t&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;o write. After writing, select the &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;path
selection tool&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; just opposite to tell the computer you are
done writing. Then the computer will treat it as a &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;stand
alone word&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. To write another word or sentence, follow the
same process of selecting the text tool after you are done writing,
select the path selection tool.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;You
can move the words so that you can align it. By first selecting &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;the
layer that contain the word,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; then select the &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;move
tool&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; to move the words.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

to animate, you have to switch to &lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;image-ready.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

will start with the second frame. Click on the eye-like icon to make
the &lt;b&gt;PASSION&lt;/b&gt; invisible on this frame.( the eye-like icon is
beside the layer that contain the text “&lt;b&gt;PASSION”)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

skip the third frame because it contains what we have just made
invisible on the second frame.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

 can do these by first selecting the content you need to edit on the
 layout menu beneath the action menu if not, you won't be able to
 edit. If you're editing the spine, select it on the layout, go back
 to select paint bucket tool on the toolbar, select the color you
 want, go back to the spine and then fill.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/dd&gt;&lt;dd&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/dd&gt;&lt;dd&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 13pt;"&gt;Step

 for your background image that you have created initially, drag and
 drop it on the template. Use control+t to align the image to fit and

I’m writing this because i have been
victim &lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;fake recruiters&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; and there many
others like me still falling into their crazy trap.&lt;/div&gt;

Some group of individuals have come
together to exhort money from &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;desperate graduate&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
all in the name of providing a job and they are everywhere. The
problem that baffles me is how they manage to get our emails and
contacts. Some of this sites we subscribe to are not really that safe
in keeping to their promise as to not giving out our email and
contact.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
These fake recruiters go as far as
publishing &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;job vacancies&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; that never really
did exist. They call you for aptitude/interview and at the end of the
process; you will have to pay for something. &lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Real
recruiters will not ask to pay for anything.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

ways to identify fake recruiters&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;When you see a text message with HR having a number after it
 e.g HR033, ignore them. It simple means...... that person who sent
 the text will receive a reward if the candidate he/she brings, dance
 to their tune.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
Some of them will send you a
 &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;message without contact.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
For some that comes with contact,
 this is what you should do, you call them and ask them the kind of
 job you are coming to do aptitude/interview for. &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Be
 sensitive to their respond&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. It makes no sense living your
 house without having any idea of the kind of job they have contacted
 you.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
Ask them what you should bring
 along. You might even ask if you’re going to &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;purchase
 anything&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; so that you can come be fully prepared.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recruiters should have notable address and not just some
 block or room.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Date of interview&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
 also matter. You receive a job interview around 10pm and they tell
 you to come for interview/aptitude test the next day by 8am. This
 simple shows that they are not organized.

The way they compose the message
 should also be considered. HR should maintain high level of
 &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;professionalism&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Browse the internet for info about them. Don’t be deceived
 some of these recruiters are so cooperate.&lt;br /&gt;

Any vacancy you see with different
 contact and address, &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;simple ignore the vacancy.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="line-height: 115%;"&gt;
Lastly, there are so many sites
 with fake recruitment vacancy. Be careful how and where you &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;submit
 your Resume&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

One of the most neglected parts of a resume is “Hobbies” it is usually located before the reference. Experience and observation have shown that graduates don’t understand what a hobby is or that they don’t know how to apply it in their resume or curriculum vitae.&lt;br /&gt;

1. Your hobby above other things, tell your recruiter more about your social life.&lt;br /&gt;
2. What you do when you’re not working&lt;br /&gt;
3. How you manage your time&lt;br /&gt;
4. How you use your skills and ability in an informal settings&lt;br /&gt;
5. Your availability for team work.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With this 5 point, you can see a gap in your resume when you neglect the place of hobby.&lt;br /&gt;
No recruiters would want to employ a robot as employee. Hobby gives your recruiter a clearer picture of you. One of the benefit of hobby in a resume is that is can create an atmosphere for discussion with your recruiters during the job interview.&lt;br /&gt;
Now that you know the important of hobby, you should be careful not to lie or list all the hobbies you can think of. Three to four is enough. You might want to ask why.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you list all the hobbies you can think about, then your recruiter might be force to think that you might never have time to do any formal work outside the work environment.&lt;br /&gt;
So what are you waiting for, start editing your resume if you have one already.&lt;br /&gt;
And remember, except you are writing a general resume (fresh graduate), try to tailor your hobby to match your job specification and not just that, make sure there is a linking or connection with your skills and ability or other section in the resume.&lt;br /&gt;
Example&lt;br /&gt;
If you write internet research as one of your skills then there should be reading or writing in your hobby... there is a link between internet research and writing/reading. This is just a sample. There can be other things which can link each other in a resume apart from the example above and below.&lt;br /&gt;
Creative thinking can link chess/Sudoku/scrabble game&lt;br /&gt;

It is not a limitation but an invitation to sell yourself to the prospective employer.&lt;br /&gt;Another way fresh graduate limit themselves is when they see a job opening advert with the requirement of 3-5 year experience. Since they are still fresh from the university, the job is not meant for them. Like i said earlier, it is an invitation and not a limitation. It all depends on packaging.&lt;br /&gt;I remember when i was still serving (NYSC), i sent my resume to different organisations through a job website and i have no experience that was required from them. The next day, i got a message from one of them to come for job interview&lt;br /&gt;Two days after i got the first job interview message, another job interview was sent to me. In one week, i got five job interviews. In did not move out of my room to look for job. All i did was to make use of information resources in the World Wide Web. And did you know i did not go for any of the interviews?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Well i was not chanced neither in a rush.&lt;br /&gt;But how did i manage to get such job interviews so fast without any experience?&lt;br /&gt;It was all simply packaging embedded in my resume.&lt;br /&gt;To get that dream job of yours, you must know how to write a resume. Not the copy and paste type of resume. I have seen many graduates using the same old format to write a resume. If you don’t know the old format, then wait for my next article on “how a fresh graduate should to write a resume” even on the web i seen have articles that teaches how to write a resume but they don't teach this things on the individual perspective. That is, the content of a resume should be in uniformity with the qualities of the writer/owner...&lt;br /&gt;I know this article will be incomplete without the next article but if you know how to write a fresh graduate/entry level resume already, then sit down and repackage your resume. Look at your propspective organisation's goal, value and objectives, what do they produce or what kind of service do they render. What category of people do the employ, what is their history, why are they seeking for a new work force in this section/department etc. This are some of the questions that if answered can help you formulate an attractive resume.
