yknow you open up a arch. magazine and all you see are lumps and lumps of mashups of the works done in other issues. and i say this knowing that luxury's bounded by the most obtainable expensive unit, like a floor tile, rather than other antiquities, for instance, an unfinished brickwall that frames that chandelier. you would realize that more and often, in a designer made perspectives shots, the best thing you could come up with are low E glass and wall mounted plasma tvs. ceilings have nothing on but profile cuts of plaster boards with recessed ceiling lights. it's as if that high ass ceiling had anything to do with the queen sized, double drapped bed in the first place. if ever so, it's more disappointing to see how L-shaped sofa sets are designed subconsciously to accentuate the angles of that square room. is there no reference to personal taste of the client? or has all this language of our nation's 'luxury' backfired, revealing how selfless we really are.

Let's face it, and say it together ... facebook ruined my life. there, wasn't that easy? according to common sense (TM), everyone spends half their lives on fb. and this is the half that is supposed to be spent on healthy leisure activities like jogging, swimming, counting sheep ... uh. i-raq and everywhere like such as (quote).

the greatest part of fb has got to be the photos. heck yea. obviously everyone spends time and effort checking up on friends they secretly crush on. friends they secretly hate on. friends they openly envy but love. see there... half day gone just to click past that album

im glad fb keeps me up to date with the ins and outs of society. but i find the acceptance procedure very entertaining. so i spend 20 minutes switching from 'attending' to 'not attending' and vice versa. my goal is that if i do it fast enough, my name appears in both lists. the admin gets pissed and PMs(personal message) me. wow, finally a PM!

Social-networking

i believe in the power of social-networking and i do think that fb is a great tool that offers that. twitter too. essentially my fb homepage is my business card. but unlike that small piece of paper that does not save trees, my fb homepage needs to be personally updated frequently. my time is for my business card

Finally, fb makes me look less like a douche

i am a mainstream tech buff. i just spent 5 figures on a paper thin Mac and more figures on smartphone that takes some kickass camwhore pictures. but the fact is, i know nothing that can optimize the full power of these gadgets. so thanks to fb, i can bring my junk to Old Town, sit myself in the wireless hotzone and surf facebook. that way, i don't look so ridiculous.

we worked a staggering 6hours to get a pretty full-on exhibition done at the BOS hall. and while we're secretly proud of all the effort, it saddens us that it ends tomorrow! i recommend all interested to see it

The base of my model is well on its way. just uh i don't know, 12 hours worth of work more to go? man, this is gay ... i have a filled up bottle full of clear glue rather than art glue. it's like giving anyone else a pair of scissors for their birthday, the heck am i supposed to do with these?

so as i hoped to intentionally fill my time with a couple more hours of self indicted educational hours on the internet, i came across some Shanghai Expo Pavilions, way on their way to be fully completed. and of course, i saw not a little but the entirety of the malaysian pavilion. how did that pass to be built! what the.

maannn, did some wiseass just switch off the WABC? (world air-conditioning for bearable climate). i'm running out of words to cuss off all this heat! Al Gore needs to make another movie.

i've been working day and night to finish off my drawings for the final. it approaches in 2 weeks. so close yet so far, and thinking about it doesn't help smack. and like every other semester, arch students flood social networking sites like never before. with an average refresh rate of 6x/minute, seriously facebook feels us proud.

speaking of school, i have a gut feeling i would be asked to assemble a team for a particular event in june. so smarty students...watch out coz i'm coming after you. awooh!

Now without Aol Radio i find myself ever more so hungry for new stuff to listen to ON THE GO. it's just like before, when i just didn't have the time to download stuff onto i-tunes. only now it's a little different- i don't know where else to look! talk about being hungry at one point and have no idea where the heck to eat.

but not all was left hanging, i finally found out about Last.fm. i like how intelligent it is- it lines up similar songs based on the artist (no, not genre) that you favour. but my free trial's coming to an end. damn.

if anyone knows any other online radio stations that are seriously just as good as last.fm and aol radio's metalcore station, i would appreciate it alot! and no, don't google best-radio-stations and give me a list of radio stations that are ranked top just because they play more neyo and kesha. so not cool

There are certain things in life, events and circumstances, that are just meant to mess up one way or the other. we would've have had it lucky, if it came swift, sudden and abrupt, just to get over with, in which we seek the rest of month's time to heal. from within. unfortunately nothing comes as it seems. i find myself on that journey towards a dead end. certain life musings at the moment, which i won't speak of aloud, is clearly losing its flare. and so, what scares me is the idea of me drifting in this boat, without an oar... and there's a current where at the end, water falls feet below.

it's great to be home. it's again all a constant blur. times moving a little too fast. it's all, time with family, late nights with friends, wine wine wine and just beer beer talk. wake up the next day, and hope so much to drop by at a club the coming night. only to find that no one's up for it, thus it's again, just beer beer talk. time with family's always a thrill ... we always end up bickering, while the other laughs at the idiocity of it all =) still we can agree that it's best to spend time outside. home's no longer my place for work. and i think it will never be again. i'm still married to the tv. finally strengthening my now so distant relationship with 'her', as a professional couch potato.lol. seriously la, i'm so damn lazy at home.
