I had the most difficult time defining what I do!  Not to toot my own horn but like many of you I am talented in a lot of different areas. It's not about time management actually there is no such thing we can't manage time only ourselves! Discipline to Reign! Reigning ones do the things that they are supposed to do When they are supposed to do them weather they FEEL like it or not!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Ask yourself every hour, "Is this the best use of my time right now?"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Make sure you start every day with a plan! (Including your food)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Understand this principle, "No Pain, No Reign!"&amp;nbsp; Discipline won't feel good in the moment you are doing&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; but when you see the Reign it will be well worth it!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Work in 30 min to 1 hour increments then take a 10-15 break, you will be more productive this way.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Focus on completing the tasks necessary to achieve your goals, instead of your goals themselves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Celebrate small accomplishments, but never stop working!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Surround yourself with like minded individuals. Jesus said that "the poor you will have with you always." That's because like roaches, they don't die they sit on their butts all day and multiply! You can't be lazy and Reign! Change your associations! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remember, Not Yesterday, Not Tomorrow but Right NOW is YOUR Time to Reign in Self-Disciple causing you to Reign in Life!&lt;br /&gt;

When your sodium levels are low, your kidneys essentially hold on to the
sodium. When sodium levels are high, your kidneys excrete the excess in urine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

reason your kidneys can't eliminate enough sodium, the sodium starts to
accumulate in your blood. Because sodium attracts and holds water, your blood
volume increases. Increased blood volume makes your heart work harder to move
more blood through your blood vessels, which increases pressure in your
arteries. Such diseases as congestive heart failure, cirrhosis and chronic
kidney disease can make it hard for your kidneys to keep sodium levels
balanced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

are more sensitive to the effects of sodium than are others. If you're sodium
sensitive, you retain sodium more easily, leading to fluid retention and
increased blood pressure. If this becomes chronic, it can lead to heart
disease, stroke, kidney disease and congestive heart failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

diabetes are overweight ,&amp;nbsp; or African
American &amp;nbsp;it is also suggested that you

spontaneous combustion in water. While sodium is essential for human nutrition,
you don’t want to eat pure sodium! Salt contains sodium and chlorine ions which
separates in the body to make the sodium available for use in the body. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

read the sodium of some of the meals you would normally eat. &lt;/li&gt;

started. Check it again after the challenge if your BP was 140/90 do the challenge
