3. Wait approximately 10 minutes.

4. After ten minutes just press down on the wrap or cotton ball and twist. After twist 3 or 4 times pull the wrap off of the nails. You should see that the Shellac has crumbled.

5. Use an orange wood stick to remove the remainder of the Shellac (if any is remaining).

After soaking the cotton balls or wraps in the aceton apply to each finger for at least 10 minutes. Squeeze and pull them off and the shellac should have crumbled. After this you can use an orange wood stick to remove any remaining shellac residue. That is it!

This year is all about color!

Most of my clients are really into the bright colors and the neon colors. I’ve used this color combo a few times now, it’s a bright neon glitter with bright pink konad special paint and it looks amazing!

Neon Glitter Shellac with Zebra Stamp

Nail Art Steps:
1. Prep the nail, base coat, and cure for 10 seconds.
2. Apply a layer of top coat, cure for two minutes.
3. The glitter I’m using is called Lemon Drop by art glitter. Use a brush to apply glitter all over the sticky layer of the Shellac, then brush off extra glitter. Apply a layer of top coat. I highly recommend using a seperate top coat for glitter work! Cure for two minutes.
4. Apply another layer of glitter the same way as before, then another layer of top coat. Cure for two minutes.
5. Remove the tacky layer with alcohol. Now you’re ready to stamp. I’m using a Konad special polish in bright pink and a zebra stamping plate from Bundle Monster. Apply the polish to the stamp, scrape off excess, then stamp the design onto the nail. If the nail is too large to fit the whole design you may need to do this process more than once to cover the whole nail. Remember that it’s animal print and it doesn’t need to be perfect!
6. Apply a final layer of top coat, cure for two minutes.
7. Remove the tacky layer with alcohol and finish with solar oil.
