We've all heard that "Confidence is key", "Confidence is Sexy"; all the cliche's we've heard a million times and yet can't ever seem to implement. Why is that?

I strongly believe that sometimes we need to hear the same thing 20-something different ways before we really get it.

So when it comes to confidence, maybe I can help you to think of it this way: Rocking it, is a million times better than trying to hide it; and on so many different levels! That's right ladies, when it comes to practically any flaw, rocking something you can't really change is a million times better than trying to hide and I'd like to help you understand why so you can stop caring so damn much about your appearance and start feeling confident in your own skin. Now, this DOES NOT mean be ok with being unhealthy, this does not mean stop doing things that you already do that make you feel sexy(shaving legs, toe tops, mole hairs, wearing heels, wearing a push-up bra; whatever it is; you do you).

But what this DOES mean, is you stop buying lingerie just because it looks good on other women, if it wouldn't make YOU feel sexy, just because you think that's what he's(or she's) into.

When we dress for just about anything else in our adult lives, we dress for us and what makes us feel good, we may even dress for other women because we like the compliments we receive from other women (unless you're a rebel like me; I would seriously consider throwing out something someone compliments me on unless I like their style as well). So if that makes us feel confident out in the world, why do we change things up in the bedroom?

- Now, this can apply to many, many things(either stop pulling that mini dress down & rock it, or don't leave the house in it at all). But I'm going to go ahead and stay in my lane here.-

Let me tell you something ladies: MEN DON'T CARE WHAT LINGERIE YOU WEAR!😲😲🙀

You know this though! You know all they see is BOOBS and BOOTY! LOL.

So the next time you find yourself shopping with the mindset of "I want to surprise him, what would he like?" Remember that a confident you is the BEST surprise.

Choose something that accentuates your assets, not your insecurities (cause let's face it, try as we might, we all have some). If you have a big booty, show it off, don't cover it! If you have huge boobs maybe even do something cupless! Not loving the tummy area? Choose something high waisted or a bustier!

Think about what you love about yourself first when deciding what to wear for a special night. If you choose something that makes YOU feel confident, you'll have WAY more fun! Remember, more than likely, HE DOESN'T CARE! Any lingerie will do! Get it in his favorite color if you wanna show you're thinking of him-but that's it.

Confidence is the sexiest thing you could ever wear, so choose something that makes YOU feel good! Trust me, just try it at least once, what do you have to lose?
