Sherry’s Story

Sherry is a chef, food philosopher and nutritionist who is the author of Return to Food and the founder of the Sweet Freedom Project. She has a powerful story of sugar and food addiction having been twice her present size. She was the Victorian Chair of Nutrition Australia, Melbourne President of Slow Food and the Co-Founder of the World Wellness Summit. I saw Sherry Strong present for the first time. Man…she is great! The delegates also loved her. She should be included in every conference where there is an emphasis on health and well-being.
