Some teams have not scheduled their presentation times for their finalproject.

Please email me a time that works for your team prior to the due date.

We'll need to block off an hour, though that doesn't mean your presentationneeds to be that long, or that we'll use all that time.

Not everyone on the team needs to attend/present.

A live presentation is required per the project requirements, failure to doso will impact your grade.

I recognize that there is difficulty adding a digg button to your blog postsif you use the hosted version of WordPress. Students who reached out to mefor help received a solution that worked for their situation and you canalways sign up for a different blog that is more digg-friendly just for agiven exercise.

However, I did not penalize anyone for difficulty getting the Digg button towork with their blog. If this were anything but the last exercise, thiswould not be the case: whether it's an assignment or a job task, nobodylikes hearing excuses for not meeting expectations at the deadline insteadof when there's time to take corrective action.

I'm glad many of you enjoyed this assignment. Thank you for your feedback; Iwill incorporate it into the next class.

Also, I've added a preliminary grade calculation based on the total numberof points available to date. It's the very last column in the grade sheet.

[IST 400] Extra Credit Opportunities

Greetings IST 400-ers!

We've had some ups and downs this semester and I recognize the importance ofproviding extra credit opportunities to help solidify some of the lessons ofthe class, while not impacting your desired grades unreasonably.

Below is a link to the extra credit submission form, which contains 6requirements that must be completed for full credit.

Due date: May 12, 2010 by 5pm (same as the final project)

Grading: Each requirement must be completed to receive full credit. If anyrequirement is missing -- or I am unable to grade/view it at the time ofgrading (which is usually a few days after submission) -- then no partialcredit will be awarded.

Points possible: (100 -- half a letter grade)
