Life Coach; Shift Your Life With The Law of Attraction and Your Computer
How can you use your computer and the Law of Attraction to Shift Your Life and attract more of what you want? By putting a picture of what you want as your background image on your computer. If you have a vision board you can take a picture of it and put it as your background image on your computer. Currently on my home computer is a picture of my relationship vision board. I spend more hours on my computer than I do sitting in my room (which is where my vision board actually resides). So, by putting it on my computer I see it more often and activate the attraction more times throughout the day.

The other way to use your background image for attraction is to take a picture of one thing you want. On my work computer right now there is a picture of a view of downtown Denver and the mountains. I am currently working on manifesting my new condo downtown. So, I took a picture of the view I desire to have, and that is the background on my work computer. I see it multiple times throughout the day.

Whenever you see a glimpse or stop to look at your desired vision take a few minutes and feel how you will feel when you have what you want. The feeling increases the attraction.

How do you know if you’re ready to hire a coach or investing in online life coaching or any other form of coaching? If you have thought about this at all you are probably ready. If it just hit you out of the blue one day that maybe you should look into life coaching then that was your inner guidance saying you should do it. Listen and start investigating some coaching options.

When contemplating coaching in any form listen to your inner guidance and where it’s leading you. Pay attention to the evidence that follows that little voice inside you. For example, if you had a thought you should hire a life coach and the next day they are interviewing one on the radio, this is evidence you should follow up on your intuition. Pay attention to the signs that are showing up.

I am so blessed. I have the most amazing “celebration buddy.” She is awesome. Every time something wonderful happens in one of your lives we call each other first. She is the first person I think of to call and tell when something great happens in business or life. She is the first person I tell when I decide to create something new in my life. It works the same when things go good in her life. She just started a new business and she calls, emails or texts me every time she gets a new order or there is a possibility for a big order.

Telling a friend what you intend to manifest and celebrating along the way are two of the best ways to activate the Law of Attraction to get what you want. When you get excited and celebrate with someone it more than doubles the excited energy you would have alone. It amplifies it. The moral of the story is to start telling your friends what you intend to create and then celebrating every little thing with them along the way.

Life Coach; What Does a Mind Tune Up Feel Like?

Do you know that feeling after you get your car out of the shop? On the way home especially after something like an alignment you notice how well your car is running. Odds are you didn’t even notice your car wasn’t running well or that it was out of balance until you had it tuned up in some way.

The same thing happens with thoughts, beliefs, and patterns. Often you don’t realize that you have become more negative or that you are stuck in a pattern that doesn’t feel good until you shift it. You might not have realized how stressed your were or upset about something until you experience the shift and release of the negative feelings.

I am still constantly amazed by the difference my clients experience after a session. Their face looks totally different. I can literally see the difference in their face and often their body posture.

Let Go Says Life Coach
You are sitting the water, waiting and you give the go ahead, “Ready.” The boat takes off and pulls you up. It’s like you’re flying on water. The only thing between you and the water is your skis. Look around at the lake and the beauty that surrounds you. You enjoy the ride as the wind blows in your hair. You might even have some fun by doing a trick or gliding in and out of the wake.

When you decide you’ve had enough, you simple let go of the rope. You just allow yourself to sink down in the water. You trust that you will land safely. Then you just get to hang out while the boat turns around and comes to get you.

I love water skiing and it’s a great metaphor for manifesting and the Law of Attraction. In the beginning you decide what you want, to stand up on your skis. You put in the work, the action, to make that happen. Then you enjoy the ride, the process, the waiting while you play. Most importantly you let go with complete trust the Universe will bring you want you want. When you’re skiing you let go of the rope of your connection to the boat knowing they will come back and pick you up, just like when you let go The Universe will bring you want you want.
