H1N1, the disease that is pandemic all over the world. As a normal people and just living a normal life, you just do not know when or where you and your family will be affected by this disease. The first thing to do for you and your family's protection is to become aware especially if you are one of the people who likes to travel. So you might ask how do i know if I have H1N1?

You will not be able to tell the difference between seasonal flu and influenza A(H1N1) without medical help. Typical symptoms to watch for are similar to seasonal viruses and include fever, cough, headache, body aches, sore throat and runny nose. Only your medical practitioner and local health authority can confirm a case of influenza A(H1N1).

What should I do if I think I have the illness?

If you feel unwell, have high fever, cough or sore throat:

stay at home and keep away from work, school or crowds;
rest and take plenty of fluids;
cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing and, if using tissues, make sure you dispose of them carefully. Clean your hands immediately after with soap and water or cleanse them with an alcohol-based hand rub;
if you do not have a tissue close by when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth as much as possible with the crook of your elbow;
use a mask to help you contain the spread of droplets when you are around others, but be sure to do so correctly;
inform family and friends about your illness and try to avoid contact with other people;
If possible, contact a health professional before traveling to a health facility to discuss whether a medical examination is necessary.

When should someone seek medical care?

A person should seek medical care if they experience shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or if a fever continues more than three days. For parents with a young child who is ill, seek medical care if a child has fast or labored breathing, continuing fever or convulsions (seizures).

Supportive care at home - resting, drinking plenty of fluids and using a pain reliever for aches - is adequate for recovery in most cases. (A non-aspirin pain reliever should be used by children and young adults because of the risk of Reye’s syndrome.)

Should I go to work if I have the flu but am feeling OK?

No. Whether you have influenza A or a seasonal influenza, you should stay home and away from work through the duration of your symptoms. This is a precaution that can protect your work colleagues and others.

Can I travel?

If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of influenza, you should not travel. If you have any doubts about your health, you should check with your health care provider.

What about using a mask? What does WHO recommend?

If you are not sick you do not have to wear a mask.

If you are caring for a sick person, you can wear a mask when you are in close contact with the ill person and dispose of it immediately after contact, and cleanse your hands thoroughly after wards.

If you are sick and must travel or be around others, cover your mouth and nose.

Using a mask correctly in all situations is essential. Incorrect use actually increases the chance of spreading infection.

The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park

At Sulu Sea, a great coral reef can be seen, the Tubbataha Reef. This Tubbataha Reef National Marine Park is considered as a marine sanctuary. Composed of North and South Reefs, each reef has a single small islet that protrudes from water. These reefs are slso separated by a deep channel 8 km. wide. Thousand species can be found at the reef including endangered ones.

The Chocolate Hills

Bohol’s pride, The Chocolate Hills is a very unique geological formation in Bohol. These 1,268 perfectly cone-shaped hills are covered in green grass that turns brown during dry season. That is where they call “Chocolate Hills”. Spread on more than 50 sq km land, the Chocolate Hills is a marvelous scenery from the air, and they are almost on the same sizes too.

The Mayon Volcano

Mayon Volcano is an active volcano on the Filipino island of Luzon, 15 km northwest of Legazpi City.It is classified by volcanologists as a stratovolcano (composite volcano). Its symmetric cone was formed through alternate pyroclastic and lava flows. Mayon is the most active volcano in the country, having erupted over 47 times in the past 400 years, and is a part of what is called the Pacific Ring of Fire.

There certainly no bad thing about shopping as long as you can balance your expenses and bank account. If you asked me I enjoy shopping a lot. From shoes, bags, accessories, and everything in between. Buying for your own self is easier right? How about shopping for gifts?

Best Places To Travel. Mountain Trekking is a passion that everyone will eventually enjoy. Rainforest are unlikely place to take a peaceful travel, but a nature tripper considered it as a haven and sanctuary.

An hour of travel from Bacolod City takes you to a town called Alang Ilan also located in the town of Bacolod. A 2 hour hike will take you to the majestic base camp of Campuestuhan. Located on the boundary of Bacolod City and Talisay City in The Philippines. Before arriving at the base camp, an inclined approx 4 km of rocky road with lush and tall grasses by the side of the path will fill your eyes. Best time of the year to take a hike
in this place are months where not so much
sunlight and rainfall are available. The time that
we arrive in Base Camp, it was noon and a gradual rainfall since the morning had brought us into an occasional fog wherein it will occur in minutes then it will disappear. The whether really had to put up something to change the mood in that place. We had set up our camp and take a rest till the next day.

We had planned to go to what they call Tinago or Tinagong Dagat, it is an extinct volcano that was so long extinct that trees of old ages grew on the inside of the crater. The base of the extinct Volcano and added to the inactivity for I think hundreds of thousands of years ago had housed a football field like moss. Unfortunately due to the bad wheather and a nonstop rainfall, townsfolks who had been long living in that place never permited us to go inside Tinago because of the natural topography of the place that when rain falls in large amounts, the crater is filled up with up to 4 feet of water. In the Following day. We had decided not to go forward but instead go to a hidden falls where we could take a bath. In the unlikely event that fate brought us, the path to the hidden falls was destroyed by the damn that is supplying the parts of Baclod City. We will be planning to do a nice trek next year and this time lots of preparations and info on climactic change must be planned. But so far its all right cause We had the urge to go back and do it again. It is really on of the Best Places To Travel .

Vacation vacation vacation... always dreaming of best places to travel for your vacation? phew! no doubt that everybody is always waiting for this time of the year. Weather it is a Christmas vacation, Summer vacation or any other type of vacation, it doesn't matter. What truly matters is that, finally we can take a rest, away from all our busy work and very STRESSFUL hectic schedules. Like me who is always busy, most people exert real effort for these vacations to be special and fulfilling as possible.

There are many best places to travel but why is it that we are sometimes clueless about where to go? Planning and choosing a best places to travel for your vacation is a sure challenge. There are many choices indeed but planning for your vacation can be a little bit stressful too.
