A little update on what’s going on here.   The store is now open, Saturdays only, 10am-5pm, beginning this Saturday the 6th.   If you’re in the area but unable to come on Saturdays, please e-mail us and someone would be glad to meet you at the store at a time convenient for you.   Store wide, everything is 25% off unless otherwise marked.  Some things are already on clearance & all display fixtures & furniture are for sale as well.

I have made the decision to keep the online store open.   We are currently restocking all of your favorites, but we still have our closeout page & we will continue to add items there as well.    I will be offering the online business for sale though, so if you have any interest in a great opportunity to buy an established & popular online store, stay tuned.  More information is coming soon.

I guess I should start with the news to those that may not know. On January 7th, my dear husband passed away at the age or 39. Heart attack. He was young, healthy, perfect and shockingly he is gone. I could write pages on the amazing person he was…..my knight in shining armor. He worked hard so I could live the dream of owning my own store. He was so proud of my many accomplishments and I know I couldn’t have done any of it without him behind me.

The reality of it all has yet to set in. I’m sure it will take some time. But I know the first big dose of reality is that I need a “real” job with a real salary that I can rely on no matter what, to support my boys. So the store has to close.

Yesterday an angel notified some wonderful bloggers who have posted the news on their blogs, sending many of you here for the first time. When the orders started pouring in, I was absolutely overwhelmed. Not with the fact that we have to *pack* that many orders, but the sheer love you’ve all shown for a complete stranger. What started as a day doing inventory, became a day of packing, packing, packing. I sent out an APB on boxes and packing peanuts via text message & help arrived.

There is so much more I want to say, but right now I will just say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for the love, support, and prayers. They are felt & appreciated.

 As soon as I opened it, I knew we had to have these.  It smelled like a pile of clean laundry–”Clothesline”.  Seriously, if it weren’t full of chemcials I would not only douse all my clothes with Downy but probably bathe in it!   I love that smell!     And with other smells like “Green Green Grass”, “Rain Drops”, & “Fresh Air” these are perfect for anyone who loves clean scents.     I know it’s holiday time, so there’s also a nice clean “Winter Wind” scent that makes you think of fresh winter air & snow.
