This Strawberry Pretzel Salad Fluff is a twist on the classic strawberry pretzel salad. Creamy, crunchy and sweet strawberry flavor!

With strawberry season in full swing, it’s the perfect time for light, fruity desserts that are easy to make and ideal for summer get-togethers.

Strawberry Crack Salad is the viral shortcut to the classic strawberry pretzel salad minus the Jello! Ready in under 15 minutes, it’s a quick and easy favorite for cookouts and potlucks.

Strawberry Pretzel Fluff Ingredients

Butter: Unsalted and melted.
Pretzels: I like to use mini twists but any brand or style of pretzels and chopped into pieces will work.
Cream Cheese: Softened at room temperature.
Cool Whip: Thawed.
Strawberries: Diced into pieces.
You will also need: Pecans, brown sugar, vanilla extract and sugar.

How to Make Strawberry Pretzel Fluff

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Mix butter, pretzels, pecans, and brown sugar in a bowl, spread on the sheet, and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Add cooled pretzel mixture and dried strawberries to the cream cheese mix. Gently fold to combine. Serve immediately or chill.

Recipe Tips & Variations

Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps in your fluff.
Use a rimmed baking sheet to prevent butter from dripping.
Save a few extra pecans, pretzels, and strawberries to sprinkle on top before serving.

American Flag Charcuterie Board

This American Flag Charcuterie Board is stacked with pepperoni, cheese, and blueberries to look just like the American flag. It’s festive, fun, and perfect for your party spread!

Appetizers for your patriotic party don’t have to be hard. Everyone loves a charcuterie board and I’ve made plenty from Halloween to a patriotic charcuterie board with a red, white and blue theme.

This meat and cheese platter turned out so cute. It’s perfect for the 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and easy to customize for everyone’s liking.

Ingredients

Mozzarella cheese: I used the mini pearls to make the stripes in the flag and sliced cut into stars.
Pepperoni: I used the larger size pepperoni and made into ribbons. You can also use mini pepperonis.
Blueberries: For the stars section.
Star Cookie Cutter: To make the starts out of the cheese.

How to Make a Flag Charcuterie Board

1.Pour the blueberries onto the tray and gently push them to the left side to form the “stars” section of the flag.

2.Cut mozzarella into star shapes and place them on top of the blueberries.

3.To make the pepperoni ribbons, layer two slices slightly overlapping, fold in half, then fold again to form a loose ribbon shape.

4. Line the pepperoni ribbons in rows to create red stripes.

5. Finish by placing mozzarella balls in between the pepperoni rows to complete the flag stripes.

Tips & Variations

Cheese Ideas: Use white cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Swiss.
Swap the Meats: Don’t love pepperoni? Try salami instead.
Make it Sweet: Want a dessert version? Swap the pepperoni for strawberries, add mini marshmallows or white chocolate squares, and keep the blueberries as-is.

Leftover Storage

Wrap any leftover meats and cheeses in plastic wrap or store in airtight containers separate in the fridge.
Keep leftover blueberries in a sealed container and enjoy them within a few days.

If you prep the board in advance, wait to add crackers or bread until just before serving.

Patriotic Italian Pasta Salad

A classic Italian pasta salad… but make it patriotic! Red, white & blue noodles tossed with cheese, pepperoni, olives and Italian dressing is perfect for your patriotic holiday cookout.

Red, white and blue themed dishes always makes the party more fun. What I love about this pasta salad is that you can easily dye the noodles yourself to match the theme. Plus, it’s simple to make and easy on the budget!

This pasta is best served cold and can be made ahead the day before.

Ingredients

Pasta: Use rotini, penne, cavatappi or another short pasta that holds dressing well.
Salad Dressing: Store bought or homemade. Balsamic vinegar can also work.
Salad Toppings: Sliced black olives, white cheddar cheese cubes, pepperoni quartered or mini pepperoni.
Food coloring: Red and blue (gel or liquid).

How to Make Patriotic Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Divide it evenly into three portions but do not drain.
Add one portion to a pot with half of the boiling water with red food coloring and repeat with another portion, the rest of the boiling water and blue food coloring.
Leave the third portion plain.
Rinse all pasta under cold water and drain well.
Combine the red, white, and blue pasta in a large bowl.
Add in the cheese, olives, and pepperoni.
Pour in the Italian dressing and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Recipe Tips

Make Ahead: This pasta salad tastes best cold and can be made a day in advance.
Extra Dressing: Add a splash more dressing before serving if the pasta absorbs it overnight.
Save Time: Cook all pasta at once and dye it afterward in separate ziploc bags.

Sheet Pan Chicken and Potatoes is an easy dinner to put together, packed with flavors, and family-approved.

Chicken and potatoes is a classic, comforting dinner that can be made in so many ways such as in a slow cooker, on a sheet pan, and more.

Personally, I love sheet pan dinners the most because they’re incredibly easy to throw together. The only real effort is in the prep, and even that’s minimal. Once everything’s on the pan, the oven takes over while I tackle other tasks. That’s definitely a win-win in my book!

Cleanup is a breeze too, with just a few dishes to wash. If you’re a fan of easy, low-effort meals, be sure to try my Baked Chicken Drumsticks and Vegetables. It’s another delicious, family-friendly dinner everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

Chicken: I used boneless skinless chicken breasts but you could also use chicken thighs.
Potatoes: I used yellow baby potatoes not peeled. You could also use baby red potatoes but cut into fours so they cook at the same rate. (may need additional time)
Olive Oil: To coat the chicken and potatoes so the seasoning sticks.
Seasonings: Garlic powders, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, pepper and optional parsley for garnish.
Lemon: Optional to squeeze over top after cooking.

How to Make Sheet Pan Chicken and Potatoes

Preheat Oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.

In the same bowl, coat the chicken breasts with the remaining olive oil and spices. Place them on the sheet pan with the potatoes.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F and the potatoes are crispy.

Optional: squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything, sprinkle with Parmesan, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve & Enjoy!

Helpful Tips and Variations

Can cut chicken in half to make more servings.
Can use Italian seasoning in place of dried oregano.
Add red pepper flakes for some heat.
Can add shredded parmesan cheese to the tops of the chicken for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up.
Space out potatoes and chicken so they cook evenly.
Can add veggies such as green beans or carrots.

Storing Leftovers

DIY Graduation Candy Buffet

This Graduation Candy Buffet is a fun way to celebrate a high school graduation and easy to customize to fit your party theme!

It’s hard to believe the school year is wrapping up and graduation season is here. My youngest is graduating, and I wanted to do something special for his celebration. Everyone loves candy, and I was inspired by my cousin’s daughter’s graduation party, where they had candy bowls at each table with clever graduation sayings to match the treats.

I told my cousin I was going to take her idea and expand it into a full graduation candy table with a buffet-style setup where guests could grab a bag and fill it with their favorite sweets. She mentioned she was planning to toss everything after the party and generously offered it all to me. Of course, I said yes! It saved me so much money.

To match my son’s school colors, I swapped out cardstock behind the signs. I used vases, candy jars, and scoops from Dollar Tree and stocked up on bulk candy at GFS and Sam’s Club. The setup was a hit! Guests loved it, and whatever candy was left got taken home.

Creating a graduation candy buffet is simple, affordable, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. You can use my free printable graduation candy sayings (listed below) and mount them on colored cardstock and popsicle sticks, or buy ready-made signs online. You can even skip the labels altogether and just set out a colorful, fun display of sweets.

How to Setup a Candy Bar

Start by gathering your supplies: tablecloths in your graduate’s school colors, clear candy containers, scoops, candy bags, and themed signs.

These Pepperoni Pizza Sliders, loaded with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce baked on soft Hawaiian rolls, are the perfect bite-sized party food or an easy weeknight meal when you’re craving pizza.

If my kids could have pizza every night, they absolutely would! These sliders are a fun and easy way to mix up our usual pizza nights.

When we’re not making them for dinner, we love serving these pepperoni pizza sliders at football parties. They make the perfect appetizer and disappear fast!

Pizza Slider Ingredients

Pepperoni: You can use regular size or mini size pepperoni.
Pizza sauce: You can also use marinara sauce or make your own homemade pizza sauce.
Mozzarella cheese: Sliced mozzarella cheese is what I used. You can also use shredded mozzarella cheese if you’d like.
Hawaiian sweet rolls: The sweetness of the rolls makes this taste so much better but you can also use plain dinner rolls.
Butter: Unsalted or salted and melted.
Garlic: Minced.
Oregano: Dried or fresh diced oregano.
Parmesan cheese: Shredded Parmesan cheese for the tops of buns.

How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the bottom rolls. Add sliced mozzarella cheese on top, then pepperoni.

Place the top half of the rolls on top. In a bowl, add melted butter and garlic. Brush the top of the rolls with garlic butter.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried oregano on top.

Cover and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Pizza Slider Variations

You can swap mozzarella cheese for provolone cheese.
Add more toppings such as cooked sausage, thin sliced bell peppers, diced onion, cooked bacon, crushed pineapple, cooked ham and more!
Use any kind of blend of cheeses you’d like.

Storing Leftovers

Place leftovers in airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
