We’re writing to share the difficult news that Jake will not be joining us on the upcoming March run.

He is taking a necessary leave of absence for personal reasons. We love him immensely and support him completely.

Cancelling shows didn’t feel right — but bringing everything we’ve got does. And we will bring it.

We have revealed two of the three unannounced shows! Umphrey’s will be visiting the in Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey, on February 4. And three nights later (February 7), we return to the hallowed venue The Cap in Port Chester, New York. Pre-sale will begin Wednesday October 29, with general on sale starting on October 31, 2025.

Umphrey’s McGee is ready for takeoff once again. After reaching Cruising Altitude in 2025, the band is clearing the clouds and continuing the ascent with the Sky’s The Limit Tour, a high-flying run of winter dates spanning coast to coast.

The journey begins January 13 in Aspen before soaring through the Rockies, raging across the Midwest, and climbing into the Northeast, wrapping with a doubleheader in Washington, D.C. This new flight path charts a fresh course through familiar skies — proof that after nearly three decades, Umphrey’s McGee shows no signs of leveling off.

“We’ve cleared Cruising Altitude — now it’s time to continue the ascent,” the band shared. “We’re done cruising. Time to soar.”
