Evening all. Newbie here with a question in regards to some internal upgrades. I’ve searched and haven’t found an answer. So I just purchased Grayguns enhanced trigger system and their custom strut system. I’m was wanting the short trigger rest from Graygun as well but currently out. Anyone know if I could use the Sig short trigger rest with the Graygun mods? Or should I hold off and wait for them to restock I?

I enjoy similar threads on a couple of my car forums (and I have found that many car enthusiasts enjoy guns too) and I didn't find one here, so thought I would give it a go and see if other members might like it too. All Sigs welcome!

I am mainly a recreational shooter and sometime casual/novice competitor - and of course home defense. I do enjoy "tuning" my range gun - a P320 XFull in 9mm. I've put 500+ rounds through it so far, and previously added a Romeo-X Pro optic, Sig OEM...

If you know me, I like to stretch out my pistols to 100 yards, because it’s fun. Well after researching what calibers are best suited for long range shooting, the 9 and 45 don’t usually get mentioned. The general consensus, from my limited research, always “revolves” around the 44magnum(edit- and similar large calibers, the revolver is often mentioned, primarily for the trigger). So that’s what I got. Ruger Redhawk, 7.5 inch in 44 magnum. It’s a large weapon… haven’t shot it yet.
Up until today I was a true Sig Supporter, and still am of the actual firearms. After today dealing with support, I think the actual people that are running the company have lost there way, and sometimes to me the support from a company is more important than the actual product. A product can be great such as the P211, but finding out today their product support for this firearm is extremely poor.

I need two very simple pieces, the firing pin block spring and guide. 100% my fault...
It's as simple as terminology.. calling a gun firing at a time not intended either an accidental discharge or negligent discharge. It's not an accident of which I am a victim... it's negligence of which I am the cause.
2. I did something wrong.
I see zero .40 cal pistols listed. I can find .40 cal barrels on the parts page but no pistols.

Am I missing something or did Sig stop offering .40 cal pistols?

I recently purchased a surplus Sig Sauer P228 from Atlantic Firearms.
I found this roll mark, obviously it looks Israeli but I just want to make sure, the product description doesn't give any clues.

I'm wondering if I got lucky and got an Israeli import. It's on the left side of the trigger guard.

Decided to try another seller and wow the difference is crazy I will return the second pair. Is it even cocobolo? I wouldn't pay half the price for a set so dark and boring. Guess I will continue the hunt for some nice wavy cocobolo. Thanks for reading my rant.
