Manhattan Secret Blogger Event

Am Montag lud das Manhattan Team ins 25hours Hotel by Levi's in Frankurt ein. Grund dafür war ein Secret Blogger Event . Rund 20 Bloggerinnen aus ganz Deutschland reisten an, um den Tag miteinander zu verbringen und ich habe mich sehr gefreut einige Mädels wiederzusehen und neue liebe Bloggerinnen kennenzulernen. Mit von der Modeblogger Partie waren Helena und Laura von hypnotized , Sarah von Josie Loves , Valentina von Always like a feather, Lydia von Lydia Lucia und Isabella & Jasmin von teaandtwigs.

Nachdem wir alle in kleine Farbgruppenrupn eingeteilt wurden, ging es auch schon los: Produkte wurden getestet , Farben wurden ausprobiert und Make-up Artists zeigten uns alles rund ums Thema Schminken!

Einige Produkte haben sich schon beim Testen während des Events zu Lieblingen entwickelt,unter anderem das Trio Effect Blush, meine anderen Favoriten werde ich euch nochmal in einem extra Beautypost vorstellen.

Today's Outfit : Summer Colours

Ich liebe diese Zeit zwischen Frühling und Sommer und bin glücklich endlich die Winterschuhe aus dem Schrank zu verbannen, um endlich Ballerinas und High Heels zu tragen .. yey ! Die nudefarbenden Lackschuhe von Buffallo passen einfach zu jedem Outfit und sind momentan meine absoluten Lieblingsschuhe. Das Tshirt habe ich am Wochenende bei Bershka gefunden und bin total verliebt in diese Farbe und die Statementkette die angenäht ist und jedem simplen Outfit das gewisse Etwas verleiht.

Ijust love this time between spring and summer and I am so happy to finally banish the winter shoes out of the closet to finally wear ballet flats and high heels .. yey! The nudecoloured patent leather shoes from Buffallo are so easy to match and currently my absolute favorite shoe. I've found this sweet shirt over the weekend at Bershka and I'm totally in love with this color and the statement necklace which is sewn and gives every simple outfit something chic .

Trendwatch : Flower Power

Egal wo man hinsieht - ob auf T-Shirts,Hosen oder im Haar : Blumen soweit das Auge reicht. Heute möchte ich mich aber mit dem Blumen Haarschmuck beschäftigen. Schon im letzten Jahr waren Blumenkränze stark im Kommen und nahezu überall zu finden. Ein Trend der sich anscheinend auch in diesem Jahr hält.

Vor ein paar Tagen wurde ich von der tollen Fotografin Lisa Wittmann für ein Frühlingsshooting in Szene gesetzt und mit Flechtkranz und Blüten verziert, wie ihr auf dem oberen Bild sehen könnt. Passend dazu also klickte ich mich durch die Onlineshops auf der Suche nach Blumen Haarschmuck und wurde schnell fündig. Auch 2013 hält der blumige Hippie-Trend an und taucht in allen Variationen auf. Schlicht und zierlich oder groß und oppulent .. Blumen gehören 2013 definitiv ins Haar. Mir persönlich gefällt dann doch eher die etwas schlichtere Variante mit frischen Blumen wie auf meinem Bild oder ein zierliches Haarband mit kleinen Blümchen. Was haltet ihr von dem Trend .. und welche Variante werdet ihr dieses Jahr ausprobieren ?

No matter where you look - whether on T-shirts, pants or in hair: flowers as far as the eye reaches. But today I want to deal with the flower hair accessories. We already know the Lana del Rey flower wreath trend from last year. A trend which is going to last this summer ,too.
A few days ago I was shot by the wonderful photographer Lisa Wittmann for a spring shoot . My hair was decorated with flowers as you can see in the picture above. So I clicked my way through the online stores in search of flower hair accessories and found some lovely pieces. The flowery hippie trend continues in 2013 in every shape and variation. Simple and tiny or large and opulent .. this summer flowers definietely belong in to hair. I rather like the simple version with fresh flowers as on my picture or a hair band with delicate little flowers. What do you think of the trend .. and which style will you try this year?

Lang hat es gedauert, aber nun gibt es mal wieder einen Outfitpost von mir. Für die lange Abwesenheit gibt es garkeinen bestimmten Grund, außer vielleicht dass ich die Winterstiefel und Mäntel satt hatte und lieber auf die ersten sonnigen Tage gewarten habe. Deswegen gibt es auch gleich ein frühlingshaftes Outfit mit meiner neuen Lieblingstasche. Grün und Gelb haben es mir diese Saison irgendwie angetan und grade die Kombination sieht schön sommerlich und frisch aus.

Nachdem so viele Fragen bezüglich meines Workout und Fitnessplans gestellt wurden, wird es bald auch einen Post darüber geben also seid gespannt !

Finally another Outfitpost ! There was no special reason for the absence, maybe I'm just sick of winter boots and coats and I prefered to wait for the first sunny days. So here is one of my favourite spring outfits with my new favorite bag. I am so into green and yellow this season and I just love the combination.

Sobald ich die ersten Sonnenstrahlen auf meinem Gesicht spüre, werde ich gleich übermütig und bin gedanklich schon im Liegestuhl an einem Traumstrand. Aber so abwegig ist das ja garnicht , schließlich fängt der Sommer ja ofiziell in 2 Monaten an und Frau braucht natürlich auch eine gewisse Vorbereitungszeit, was nicht nur die Bikinifigur sondern auch die Sommerkollektion im Kleider und Schuhschrank angeht. Die farbenfrohsten und schönsten Sommerschuhe strahlen uns schon jetzt aus den Onlineshops an und bewirke bei uns das vorsommerliche Kribbeln. Hier oben habe ich mal eine kleine Auswahl aus dem Schuhonlineshop Mirapodo zusammengestellt .. meine Favoriten ? Ganz klar die Modelle von Tommy Hilfiger, die schlicht und schick sind und eine wunderschöne Farbenkombination haben, aber auch die Flechtmodelle in gedeckteren Farben haben es mir angetan. Mercedes Benz Fashionweek Australia : Best Streetstyles from Downunder

Ich liebe die Australische Modewoche ! Auch wenn die Distanz dann doch etwas zu groß ist, verfolge ich die Fashionweek in Sidney am liebsten von allen. Denn nirgendwo werden farbenfrohere,coolere und lässigere Streetstyles eingefangen als hier. Natürlich tragen Sonne und Temperaturen von 28 Grad auch einiges dazu bei, dass die Damen wunderschön aussehen.. und nach den Eiszeit-Modewochen in Berlin,Paris und London mit dicken Wintermänteln und Stiefeln ist es einfach toll und inspirierend endlich mal ein paar nackte Beine und Sandaletten an den Füßen der Fashionistas zu sehen. Diese Mädels hier gefallen mir ganz besonders. Natürlich mehrfach mit dabei; meine zwei Lieblingsbloggerinnen aus Australien von Tuula und Gary Pepper, bei denen ihr die Modewoche Downunder am aller besten verfolgen könnt. Welche Farbe diese Saison besonders hervorsticht ist "electric blue" ! Ob Heels, Clutch oder ein Hosenanzug,meine Lieblings New Yorkerin Candice Lake und ihre Streetstylekolleginnen zeigen wie man die starke Farbe am besten kombiniert.

I just love the Australian Fashion Week! Even if the distance is too big to be there, I follow the fashion week hype in Sidney on every level. Nowhere more colorful, cooler and more casual street styles are captured than here. Of course, sunshine and temperatures of 28 degrees also take something to the fact that the ladies look beautiful .. and after the Ice Age Fashion Weeks in Berlin, Paris and London, with thick winter coats and boots, it's just great and inspiring to finally see some bare legs and sandals on the feet of the fashionistas. Of course several times with it;. My two favorite bloggers from Australia Tuula and Gary Pepper. What color this season is particularly stands out is "electric blue"! Whether heels, clutch or a pantsuit, my favorite New York Girl Candice Lake and her fellow street style show how to combine the strong color best.

Paris Fashion Week : Kaviar Gauche Fall & Winter 13

Kaviar Gauche goes Paris. Als großer Fan des Designerduos, war die Kaviar Gauche Show ein persönliches Highlight für mich. Zum ersten Mal zeigt das Label seine neue Kollektion während der Pariser Modewoche .. und verzaubert das Publikum mit femininen, coolen Looks. Die grafischen Laser-Cut-Outs dominieren die neue Herbst und Winter Kollektion von Kaviar Gauche und verleihen jedem Stück einen individuellen Look. Zu den Dauerlieblingen Schwarz und Weiß kommen dieses Mal Puderfarben und Goldaktzente dazu. Mit ihren wunderbaren Stoffen von fließender Seide, kuschliger Wolle über Chiffon zu starkem Leder, setzt das Designer-Duo fabelhafte Kontraste und löst sofort das Will-haben-Gefühl aus. Eine Kollektion zu sehen, bei der man jedes Teil gerne in seinen Kleiderschrank hängen würde gibt es nicht oft , jedenfalls bei mir nicht .. Kaviar Gauche hat es jedoch diese Saison geschafft absolute Lieblingsteile zu kreieren. Mein Lieblingsoutfit ? Definitiv der Look aus flauschigem Wollpullover kombiniert zu Puderfarbender Leder Cut-Out Hose (1. Bild mitte ) und die Kombination von langem Chiffonrock zu Laser Cut Out Shirt (3. Bild links).

Kaviar Gacuhe goes Paris. As a huge fan of the german designer duo from Kaviar Gauche, their show was a personal highlight for me. For the first time the label showed their new collection during Paris Fashionweek . The graphic laser cut-outs dominate the new fall and winter collection of Kaviar Gauche and give each piece a unique look. The favourites : black and white come this time with powder colours and golden highlights. With their wonderful and rich fabrics from flowing silk, cozy wool, chiffon to strong leather the two designer duo sets fabulous contrasts and trigger off the "I-need-this-in-my-life"-feeling. To see a collection you love so much that you want every single piece in your closet doesn't happen often, at least not for me ... But Kaviar Gauche has managed to create all-time-Favourites this season. My favourite Outfit(s)? Definitely the look with the cozy wool sweater combined to powdercoloured leather cut out pants ( 1.picture middle) and the combination of the long chiffon skirt and the laser cut out shirt ( 3. picture left)

Mein Outfit von meinem letzten Tag in Paris. Morgens ging es erstmal ins berühmte Cafe de Flore,um mit den Mädels von Stylight, Jasmin und Isabella von Tea und Twigs, Vicky von The golden Bun ( danke für die Fotos!) und Mirjam von Inbedwithfashion gemütlich zu Frühstücken. Nach leckerem frischgepressten Orangensaft und französischen Corissants mussten wir uns auch schon wieder verabschieden. Danach ging es für mich direkt zu Dior.. die tolle Kulisse habt ihr ja schon bei Facebook oder Instagram sehen können. Einige tolle Streetstyles warten noch auf euch .. seid gespannt!

This is my outfit from my last day in Paris. I chose a simple monochrome Outfit and combined it with my beloved Leo studded heels from Zara. In the morning I had breakfast at the famous Cafe de Flore with the girls from Stylight, Jasmin and Isabella of Tea&Twigs,Vicky from The golden Bun ( thanks for the photos!!) and Mirjam from Inbedwithfashion. After a delicious fresh orange juice and french croissants we had to say goodbye again because everyone had a tough timetable. Leider bleibt mal wieder nicht viel Zeit für diesen Post, da ich mich gleich zum Frühstück mit Stylight und einigen anderen Bloggern treffe und danach gleich weiter zu den Shows gehe. Hier ein kleiner Schnapschuss von gestern. Von meinem Outfit sieht man zwar nicht viel ( es ist einfach viel zu kalt hier), aber wenigstens seht ihr meine neue Lieblingstasche.

Unfortunately, once again there is not much time for this post, because I am on the run for having breakfast with Stylight and some other bloggers and then immediately have to go to the shows. Here's a little Snapshot from yesterday. Well it was just tooooo cold to take out my coat, but at least you can see my new bag. Love the colour !

A quick 'Bon Jour' from Paris

Bon Jour aus dem wunderbaren ( und eisig kalten ) Paris. Die ersten Shows sind geschafft und ich bin begeistert. Leider ist nur Zeit für einen kleinen Post, der Rest folgt nächste Woche, wenn alle Berichte geschrieben und alle Fotos sortiert sind. Nach den Shows heute haben meine Schwester und ich eine kleine Bummeltour durch das Viertel bei Bastiille gemacht, welches die schönsten kleinen Boutiquen beherbergt. Dabei ist dieses Foto enstanden. Habe heute mal meinen Füßen nach den High Heels bei der Show etwas Gutes getan und bin in meine neuen Nike free geschlüpft, welche mir meine Schwester aus den USA mitgebacht hat. Super bequem und perfekt für eine Shoppingtour.

Bon Jour from wonderful ( and freezing) Paris. The first shows are done and were fantastic. Unfortunately theres just time for a quick post, the rest will follow next week, when all the articles are written and the photos are sorted. After the shows my sister and I made a little shoppingtour through the neighborhood at Bastille that has the most beautiful boutiques ever. After the shows today, I wanted to take care of my feet so I wore my new Nike Free which my sister brought me from the US today. Super comfortable and perfect for a shoppingtour.

Oscars 2013 : Best-dressed list

Gestern hat mal wieder die wichtigste Nacht in Hollywood stattgefunden : die 85. Oscarverleihung. Und so wie jedes Jahr stelle ich euch heute meine Oscar Nominierungen für die "Best dressed list " vor:

Kristen Stewart überraschte, als sie mit Krücken über den roten Teppich humpelte. Um ihr tolles Kleid zu zeigen und für die unzähligen Kamerateams zu posieren hat sie ihre Accessiores aber dann doch zur Seite gelegt. Ganz überrascht kommt die Schauspielerin einer cremefarbenden, traumhaften Tüll-Robe von Reem Acra. Gleich neben ihr Naomi Watts in einer eleganten Glitzer-Robe von Armani Privé mit ausgefallenem Ausschnitt.

Wow - war das erste was mir in den Sinn kam, als ich die ersten Bilder von Charlize Therons Look sah. Beim zweiten Mal hinschauen hat es mich sehr an Gwyneth Paltrows Look von den Oscars im vergangenen Jahr erinnert. Ein brillianter,cleaner Look von Dior Haute Couture. Die Schauspielerin Kerry Washington setzt dieses Jahr auf Miu Miu und einem Traumkleid im satten Korallrot und verspielten Details am Dekolteé.

Wie die meisten von euch wissen bin ich riesiger Fan von Anne Hathaway's wahnsinns Stilgefühl und ihrer herrausragender Schauspielkunst. Auch dieses Mal lässt Anne's Look nichts zu wünschen übrig. In einer blassrosanen Prada-Robe mit wunderschönen Rückendetails, gehörte sie für mich auf jeden Fall zu den Highlights der Oscar Verleihung.

Amy Adams entschied sich dieses Jahr für einen wahren Prinzessinentraum von Oscar de la Renta , mit Korsett und Rüschenrock. Die wunderschöne Schauspielerin Jessica Chastain trug ein eleganten,schmalgeschnittenes Korsagenkleid von Armani Privé, welches mich stark an das "alte" Hollywood erinnert. Ihre glänzende Robe kombinierte sie zu 60er Jahre Vintageschmuck.

Am meisten habe ich mich über die Gewinnerin der Kategorie " Beste Schauspielerin " gefreut, welche die schöne Jennifer Lawrence war. Sie trug einen Traum in weiß von Dior Haute Couture, welches mich wie das vorherige Kleid sehr an das alte Hollywood erinnert.

Right beside Naomi Watts, who wore a elegant Glitter-gown by Armani Prive. Wow-was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the first pictures of Charlize Theron's Red Carpet Look. The second time I looked at the pictures she reminded me a lot of Gwyneth Paltrows look from the Oscars last year. A brilliant,clean Look by Dior Haute Couture. Actress Kerry Washingtion chose a MiuMiu dream-gown in a rich coral red with lovely decoltee details. As most of you know I'm simply obsessed with Anne Hathaways sense of style and her grogeous acting. My favourite Actress and styleicon wore a blush pink Prada gown with amazing back details. Definitely one of the Highlights at the Oscar Ceremony.

Most of all I was happy about the winnter of " Best Actress" , which was the beautiful Jennifer Lawrence. She wore a dream in white by Dior Haute Couture, which reminds me , like the one before, of old hollywood.

Yey, what a suprise ! got a lovely package today from INLOVEWITHFASHION where I find some cute things in it , for example this beautiful flower skirt. And finally I got the chance to wear my new Zalando Ankle Boots .. really love the colours and hope the snow is gone for good now !

Juhuuuuuuuu, yippie - so ungefähr hörte sich mein Freudenschrei an, als ich nichtsahnend in meine Mails schaute und Einladungen zur Pariser Modewoche fand. Wow - ein großer Traum wird wahr. Paris ist eine meiner absoluten Lieblingsstädte und ich freue mich schon sehr nächste Woche wieder da zu sein . Außerdem kommt meine liebe Schwester direkt aus ihrem Miami Urlaub ( Neid!! ) nach Paris, um mit mir die französische Hauptstadt unsicher zu machen. 5 aufregende Tage liegen vor mir und ich versuche so viel wie möglich davon mit euch zu teilen. Juhuuuuuuuu yippee - that's what I screamed of joy when I innocently looked at my emails and found invitations to Paris fashion week. Wow - a big dream comes true. Paris is one of my favorite cities, and I'm pretty excited to be there again next week.
