I made it as mount of :
macro lens (i pulled out of a broken scanner),
a mirror for back camera to act as front cam,
a desk stand,
a tripod mount,
and will be lot more.

Most items at your favorite supermarket, discount store, or shopping mall were safely delivered in boxes made of corrugated cardboard, and many are displayed in the same boxes, which were manufactured so they could be opened and used for this purpose. Other items may arrive in their own corrugated or uncorrugated paperboard boxes. Because corrugated cardboard is such a versatile packaging material, millions of tons are used each year to protect and display products. During 1992, more than 25 million tons of corrugated cardboard were produced in the United States. Another 6 million tons of uncorrugated boxboard or paperboard were also produced for use in folding cartons.

Corrugated cardboard is a stiff, strong, and light-weight material made up of three layers of brown kraft paper. In 1884, Swedish chemist, Carl F. Dahl, developed a process for pulping wood chips into a strong paper that resists tearing, splitting, and bursting. He named it the kraft process because it produces a strong paper that resists tearing, splitting, and bursting.

From the paper mill, rolls of kraft paper are transported to a corrugating, or converting, plant. At the plant, layers of kraft paper are crimped and glued to form corrugated cardboard, which is then cut, printed, folded, and glued to make boxes. At the beginning of this process, kraft rolls from the paper mill are loaded into a huge machine called a corrugator. A typical corrugator is as long as a football field—300 feet (91.44 meters). Some rolls of kraft paper are used as the corrugating medium, and others are used as liners, the layers of kraft paper glued on each side of the medium. After the corrugator has heated, glued, and pressed the kraft paper to form corrugated cardboard, the continuous sheet of cardboard is cut into wide box blanks that then go to other machines for printing, cutting, and gluing. Finally, batches of finished boxes are banded together for shipping to the food processor, toy maker, automobile parts distributor, or any of the thousands of businesses that depend on corrugated cardboard packaging.

My Son's story about his daily learning activity had moved from sebastianpandu.blogspot.com to Pandu Punyaweb.

This new site will tell much more than previous site, and more organised content.
We feel much more comfort with CMS, so we're moving this homeschooling activity report to a better place.

Our family has invited by National Education Department (non formal education sub agency) on next monday to socialize homeschooling practice for their agency. Apparently they start to interested on homeschooling since it's practice and community growing very fast this lately. I just hope they're not interested from the possibility to play with government's (PEOPLE'S) money just like what Indonesian government only good at.

Now, I have to stop writing before start to chattering about how suck Indonesia's government, people and future.

One day all the organs of the body were having a meeting, trying to decide who was the one in charge.

'I should be in charge,' said the brain , 'Because I run all the body's systems, so without me nothing would
happen.'

'I should be in charge,' said the blood , 'Because I circulate oxygen all over so without me you'd all waste away.'

'I should be in charge,' said the stomach ,' Because I process food and give all of you energy.'

'I should be in charge,' said the legs, 'because I carry the body wherever it needs to go.'

'I should be in charge,' said the eyes, 'Because I allow the body to see where it goes.'

'I should be in charge,' said the rectum, 'Because I'm responsible for waste removal.'
All the other body parts laughed at the rectum And insulted him, so in a huff, he shut down tight.

Try to be, think and see perspective as and from other people. That's one thing that we in many many times forgot to do.

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'

The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.'
What he had written was: 'Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.'

Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?
Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.

Invite others towards good with wisdom. Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.

Great men say, 'Life has to be an incessant process of repair and reconstruction, of discarding evil and developing goodness.... In the journey of life, if you want to travel without fear, you must have the ticket of a good conscience.'

The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling...
And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!

1 Month since Bux.to cashout and still no payment (and klikrupiah problem)

It has been a month since I made my first cashout/peyment request from Bux.to but still hear no sound for payment. No sign that I'm gonna get paid. So many "said" prove of hundreds or thousands dollars of payment, but my $10 still in the form of hope.

I guess I have to wait for another month and prepare a bunch of patience for this forever waiting.

Another hope come from neobux and klikrupiah.
The problem of both are, neobux has so few of ads that make my earning goes verrrrryyyy slooooow, and for klikrupiah I still had some problem with their referral system.

The story is, I bought 5 referrals from the administrator of the site. The admin promises to all members that any inactive bought referral will get replacement. From my 5 referrals purchase, I only got 4 from admin, and worse from those 4 there's only 1 active referral. When the admin gave them to me, they have several 10-14 clicks already in their history, and since I got them, the 3 does not show any addition click at all. So in practice, I only got 1 referral with the price of 5. Do you smell something fishy here? A fake referral smell may be? I don't know.

Apparently, the admin has different rule. Inactive referral means member with 0 click from beginning of their sign up, not from time we had them. I'm still fighting for my right for good referral. I hope the admin of klikrupiah will understand and clear things up. So, whatever they /he decide, I'm going to post it right here, no matter it's good news or (amit-amit ojo sampe) otherwise.

Beside to that problem, I'm going fine with my truth referral that I got with my own sweat. In fact, my "real" referral works much better than I bought. So my advice for this moment are, don't buy anything yet from them, keep your account free until we got a good progress here.

Local newspaper, Jawapos was featuring my wife as an inspirational people.
It's in Indonesian, and sorry folks, I only have seconds to write this so I'll just give you the point.

We (my family) are one of homeschooling practitioner and pioneer in this city, even this province (East Java). In daily activity, my wife role as mother, and a teacher. She also administer homeschooler community website for Sidoarjo, Klub Sinau.

Jadi Guru Sekaligus Asuh Anak

SIDOARJO - Karena ingin selalu dekat dengan sang buah hati, Maria Magdalena, 33, memilih pendidikan homeschooling untuk anaknya. Maria juga mengasuh website dan majalah yang diterbitkan oleh Komunitas Klub Sinau di Sidoarjo.

Sarjana Psikologi Universitas Surabaya (Ubaya) itu setiap hari menjawab pertanyaan dan meng-update website komunitas Klub Sinau. Dia melakukan hal tersebut di sela-sela tanggung jawabnya sebagai guru. "Kegiatan itu tidak mengganggu aktivitas saya," tutur Maria.

Dia mengerjakan itu saat anaknya sedang istirahat. Maria mengupayakan, kegiatan tersebut tidak mengganggu jadwal anaknya. "Jika sedang santai atau Pandu (anaknya, Red) sedang istirahat, saya mulai mengerjakannya," terang Maria.

Untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari website, terlebih dahulu dia mempelajari permasalahannya. "Saya harus paham dulu, supaya tidak salah menjawab," ujarnya.

Dia mengelola situs itu, mulai membuat desain hingga menyeleksi artikel yang layak untuk dipublikasikan. "Saya berusaha memberikan yang terbaik untuk komunitas," jelasnya.

Maria juga menyeleksi artikel yang akan dimuat dalam majalah komunitas tersebut. Dia pun mendesain dan menata letak tulisan dalam majalah. "Saya mempelajari semuanya secara otodidak," paparnya. (nuq/ib)

Kids Bazaar

Just woke up at 2 am, almost all internet connection were dead. Starone, Jagoan and Fren failed to connect, only IM3 GPRS managed to made connection, the one I'm using right now.

Yesterday, my 4 years old son, Panpan participated in kids bazaar, that organized by some mothers at out neighbourhood. The bazaar was held to celebrate national children day. He sold bananas, it's all his own idea. So to make thing interesting, my wife made some flat flanel doll in shape of boy posing to hug a banana, the size were just the same to a banana, One doll for each bananas, and attached a small booklet with content about why should you eat bananas and it became banana propaganda.

He was happy serving his stand, together with other kids. Waiting and serving with his cute face and acts. His stand was the first one that sold out. I could see a lot of happy faces there. Not only the seller, but the visitor, all children and adults was excited. The bazaar was amazing,
it should be held every years.

Hello Asimo

Last night, me and my family went to Honda's Asimo Show in Surabaya. The show begun at 7 pm, opened by M.C. toegether with my nephew yelling "Honda!", and then goes the souvenir bag to her hand. It's quite fun to watch Asimo in action with your own eyes, but it only acted on the stage, I was hoping that it will walk freely around in the hall, and we can greet, shake hand and take picture with it.

Asimo walked out from backstage with an opening theme, then greet with local (Suroboyoan) dialect. It sounds like the voice was recorded and programmed to speak in schedule or controlled, not a sythesized voice that can talk using artificial intelligence. After a quick and short information about Asimo, it started to demonstrate it's capability to move, walk and run. Asimo also showed that it can take a tray with 2 glass of beverage and deliver it to a table that M.C. and a guest sit. Then it put the tray down to the table.

Asimo also demonstrated it's capability to dance in fluid motion, again my nephew went up to the stage and dance with 3 other kids. Another more souvenir bag for her.

At first, my son was afraid to what would this asimo look like, and how big it is, I had thought that it might be happened. But slowly, he started to had his guts to come closer to the stage with company of her mother.

After the show, I bought a mini model of Asimo for my son, then we leave the area with bags of souvenirs and a box of Asimo model. Too bad that the shirt from Honda was too small for me, I really like those shirt.

Failed to work yesterday

I failed to fulfill my oath to work at home yesterday, failed to execute the plan I made at the morning.
The whooole day, my son asked me to join him to play. We played and watched for movies all day long, while my wife kept busy with her computer and internet the whole day.

This morning, I woke up at 4 a.m. and found that internet connection was dead. So I just made some short notes of what to do today. I rode my motorbike today and left my car at home, went to work earlier at 6 a.m. to avoid the heavy traffic, and thank GOD, I did. I can rode my bike quite relax, so not much stress left for the day.

Tomorrow, Honda's Asimo will visit Surabaya at Supermal for the next three days. I plan to take my family there tomorrow. I hope everything will goes well.

I'm cold

Pandu's visit to IonC RoboClub

My 4 years old son, Pandu had a visit to a junior robotic club. It's the first and only robotic club in town. It's also still new. Good thing is, it's very near to my house.
First hour was just to make him feel comfort to all people and the place. Surely, I didn't expect too much from him, just hope that he like to be there, like to have new friends, feel good to be in a different place. The next hour, he started to explore everything until the time was out. Then he didn't want to leave that place.
My purpose take him to that place is only to give him a new and different social life to him. A community that has the same interest with him, those are Lego and Robots.
For information only, in 12 days, Honda's Asimo will visiting Surabaya. Today It's in Jakarta at International Motor Show. It's a must for us to be there.
