Leatherology first came onto my radar while I was researching bags for my 16” laptop bag post. Since then, they’ve continued expanding their lineup with more styles and colors. In particular, the Mia collection caught my eye, with three size options ranging from a cute mini bucket bag to a larger horizontal work tote.

Alas, I have absolutely no need for more small bags… so I decided to try the Mia Large Shopper and the Horizontal Tote instead. I ended up keeping the Horizontal Tote, and after about a month of use, here are my thoughts so far!

Price

The Large Shopper retails for $245, while the Horizontal Tote comes in at $280. Both feel fairly attainable within the contemporary luxury space, especially for bags designed for everyday use.

Form & Design

I like that the Mia line keeps things visually simple while still feeling distinctive. The straps flow naturally into the body of the bag rather than looking separately attached, which gives the design a more seamless look.

Although I didn’t keep the Shopper Tote, I loved the vibrant Fairway Green colorway. Their larger Transit Tote Duffel would look stunning in that shade as well. If you’re considering one of the brighter colors, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The Horizontal Tote I kept is in Moss Green, which feels a bit more muted but versatile even as the seasons change.

Functionality

This is definitely more of a “black hole” style tote. There are a few small interior pockets, but I still rely on pouches to keep things organized. The leather is unlined with an exposed suede interior. In terms of thickness, I’d call it medium-weight – thicker than Cuyana leather, but not quite as substantial as my Celine Sangle.

Interestingly, the Shopper Tote includes a much larger interior pouch that spans nearly the full width of the bag, which helps divide the space more effectively for taller items. I understand this isn’t practical for the Horizontal Tote, but wish the pouch were slightly larger at least.

For both styles, I appreciate how reinforced the base feels. It’s lightweight, but structured enough that the bag doesn’t sag under the weight of a laptop – not even with my nearly 5lb Macbook Pro! Also, I was initially worried that the slim straps wouldn’t hold up well with a heavy load, but so far they’ve been completely fine.

I also really appreciate the horizontal silhouette of the tote. At 5’4”, vertical totes can sometimes drag awkwardly when hand-carried. For example, I love my Polène Ilo Tote, but because of its proportions, it’s realistically a shoulder-only bag for me.

Capacity

Both bags have generous capacity without feeling overwhelmingly large.

In the Horizontal Tote, I can comfortably fit:

• my 16” work laptop
• a water bottle
• 2–3 small pouches for toiletries and cords
• snacks and daily essentials

It’s been more than sufficient for everyday work use. I’ve also used it as a diaper bag for my 1-year-old on shorter outings, and it easily fits the essentials plus snacks for a few hours out.

Verdict

Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the Mia Horizontal Tote. For under $300, the design feels thoughtful, the leather quality is solid, and the color selection is excellent.

Leatherology is definitely staying on my watch list!

I’ve been shopping Everlane since their earliest days – back when the brand launched with a simple tee, a duffle bag, and a heaping of sustainability hopes and dreams. It’s definitely sad to see this chapter come to a close with news of their acquisition by a fast-fashion giant.

Who knows what the long-term plan is, but like many others, I find myself questioning how much trust we can place in future promises around quality and sustainability. Personally, I’ll probably be hunting for pre-loved Everlane pieces as my longtime staples wear out. But if you’re currently looking for additional alternatives, here are five brands I’d recommend looking into.

Quince

This is probably the most common “Everlane alternative” recommendation, and I’d say that’s mostly fair – with some caveats. I’ve reviewed quite a few Quince pieces over the years, and while some have been excellent, others have been a bit underwhelming.

The items I personally think compare well in quality are:

• Organic ribbed tanks
• Ballet flats
• Cotton sweaters
• Cotton poplin button-downs
• Down jackets

Naadam

For cashmere specifically, Naadam comes much closer to Everlane quality, and is a bit nicer than Quince’s cashmere offerings. The pricing is higher as well, but their Classic Cashmere Crew still manages to stay under the $100 mark.

Reformation

Some of Reformation’s more expensive silk pieces admittedly make me pause (like what in the shoddy construction), but some of their other items are genuinely quite decent. Specifically, I’ve had great experiences with their:

• Denim
• Cotton button-downs
• Cashmere cardigans

KOTN

KOTN makes excellent cotton basics. I own a tank top, turtleneck, and sweats from them, all of which have held up beautifully. I’ve also been eyeing their heavyweight rugby shirts, which are made in collaboration with Barbarian.

COS

Cos tends to lean a bit more artistic and fashion-forward compared to Everlane’s straightforward minimalism. Still, the overlap is definitely there: neutral palettes, natural fabrics, and pieces that work equally well casually or in an office setting.

I have several COS button-downs that are years old and still in regular rotation. My only complaint is that we don’t have a store in the San Francisco area — some of the fits can be a little quirky, and it would be nice to try things on in person.

What I’d Stock Up On at Everlane

If you’re planning one last Everlane order, these are the pieces I’d personally recommend grabbing while you still can:

• For the perfect barrel pant, I love The Everywhere Pant in the cotton-linen blend. The fabric is lightweight yet structured, and I especially like that the barrel shape starts curving higher at the hips rather than only at the calves. It creates a more balanced silhouette that feels easy to wear especially if you have a straight figure.
• The Organic Boxy Tee is my everyday go-to. It’s opaque, nicely structured, and works year-round – layered under sweaters in winter or worn on its own in summer.
• Speaking of sweaters, the Cashmere Boxy Sweater and Merino Half-Zip remain two of my favorite cold-weather staples. There are certainly dupes out there, but I’ve found these hold up especially well over years of consistent wear.
• Two shoe favorites: The Day Glove and the Treadbare Sneaker.
  • I’ve had my Day Gloves for four years now, and they remain incredibly comfortable with no rubbing or stiff edges.
  • The Treadbare Sneaker has been my go-to for the past two years. Lightweight, comfortable, and surprisingly durable despite the fabric exterior. If you’re between sizes, I’d size up.
• And lastly, this backpack. I’ve owned mine for five years and use it on nearly every trip. It’s simple, understated, lightweight, and sturdy enough to comfortably carry a laptop and everyday essentials.

RIP Everlane, it’s been a good run.

Since I last wrote this post on “dupes” for popular quiet luxury silhouettes, the ultimate dupe-master Quince has released their own takes on both The Row’s Park Tote here and its even more expensive sibling, the Margaux.

Specifically, Quince’s new Italian Leather Essential Satchel is most similar to the Margaux 15, but comes in at a much more approachable $188. So, how does it compare?

Note: This won’t be a direct side-by-side comparison, since it’s been a while since I’ve handled a Margaux in person – and they’re so difficult to find in the wild.

Similarities

First, let’s talk about where the two bags overlap:

• Shape: Both feature a structured satchel silhouette with rounded top edges
• Design: The Quince bag includes the signature horizontal seam across the upper third of the bag, along with decorative belted side gussets
• Dimensions: Very close in size – the Quince version is only about 0.5” smaller on each side
• Functionality: Both bags have four metal feet on the bottom to protect the large leather base

Differences

But, there are a few differences as well:

• Leather: The Row uses a softer, more supple calfskin leather, while Quince uses top-grain cowhide leather. The Quince leather still feels nice and substantial – slightly less luxurious, but more durable for everyday wear
• Zipper: The Quince version includes a full top zipper for added security. The zipper extends slightly beyond the edges of the bag, making the opening wide and easy to access
• Shoulder Strap: Quince also includes a detachable long shoulder strap. Personally, I’m not sure how often I would use it, but it’s a nice option to have
• Additional Closures: The Quince version has some additional accoutrements with magnetic closures, like the exterior pockets and also the zipper flap (not sure what exactly to call this, see the photo below). I quite like these!

What Fits Inside the Quince Satchel?

Despite the slightly smaller dimensions, it still fits quite a lot:

• A 13” MacBook Air – note, this fits best with the top unzipped. While you can zip it close, it’s a snug fit and requires perfect arrangement of other items inside the bag
• A 20oz Hydro Flask water bottle
• Three standard-sized hardcover books
• And still plenty more, thanks to the depth of the bag

Overall Thoughts

Overall, the Quince satchel is a solid option at $188. It’s priced lower than many of the other Margaux-inspired alternatives I mentioned in my original dupes post, yet still feels more premium than its price tag suggests – honestly, it feels closer to at least a $300 bag.

At 3.5 lb empty, it’s definitely not lightweight, but it’s also not noticeably heavy. I also appreciate that the slightly smaller proportions make it easier to carry, especially on petite frames.

Bonus: Can the Quince Satchel Work as a Diaper Bag?

Yes! Here’s what I’m currently able to fit inside:

My Essentials

• Compact wallet
• Keys and car keys
• Hand sanitizer
• Sunglasses

Baby Essentials

• 3–4 size 3 diapers
• 1 small pack of wipes (usually one of our partially used Kirkland packs)
• 2–3 Philips Avent 8oz bottles
• One silicone straw cup for water
• One 16oz water bottle
• Snacks (small muffins, teether crackers, one pouch — we love these)
• One or two board books
• Extra muslin cloth
• One change of clothes (onesie + pants)
• A few burp cloths

So while it’s not technically designed as a diaper bag, it absolutely works as one – especially if you prefer a more understated, non-baby-specific look.

One of my most popular posts has been my guide on how to maximize the soon-to-be-retired $50 Saks credit for Amex Platinum cardholders. With that benefit gone later this year (RIP), I figured it was time for an updated version with the new Lululemon benefit.

In some ways, the Lululemon credit is easier to use. There are fewer products to sift through, and many items fall neatly under the $75 threshold (or around $68, leaving room for sales tax). But I think the more important question is: what’s actually worth buying? Which pieces hold up well over time and are functional rather than trendy?

Here are my picks. I’ve split them into two categories: items under the $75 limit, and pieces that are slightly pricier but worth the splurge (or easy to justify across two credits… IYKYK, especially if you have a partner with the card too).

Lululemon Picks Under $75

Women

• The Align line is famously soft soft soft. Under the $75 mark, my favorites are the Align Strappy Tank ($58) and the Align High-Rise Short ($54), which comes in multiple inseam lengths. I specifically prefer the Strappy Tank over some of the built-in-bra options, which can sometimes fit overly tight and create visible indentations.
• For sweatier workouts, the Swiftly Tech line is a classic. I own both the Swiftly Tech Short Sleeve ($68) and the Swiftly Tech Racerback Tank ($58), and wore them constantly for spin classes with virtually no visible wear or lingering odor.
• Another staple: the Flow Y Bra ($48). It’s simple, flattering, and comes in a wide range of colors.
• I’m also partial to Ebb to Street collection of textured tops with built-in bras, which work well both casually and for workouts.
  • All of these styles are priced at $68: Ebb to Street Tank, Ebb to Street Crop, Ebb to Street Scoop Tank
  • I especially like the updated neckline on the Scoop Tank, it feels a little more current and elevated

Men

Unfortunately, there are fewer options under $75 in the men’s section, but there are still a few:

• For casual wear, the Heavyweight Cotton T-Shirt ($68) feels substantial and well-made
• For workouts, the Pace Breaker Linerless Short ($68) comes in inseams ranging from 5” to 9”. The lined version is just slightly over budget at $78

Lululemon Picks Worth the Splurge (Under $150)

Accessories

• I own the Everyday Backpack 21L ($98), and it has been an excellent travel backpack. After many trips, it still shows almost no wear. It also includes a luggage pass-through strap, which makes airport travel much easier. The New Crew Backpack 22L ($98) looks very similar and comes in more color options
• For a “non-gym bag gym bag” – or even a “non-diaper bag diaper bag” – both the On My Level Tote 20L ($128) and the Convertible Ruched Crossbody Bag 16L ($128) are cute, functional options
• I bought The Mat 5mm Yoga Mat ($118) five years ago and initally thought I was insane for spending that much on a yoga mat. But it’s still going strong: grippy, cushioned, and with minimal signs of wear despite regular use

Women

• Most Align bottoms sit just above the $75 credit mark. The classic Align Leggings 25” ($98) are still great, but don’t overlook the Align Joggers ($118). They’re perfect if you want the softness of Align fabric without a fully body-hugging silhouette – plus, the pockets are actually usable
• I’ve loved the Scuba line for years; however, the Scuba Oversized Cropped Pullover ($128) has definitely become thinner over time, even as the price has increased. I still like it, but it’s harder to justify at full price now. More recently, I tried the Scuba Waffle Cropped Zip ($138), which I actually prefer as a lightweight summer layer

Men

• The Metal Vent Tech T-Shirt ($78) is a longtime staple for running and high-sweat workouts. My husband has one that’s nearly ten years old and still wears well
• For casual summer dressing, the Airing Easy Short Sleeve Button Down ($88) is lightweight and great in hot weather
• And lastly, the extremely popular ABC Trouser Classic Fit ($138). Personally, I do think these lean a little “activewear disguised as officewear,” though the comfort is undeniable. I actually prefer the Daydrift Pant Relaxed Fit ($148), which feels more modern thanks to the looser silhouette

When Jacquemus first exploded in popularity with the Le Chiquito bags, I thought they were fun but not quite my style. Over the last two or three years, though, I’ve found myself gravitating toward his newer, softer designs — and now I own not one, but two bags that I reach for regularly.

His bags aren’t at typical designer prices ($3,000+), but they aren’t cheap either, hovering close to or just over the $1,000 mark. So they’d better hold up.

After carrying both for a year, here are my thoughts!

The bags:

• Jacquemus Le Rond Carré Clutch in Black Leather — $1,250
• Jacquemus Le Turismo Small in Yellow Leather — $1,120 (there’s one on TRR here )

Quality

I’m no Tanner Leatherstein, so take this as a non-expert assessment:

• The Le Rond Carré is a soft, supple lambskin. No notes – it feels luxurious. The metal embellishments have a nice heft, but are not too heavy by any means.
• The Turismo is a pebbled calfskin, which is more durable by design and holds its shape (and those beautiful colors) well. It’s soft with a dry feel, does not feel plasticky at all.

Durability

Le Rond Carré Clutch

This is an occasional bag, I use it maybe once a month, but when I do, I’m not gentle with it. It gets set down on all kinds of surfaces, sticky bar counters included. Despite that, there’s very little wear on the corners and bottom edges.

The lambskin is really soft, which initially made me nervous about scratching it, especially around the roll-top closure where your nails inevitably rest against the leather. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised here as well – almost no visible signs of wear. I do keep my nails short and try to be careful, so your mileage may vary.

The metal end pieces have also held up well, with minimal scratching despite bumping into doors and hard surfaces.

Le Turismo

This was my go-to summer bag last year, and I’m excited to bring it back out as the weather warms up. I typically use the longer shoulder strap for quick errands and outings.

I’ve been careful about color transfer and haven’t had any issues when pairing it with lighter colors or light-wash denim. There’s some corner wear, as you can see, but nothing beyond what I’d expect after a full season of use.

Functionality & What Fits

The Le Rond Carré Clutch is here for style, not function — but it’s a surprisingly spacious clutch. I can even fit a pair of low-profile flats (like Rothy’s) inside; I’m a size 7.5 for reference.

The Le Turismo Small is a grab-and-go crossbody or shoulder bag. The zipper closure sits lower than the top of the bag, which limits capacity — I can fit the essentials (wallet, sunglasses, a snack or two, keys), but not much more. Worth noting: it does come in medium and large sizes that fit considerably more, including a 13″ laptop.

Verdict

Overall, I’ve been impressed with Jacquemus handbags, even if they sit on the pricier side. Personally, I’d feel most comfortable in the $700–900 range — and the good news is they do go on sale within that window occasionally.

I’ve had an on-and-off relationship with Reformation over the years. I loved their original silhouettes – the Gavin cap sleeve dress, the funky linen prints (originally reviewed here) – but it’s disheartening that so many of their dresses are made of viscose, which infamously shrinks if so much as a splash of cold water lands on it.

That said, their jeans (reviewed here) and cashmere are standout categories. I bought my first Reformation Clara Cardigan in early 2024 and have worn it at least once a week since. The quality has held up well, with minimal pilling despite daily use with heavy work bags. And the cuffs haven’t stretched out, which is my biggest pet peeve with lower-quality sweaters.

But at $198 for basic colors, it’s not cheap and it rarely goes on sale.

So when Quince released their Cropped Cashmere Cardigan, I was excited to try it as a Clara dupe. At $89.99, it’s still not exactly a bargain, but at more than 50% less than the Reformation, it’s a much friendlier price point!

Here’s how the two compare –

What’s similar:

• Thickness and weight: both are substantial and make great midweight layers
• Overall shape: slightly boxy, cropped body
• A slightly wider, lower-depth ribbed neckline (distinct from the classic cashmere cardigan silhouette)

What’s different:

• Quince’s version has a slightly smaller neck opening, may be harder to get that t-shirt “peep” at the top
• Reformation’s version runs about 1″ more cropped in the body
• Reformation also offers a wider color range, including seasonal colors, stripes, and more

The verdict: The Quince is a close enough dupe that it’s well worth the price, with one caveat. The color range is limited; while the bright red is great, non-neutral colros are lacking. If variety matters to you, the Reformation Clara may be worth the splurge, and does stand the test of wear and time.

During the newborn months, I spent many a 3 a.m. feeding session browsing online and getting targeted with ads from all kinds of baby carrier companies. Naturally, I fell deep into the rabbit hole that is babywearing. And that exploration eventually led to my two extensive baby carrier reviews.

However, I realize those reviews might not be the most helpful starting point if you’re not even sure which types of carriers to research in the first place.

A friend recently commented that there should be a decision matrix for baby carriers – and that idea stuck with me. This quiz became a fun weekend project aimed at helping parents, caregivers and friends narrow down what might work best!

Which Baby Carrier Is Best? A Quiz

Please note: this is a simple guide and not a strict rulebook. The best carrier for you and your baby will always come down to personal preference – and sometimes your baby has the final say . With so many brands and styles available, my goal is simply to help narrow down the options so you know where to start your research.

Additional Considerations

H-Back vs. X-Back Straps Carriers

This largely comes down to personal preference. H-back straps are similar to backpack straps, and I originally thought I would prefer them. However, I actually found it difficult to reach behind my back to clip the connecting strap. That said, many people love this style and have no trouble with it.

Apron vs. Waterfall Waistband Carriers

Waterfall waistbands tend to be more supportive, but they’re also bulkier and can add extra height to the overall carrier.

• If you have a long torso, you may prefer a waterfall waistband for the additional support.
• If you have a shorter torso (like me), an apron-style waistband can work better so baby’s head doesn’t sit too high or bump into your face.

• Back-wearing Onbuhimos are nicely portable, but primarily for babies 6mo or older once they can sit unassisted. Additionally, they are bump-friendly due to reducing pressure on the abdomen, but require more shoulder strength to carry for longer stretches

Lastly, for more babywearing resources, I highly recommend the following:

• Jordan @thebabywearing.ot – Extremely educational posts and videos, and she offers 15-minute virtual fit checks for $15. I booked one as a first-time mom and found it incredibly helpful.
  • That’s how I learned that my fit was OK but baby at that time (3 months) was fussy likely due to slight torticollis and silent reflux. Which he eventually grew out of and enjoyed being carried after!
• Cassidy @letstalkbabywearing – Another great source of educational content. I especially appreciated her posts because her build is similar to mine.
• And last but not least, the r/babywearing on Reddit. This community can feel a little intimidating at first, but it’s generally very knowledgeable and helpful.

As you know, I’ve extensively tried and honestly reviewed many of Quince’s offerings for myself. But how does Quince’s baby clothing line compare to the rest of their products? Over the past year, I’ve tried several of their onesies, pajamas, and sleep sacks for baby boy. Here are my thoughts so far!

Quince Baby Pajamas & Onesies

Items reviewed:

• Baby Bamboo Footie Pajama $19 Compared to Kyte Baby and Hanna Andersson
• Baby Organic Cotton One-Piece Pajama $19 Compared to Hanna Andersson
• Softest Rib One-Piece Pajama $24 Compared to Mori
• Softest Rib Onesie $12 and Organic Cotton Short Sleeve Onesie $12 Compared to Hanna Andersson

Overall Verdict

In general, Quince sizing runs closer to true-to-size, while Kyte and Hanna Andersson tend to run smaller. That said, Quince pieces still have a few fit quirks.

Short-Sleeve Onesies

Both of the short-sleeve onesies are well made, with clean stitching and thicker fabric. However, they run short and wide. If you have a long, slim baby like ours, I would recommend Honest Baby or Little Planet by Carter’s organic cotton onesies instead.

Organic Cotton Footless Pajamas

These are excellent quality and generally fit true to size. The organic cotton pajamas have a nice weight and are great for winter. However, they start to run quite skinny beginning at the 9 – 12 month size, so fit may vary after that point. We had a great experience with the 3 – 9 month sizes.

To be fair, this is similar to Hanna Andersson cotton pajamas, which run extremely slim from the start. I was never able to fit baby boy into them comfortably, even though he is on the slim side at around the 30th percentile for weight and 80th percentile for height.

Softest Rib and Bamboo Footie Pajamas

Quince’s bamboo pajamas are an affordable alternative to Kyte Baby and fit true to size. However:

• They’re not quite as soft as Kyte
• The grippy foot dots can start to peel off after a few washes

Kyte still has an advantage for smaller babies, since they offer preemie and newborn sizes, and their sizing runs smaller overall.

If you like the stretchiness of bamboo but want something slightly thicker, I love Hanna Andersson’s Hannasoft line. These often go on sale for $20–$35 per piece and are substantial enough to wear during cooler months.

Quince’s softest rib pajamas are a dupe of the Mori pajamas and feel very similarly. They’re also on the thinner side and great for warmer months.

My Go-To Picks

For our long and slim baby, our favorites have been:

• Quince Softest Rib pajamas
• Quince Organic Cotton footless pajamas (up to the 9-month size)
• Hanna Andersson Hannasoft pajamas (buy one size up if you’re towards the end of the age range)

Overall, Quince is a solid option. However, if you’re looking for colorful patterns and prints, Kyte and Hanna Andersson offer a wider selection, and both brands run frequent sales to bring down the cost.

Quince Sleep Sacks (Sleep Bags)

Quince’s baby sleep sacks are $35, compared to Kyte’s $55 for a small (0–6 months).

The materials are very similar: a bamboo-based rayon exterior with poly fill.

The main difference is in the TOG ratings.

• Quince’s 1.0 TOG sleep sack does not include the quilted layer, whereas Kyte’s does.
• This makes the Quince sacks feel about one layer thinner than Kyte.

Because of this, the Quince 2.5 TOG (Fall/Winter) sleep sack is the closer equivalent to Kyte’s standard version. But even then, at $39, it’s still a great value compared to Kyte. If you’re not married to any specific pattern from Kyte, Quince is a clear winner here!

It’s been a rainy (though very welcome!) start to the new year, which means I’ve been living in cozy outfits and spending more time indoors. My sweatpant “jeans” from two different brands have been in heavy rotation, so I figured it was finally time to give them a proper review.

Rag & Bone Sweatpant Jeans Review

In 2024, I caved and bought the infamous Rag & Bone sweatpant jeans, which retail for $198. They come in multiple washes, including a darker option that’s perfect for fall and winter.

For sizing reference: I typically wear a 26 or 27 in jeans. I purchased a size medium while pregnant and was able to wear them through most of my pregnancy. They still fit comfortably postpartum as well.

One confusing detail: the Miramar line actually includes two different constructions.

• Version 1: “Hard jeans” with a working fly and button, but made from soft terry fleece.
• Version 2: Labeled “decorative five-pocket style.” These are the true sweatpant version. The fly and button are printed on, and the functional pockets are hidden in the side seams.

If you look closely at the product photos, you can spot the difference. My review is on the second version, which is as close to sweatpants as you can get!

My Thoughts

• I love the detailed denim “print” — it looks surprisingly realistic.
• The silhouette is smoother and more streamlined, with slightly nicer construction overall.
• The elastic waistband runs looser, which can be a pro or a con.
• Con: I can’t put anything heavy (like my phone) in the side seam pocket or the pants start to sag.

GAP Sweatpant Jeans Review

More recently, GAP released their own version of sweatpant jeans in several styles: a heavyweight option, a trendy barrel style, and a lightweight direct dupe of the Rag & Bone pair.

I purchased the heavyweight version in an XS and have worn them for more than six months now. Here’s how they compare to the Rag & Bone version:

• Wider size range, including petite and tall options
• More fabric choices and weight variations
• The heavyweight style has real pockets and belt loops
• Costs about half as much as the Rag & Bone version – even less if you get it during a frequent GAP sale.

Are the Rag & Bone Sweatpant Jeans Worth It?

To be completely honest… probably not.

That said, when I checked my closet tracking app, I realized I’ve worn them over 60 times in the past year. At that point, the cost-per-wear comes out to just below $2 – which makes the higher price tag easier to justify.

If you have the budget and prefer the slightly more streamlined silhouette, the Rag & Bone version is great. If not, the GAP styles are extremely comfortable and deliver a very similar look for much less.

Hello, and welcome to my new home at Out of Office Mode (outofofficemode.com)! All of my content has been updated to this new domain, and moving forward, all new posts will appear here. Not much else is changing, so I hope the site still feels comfortably familiar.

My previous website started as a purely personal project back in college (!), and I never expected it to attract a public readership. So, thank you for your interest and support over the years. I’d been wanting to move to a less personally named domain for a while, and now… here we are!

Some of you may remember that I’ve actually owned this domain previously, initially posting about outdoor activities and treks. I didn’t keep it up much back then, so I decided to repurpose and relaunch it with fresh content.

I still work a regular 9-to-5 corporate job, and this site serves as my creative outlet. My 5-to-9, if you will. With that in mind, I felt the name “Out of Office Mode” was perfectly suited for this purpose. It also allows me to explore range of topics, from style to parenting to travel… you get the idea.
