The Us Census Bureau was formed on this day in 1902. Census Day in the US is April 1, 2010, but your letter is mailing now and should arrive sometime this month. March 2, 1904 Theodor Seuss Geisel was born. He was an American writer and cartoonist most widely known for his children's books written under the pen name Dr. Seuss.
