Arg! shadowbox.js is one of my favourite plugins. It's the first plugin I install when I create a new website. I've been using it forever. I hope that you can get it up and running again very soon.

If I download the plugin from sivel.net will it still update automatically or will I need to check back here from time to time and perform updates manually?

Thank you for your work. I wish you all the best in the New Year!

Best regards,
Dameon

I liken adding an opcode cache to printing free money. You don't need to change any PHP code, on most systems it is nearly trivial to install and dramatically increases the capacity of your server and reduces the page load time for your users. Hard to argue against it.

[..] Page caching with Batcache. PHP Generation Time: N/A

PHP is being run even with Batcache which is actually
wp-content/advanced-cache.php
that retrieves the cached HTML content. It is being included in wp-settings.php. To calculate the time it takes for PHP to retrieve that cached HTML from memcache, I use the following replacement on the cached output in
advanced-cache.php
:

$cached = str_replace('
', '\n
', $cached);
