Supporting the organizations that help make rural communities a vibrant place to live, work and raise a family is important to farmers and the Monsanto Fund. Farmers enrolled in the project for an opportunity to win $2,500 for a nonprofit organization in their county that they felt strengthens their community. St. John’s Circle of Care was selected as the $2,500 recipient for the 2nd year in a row!

We thank the Groebner’s and Monsanto for their generosity in selecting St. Johns for this award. We are deeply appreciative and will be putting the funds towards the purchase of a new Nurse Call System at St. John Lutheran Home.

Thursday, Dec. 22nd. The chapel was filled with friends, family, residents, children and employees

St. John’s Circle of Care was in full display as ages ranging from 1 to 97 were in

attendance. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to you all. May you have a blessed

and joyous Holiday Season.

the mission. Please join us on Sunday at 2:00 pm for a service of Thanksgiving followed

by fellowship with cake, coffee and punch being served.

We will be holding

a Build a Bear Workshop in the Chapel during the MEA School holiday, from 2:30 -4:00

Bring your children, grandchildren or come to build a few for a great holiday gift! $13.50 each

and 4 15″ animals to choose from, Bunny, Bear, Puppy and Cow. Each animal comes with

it’s own embroidered St. John’s T-shirt and birth certificate. Proceeds go back into the

Foundation to help pay for special events and outings for the residents and employees
