But know that I do keep track of my weight at least 4-5 times a week and write it on my calendar.  You could use a pocket calendar to keep track, too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to make a reminder for myself every Tuesday to post my weigh-in. Cook string beans seperately.  In casserole dish, combine soup and water, then add string beans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add 3/4 of the onions.  Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.  Top with the remainder of onions and cook for another 5-10 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 point per serving (makes 8 servings), or about 50 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daily Weighing:&lt;br /&gt;I told you that I would show you an example of one of my weeks of daily weighings, it's very interesting.  And I can look at my book to see what I ate on particular days if I'm confused about a particular weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 1: 178.5&lt;br /&gt;Day 2: 178.7&lt;br /&gt;Day 3: 175.8 (ok, if I were only doing weekly weigh ins, and I did on day 2, how discouraged would I have felt?)&lt;br /&gt;Day 4: missed&lt;br /&gt;Day 5: 176.4&lt;br /&gt;Day 6: 176.6&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is just to illustrate that your weight fluctuates every day. Oh well, I guess just keep washing your hands!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;Oatmeal Cookies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 cup Splenda brown sugar blend&lt;br /&gt;2 large egg(s)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup unsweetened apple sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp table salt&lt;br /&gt;3 cup uncooked oatmeal (quick or old fashioned)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. In mixer, combine sugar and apple sauce. Add eggs.&lt;br /&gt;3. Slowly add flour mixture until combined.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add oatmeal.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes 48 cookies. This will be the side that gets fried in the pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pile on your ingredients and cook on a low flame until heated through, the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
