I miss our time preparing for the Arnold 5k. Although we didn't run together more than once, it was fun to share our progress as we were training. I'm still running too, and my longest to date was just shy of 5 miles, in some hilly terrain near Bellville, OH. (http://runkeeper.com/user/rick020200/activity/83068568?≤ Got another race in mind? I would love to do another 5k or even as much as a 5 mile. I might be talked into a 10k.

My half marathon - the longest I ever did - was almost 20 years ago and I still frequently wish I had gotten around to doing a full marathon.
