Robert Pattinson admitted the other day that his teeth are basically rotting out of his mouth. He told E!,

Before I started shooting, they tried to fix my teeth. And they shaved these little gaps on, they tried to do an Invisalign thing. And I put the Invisilign thing on and was like, I don’t wanna wear that sh*t. Til then those gaps between my teeth have decayed, and caused me so many problems. That’s the one thing I regret doing because I wasn’t thinking at the time.

Nicolas Cage, who currently owes about $6 million in back taxes, is suing his former financial adviser for $20 million, insisting that the poor advice he was given caused him to lose millions of dollars.

Somehow, he’s insisting that his purchases over the last several years were all the money manager’s fault. Here’s a list of a few things that Nicolas’ manager supposedly made him buy:

Justin Timberlake has just been granted a permanent restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court against Karen McNeil, that woman who’s been stalking him for the past few weeks.

The judge in the case slammed Justin’s lawyer earlier today for not forcing his client to appear in court to testify. Justin was filming a movie at the time. His lawyers were finally permitted to submit a testimony on Justin’s behalf. Several members of his security team also gave testimonies.

Karen is now required to stay 100 yards away from Justin, his home, and his car.

After making famous enemies and alienating good friends, celebrity burglar/dirty rat Nick Prugo has been put under protective custody.

According to his lawyer, Nick and his family have been fielding death threats ever since he ratted his friends out for allegedly breaking into at least a half a dozen celebrity homes. The lawyer said,

Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in the protection of Nick Prugo and his family.

No word yet on how much that protection is costing tax payers.

Carrie Prejean, whose sex tape is currently bouncing around the desks of various media sources, had a few things to say about the recent popularity of pornography in her new tell-all book. Her ghostwriter she wrote,

Unfortunately, pornography has become mainstreamed — it rushes at us through big screens, portable screens; soft-core porn is on mainstream TV cable stations, hard-core porn is just a mouse click away on the internet, and the envelope of what seems acceptable seems to get pushed farther and farther as more and more people are exposed to this material.

Levi Johnston announced today that he’ll be filing for joint custody of his son Tripp in just a few weeks. Apparently, his current arrangement with the Palin family isn’t going so well. He told reporters,

At the end of the month I’m going to file for joint custody of Tripp. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.

Levi didn’t give any details on the reason for the recent decision.

Michael Lohan continued on his quest of publicly humiliating his daughter Lindsay today, by releasing an audio tape of Lindsay’s former assistant, Jenni Muro. The new tape features Jenni complaining about trying to save Lindsay from her screwed up life.

Jenni told Michael on the tape, “I’m trying to save your daughter’s life everyday”. She spoke about Lindsay’s toxic relationship with Samantha Ronson, and her lack of proper priorities in life. Check out the audio here.

The call was supposedly placed from Brooklyn, NY in 2008. Jenni is now planning to send a cease and desist letter to Michael, demanding that he have Radar Online remove the content immediately. According to her, the tape was taken out of context, and heavily edited.

When James Franco, who’s currently sleeping through a masters program at Columbia University, was spotted visiting Yale University over the weekend, he told a reporter from the Yale Daily News about his plans to get his Ph.D. James said,

I’m applying to Ph.D. programs next year so I came out to see what the program was like.

He then went on to tell the paper the following little story about an “unpleasant” encounter he had with a fellow Columbia student:

Columbia has a great library, the Butler Library, and I don’t think I can go in there anymore. Because last night I went in, I went into the restroom and this guy was in there and he’s like kind of mumbling like, ‘You’re James Franco, right?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, how’s it going?’ Basically, he didn’t get angry. He said he was annoyed with me that I came to the library and that there are girls in the library. He didn’t express himself. I think what he meant was that he thought I came to the library to meet young girls and he said it wasn’t fair. And I tried to apologize for any disruption my presence had, but he was still annoyed. So I left and I went to the writing building, which is a little more private, but I have to sit there alone in the dark.

It looks like Oksana Grigorieva’s all rested up after giving birth to her new baby girl, Lucia Anne. She’s now back to doing interviews about her perfect catch, Mel Gibson.

Oksana gushed to Hello! magazine the other day about the birth, the new baby, and Mel’s awesome parenting skills. She said,

I was at home then I got rushed into hospital and, eight hours later, I could look at her beautiful face. Mel came just a few hours later because he had to fly from New York.

Mel’s very hands-on. He was amazing while he was here for a short visit. He has been very doting and nurturing. He is incredible with children, very kind.

He’s an amazing person and he treats everybody equally. That’s what I know. I know him as a very kind and generous person, embracing his friends and family. He’s tremendous as a dad, unbelievable.

He’s ecstatic. He is very much in love with her already. She just wins people’s hearts, she’s so beautiful and tiny.

Mel spent about three days with his octobaby before heading back to work in New York.

Former Scientology official, Marty Rathbun is accusing Tom Cruise of threatening to beat three disobedient Scientologists - Marc Yager, Guillaume Leserve, and Ray Mithoff, who failed to make proper confessions to their managers.

According to Marty, a few years ago, the leader of the Church of Scientology, David Miscavige berated 80-100 Scientology managers for not working hard enough to get confessions out of the three disobedient members. He announced that Tom had offered to come and “beat the living [bleep]” out of them if the managers couldn’t do the job themselves. The berated managers, afraid that Tom would be summoned, ended up aggressively beating Marc, Guillaume, and Ray.

Both Tom’s lawyer’s and the church spokesman have vigorously denied the assault. Marty, who claims to have a witness, told the New York Daily News over the weekend that he would welcome any legal attempt from the church to shut him up.

According to the New York Post, Michael Lohan wasn’t stupid enough to give away his daughter Lindsay and ex-wife Dina’s meltdown audio recordings for free. He apparently shopped the tapes around to various sources, asking for $100,000 in exchange for exclusive rights to the tapes.

After getting turned down by several TV networks, Radar Online eventually signed a deal with Michael, getting the tapes for free by paying him an undisclosed sum for an accompanying interview.

A source close to Radar told the NY Post,

Michael initially asked for a large fee — six figures — for the tapes of Lindsay and Dina, but he didn’t get any takers. Radar Online also refused to pay for the tapes, so in the end he agreed to a deal to release the recordings for no fee, but giving him the exposure he needs with a paid interview.

When asked whether or not he took money for the interview, Michael said, “That’s in the hands of my lawyers. They deal with that”. He added, “This isn’t about money or getting paid, it’s about saving my daughter”.
