Kevin Samuels, the self-proclaimed relationship expert who became widely known for his controversial hot takes, has died at the age of 56. His mother confirmed the tragic news to NBC News.

Rumors of his death spread quickly on social media throughout Thursday, sending Black Twitter into a frenzy. However, espite multiple media outlets confirming his purported death with Atlanta police, it wasn’t until Friday morning that the police and Samuels’ own mother confirmed the sad news with the public.

Even sadder is the fact that Samuels’ mother said she initially found out about her son’s death through social media.

His mother, Beverly Samuels-Burch, declined to release details about what happened. She said she learned of her son’s death from social media.

“That was a terrible thing for social media to put that out. I didn’t even know. I hadn’t even been notified,” she said in a phone call on Friday. “All I’m doing is requesting that people pray for us.”

The Atlanta Police Department said officers were called to an apartment on East Paces Ferry Road NE on Thursday morning “regarding a person injured.” By the time police arrived, first responders were performing CPR on an unresponsive man later identified as Samuels.

A woman in the apartment told officers that Samuels had complained about chest pain and that she attempted to help him but he fell, the police report states. The woman called 911.

Samuels was taken to Piedmont Hospital, police said. When contacted Friday, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said it could not confirm or deny any information.

Samuels, who described himself as an image consultant, shared YouTube videos to his more than 1.4 million subscribers discussing topics that included dating and relationships. His views, which many people on social media felt were an attack on Black women, often sparked outrage. Last month he was slammed over a video where he labeled women who are over 35 and unmarried as “leftovers.”

“If you have made it to 35 and you are unmarried, you are a leftover woman,” he said in a video. “You are what is left. Men know that there is something likely wrong with you.”

He also stirred up controversy over videos where he rated women’s appearances based on their looks and dress size. Many said his advice was toxic and misogynistic.

Following news of his death, many social media users were quick to point out his contentious views.

“Kevin Samuels has made a career off of shamelessly disgracing Black women for profit. He emboldened the most toxic individuals to project tired and harmful narratives about Black women,” journalist Ernest Owens wrote. “Dead or alive, what a disgraceful life to live. That’s all I’ve got for that misogynist.”

“What did kevin samuels die from? Being 56 and unmarried?” musician Jean Deaux tweeted.

Some, including YouTuber Adam22, defended Samuels. “Kevin Samuels was a good dude who gave a lot of people solid advice. He got smeared for having a backbone and an opinion and he didn’t back down to the mob. Rest In Peace,” he wrote.

Lashun Pace, a member of the legendary Gospel group The Anointed Pace Sisters, has died at the age of 60.

The Gospel legend’s management team confirmed the sad news to CBS46, reporting that she passed away Monday morning (Mar. 21).

Pace was best known for her signature songs “I Know I’ve Been Changed,” “There’s a Leak in This Old Building” and the Karen Clark Sheard-assisted 1996 hit “Act Like You Know,” which recently went viral on TikTok.

Pace’s cause of death hasn’t yet been revealed nor has her family released an official statement, however, popular figures in the Gospel community—including Dorinda Clark-Cole and Karen Clark Sheard—have been reacting to the reports.

The sad news comes just one year after Lashun’s sister Duranice Pace died aged 62 following a battle with cancer.

Lil’ Hippo is on the move!

When we first told you about Lil’ Hippo back in January, the NFT project was in its infancy stages with only 1,200 Lil’ Hippos minted among 600 or so holders. Now, just a month and some change later, over 5,000 Lil’ Hippos have been minted among 2,000 owners with a nearly 70 ETH trading volume on OpenSea.

Word on the curb is that Whoopi Goldberg is absolutely “LIVID” over her two-week suspension from ‘The View.’ In fact, she’s reportedly so mad that she’s told a few colleagues that she might not be coming back.

The New York Post reports:

Goldberg, 66, feels “humiliated” at being disciplined by ABC execs after she followed their advice to apologize for the ill-conceived comments, a well-placed insider told The Post.

“She feels ABC executives mishandled this. She followed their playbook. She went on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ and then apologized again on ‘The View’ the next day,” a source said.

The source added that while Goldberg is taking the suspension hard and says she wants to leave the show, insiders believe she’s likely just sounding off.

“Her ego has been hurt and she’s telling people she’s going to quit,” the source said. “Suspension from ‘The View’ is like getting suspended from Bravo. The bar is very low.”

Reps for Goldberg and ABC did not return requests for comment.

Goldberg raised eyebrows on “The View” Monday when she insisted that Nazis and Jews were both white. Higher-ups at the network urged Goldberg to make amends on “The Late Show” that evening but she repeated the statement while attempting to clarify her comments. The next day, she invited Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt on the show to discuss her offensive remarks and to apologize again.

But her words weren’t enough for ABC top brass. Kim Godwin, ABC News president, announced her decision to suspend Goldberg for two weeks late Tuesday, telling staffers that such decisions “are never easy, but necessary.”

“Words matter and we must be cognizant of the impact our words have,” Godwin wrote in a memo to employees that dubbed Goldberg’s initial comments “wrong and hurtful.”

As news of the suspension rippled through the network, it angered not only Goldberg but also her co-hosts on the daytime talk show.

“I love Whoopi Goldberg. I love ‘The View,’” Ana Navarro told the Daily Beast on Tuesday evening. “This was an incredibly unfortunate incident. Whoopi is a lifelong ally to the Jewish community. She is not an anti-Semite, period. I am sad. And I have nothing else to say.”

Goldberg first argued that the Holocaust went beyond race during a discussion on “The View” about a Tennessee school district’s decision to ban “Maus,” the Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic novel about a Holocaust survivor.

“The Holocaust isn’t about race. No, it’s not about race,” Goldberg said. “It’s about man’s inhumanity to man.”

Four drug dealers have been arrested in connection to the overdose death of actor Michael K. Williams.

The suspects—Hector Robles, Luis Cruz, Carlos Macci and Irvin Cartagena—are all facing a narcotics conspiracy charge for distributing fentanyl-laced heroin that led to Williams’ fatal overdose back in September 2021, federal prosecutors in Manhattan said.

The men were reportedly part of a crew of drug dealers that operated on the south side of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and sold drugs laced with deadly fentanyl.

Investigators were able to obtain surveillance footage that shows Cartagena allegedly completing a hand-to-hand drug sale with Williams on September 5th, 2021—the day before Williams was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment.

Police arrested Cartagena in Puerto Rico, and in addition to the narcotics conspiracy charge, he was also charged with causing the 54-year-old actor’s death. If convicted on all charges, he could get life in prison.

According to a federal complaint, Cartagena, also known as “Green Eyes,” had sold drugs to undercover informants for months prior to Williams’ death.

When cops responded to the actor’s apartment on Sept. 6, they found drugs and drug paraphernalia near his body, the complaint said.

“More specifically, the NYPD found, among other things: a white plate with white powdery residue on it, a straw on the plate, and several glassines that were marked with the stamp ‘AAA Insurance’ and scattered on and around the white plate,” the complaint said.

The residue was sent to an NYPD lab and tested positive for heroin and fentanyl, according to the complaint.

In addition to Cartagena, the other three defendants also were known by their street names — Robles as “Oreja,” or ears, Cuz as “Mostro,” and Macci as “Carlito,” according to the feds.

The four men continued to sell the deadly drugs at residential buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan — even after learning their stash allegedly killed Williams, the feds said.

In fact, federal prosecutors said undercover informants made another drug buy from the dealers the day after Williams’ body was found.

“This is a public health crisis. And it has to stop. Deadly opioids like fentanyl and heroin don’t care about who you are or what you’ve accomplished. They just feed addiction and lead to tragedy,” US Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement announcing the arrests.

Cartagena was arrested in Puerto Rico on Tuesday and is expected to make an initial court appearance Thursday in federal court there.

Macci, who has 23 prior drug convictions, appeared before Magistrate Judge Stewart Aaron on Wednesday and was ordered held without bail.

“They knew they sold these drugs to Michael Williams and he died,” federal prosecutor Micah Fergenson told the judge. “They continued selling these drugs to customers knowing that might be the last thing they did.”

Macci’s lawyer, Ben Zeman, maintained that this client is “not so much a lifelong drug dealer as a lifelong drug user.”

Robles and Cruz are due in Manhattan federal court later Wednesday.

Michael K. Williams, a Brooklyn native, was best known for his role as Omar Little on the hit HBO series The Wire.

Whoopi Goldberg has been sidelined over recent comments she made about the Holocaust on “The View.”

Goldberg was hit with a two-week suspension Tuesday night (Feb. 1), just one day after she received backlash for saying that the Holocaust wasn’t “about race.”

“Effectively immediately, I am suspending Whoopi Goldberg for two weeks for her wrong and hurtful comments,” ABC president Kim Godwin announced in a statement.

“While Whoopi has apologized, I’ve asked her to take time to reflect and learn about the impact of her comments. The entire ABC News organization stands in solidarity with our Jewish colleagues, friends, family and communities.”

Whoopi found herself in hot water after making the following statement during Monday’s show: “Let’s be truthful about it because Holocaust isn’t about race. It’s not about race. It’s not about race. It’s about man’s inhumanity to man.”

Tom Brady, who is considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history, has retired from football at the age of 44 after winning 7 super bowl titles over 22 seasons.

When Brady left the field following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ loss to the Los Angeles Rams last week, he knew it was likely his final act as a football player, sources said. In the days since, he has spent time digesting that mindset and is preparing his retirement announcement along with the next chapter of his life and career, sources said.

Sources said that Brady’s decision to retire is based on several factors, including family and health. While less significant, Brady also recognizes that the Buccaneers are likely to undergo significant roster turnover, sources said.

Brady, 44, has been adamant for weeks that he never wanted a “farewell season,” and many who know him believed he desired a decision made without much drama leading up to it. He will shift his focus to new endeavors and believes this is the right moment to end his playing career, sources said.

It is unknown when Brady will formalize his plans to retire, but it will be made with consideration to not upstage the NFL’s postseason games or Super Bowl.

Buccaneers executives and coaches have been bracing for Brady’s retirement in recent weeks, recognizing it was more likely than not that he would hang it up after the season, team sources told ESPN. One source said as recently as this week that “all signs point” to Brady’s retiring.

The Buccaneers hoped to make an emphatic pitch to persuade Brady to play one more year, but Tampa Bay recognizes that effort is not expected to have an impact and is resigned to the challenges that now lie ahead.

Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians told the Tampa Bay Times on Saturday that he was not aware of a retirement decision by Brady.

“He hasn’t that we know of,” Arians said. “Agent [Donald Yee] just told us he hasn’t made up his mind.”

When Brady makes his decision to retire official, the former New England Patriots quarterback will end a storied career that spanned three different decades on the path from Foxboro to Tampa to Canton.

He won seven Lombardi trophies, the most championships won by a single player in NFL history, along with five Super Bowl MVPs. He piled up all-time records such as most touchdown passes (624) and most passing yards (84,250) in his 22 seasons.

His performance during the final year of his career — finishing the regular season as the NFL leader in touchdowns and passing yards — suggested Brady could have continued playing at an elite championship level. But he recognized the sacrifice it would take on him and his family and felt it was time to tackle other challenges, sources said.

Earlier in the week, appearing on his “Let’s Go” podcast with host Jim Gray, Brady used the word “satisfied” to describe his NFL career, which caught the attention of many who know a man who rarely was satisfied with his achievements. Brady cited his family’s desires as a heavy factor in his upcoming decision.

“I said this a few years ago, it’s what relationships are all about,” Brady said on the podcast. “It’s not always what I want. It’s what we want as a family. And I’m going to spend a lot of time with them and figure out in the future what’s next.”

Brady and his family have been building a South Florida home just north of Miami.

“I’ll know when I know,” Brady said during the podcast. “I think for all of us, you know, we can all decompress a bit. It’s been six straight months of football. Every day consumed by day in and day out football. And I think now it’s just some time to spend some time with my family and spend some time with my kids.”

Brady will become the second future Hall of Fame quarterback to call it a career this postseason. On Thursday, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger announced his retirement.

“Growing up, Jay Z and Lil’ Wayne played a big part in my upbringing,” Kiarash Behain, the CEO of Rundown Media and the creator of Lil Hippo said in a statement on the official website for the project. “Today, my son and daughter are Jay Z and Lil’ Wayne fans. I wanted to apply the same concept of passing generational knowledge through financial literacy in the form of the culture that shaped me.”

Lil Hippo also plans to launch adult and youth interactive online workshops, host events, give back to the community by supporting youth programs related to cryptocurrency and financial literacy, and so much more.

The official Lil Hippo website states: “We want our generation to empower the next generation through education and interactive workshops. A percentage of all proceeds will be fueling the brains of the future into tech.”

A Texas home owned by NBA Youngboy where his mother currently lives was raided by SWAT, which resulted in the arrest of three of Youngboy’s associates.

TMZ reports:

A spokesperson for the Harris Co. Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ SWAT officers served a warrant at the property Tuesday morning. We’re told NBA Youngboy purchased the home, and his mom, Sherhonda Gaulden, lives there … although it’s unclear if she was home when cops arrived.

Neither Youngboy or his mother were arrested … but cops call the 3 men who were busted associates of Youngboy. We’re told they were arrested on charges ranging from aggravated robbery to aggravated assault.

The Sheriff spokesperson, Thomas Gilliland, tells TMZ the arrests are related to the November shooting. Cops say the man was shot multiple times in the body and head, but survived and is out of the hospital now.

We’re told the SWAT team also seized weapons, including AR-15s, pistols and long guns.

NBA Youngboy wasn’t at the home due to him being on house arrest in Utah after he was released from federal prison back in October after serving time related to a gun case.

A pair of teen brothers from Texas are in jail after being accused of beating their stepfather to death with the help of a friend for sexually abusing their 9-year-old sister.

According to KSAT, 18-year-old brothers Alejandro and Christian Trevino, along with their friend, Juan Eduardo Melendez, also 18, allegedly beat 42-year-old Gabriel Quintanilla and left him to die in a field in McAllen, Texas.

Quintanilla’s body was discovered by a farmer Thursday (Jan. 20) with apparent severe blunt force trauma to his head.

Police reported that a minor, later identified as Quintanilla’s daughter, said she was inappropriately touched by Quintanilla at an RV park.

“When brothers (Alejandro) and Christian Trevino found out, they became enraged and confronted Gabriel Quintanilla at the residence. A physical fight ensued between the three and the victim Quintanilla left the location on foot,” stated a news release from Pharr Police Department.

KRGV reported that Christian Trevino chased Quintanilla to a nearby apartment complex, while Melendez drove Alejandro Trevino to the complex, where they assaulted Quintanilla again.

The trio then left the area and switched vehicles from a red Dodge Charger to a truck before going back to the complex where they found Quintanilla walking alone, Pharr police said.

Quintanilla was assaulted a third time, police said, before being put in the bed of the truck and dumped in a field. Police believe Quintanilla may have been still alive when the teens allegedly dumped his body.

Arrest records show Melendez was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and marijuana possession.

Christian Trevino was charged with aggravated assault, murder and engaging in organized criminal activity, and his brother Alejandro Trevino was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and aggravated assault.

According to a report from MyRGV, Alejandro wasn’t charged with murder because police believe Christian and Melendez were the ones who dealt the fatal blows. Police also believe that brass knuckles were used during at least one of the assaults on Quintanilla.

At the time of his death, Quintanilla had a warrant out for continuous sexual abuse of a child and assault family violence, police said.

The three teens are being held on a $1 million bond.

Cardi B’s victories keep piling up in the aftermath of her courtroom triumph over YouTube blogger Tasha K.

Just one day after Tasha K received a judgment ordering her to pay Cardi B $1.25 million for defaming the rapper by spreading false rumors on her unWinewithTashaK YouTube channel, the courts have added an additional $1.5 million in punitive damages and ordered the vlogger to reimburse the star $1.3 million in legal fees … which brings the total amount of money she now owes to $4 million.

Tasha K, who’s real name is Latasha Kebe, and her company are now facing more than $4 million in penalties after jurors issued a verdict Monday that fully sided with accusations that she waged a “malicious campaign” to hurt Cardi B’s reputation by posting false claims on the internet, including that the star contracted herpes and performed a shocking sex act with a beer bottle.

At time of publishing, a formal verdict form had not yet published by the court, but the details of Tuesday’s new damages awards were conveyed to Billboard by Cardi B’s legal team. Following the proceedings, Kebe’s attorneys told Billboard simply: “We disagree with the verdict and we will be filing an appeal.”

Moving forward, Kebe’s attorneys can challenge the verdicts to the federal district judge overseeing the case. If he upholds the verdict as expected, they can then appeal the outcome to a federal appeals court.

Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, sued Kebe in 2019 over dozens of videos that contained shocking claims about the rapper. One video cited in the lawsuit includes a statement that Cardi B “f***ed herself with beer bottles on f***ing stripper stages.” Others said she had contracted herpes; that she had been a prostitute; that she had cheated on her husband; and that she had done hard drugs.

A trial kicked off on Jan. 10 in Georgia federal court, during which both women took the stand. Cardi B testified that she felt “suicidal” in the wake of Kebe’s videos, and said that “only an evil person could do that sh**.” Kebe initially admitted that she knowingly published lies about the rapper, but she later tried to walk back that statement when examined by her own attorneys.

On Monday, jurors held Kebe legally liable on three separate claims from Cardi B: defamation, invasion of privacy through portrayal in a false light, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. They awarded the $1.25 million in “general” damages, aimed to compensate Cardi B for pain and suffering and/or reputational harm, plus medical costs.

Tuesday’s added awards dealt with so-called punitive damages, which are reserved only for more egregious bad behavior. Jurors ordered Kebe to pay $1 million in such damages, and ordered her company Kebe Studios LLC to pay another $500,000.

The jury also ordered Kebe to reimburse Cardi B for the money she spent to bring the lawsuit—another remedy typically available only in exceptional circumstances. They awarded $1,338,753.47, which was the full amount sought by her attorneys.

In a statement issued to Billboard after Tuesday’s proceedings, Cardi B said the victory in court brought her “great happiness,” but also called for more action to address the broader problems of online misinformation and cyberbullying.

“The truth is that the intentional harm that was done to me, is done to countless others every day,” the rapper wrote. “The only difference between me and the high schooler who is being cyberbullied and lied on by their classmates is the money and resources I have access to. We collectively have to say enough is enough.”

The crazy part about this lawsuit is that it all could have been avoided had Tasha just granted Cardi’s request for an apology and retraction. Now she has to pay $4 million. Yikes.

UPDATE: Slim Jxmmi’s girlfriend/baby mama Kee is calling “cap” on the reports that Slim Jxmmi assaulted her. She says there was no physical altercation, just a “loud argument” that resulted in the police being called.

Slim Jxmmi, one half of popular rap duo Rae Sremmurd, was arrested early Tuesday morning (Jan. 25) in Miami for battery after allegedly attacking his girlfriend and the mother of his child.

According to TMZ, during the attack, the rapper kicked a door in and pulled his GF’s hair out before tossing her phone off a balcony to prevent her from recording.

TMZ reports:

Slim’s girlfriend — with whom he also shares a son — told cops the rapper first got pissed after she had questioned him about a woman he was following on Twitter.

Cops say the GF told them Slim left their home with a friend shortly after the argument and returned a short time later smelling like alcohol. The alleged victim told cops when she attempted to move their sleeping child from his playpen to a bed, Slim pulled her hair so hard her extension was ripped from her scalp.

We’re told Slim’s GF told cops she tried to record his outrage with her phone — which made him more pissed — and he chased her around their home.

At one point, the alleged victim told cops she ran to a room and closed the door, but Slim kicked the door down, ripped the phone away, and threw it over a balcony to prevent her from posting the video on social media.

Cops say they recovered the phone, undamaged, on a nearby street when they were called to the scene.

This isn’t the first time Slim Jxmmi has been involved in an alleged domestic violence incident with his girlfriend. To refresh your memory … he was accused of punching his then-pregnant girlfriend Kee in the mouth, knocking her tooth out.

According to The Shade Room, Kee was around six months pregnant at the time, and Slim Jxmmy eventually paid for Kee to get veneers to replace her tooth.

TSR’s source said Kee and Jxmmi’s relationship was very toxic, with Jxmmi treating Kee like a “punching bag,” and his actions were a direct result of the death of his father at the hands of his half-brother. Kee didn’t press charges at the time because she feared retaliation.

A few months later, Kee took to social media accusing the rapper of being a deadbeat after he went viral from a live video in which he was seen taking their son away from her.

“Since my baby’s father wants to go viral, I will clear some things up,” Kee wrote on her IG story. “He came to my hotel room last night with intentions on making a live of me to try and clear his name. And make me look like I’m the bad person. He’s sending out the live trying to get people to watch it because no blogs have posted it. So he wants it to be seen.”

“My son is a month old, and Jim has seen him 3 times. I left where I live (Los Angeles) and went to where I had support because I had a Csection and he was refusing to help me in LA,” she continued, claiming that Slim Jxmmi argued with her via text before showing up at her hotel. “As soon as we met there, he went on live, so yes I tried taking my son and leaving my hotel room.”

She added that she had proof that after their son’s birth, she begged him to help her because she was “exhausted” and still recovering from her surgery.

“He would respond with ‘He’s not even two weeks old, he doesn’t need my attention right now,'” Kee recalled. “‘All he does is eat, sh*t, and sleep’ so yes, I stopped contacting him and left LA. I wasn’t going to keep asking for him to see him.”

Kee said after she left L.A., Slim Jxmmi threatened her, but she later decided to travel to Atlanta so their son could spend time with him.

“I want my son to know his dad, I got a ticket and came,” she said, adding that she’d been in ATL three days and Jxmmi spent a total of 12 hours with their baby. She claimed that the rapper put on a show for Live viewers to make it seem as if she was trying to keep his child from him.

“He was telling my ONE MONTH old son his mommy is a hoe and a thot. I’m neither. He is telling my son this on his live. So yes you damn right I’m trying to leave with my baby.”

Kee added that the footage would be used in court to explain “why he cannot see my son legally anymore until he  gets help.”

Ian Alexander Jr., son of actress Regina King, has died at the age of 26.

According to B. Scott, who broke the sad news first, Ian’s death was the result of an apparent suicide, which occurred just two days after his 26th birthday.

After the news begin to spread, King released the following statement to People magazine:

“Our family is devastated at the deepest level by the loss of Ian. He is such a bright light who cared so deeply about the happiness of others. Our family asks for respectful consideration during this private time. Thank you.”

Ian was King’s only child, whom she shared with her ex-husband, record producer Ian Alexander Sr.

Ian, following in his father’s musical footsteps, was a deejay that went by the name Desduné. Previously, King told People that her son was “an amazing young man.”

Despite her success as an actor and director, King stated at the time that Ian was her greatest source of pride.

After divorcing Ian’s father back in 2007 after nine years of marriage, King admitted that being a single parent isn’t always easy, but nothing compares to her love for her son.

“You don’t know what unconditional love is. You may say you do, but if you don’t have a child, you don’t know what that is,” she explained at the time. “When you experience it, it’s the most fulfilling [thing] ever.”

Last year around this time, in honor of his mom’s 50th birthday—which is coincidentally just a few days before his—Ian shared via Instagram: “Happy birthday to my co, so extremely proud of you and inspired by your love, artistry, and gangsta! To be able to watch you take this lifetime by its neck and make it yours is something i will forever be grateful for.”

He continued: “But to have you as my mother is the greatest gift I could ask for. To be all that you are while always having the time to be there, love and support me unconditionally is truly remarkable. The whole marvel universe ain’t got shit on you, your the real superhero! Love you mom! This day and everyday YO DAY!!”

The mother-son duo also have matching tattoos, which read “unconditional love” in Aramaic. His tattoo is on his shoulder while hers is on her arm.

“We were taking Kabbalah classes,” King said on The View in 2017. “He said, let’s choose three [designs] each and not tell each other which ones they are and whichever one is matching, that’s the one we’re going to get tattooed — and we both chose unconditional love.”

Ian often tagged along with his mom on red carpets, and in 2019, he called her a “super mom” while posing for pics at the Golden Globes.

“She’s just a super mom,” he told E! News. “She doesn’t really let bad work days or anything come back and ruin the time that we have. It’s really awesome to have a mother who I can enjoy spending time with.”

King said at the time that Ian made her “happier than anything in the whole world.”

André Leon Talley, fashion icon and former Editor-at-Large of Vogue magazine, has died. He was 73 years old.

Sources close to Andre say he passed away Tuesday at a hospital in White Plains, New York.

At this time, it’s unclear why he was hospitalized and an official cause of death has not been made public.

Talley was instrumental to Vogue’s vision and direction in the ’80s and ’90s, when he worked his way up the magazine ranks to eventually become the news director — which he helmed from ’83 to ’87 — and then ascended to Vogue’s creative director in ’88.

He held that post for a good 7 or so years, and before long … he was heading up all of Vogue as the EAL — with a slight break in between — until 2013, when he left the company. Even after his official departure, however, he continued to contribute to Vogue in varying capacities … including podcast appearances.

ALT will perhaps be best remembered as a trailblazer in the fashion world — not just for his stylish flair, but for his push to include more POC on the runway … specifically, Black models.

His work and career speak for themselves … and so has his consulting work elsewhere, including being a stylist for the Obamas at one point during Barack’s presidency, and even serving as a judge on ‘America’s Next Top Model’ … among many other notable achievements, like his ‘SATC’ cameo and frequent Wendy Williams chats.

He has worked side by side with Anna Wintour — Vogue’s editor-in-chief — for decades … and is considered one of the first mainstream African-American tastemakers in the U.S. Andre was also an LGBT icon … although he never specifically said he was gay, but more fluid than anything in his sexuality.

Tiffany Haddish was arrested early Friday morning (Jan. 14) and is reportedly facing a DUI charge in Georgia after police found her asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Law enforcement tells us Tiffany was arrested by Peachtree City PD officers around 4 AM ET. Although she was getting booked for DUI, the comedian still managed to smile for the camera when cops snapped her mug shot.

Cops were responding to a call for a driver who’d fallen asleep at the wheel. Officers had a description of the vehicle and were on the lookout for it when they spotted Tiffany pulling into a neighborhood.

They stopped her and arrested her for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. Cops believe she’d smoked marijuana.

Tiffany was only in police custody for a few hours. According to records, obtained by TMZ, she posted $1,666 to bond out of jail around 6:30 AM.

The … Proud … Family … what?!

The official first full-length trailer for The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder has arrived!

The trailer for The Proud Family reboot sees our favorite animated family with a fresh new look, but up to the same old shenanigans we grew to love them for in the original series.

And almost all of the original cast has returned—Kyla Pratt (Penny Proud), Tommy Davidson (Oscar Proud), Paula Jai Parker (Trudy Proud), Jo Marie Payton (Suga Mama), Karen Malina White (Dijonay Jones), Soleil Moon Frye (Zoey Howzer), Alisa Reyes (LaCienega Boulevardez) and Cedric the Entertainer (Uncle Bobby Proud). Orlando Brown, who voiced Dijonay’s crush Sticky Webb, is the only cast member that wasn’t invited to return.

Penny and her friends seem older now, and Oscar is still trying his best to keep his little girl from growing up too fast, especially when it comes to her growing interest in boys.

Though Trudy realizes their “little girl is becoming a young lady,” Oscar ain’t trying to hear none of that, as he interrupts Penny’s alone time with a boy and stops the teens from kissing. “I told you, Penny … no dating before you’re married!” Oscar says.

As part of his mission to keep Penny from growing up too quickly, Oscar later crashes her school dance. “You think imma let you dance with a boy looking like a, like a …,” Oscar says as Penny chimes in, “Like a girl?”

Later, Oscar’s new friend Randall (voiced by Billy Porter) gives Oscar a bit of advice on how to raise his teenage daughter. “You should try looking at the world through Penny’s eyes,” he says.

The end of the trailer also teases a star-studded lineup of the revival’s guest voice actors, including Gabrielle Union, Lizzo, Tiffany Haddish, Leslie Odom Jr., and Lil Nas. Keke Palmer, EJ Johnson and Zachary Quinto were also previously announced as series newcomers.

The Proud Family aired on the Disney Channel from 2001 and 2005 and ended after just two seasons. The same year the show ended, Disney released a made-for-TV movie for the series, aptly titled The Proud Family Movie.

Kyla Pratt, now 35, recently talked about how excited she was regarding the show’s comeback.

“I got to do that character from the age of 14 to 17, so it’s a part of my childhood and for years, people have always been like, ‘You guys need to bring that back. There weren’t enough episodes. It was so amazing,’ ” she said in an interview with TV Line back in January 2021.

“I always tell people, ‘Don’t harass me. I can’t make this happen.’ But it’s coming back now, it’s going to be on Disney+, we have a bunch of new episodes, and it’s basically the old Proud Family rebooted, an upgraded version.”

Pratt added: “What I love about that show is we talked about so many things a lot of shows weren’t talking about in 2001, and so now, of course we gotta bring it extra hard. There are a lot of people who are going to be looking at the episodes and saying, ‘Wow, I can’t believe they went there, but I’m glad they did.’ There’s certain discussions we need to have that sometimes, it can start with something as simple as a cartoon.”

The teenage daughter of a popular local news anchor in Greenville, South Carolina recently went on a disgustingly racist and homophobic rant … and the whole thing was captured on video that has since gone viral on social media.

The video, which first surfaced online Wednesday afternoon (Jan. 12), shows Gracie Wood—WSPA Channel 7 news anchor Amy Wood‘s daughter—amongst “friends” as she says horrible things, like advocating for the removal of “Mexicans and Middle Easterners” because “all they do is wanna kill people.”

When someone inquired about the high school senior’s thoughts about Africans, she shrieked at the top of her lungs: “Kill them!” and suggested that the powers that be “blow up the whole continent of Africa!”

Asked how she felt about Germans, the journalist’s daughter remarked: “Y’all are Nazis, but since y’all hate gay people and Black people, I support” before doing a “Nazi salute” and shouting “Hail Hitler!”

Gracie continued: “Honestly, Hitler was a pretty quality man. And he went out the right way by killing himself. I feel like I’d rather kill myself than be killed by a firing squad.”

And the icing on top of the racist cake was when someone asked her what her favorite N-word was, she said … well, I’m sure you can probably guess what it is by now. (Spoiler Alert: It’s “n*****” with the hard r.)

It isn’t clear when or where the video was recorded, but it appears as though someone filmed little Gracie’s racist and homophobic rant without her knowledge … which makes this even worse because it would appear that she said all of this crazy stuff because she felt comfortable enough to do so.

When Gracie Wood isn’t spouting racist homophobic rhetoric amongst “friends,” she apparently likes to spend her free time recording music. She just released a single a few months ago called “You Ain’t My Boo.”

Amy Wood proudly announced the release of her daughter’s new single back in September by going live on her Facebook page that has over 130K followers.

Justin Johnson, the man who police believe shot and killed Young Dolph at a Memphis-area cookie shop back in November, is finally in custody after a weeks-long manhunt that resulted in his capture and arrest.

According to reports, Johnson, 23, was taken in by U.S. Marshals Officers Tuesday afternoon around 3 p.m. in Indiana.

Johnson was wanted on a bunch of charges out of Memphis, including first-degree murder for Dolph’s shooting death.

As we previously reported, authorities announced last Wednesday (Jan. 5) that Johnson was wanted for the murder of Young Dolph.

Johnson, a Memphis-area rapper who goes by the name Straight Dropp, took to social media Saturday (Jan. 8) and shared via his Instagram story that he planned to turn himself in on Monday, while also claiming his innocence … but instead, he ended up releasing a music video that has since racked up over 200K views on YouTube.

His Instagram, which had grown to nearly 80K followers, has since been disabled.

Prior to his arrest, Johnson was listed on TBI’s “Most Wanted” list with a $15K reward being offered in his capture.

Travis and Gregory McMichael—the murderous father-son duo who took the life of a young Black man who was just jogging through a South Georgia neighborhood—will never ever see the light of day … because they both just got sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE for the shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery.

Meanwhile, their friend William “Roddie” Bryan Jr.—who basically helped them kill Ahmaud—was also sentenced to life in prison, but with the possibility of parole.

Three white men who chased and killed Ahmaud Arbery were sentenced Friday to life in prison, with a judge denying any chance of parole for the father and son who armed themselves and initiated the deadly pursuit of the 25-year-old Black man.

Greg and Travis McMichael grabbed guns and chased Arbery in a pickup truck after spotting him running in their neighborhood outside the Georgia port city of Brunswick. Neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan joined the pursuit and recorded cellphone video of Travis McMichael blasting Arbery with a shotgun.

In November, a jury convicted all three defendants of murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and attempted false imprisonment.

Murder carries a mandatory life sentence under Georgia law. The trial judge ordered both McMichaels to serve life without parole. Bryan was granted a chance of parole, but must first serve at least 30 years in prison.

The Feb. 23, 2020, killing became part of a larger national reckoning on racial injustice when the video was posted online two months later.

Ahmaud Arbery’s family asked a judge to show no lenience Friday in sentencing three white men convicted of murder for chasing the running Black man in pickup trucks, cutting off his escape and fatally blasting him with a shotgun.

During the sentencing hearing, Arbery’s sister recalled her brother’s humor, describing him as a positive thinker with a big personality. She told the judge her brother had dark skin “that glistened in the sunlight,” thick, curly hair and an athletic build, factors that made him a target to the men who pursued him.

“These are the qualities that made these men assume that Ahmaud was a dangerous criminal and chase them with guns drawn. To me, those qualities reflect a young man full of life and energy who looked like me and the people I loved,” Jasmine Arbery said.

Murder carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison under Georgia law unless prosecutors seek the death penalty, which they opted against for Arbery’s killing.

Arbery’s mother asked for the maximum sentence, saying she suffered a personal, intense loss made worse by a trial where the men’s defense was that Arbery made bad choices that led to his death.

“This wasn’t a case of mistaken identity or mistaken fact. They chose to target my son because they didn’t want him in their community. They chose to treat him differently than other people who frequently visited their community,” Wanda Cooper-Jones said. “And when they couldn’t sufficiently scare or intimidate him, they killed him.”

Prosecutor Linda Dunikoski asked the judge for life without parole for Travis and Greg McMichael and the possibility of parole for Bryan. But she said all deserved that mandatory life sentence for showing “no empathy for the trapped and terrified Ahmaud Arbery.”

Contending the McMichaels still believed they didn’t do anything wrong, Dunikoski disclosed Friday that Greg McMichael gave Bryan’s cellphone video of the shooting to an attorney, who leaked it.

“He believed it was going to exonerate him,” the prosecutor said.

The guilty verdicts against the men handed down the day before Thanksgiving prompted a victory celebration outside the Glynn County courthouse for those who saw Arbery’s death as part of a larger national reckoning on racial injustice.

All three men were also convicted of aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment. Maximum prison terms for those counts range from five to 20 years. The judge was likely to allow those additional penalties to be served simultaneously with the life sentences for murder.

The McMichaels grabbed guns and jumped in a pickup truck to chase the 25-year-old Arbery after spotting him running in their neighborhood outside the Georgia port city of Brunswick on Feb. 23, 2020. Bryan joined the pursuit in his own truck and recorded cellphone video of Travis McMichael firing close-range shotgun blasts into Arbery as he threw punches and grabbed for the weapon.

The killing went largely unnoticed until two months later, when the graphic video was leaked online and touched off a national outcry. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over the case from local police and soon arrested all three men.

Defense attorneys have said they plan to appeal the convictions. They have 30 days after sentencing to file them.

Next month, the McMichaels and Bryan face a second trial, this time in U.S. District Court on federal hate crime charges. A judge has set jury selection to begin Feb. 7. Prosecutors will argue that the three men violated Arbery’s civil rights and targeted him because he was Black.

Police in Memphis have released the name of the man who they believe is responsible for the shooting death of rapper Young Dolph.

According to Fox 13 in Memphis, 23-year-old Justin Johnson is wanted for murder after being accused of shooting and killing Young Dolph, whose real name is Adolph Robert Thornton Jr.

Dolph, 36, was gunned down on November 17th, 2021 at Makeda’s Homemade Cookies in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee during a routine visit. Two masked gunmen were captured on surveillance cameras before they fled the scene in a white Mercedes Benz.

The U.S. Marshals, who are working on the case with the Memphis Police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, said that Johnson is wanted for first-degree murder for Young Dolph’s death.

According to the U.S. Marshals, because Johnson is on the run, law enforcement agencies are offering a $15,000 reward for any information that leads to his arrest.

Johnson is about 5-foot-8, 190 pounds and has the name “Jaiya” tattooed on his right arm, officials said.

According to police, Johnson has ties to organized criminal gangs and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Young Dolph has died at 36 after being shot and killed.

Details are scarce, but online reports suggest the rapper was the victim of a shooting in his hometown Memphis Wednesday

According to local Memphis news station WREG, police on the scene of a shooting at a cookie shop located on 2370 Airways near Ketchum said that one male victim was located and pronounced dead at the scene.

TMZ has confirmed that the victim of the shooting was indeed Young Dolph (real name: Adolph Robert Thornton, Jr.), and he was gunned down outside a local cookie shop.

A source said Dolph walked into the store, and a vehicle pulled up, opening fire through a front window and fatally striking the rapper.

A 55-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting in Harlem, New York City early Sunday morning (Oct. 31), and according to a number of online sources, that man was Alberto “Alpo” Martinez.

A report from New York Daily News states that the victim, believed to be Martinez, “was struck multiple times in the chest in a hail of bullets fired from a passing vehicle on W. 147th St. near Frederick Douglass Blvd. just after 3:20 a.m.”

EMS rushed the man to Harlem Hospital, where he died. While the man’s name has not been released, many sources are saying that it was definitely Alpo Martinez.

Martinez was a big drug kingpin in Harlem back in the 1980’s and he became famous after rapper Cam’ron portrayed him in the 2002 cult classic movie “Paid in Full.”

Martinez had a long history of violence and is believed to have murdered dozens of people. Most notably, he was accused of killing his former friend Rich Porter for allegedly overcharging him for cocaine.

Martinez was released from prison in 2015 while serving a 35-year sentence for drug charges, 14 counts of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. His early release was due to him being an informant and testifying against his former associates.

News of Martinez’s death comes after he was previously spotted receiving a warm welcome in Harlem a little over a year ago in 2020.

After releasing a number of back-to-back collabs, the Atlanta rapper is riding solo this time around on his new single “Dats Him,” which dropped today along with the official music video.

Directed by iNIGHTLYFE, the “Dats Him” video sees the Authentic Empire artist living his best life, all while flossing in a $500,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, in the city that raised him with his Still Paid crew and beautiful women in tow.

“Dats Him” is the latest offering from Mu, who has put out a string of hits over the past year.

After unleashing the official remix to his standout single “Hittin” (feat. Moneybagg Yo and his AE labelmate Foogiano) last summer, Money Mu has been dropping fire ever since alongside some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Lil Durk (“Eat” Remix) and Pooh Shiesty (“Problem”).

“Dats Him” comes on the heels of the release of a collaboration with fellow ATL rapper Derez Deshon called “Residue.” The new single also arrives just in time for the release of Mu’s third album Still Paid, which will be available on all streaming platforms very soon.

Speaking on the project recently with All Hip-Hop, Mu said fans should expect features with Money Man, K Camp and others.

Unless you live under a rock, just about everybody and their mama has heard about the Internet’s latest trend … the Milk Crate Challenge.

Social media has been in a frenzy with users posting videos of themselves and others doing the ridiculous challenge, mostly ending in participants falling off the crates and painfully crashing to the ground.

While it seems to be all fun and games, the challenge is actually very dangerous and can result in serious injuries.

A Dallas woman is reportedly in critical condition after doing the challenge and it is being said that she may not survive.

Footage of the woman doing the challenge shows her falling from the top of the crates and landing head first on the concrete outside of a gas station.

After the fall, the woman lies on the ground lifeless as paramedics attempt to treat her. A bystander can be heard in the video screaming and saying the woman was bleeding badly from her head.

It is also being said the woman did the challenge for a measly five bucks.

Celebrities including rappers Blueface and DDG have also participated in the Milk Crate Challenge and posted videos of them successfully completing it.

Rapper Lil Boosie even held a Milk Crate Challenge competition at his mansion in Atlanta offering anyone who could make it up and down the crates $4,000.

While many Americans spent the past week getting their kids ready to go back to school, sharing their first-day outfits on social media and how excited the kids were to finally be able to attend in-person classes, a family in Illinois had the devastating duties of burying their five children following a tragic fire that occurred earlier this month.

The fire happened on August 6th at an apartment building located in the 500 block of 29th Street in East St. Louis, Illinois. The mother of the five children, Sabrina Dunigan, left the children home to go pick up her boyfriend from work. When she returned to the apartment she found the building in flames.

According to authorities, Dunigan tried several times to enter the apartment to save the children, but was unsuccessful and suffered burns on her arms and feet. The children’s grandfather and his girlfriend were also at the apartment at the time of the fire and had to jump from the apartment’s second floor.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and were able to rescue three of the children from the apartment, however they unfortunately later died from smoke inhalation. The other two children they were not able to rescue burned alive inside the apartment.

“They are blameless in this. They’re just kids. It’s tough,” Assistant Fire Chief George McClellan said in a statement regarding the tragic incident.

The five siblings were 9-year-old Deontay Davis Jr., 8-year-old twins Heaven and Nevaeh, 4-year-old Jabari Johnson, 2-year-old Loyal Dunigan.

On Saturday (Aug. 21), funeral services for the children were held at Greater St. Mark Church of God in Christ. Family and friends gathered at the church to pay their final respects.

Custom caskets were made for each child and each one reflected their personality and things they were interested in.

“These children were wonderful children. If you look at the caskets, each casket reflects their personal desires, the games they played with, the toys they liked, (and) the colors they were interested in,” Serenity Memorial Chapel Funeral Director Walter Taylor told news reporters. “If you look at the casket, it’s really a glimpse of their young lives.”

While it’s unclear what started the fire, the matter is currently under investigation by the Illinois State Fire Marshal and the Illinois State Police Department.

Sha’Carri Richardson is once again the talk of the Internet, but not in a good way.

Back in July, the track star made headlines after she was disqualified from the 2021 Tokyo Olympics for failing a drug test. Richardson was banned due to marijuana being detected in her system. Many found the banning unfair and unjust due to the drug not being a performance-enhancing substance.

Despite the devastating news, Sha’Carri took responsibility for her actions and also revealed that during the time she used the drug to cope with the death of her mother.

Along with the general public, celebrities including Diddy, Gabrielle Union, Halle Berry, Seth Rogen, Cardi B, and many more spoke out in support of Sha’Carri and even voiced that the Olympic’s rules against marijuana were outdated and needed to be changed to represent the current state of America.

Rapper Kanye showed his support of Sha’Carri by enlisting her for a Beats by Dre ad promoting his upcoming album Donda. Nike also released a statement showing their support to Sha’carri and stating they would keep their sponsorship with her.

Though she was not allowed to participate in the 2021 Olympics, there is no doubt Sha’Carri has felt all of the love and support and for sure has been given her flowers. On July 30th she tweeted asking her fans if they missed her yet.

The tweet received mixed results from followers, with some taking Sha’Carri’s tweet as being arrogant and not humble. Some also took it as she was throwing shade at some of the other participants in the Olympics.

Despite the backlash, it was later announced that Sha’Carri would be given her chance to return to the track on August 21st at the Nike Prefontaine Classic at the University of Oregon. This would be her first race since being disqualified from the Olympics.

Days before the race, Sha’Carri posted a video on Instagram with Nicki Minaj playing in the background and making it clear that she wasn’t coming to play no games.

However, Sha’Carri’s return to the field didn’t go nearly as she or fans expected.

On Saturday (Aug. 21) the track star came in last place in the 100-meter dash race against 8 other competitors, including three of the Jamaican sprinters who won gold, silver and bronze during the Olympics. Footage showed Sha’Carri trailing behind the other sprinters throughout the entire race.

Jamaican sprinter Elaine Thompson-Herah ended up taking first place in the competition.

Following the race, Sha’Carri spoke to NBC and stated that she wasn’t upset about falling short in the race and that she is far from done.

Looks like the beef between Kanye West and Drake is far from over.

Despite reports that the two rappers had patched things up and squashed their long-running beef, a new track from rapper Trippie Redd featuring Drake is stating otherwise.

Last month, a Twitter user tweeted that Drake should release his new upcoming album Certified Lover Boy on the same day Kanye drops his highly anticipated album Donda that he continues to push back.

Social Media maven/YMCMB affiliate Karen Civil responded back to the tweet and revealed that would not happen because Kanye and Drake are friends again.

While this may have be the case at the time, something has definitely changed because Drake is throwing shade for days at Kanye.

On Trippie Redd’s new song “Betrayal” Drake raps:

The group chat showed to include 8 people, one of those people being Pusha T and it is being rumored Drake was also a part of the group chat. The message also included a photo of Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker.

Professional boxer Gervonta Davis ran into a pretty serious scare on Saturday.

Gervonta revealed in an Instagram Live video that his private jet crashed this afternoon during takeoff.

The boxer had just boarded the plane with his team when something went wrong and the jet failed to properly take off and crashed down to the airport grounds.

Luckily Gervonta and company didn’t suffer any major injuries from the crash, but he was still kind of shook up from the incident.

“The plane crashed. The plane didn’t even take off. It took off, but it didn’t take off,” Gervonta said in the Instagram Live video. “I’m good, it’s just my a** is hot. I’m sitting on concrete. My a** is on fire. It feels like it’s boiling. I’m definitely thankful. God is good.”

Following the scary incident, Gervonta made it very clear that he is done with flying. Instead, he said he will drive or take a train going forward.

Celebrities are no strangers to plane crashes. Former NBA star Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna Maria-Onore Bryant and several others tragically passed during a helicopter crash in 2020. Quando Rondo had a pretty rough weekend. Not only was he forced to perform a concert in Georgia in which only 50 people attended, but right after that show, he and his crew were reportedly targeted in a shooting.

Police say the rapper and his entourage were shot at around 3:20 a.m. early Sunday morning (May 2) in Blackshear, Georgia at a convenience store parking lot located off a highway. Cops believe the shooter(s) fired from across the road or from the highway.

According to TMZ, Quando and his team were making a quick stop at the store and weren’t there long before shots were fired. Police don’t know whether Quando was hit because he wasn’t at the scene when authorities arrived, however, one person in his camp was shot in the hand and was treated a located hospital.

The shooting happened about 10 minutes from the nightclub where Quando performed Saturday night. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is reportedly investigating the case.

Interestingly, a fan spotted Quando at a gas station seemingly before the shooting and posted the video on social media.

As was previously reported, Quando Rondo and his crew were involved in a November shootout with King Von’s entourage outside an Atlanta nightclub. King Von was killed in the shooting and a member of Quando’s crew was arrested for felony murder.

Reports emerged over the weekend that Quando Rondo’s performance in Waycross, Georgia was attended by only 50 or so people, and video footage posted on social media seemed to confirm those reports.

During a recent Instagram Live session, Quando previously addressed the issues he’s been facing with booking shows since King Von was killed.

“I can’t do no shows ’cause y’all keep this internet shit going,” he said. “Every time I do get a show booked or something, the promoter calling back. ‘Oh, the police station threatening the venue. They saying if something go down I’ma lose my club license. Send my money back, this and that. Can we try this again in a couple months. Time heals everything.’ This ’cause of y’all folks.”

Georgia rapper Foogiano has been sentenced to 5 years for cutting off his ankle monitor and going on the run from authorities.

Boomman, CEO of Authentic Empire Music Group (Foogiano’s home label), broke the news on Twitter Monday morning (May 3) after the rapper’s probation hearing in Greene County, Georgia.

“[Greene] County Just Gave @FoogianoDaMayor 5 years for cutting an ankle monitor for a gun charge that wasn’t his and was claimed by some one else,” Boomman tweeted. “This is beyond crazy … we have to do something about this!”

Foogiano, whose real name is Kwame Khalil Brown, was arrested by a U.S. Marshal’s Office task force back in March in Memphis on a fugitive from justice warrant.

The 27-year-old, who is also signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records label imprint, was previously wanted in Greene County, Georgia where he was released on a $50,000 cash-only bond in December 2020 for a probation violation stemming from a firearms charge.

Brown was initially on probation for a 2015 burglary conviction in which he was charged with possessing a firearm as a felon, and he’d been ordered to wear an ankle monitor after violating his probation.

However, the night he was released, he reportedly didn’t charge his ankle monitor after it went dead, and he was untraceable for several hours. Later that day, the ankle monitor was charged, but police received an alert that the device had been tampered with.

The monitor later appeared to stop working again on the side of a highway in Barrow County, which it was it was retrieved, but with no sign of Foogiano. Authorities said the straps of the ankle monitor appeared to have been burned off.

The “Molly” rapper remained on the run from the police—but remained active on social media—until he was arrested in March at a private residence in Memphis following Pooh Shiesty’s brother’s funeral.

Foogiano and Gucci Mane were also named in an ongoing lawsuit filed by the family of Mykala Bell—who was killed in the July 2020 shooting at Lavish Lounge in Greenville, South Carolina. Police said Jarquez K. Cooper, a member of Foogiano’s entourage, fired indiscriminately into the audience from the stage, killing two people and wounding eight.

Cooper was charged with murder and attempted murder and remains in the Greenville County Detention Center. Foogiano and Gucci Mane weren’t charged in the shooting.

Cameron Henegan, the Charlotte rapper known as Cam Coldheart, has died at the age of 33.

Initial reports of Coldheart’s death started circulating online Saturday evening (Apr. 24), and the rapper’s aunt has since confirmed the sad news on social media.

“DAMN NEPHEW!!! R.I.P.” Coldheart’s aunt shared in a post on Instagram.

While his cause of death hasn’t been revealed, multiple online reports are suggesting that he passed as a result of an overdose, though that is pure speculation and nothing has been confirmed officially.

Cam Coldheart gained a lot of attention back in 2019 after a video of him fighting with DaBaby at the Louis Vuitton store at a mall in Charlotte went viral.

The two had been beefing for months prior to the incident, however, in 2020, Cam later claimed that the entire incident was staged.

“It’s time to tell y’all what really happened,” Coldheart said at the time. “What’s really going on in the Charlotte music scene? It was fake. It was a hoax, n***a. Some parts was real, but it was definitely heavily fabricated after the fact.”

Cam Coldheart was a rapper who was dedicated to ensuring that the music industry saw a “Rise Of The Carolinas.” He had over 102k Instagram followers and over 3k YouTube subscribers.

Before the news of his death was confirmed, he’d been promoting his recently released mixtape Cam Lucas and his upcoming mixtape Silverback 2.

Just as the guilty verdict was being announced in the murder trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, a teenage Black girl was shot and killed by police in Columbus, Ohio.

A family member has confirmed that the victim was 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant.

Officers were called to the 3100 block of Legion Lane, north of Chatterton Road, just after 4:30 p.m. for a disturbance.

The family says Bryant called the police for help because girls were fighting outside her house.

Bryant was taken to Mount Carmel East in critical condition where she was later pronounced dead.

In a statement tweeted Tuesday evening, Mayor Andrew Ginther said “a young woman tragically lost her life” and that there is body camera footage of the incident. Ginther asked for people to “remain calm” and allow investigators to gather the facts.

Member of Mother’s of Murdered Columbus Children and others have gathered in the area, one person with a sign reading “enough is enough” and another with “Black kids matter.”

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is on the scene for the investigation.

Derek Chauvin is GUILTY and will likely spend the rest of his life in PRISON!

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin has been convicted on ALL CHARGES in the death of George Floyd.

Chauvin was found guilty by a jury of 12 of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in Floyd’s death.

Chauvin faces up to 40 years in prison for the second-degree murder charge, and the maximum sentence for third-degree murder is 25 years in prison. The max. sentence for second-degree manslaughter is 10 years and/or $20,000.

Immediately after the verdict was read, Chauvin was handcuffed in the courtroom and taken into custody by the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.

Judge Peter Cahill said in court Tuesday (Apr. 20) that Chauvin will be sentenced “eight weeks from now.”

Earl Simmons, better known as the legendary rapper DMX, has died at the age of 50 years old less than a week after he was rushed to the hospital for an OD that caused him to have a heart attack.

His family confirmed his passing via the following statement:

“We are deeply saddened to announce today that our loved one, DMX, birth name of Earl Simmons, passed away at 50 years old at White Plains Hospital with his family by his side after being placed on life support for the past few days. Earl was a warrior who fought till the very end.

“He loved his family with all of his heart and we cherish the times we spent with him. Earl’s music inspired countless fans across the world and his iconic legacy will live on forever. We appreciate all of the love and support during this incredibly difficult time. Please respect our privacy as we grieve the loss of our brother, father, uncle and the man the world knew as DMX. We will share information about his memorial service once details are finalized.”

The extremely sad news comes after TMZ reported yesterday that he hadn’t regained any brain function in the days since he was hospitalized.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, the battery of tests performed on X Wednesday showed no improvement in brain activity since he was rushed to the hospital after suffering the OD late Friday night.

As we reported, he had little brain function after being deprived of oxygen for nearly half an hour.

DMX got his start in music back in the ’80s, performing with Ready Ron — while simultaneously serving time behind bars … until he finally dedicated himself to music full-time in the ’90s. He eventually got signed to Columbia Records’ Ruffhouse imprint, and appeared on records with Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Mase and even the rock band Sum 41.

It wasn’t until ’98 that he truly broke out, when he released his Ruff Ryders debut studio album “It’s Dark and Hell is Hot” to critical and mainstream acclaim … not to mention he added his new canine persona.

‘IDAHIH’ produced 4 singles, including the well-known “Get At Me Dog,” “How’s It Goin’ Down,” “Stop Being Greedy” … and the track that might perhaps his best known, the “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem,” which became to be the song everyone played to get hyped.

‘Ruff Ryders” has gone down in history as one of the greatest hip-hop songs ever, and it ended up making it on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

He followed up that success quickly with a 2nd album later the same year — “Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood” came out in December of ’98, and ended up hitting #1. At the time, he was the second rapper to release back-to-back albums in the same year … the first being Tupac.

At that point, DMX had cemented himself and his sound … abrasive, rough around the edges, but also catchy and great for parties and getting amped. His third album hit that last point home with his single “Party Up (Up in Here)” … another one of X’s notorious songs that helped him get major play on radio, in clubs and in movies.

Speaking of movies, X himself made his feature film debut in 2000’s “Romeo Must Die,” which starred Jet Li playing a version of Romeo opposite Aaliyah.

He went on to star in a number of memorable flicks after that as the 2000s rolled on — “Exit Wounds” and “Cradle 2 the Grave” come to mind … so do “Never Die Alone” and “Last Hour.” Safe to say, X was making a name for himself both in and out of music … but of course, he was fighting legal battles in the background at the same time.

Over the years, he got rung up on many charges — weapons, drugs, DUI and later tax evasion. He served time for some of those cases, but always continued his music career.

As he struggled with the law, X continued to crank out hits … including the memorable “X Gon’ Give It to Ya,” “Where the Hood At?” and “Lord Give Me a Sign” as well as “We in Here.”

He really seemed to turn his life around in 2019 after ending a 12-month sentence for tax evasion. DMX had long battled substance abuse and it was at this point that he did his last rehab stint.

Afterward, he was looking better than he had in years and made his return to the stage in December 2019 when he hit Hakkasan in Las Vegas, chatting it up and taking photos with fans before he hit the stage.

In another sign of just how beloved he was by fans and the industry … DMX, of all people, created a new Christmas classic in 2012 when he freestyled his own version of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” It had all the charm his audience had come to love about the man.

In July 2020, fans worldwide watched as legends DMX and Snoop Dogg faced off in a Verzuz battle with over 500,000 viewers on Instagram Live.

The rappers complemented each other as they spit some of their most iconic tracks, like when DMX hopped on and joined Snoop for ‘Ain’t No Fun.’ Snoop also got down with “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and “Gin and Juice” while DMX spit “Where My Dogs At” and his megahit-song “X Gon’ Give It To Ya,” which brought Snoop out of his seat.

The last time our cameras caught him out was in July 2019 … and DMX talked to us about the importance of being safe on movie sets when doing action scenes/stunts.

DMX is survived by his 15 children. The youngest was born in 2016 to his fiancee, Desiree Lindstrom.

Prince Philip, the husband of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, has died. He was 99 years old.

Philip spent 65 years supporting the queen, retiring from his public role in 2017 and staying largely out of the view since. In his active years, he helped set a new course for the monarchy under a young queen, championing Britain itself, as well as environmental causes, science and technology.

Philip’s relationship with the young Princess Elizabeth began as a story of young love.

“We behave as though we had belonged to each other for years,” Elizabeth wrote in a letter to her parents shortly after they married.

Over the years, the queen acknowledged Philip’s deep influence on her, calling him her “strength and stay” in a speech on their 50th wedding anniversary in 1997.

“I, and his whole family, and this and many other countries, owe him a debt greater than he would ever claim or we shall ever know,” she said at the time.

The intensely private prince will likely be remembered for his early efforts to help modernize the royal family’s image during a time of great change for Britain and the world, especially at the outset of Elizabeth’s reign in 1952. He also developed a reputation for the occasional brusque comment and crass, if not racist jokes.

“The queen inherited from her father a model of monarchy that was very hands off, old-fashioned and slightly invisible,” said Sarah Gristwood, a historian and the author of “Elizabeth: The Queen and the Crown.”

Chet Hanks and his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker are accusing each other of domestic violence in separate incidents, with him allegedly threatening her and telling her she’s “just a ghetto black bitch” in one incident.

Video footage obtained by TMZ shows the tail end of a physical altercation between Chet and Kiana at Chet’s home in Sugarland, Texas.

In the footage, which was recorded on January 8th, you can see Hanks and Parker exchanging words while she holds a pot in her hand. Parker asks Hanks to back up and then the camera goes black after Parker appears to swing at him.

In the next frame, a bloody-faced Chet reappears and accuses Kiana of attacking him with a knife, which she denies, saying that he pushed her.

The third and final frame shows Hanks saying Parker was “mad” because he’d caught her stealing his money to pay her bills.

As for Kiana’s accusations of violence, a judge granted her a restraining order against Chet back in January after she alleged he’d gotten physical with her on several occasions between October 2020 and January 221.

During one particular incident, while they were in New Orleans for Chet to film the Showtime TV show “Your Honor,” Kiana said Chet got really angry with her after she said she was going to leave their room at the Windsor Court Hotel to go get some food.

When she tried to leave anyway, he chased her down the hallway in his boxers, grabbed her by her arm, flung her around, and forced her back into the room.

Parker said Hanks then threatened her and told her “he was Chet Hanks and I wasn’t shit, no one would believe me, I was just a ghetto black bitch.”

She said tables were knocked over during the altercation and he threw a bottle at her.

Parker also said Hanks told her he would “jump off the balcony” if she left him, and told her “it was his hotel room and not mine, I was just a visitor and would be the one that got in trouble,” among other things.

Kiana said she told security everything was fine just to keep the peace and because she feared she’d get in trouble and would tarnish his image.

During a separate incident, Kiana accused Chet of threatening to commit a murder-suicide.

“He told me he would ‘blow my brains out’ and that he ‘didn’t want to live and would blow his brains out’ as well,” she said in the court documents. She continued: “I had my nine-year twins in the house with us. It was around 3 a.m. and I waited until he went to sleep and took my girls to the house with my mom. When I came back to the house I hid his gun so that he could not find it.”

Chet denies all of Kiana’s allegations and recently filed a lawsuit against Kiana over the January incident that left him with a bloody face. He said that incident started when he broke up with her after finding out she’d been stealing from him.

He said Kiana showed up with three men that day, one of the men flashed a gun at him. He’s reportedly suing her for assault and battery and theft, and is asking her to return the money she allegedly stole from him.

In Kiana’s version of that incident, she says she came by Chet’s house to get her stuff with movers, and Chet started antagonizing her and menacingly grabbed a knife.

She said that’s when she grabbed a pot in self-defense and swung it before running outside the house. She said he chased her out to the street and attacked her until people came to help.

For what it’s worth, Hanks’ lawyer, Marty Singer says Kiana’s allegations are “completely false, fabricated and fictional.”

“The day after Chet Hanks confronted Kiana Parker about stealing money from his credit card, while Ms. Parker was accompanied by a huge male carrying a gun she viciously attacked Chet with a knife, which caused him to profusely bleed,” Singer told TMZ. “It is all on video and the undisputed video tells the whole story.”

All of this coming to light is very interesting considering the fact that Chet—who shares a child with another Black woman named Tiffany—has been bragging about how he’s really into Black women after his controversial “white boy summer” clip went viral.

Sharon Osbourne will reportedly receive a payout from CBS worth anywhere from $5 to $10 million after she was forced to quit The Talk amid allegations of her being racist to other co-hosts.

“Sharon is walking away with a $5 to $10 million minimum payout and was able to spin that it was her decision [to leave the show],” one source told Page Six.

A different source said that, under her departure agreement, Osbourne is not only getting big bucks, but she is free to speak out.

“Sharon will talk when she is ready,” the source said. “She still wants to give her side of the story. She has been on that show for 11 years and knows all the secrets.”

CBS announced that Osbourne quit “The Talk” Friday.

The departure comes two weeks after she got into an on-air argument with her co-host Sheryl Underwood over Osbourne’s defense of pal Piers Morgan, who was forced off his own show in Britain for too strongly attacking Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Page Six exclusively revealed last week that Osbourne had lawyered up, and was being represented by top entertainment attorney Jeremiah Reynolds — and that she “wasn’t going down without a fight … She knows where all the bodies are buried.”

The source Osbourne’s lawyers negotiated a soft statement about her departure from CBS that leaves the door open for her to continue her TV career at other networks.

“Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave ‘The Talk,’” the release from CBS read. “The events of the March 10 broadcast were upsetting to everyone involved, including the audience watching at home.”

Page Six exclusively reported that the internal investigation was kicked off when host Elaine Welteroth and her hairstylist complained about an allegedly “racially insensitive and hostile environment” on the show following the March 10 broadcast.

After the heated on-air debate, Osbourne tweeted a lengthy apology in which she said she does not “condone racism, misogyny or bullying.”

“I should have been more specific about that in my tweet,” she continued, referencing her original defense of Morgan online. “I will always support freedom of speech, but now I see how I unintentionally didn’t make that clear distinction.”

Then a bombshell report citing multiple sources, including former “The Talk” co-host Leah Remini, claimed Osbourne used racist slurs when talking about others on the show.

It was alleged that she referred to Julie Chen, who is Chinese American, as a “wonton” and “slanty eyes” and to former co-host Sara Gilbert, who is lesbian, as a “p—y licker.”

But Osbourne responded that the allegations were “crap, all crap.”

“Everyone’s got an opinion or a story like the wonton story. It’s like f–k off with your f–king wonton story. F–k off,” Osbourne said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

A spokesperson for Osbourne declined to comment on her departure from “The Talk,” and reps for CBS did not get back to us.

Former President Barack Obama’s grandmother Sarah Ogwel Onyango Obama has died at the age of 99.

Known as Mama Sarah, she passed away early Monday (Mar. 29) at a hospital in the city of Kisumu in western Kenya, her daughter Marsat Onyango told the Daily Nation newspaper.

A family spokesperson said that she’d been ill for a week, but did not die from COVID-19, as she had tested negative for the disease.

Mama Sarah rose to national fame in Kenya back in 2008 after Barack Obama was elected president of the United States.

Tourists were known to visit Kogelo, the village where she lived, and would often knock on her door.

She used her celebrity to promote her educational and philanthropic efforts, and established the Mama Sarah Obama Foundation, which provides food and education to orphans, France24 reported.

Mama Sarah was the third wife of Barack Obama’s paternal grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama.

According to the family spokesperson, Mama Sarah will be buried on Tuesday (Mar. 30).

“We will miss her dearly,” Barack Obama said in a statement, “but we’ll celebrate with gratitude her long and remarkable life.”

Jason Derulo is about to become a dad for the first time.

The “Ridin’ Solo” singer recently revealed that he and his girlfriend, model Jena Frumes, are expecting their first child together.

Derulo announced the news Sunday (Mar. 28) in a video he shared via Instagram set to Robin Thicke’s “Lost Without U.”

“Couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter in our life,” the 31-year-old singer turned TikTok sensation captioned the post.

The video shows Derulo and Frumes walking around the Baha Mar resort holding hands, with Derulo rubbing and kissing Frumes’ growing baby bump.

The clip ends with the words “coming soon” written in the sand.

Neither has said whether they’re expecting a baby boy or girl.

The couple have been dating for just over a year. Derulo told Page Six that they met at the gym right before lockdown.

“We both have a similar desire to work out all the time, and I had seen her once there before, and then the second time, I was like, ‘Aight. Imma go talk to her,’ and the rest is history,” he said.

Derulo, who has amassed more than 30 million followers on TikTok, was asked if his 4-year-old niece Skylar (who is often featured in his videos) gives him “baby fever,” to which he responded with a laugh: “You know, I think I’m getting to that age, you know what I’m saying? So, I don’t know.”

Rapper NLE Choppa was arrested in Broward County, Florida over the weekend and is facing multiple charges.

According to his arrest record, NLE (whose real name is: Bryson Lashun Potts) was taken into custody Sunday (Mar. 28) and has been charged with burglary, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of Xanax.

Choppa’s online arrest record states that he’s currently being held in the Broward County Jail on a $4,500 bond.

Additional information about the 18-year-old rapper’s arrest is currently unavailable, but we’ll keep you updated as more information is released.

NLE Choppa’s arrest may come as a surprise to those who have been following his journey over the past few months because he’s been promoting a clean lifestyle and leaning on meditation, and even recently revealed that he’d stopped smoking weed earlier this year.

“After I got out that meditation, I just started to realize everything was energy,” he told Fox Soul’s The Mix.

“I tried to smoke when I came out of my meditation and I ate some meat, and after I did that, I felt the same way I did before I meditated. I started to realize what was making me think a certain way.

“I kid you not, I cold-turkeyed myself a few days later and I stopped eating meat. I told my friends if they was around me smoking weed, they couldn’t be around me. I really started to cut a lot out of my life.”

21-year-old Ahmad Al-Issa has been identified as the suspect in the King Soopers grocery store mass shooting in Boulder, Colorado Monday (Mar. 22) that killed 10 people including a police officer.

Police ID’d Al-Issa as the shooting suspect Tuesday. He’s from Arvada, about 20 miles south of Boulder.

Al-Issa was arrested after being shot in the leg by a Boulder police officer.

Photos and video footage posted on social media Monday showed Al-Issa covered in blood as he was led away in handcuffs. He’s currently in the hospital, and his condition is said to be stable.

Boulder Police Chief Miris Harold also identified the 10 slain victims, who range in age from 20 to 65 years old.

Chief Harold said the last body was removed from the scene at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. All of the families were notified about two hours later.

“I want to say to the community, I am so sorry this incident happened,” the chief said as her eyes welled up with tears, “and we are going to do everything in our power to make sure this suspect has a thorough trial and we do a thorough investigation.”

Among the slain victims was 51-year-old Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley, a father-of-seven who was one of the first officers to arrive on the scene and is being hailed as a hero.

Al-Issa has been charged with 10 counts of murder. At this time, there’s no information about a possible motive.

A photo of the suspect is not yet available. He’ll be booked into the Boulder County Jail as soon as he’s released from the hospital, which officials expect to happen Tuesday afternoon.

There are no other suspects in the shooting, according to investigators.

Two North Carolina men visiting Miami for Spring Break were arrested after they allegedly drugged and raped a 24-year-old woman who later died in her hotel room, police said.

The men, 21-year-old Evoire Collier and 24-year-old Dorian Taylor (both of Greensboro) are also accused of stealing the woman’s credit cards and partying on her dime after they left her for dead.

A cause of death hasn’t been determined as the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office are still conducting tests.

Investigators are reportedly trying to figure out if the woman died of an overdose after taking a pill Collier and Taylor gave her.

According to a Miami Beach arrest report, this is what happened:

Paramedics and officers were called to the hotel after the woman was discovered “semi nude” and dead in the room’s bed on Thursday. Detectives immediately obtained video surveillance footage of two men entering with the woman, and then leaving less than one hour later.

Collier fit the description of one of the men, and was found Saturday on Ocean Drive at Eight Street — an area that been jam-packed with partiers in recent weeks. He was wearing the same pants seen in the video, according to the report.

He confessed to police that he and Taylor met the woman at a local restaurant. Collier claimed that Taylor gave the girl a “green pill” as they walked on Ocean Drive. It was unclear from the arrest report whether she took the pill willingly, or if she was given it surreptitiously.

Collier told police that he believed the drug was Percocet, a powerful pain reliever, a Miami Beach detective testified during Monday’s bond hearing.

“Obviously, we sent it to the lab,” Miami Beach Detective Luis Alsina told the judge. “We don’t know if it was fentanyl or some other narcotic.”

Collier said “that he went along with [Taylor] as they planned to have sex with the victim,” according to the report.

Walking into the hotel, the detective testified, the woman was staggering enough that Taylor had to hold her up as they walked into the elevator. “The defendant was holding her from behind, holding her by the neck so she could stand,” Alsina said.

At the hotel, Collier claimed, they each had sex with the woman, and at one point, Taylor forced himself on her as she appeared to be unconscious, the report said.

“The fact that the victim was under the influence of alcohol and narcotics, she could not have consented to sex with the defendants,” according to the police report.

When it became clear the woman was unconscious, the men stole cash, credit cards and her phone and left her in the room “without any concern for her welfare or safety.”

The men used the stolen credit cards as “various locations” in Miami Beach, according to the report. Police said Taylor was captured on video surveillance using the woman’s credit card at South Beach Liquors. When he was arrested, police found the woman’s phone and green pills, the report said.

The two men are facing charges of burglary with battery, sexual battery, petty theft and the fraudulent use of a credit card. If the drug they gave to the woman is found to be a factor in her death, they could face charges of manslaughter or murder.

The arrests come as Miami Beach police and city officials struggle to deal with the massive Spring Break crowds, enacting an 8 p.m. curfew over the weekend in an effort to keep rowdy revelers off the streets.

South Beach has seen brawls, crowd stampedes, and police confrontations involving the use of pepper balls in recent weeks.

Deshaun Watson is reportedly facing not just one, not just two, but THREE separate civil lawsuits from women accusing the Houston Texans quarterback of sexually assaulting them during massages.

After announcing the first lawsuit on Tuesday, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee posted on social media about a second suit on Wednesday and later that evening, Buzbee announced in a post that a third lawsuit—this one “the most egregious” to date—had been filed as well.

The first two lawsuits allege inappropriate conduct during massages on two different occasions by two different individuals, the first being a licensed massage therapist and the other being a masseuse with the goal of being a licensed massage therapist one day.

The second lawsuit says, “Watson’s behavior is part of a disturbing pattern of preying on vulnerable women.”

Buzbee declined to go into details about the third lawsuit, but addressed any perceptions that the suits had anything to do with gaining notoriety or financial gain.

“I’ve been doing this a long time. I don’t need ‘fame’…,” Buzbee wrote. “I’m not pursuing these cases for the money, and every woman who has filed thus far has only plead the minimum amount to invoke the court’s jurisdiction ($500). This isn’t about the money!!”

In the second filing, Watson allegedly booked the massage through Instagram, and flew the masseuse from Atlanta to Houston in August 2020. Prior to arrival, they discussed what he was looking for, and allegedly asked her to specifically focus on his “glutes and his groin area and asked if she was comfortable with working on those areas.”

The lawsuit states that she arrived at the hotel where the massage was to take place, but when she went to the room, the Texans quarterback was nude and allegedly refused to cover up with a towel despite multiple requests, stating that he “gets hot too easily.”

The filing says that Watson allegedly asked the woman to focus on the “inner part of his anus” and towards his “genitals.”

When the Texans quarterback flipped onto his back, the woman handed him a towel to cover up, which he refused. She became uncomfortable shortly after, and ended the massage, asking to leave.

“Watson grabbed her hand and started to rub her arm, pulling her towards him, saying ‘It is okay, it is okay.’ Plaintiff pulled away,” according to the lawsuit.

The filing also states that the masseuse only received half of her payment, but was “so disturbed” that she didn’t ask for the second half.

The first lawsuit was filed on Tuesday and appeared on the Harris County district clerk’s website Wednesday morning. The incident took place in March 2020, and the lawsuit says it was “apparent that Watson wanted the massage for only one reason—sex.”

“As she was trying to figure out how to extricate herself from the situation, Watson continued to aggressively attempt to steer the conversation to how Plaintiff was not rubbing him the way he wanted. Several times he specifically kept trying to direct her to his penis,” the lawsuit says. “At one point, he purposely exposed the tip of his penis from under the towel.”

The lawsuit claims the quarterback was “fully erect,” and he “moved his body so he could expose himself more.” It also alleges Watson “purposefully touched the Plaintiff’s hand” with the tip of his penis.

The Plaintiff, listed as “Jane Doe” in the case, quickly ended the session, and according to the lawsuit, Watson told her, “I know you have a career and reputation, and I know you would hate for someone to mess with yours, just like I don’t want anyone messing with mine.”

Buzbee, who represents the Plaintiffs in both cases, said on social media that four cases against Watson, but only two have been filed so far.

ESPN reported that the Texans issued a statement earlier on Wednesday.

“We became aware of a civil lawsuit involving Deshaun Watson through a social media post last night,” the team’s statement said. “This is the first time we heard of the matter, and we hope to learn more soon. We take accusations of this nature that involve anyone within the Houston Texans organization seriously. We will await further information before making any additional statements on this incident.”

Watson responded to the claims from Buzbee on social media Tuesday night, denying the allegations. Watson said Tuesday that he had not seen the complaint yet.

An elderly woman who accused Kellen Winslow Jr. of sexual misconduct is now suing the former NFL star, claiming that he sexually harassed and terrorized her with a number of disgusting acts at a gym back in 2019.

This comes just weeks after Winslow was sentenced to 14 years in prison for rapes and other sexual offenses against several women in Southern California.

TMZ reports:

The woman — who was 77 years old at the time of the incident — just filed the civil suit last month … laying out in graphic detail how she says Winslow terrorized her at ‘Crunch Carlsbad’ in Southern California.

The woman says on Feb. 13, 2019, she was working out when she noticed the former Cleveland Browns player masturbating near her.

She claims Winslow then approached her, “made lewd and offensive remarks,” and pointed “at his erect penis” and said, “Do you see this, do you like it.”

The woman says she ran off, found her husband inside the gym and left immediately.

But, less than 2 weeks later on Feb. 22, the woman says she encountered Winslow again inside of the fitness center’s Jacuzzi.

In her suit, the woman says Winslow got in the water, sat close to her, and rubbed her leg and arm without her consent.

She claims she ran off and notified fitness center employees … who she believes called law enforcement.

Winslow was eventually hit with a criminal charge of lewd conduct in public over the incident … and a jury found him guilty of the crime — as well as rape and other charges — at a trial in May 2019.

The woman is suing Winslow — who was just sentenced earlier this month to 14 years in prison over his crimes — for unspecified damages, claiming in the docs she’s “suffered and continues to suffer great pain of mind and body, shock, [and] emotional distress.”

14 years doesn’t even sound like enough time for this monster.
