Excited to announce that Smart-Kit’s Brain Teaser and Puzzle Section is now back in action! Over the next week or so, will be making some site changes to help this along. As you can already see, Teasers now have a column of their own on the homepage. A link to ‘Recent Comments’ will go up, as will a Log-In link. Goal will be to post 1-2 new ones per week.

Some other changes include: While any registered member [signup is free] can post their answers/comments on the teasers/puzzles, only Puzzle Masters can post/comment on the games. You can get Puzzle Master status by consistently providing correct answers to the Teasers. Good explanations also help.

Will need your assistance though! If you have any good puzzles/brain teasers that you’ve created (or are obscure to the point of not being readily found  on the web), you contributions will be very welcome! Please send to info (at) smart-kit.com

Help our Mini-Scientist friend find an engine for his rocket! A light and easy point and click puzzle game featuring exploratory mechanics.

A young lad is trapped inside a cave, desperately trying to find a treasure for his beloved. In order to escape and find the gift, you have to solve all the puzzles this cave has to offer!

This is a physics based puzzle/platformer with 26 levels; each is unique as far as the challenge presented. You’ll find lots of interactive objects and brain-teasing mini-games.

Features over an hour of unique non-repetitive gameplay.

Magic Links will test and hone your memory skills as well as your ability to ignore tricky distractions. To progress to the advanced levels, you’ll have to learn to think quickly so possible solutions [links] can be tested and rejected in an efficient and flexible manner.  I hereby issue a challenge to our puzzle-masters and regular visitors to finish level 8! UPDATE: Well folks, I am speechless.  After not seeing anyone finish the game, Rahul and I talked about modifying the difficulty to make levels 6,7,8 easier.  He worked on Magic Links for several days, and the new version was going  to be put up shortly, when an email comes from Smart-Kit Puzzle Grandmaster Shawn.

More Smart-Kit math puzzles

Teachers looking for a nice logic game geared mainly toward elementary and middle school students will like Smart-Kit’s latest release, Out of Balance. Each level asks that you pick the heaviest object based on the relative weights shown on each seesaw. The levels get progressively harder, adding more seesaws as you advance. At the end, the 6-seesaw puzzles may have even the adults scratching their heads!

Overall, a great mass and weight game!

A very colorful game with lots of neat math puzzles! Several levels of difficulty to work through as you logically reason through the various problem solving steps. Great game for students, as well as anyone looking to sharpen their working memory and mind skills!

Also note that the game can generate new puzzles with different numbers if you choose to play again.
