Waka Flocka Flame is locked up and it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting out anytime soon. Waka — real name Juaquin James Malphurs — is on probation in Georgia for possessing a sawed-off shotgun. Cops tell us he violated probation by leaving the state.

Waka will be held without bail at the Houston County Jail until his court appearance in a few weeks. The good news, his song “O Let’s Do It” is moving up the charts.

VH1 called Wendy and said that was not true.

DMX sentenced to six months in jail

DMX was sentenced to six months in jail for violating his probation — but rehab could save him from doing hard time. DMX admitted to five separate probation violations — the result of using illegal drugs. During the hearing, a rep from the Pasadena Recovery Center gave the judge a letter from Dr. Drew Pinsky, asking permission to treat X at his facility … in lieu of jail.

Lil Wayne is wanted in Arizona

Lil Wayne had a perfectly good reason for missing his court date in Arizona yesterday–he’s currently behind bars in New York. But Yuma County didn’t care … and issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

Wayne pled not guilty in the past to a litany of drug charges related to a January 2008 arrest, where DEA agents found 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy pills and a 40-caliber pistol on his tour bus.

Wayne had a court date yesterday(March 16), but missed it cause of the whole “already in jail” thing. source

Gary Dourdan victim of domestic violence

Gary Dourdan of “CSI” fame was the alleged victim of domestic violence Tuesday afternoon, and his girlfriend, Maria Asis Del Alamo was cuffed and taken into custody. Cops were called to a Venice, CA home in the early afternoon. When they arrived they found Dourdan scratched up. They arrested Maria and she was taken to the station and booked on misdemeanor domestic battery.

She must have really been out of pocket because the police were called. Don’t be scratching up Gary’s face girl.

Gangster rapper The Game doesn’t want to be referred to as a gangster rapper anymore — but it’s not because he’s changing professions … it’s because he’s trying to win a court case. The Games legal move is part of a lawsuit that was filed against him in 2008 — in which he’s being sued for allegedly punching a guy during a pickup basketball game and then pulling a gun on him.

In the new documents, the gangster rapper is asking the judge to get rid of all references to him being a gangster or gangster rapper during the trial … because he’s afraid it would prejudice the jury against him.

In the docs, the gangster rapper also doesn’t want any mention of his lyrics during the trial … because they contain references to violence and profanity. source

Michael Jacksons estate makes richest record deal in history!!

Even in death Michael Jackson is likely to keep his crown as the King of Pop and collect a fortune in royalties for years to come. Jacksons estate has struck a deal with the Sony Corp. for 10 Jackson albums through 2017 worth as much as $250 million, it was reported Monday.

The eye-popping deal, reached nine months after Jackson’s death, is the richest recording contract in history, according toThe Wall Street Journal.

Those close to the negotiations said the deal combines a mix of previously unreleased songs and new packages of familiar tunes. Jackson left enough material for at least three albums of fresh material. One album of previously unreleased songs is likely to hit stores before the end of this year, followed soon by another collection.

Sony has sold about 31 million Jackson albums since his death last June at age 50, two-thirds of them outside the U.S.

The deal also allows Sony and the estate tocollaborate on a wide range of lucrative licensing arrangements, like the use of Jackson music for films, television and stage shows and lines of memorabilia that will be limited only by the imagination of the estate and the demand of fans.

Keyshia Cole’s sisters Neffe and Elite were on V103’s Ryan Cameron show announcing the new season of “Frankie and Neffe” Show. Of course they took a minute to vent their frustrations on Keyshia Cole turning her back on them and cutting off the lines of communication.

Neffe: You could never cut your blood loose no matter what you are doing on this earth. It runs through our veins. I’m gonna keep it 100. My sister decided to live a different life. It’s not because “oh we ghetto, we belligerent and loud”. We are all cut from the same cloth. [We all came from Frankie] If you see us, we out there, it’s just that Keyshia keeps hers behind closed doors.

Elite: When I read it I was shocked. It was hurtful too. I had just come off of tour with Keyshia. We had 3 or 4 tours, I worked for my sister, I was her assistant for 8 months so I worked. I was shocked [by the statement]. Last time we spoke to her we didn’t think it was going to be a public permanent thing. When we last spoke to my sister, we had a family dinner to discuss some family matters and she was a little upset about the whole Frankie and Neffe Show.

Neffe: She is upset about it. She did not embrace the fact that “The Way It Is” was done and they had picked up “Frankie and Neffe”. We didn’t ask for that. We didn’t go to her and say “Sister Sister please can you give us a show. Can you give us a shot. Can we be stars”. We never asked Keyshia to do anything for us. Neffe went on to say that she was holding her own in California but things changed when she moved to Atlanta.

For the record, I love my sister but you have to understand this is real life this is not a game. She’s a beautiful person. The “Way It Is” didn’t cut us no checks. We didn’t start seeing no money until the Frankie and Neffe show.

DMX to appear on the next season of Celebrity Rehab?

DMX is the #1 draft pick to appear on the next season of “Celebrity Rehab” — that is, if the rehab people can somehow find a way to keep him from being locked up.

DMX’s attorney, Gary Jenkins, tells TMZ reps for “Rehab” contacted him after X was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation by using drugs.

Jenkins says the “Rehab” team is considering sending someone to DMX’s next court hearing to speak with the judge — just like Dr. Drew did with Jessica Sierra from “American Idol” — to try and get X placed in their care instead of being locked up.

The rapper is currently being held on no bond and is expected back in court March 16.

Monica and Rocko’s love affair is over. They are still parents of two little boys and plan on putting them first but that about wraps it up. Monica released a statement about the breakup and said she won’t be speaking again about it.

I know there were many rumors. I appreciate that you never dug into them for the sake of both our families. I am going to rest today & go back to work tomorrow. I am going to do what I have always done. Focus on my children, my family & my career. Rock was put under a lot of harsh scrutiny during our entire relationship and I’m sure that was not easy.

However at this point our focus is being great parents. He is a great father to his children and, continuing forward, that is my only concern. With every breath in our bodies we will make sure that they feel as little pain as possible And continue to have the lives they had before with no attention dedicated to our separation. I will not be speaking on the subject further unless it is with God whom I believe does everything with reason. I love my children and their father and I’m truly grateful for those that loved and supported us through the good and the bad throughout the years.

This is a lesson to some of you women. Don’t make big purchases, share bank accounts, build houses or buy houses with anyone until you’re married (Monica was in the process of building one with Rocko on her reality show). It just helps in keeping the confusion down and financial mistakes from turning into possible disasters.

Shane Sparks Pleads Not Guilty

America’s Best Dance Crew judge Shane Sparks just officially pled “not guilty” to eight counts of child molestation. Sparks was arrested mid-December for allegedly performing several lewd acts on an underage girl over a span of several years, beginning in 1994.

Shaquille O’Neal and Shaunie reach a divorce settlement

Shaq and Shaunie reached a divorce settlement and that little trick Shaunie tried to pull (moving to LA for a bigger divorce settlement) didn’t quite work. Shaquille O’Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce . Shaunie’s mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support. Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We’ve learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.

Lil Wayne is living among the general population of inmates at the Eric. M. Taylor Center (the facility for sentenced males at Riker’s Island), but he is also afforded a low level of protective custody, due to his public profile.

“Inmate Carter is in a category of housing that we call ‘general population/escort,’ ” a New York City Department of Corrections official tells PEOPLE. That means when he leaves the housing area (his cell or the day room), he will have a captain escorting him at all times.

On an hourly basis, the rapper can decide if he wants to be locked in his cell or locked out of it – for security reasons, inmates are not allowed to freely move between their cell and the common areas.

• The Day Room
In this common area, which he shares with 19 other inmates, Lil Wayne can watch television, play cards, read the paper or just socialize. Since the day room is within the housing area, he does not have an escort here.

• The Meals
Breakfast is served at 4:30 a.m. Since a number of inmates will be going to court on any given day, the morning starts early for Riker’s residents. Lunch is served at 11, dinner at 4:30 p.m.

• The Clothes
Lil Wayne will wear the standard institutional clothing: Green work shirt and pants, slip-on style sneakers.

• The Cell
His six-by-ten space features a steel cot connected to the wall, a mattress, a sheet, a blanket and a pillow. There’s a sink and toilet in the cell as well, plus his personal property which includes the standard cup, razor, toothbrush and soap assigned to each inmate.

• Outside the Housing Area
With his escort, Lil Wayne can leave the housing area for attorney visits, regular visits (he’ll get two per week with up to three visitors), religious services or jail-offered programs such as one that helps inmates transition back into society. While some inmates have work assignments in and around the jail, he will not because, “then you’d have to send somebody off to escort him every day,” says the official.

• Recreation
One hour per day. The rapper’s facility features outdoor basketball courts.

• The Commissary
He can buy snacks and toiletries from his Commissary account, which friends and family can contribute to online. Reports that he’ll have an ipod are untrue, though he can purchase a battery-operated AM/FM radio and earphones to listen to music.

One of the loudest housewives on television, Nene Leakes, is asking for “privacy” as she deals with her son Bryson’s drug arrest. Bryson has been held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center since March 7 on two charges including possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to appear. So he caught the charges before, these aren’t new charges.

NeNe addressed her son’s arrest in a statement issued this afternoon: “Like any parent, I am disappointed with the actions and arrest of my son, Bryson. Diddy amazed revellers at London’s Runway club by having the DJ play a 30-minute set of his songs to signal his arrival and then insisting on having his own Sean John fragrance sprayed into the room every 20 minutes.

A source said: “All eyes were on Diddy. You could smell him coming a mile off. It was as if a king had arrived in the building – but you could hardly see him under all that mist from the perfume. ”His songs were played back-to-back for 30 minutes for his grand entrance. Girls were throwing themselves at him – it was wild.”

According to onlookers, the 40-year-old star – real name Sean Combs – insisted on only drinking Ciroc, the upmarket brand of vodka he endorses,

DMX was arrested earlier today in Arizona — and now his lawyer is reaching out to the one man who he believes can save him … Dr. Drew Pinsky.
Its pretty bad if his lawyer has to immediately disclose that he has an addiction and calls out for a doctor who has a reality show for celebrity addicts.

The details of the arrest are unclear — but the rapper’s lawyer Gary Jenkins tells us “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment.” Jenkins also tells TMZ, “We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him.”

DMX — aka Earl Simmons — was arrested a bazillion times over the last two years for all sorts of reasons … including drug charges. Jenkins added, “He’s a talented man … we’re praying for him.”

I hope DMX gets help because he’s an incredible talent, he’s as real as it gets juuuussssst……sprinkled with a little crazy.

Lil Wayne’s Lawyer got it wrong he will not be in protective custody!

Lil Wayne was shipped off to jail Monday, with his lawyer saying he wanted to hang tough at Rikers Island by doing his time with the general population.

And he’ll get his wish.

Even though defense lawyer Stacey Richman initially claimed that city officials were forcing the rapper into protective custody, it turns out he’s going into a regular cellblock. Correction Department spokesman Stephen Morello said the “Lollipop” singer will have “general population escort” status.

That means he’ll be escorted by a correction captain when outside of his housing unit – just like gang members. Inside, he’s free to socialize under the watchful eye of guards with the 17 men on his cellblock – or stay locked in his cell.

“It’s his choice,” Morello said.

He said the agency never got a request from Lil Wayne to be treated like any other inmate – and Richman conceded she never made one because she assumed it would be shot down. source
