SMG has the cost-effective Sper model 800054/55 self contained temperature and relative humidity datalogging instruments. These dataloggers are used within sealed containers to monitor shipments of sensitive pharmaceuticals and instruments and confirm that the shipment has not been exposed to excessive temperatures or humidity. The dataloggers are also used to monitor commercial refrigerated and frozen storage, manufacturing processes, incubators and laboratories.

The dataloggers are self-contained with sensors, nonvolatile memory, battery and have water and dust resistant cases. The dataloggers have non-volatile memory for over 16,000 data sets – Date, Time, Temperature and Humidity. Sampling rates are user-set from once/sec to once every two hours.  The data are easily downloaded as spreadsheets to PCs for record keeping and analysis.  The dataloggers are offered as kits which include downloading stands, computer cable for download and software as P/N 800054, or as single units P/N 800055 when it is desired to monitor multiple containers or locations.
