I really enjoyed creating this same day edit trailer for Julie & Vlad. The wedding took place at the Oregon Golf Club just outside of Portland. Thankfully the weather held and the Bride & Groom were blessed with fantastic November weather. Rich assisted on this wedding and was great as always. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Lynn + Jeremy Trailer
I hope you enjoy the beautiful wedding of Lynn and Jeremy. The wedding and reception were held at the rustic but modern Monte De Oro winery in Temecula, CA. It was a lovely day and the facility was packed with people tasting and socializing. Lynn was a great bride to work with and had a very calming spirit throughout the day. Wow! This wedding took place in Laguna Beach, CA and was a blast to film. The lovely bride, Mandy and her husband Kelly hired me to create a very special video for their post-wedding dinner. They wanted me to produce a same day edit with both music, sound and effects to show to a group of friends who wouldn't be attending their wedding. There were so many wonderful moments that I had to choose from in a very short time constraint. When it was screened, people cheered, laughed, cried and clapped for this beautiful film. I had lots of fun filming this gorgeous wedding at Strawberry Farms in beautiful Irvine, CA - the perfect backdrop to a lovely wedding. Mary Beth and Scott were lots fun! One of the best moments was when friends and family joined together for an epic sing-along to Journey's "Don't stop beleving." I created this edit of their wedding during dinner and showed it during the reception. My fantastic assistant Mikkele was very helpful in making this possible. Here is a same day edit of Janelle and Terry's fun wedding at Turnip Rose in Costa Mesa. It played at the reception and everyone adored it! I was really impressed with the easy-going nature of the couple. Janelle is very sweet and Terry is blessed to have her. My favorite shot is the "stedicam kiss" at the end of the video. This is one of two videos I created for CSU San Bernardino's National Security Studies program. This video highlights the program and it's benefits for students. It was shot primarily using the Canon 7D and a Tascam DR100 audio recorder. Cindy Prewitt and Jake Robinson worked with me to and were extremely helpful in completing this project. If you want to be in the FBI or CIA, I would apply for this program!

The other day I filmed my old college roommate David's wedding to Kristina Keener in beautiful Santa Fe Springs. The ceremony was held at serene and rustic Heritage Park. The wedding colors were cardinal and gold - FIGHT ON USC!! I edited this little trailer to play at the reception during dinner. They loved it!

A gorgeous wedding that took place at Verandas in Manhattan Beach. Ashley and her girls looked stunning. Zeke had a fun time wrangling his guys. Everyone had a blast. Newport Harbor Hight School Football 2009 Highlights

This is taken from the video segment shown at the 2009 Football Banquet for NHHS. Newport was 6-4 for their season, went to CIF first round where they lost to Lakewood High.

Filming the season for NHHS 2009 was challenging and fun. After every game was completed, I would convert and transfer the footage to be used by the coaching staff. They would need several copies of the game segmented by 7 am the following morning. Footage was shot on panasonic p2, ingested to Final Cut Pro and converted using MPEG Streamclip to windows AVI format. Several copies of the game were also transfered to DVD.

Andrew Dorne Water Polo Recruiting Video

Last December I finished Andrew's recruiting video. It is a mix of several formats, some of which his father shot, some I captured over the last 3 years. The Interviews were shot with the Canon 7D and a 105mm f/2.5 Nikon prime. Audio was recorded on a Tascam DR100, matched with pluraleyes. It was a quick fun edit.
