Home Buyer Guarantee Details
If you purchase your home with Whitelaw & Sons and within 1 year you decide to sell, we will sell your home for free! However, we would still need to offer a commission to the agent that brings in a buyer. So, we cannot get your home sold at no cost, but we are cutting those commission costs by 50% since Whitelaw & Sons will not be taking any commission for the sale! This offer does not apply to our investor clients. Any costs relating to sign posting or added on advertising would also paid directly by the seller.

When we complete our market analysis of your home, one of the items we determine is the average amount of time it takes to get a home sold in your specific market.
