"So many faces, so many races, different voices, different choices" over 580 public high school students, faculty and staff sang Francis M’s Kaleidoscope World during the Born To Be A Hero™ talks conducted by Pia Magalona, President of the Francis Magalona Foundation and their partner, Coach Pia of the OneCORE Success Center in Barangka National High School, Kalumpang National High School, Parang High School and Nangka High School in Marikina City.

At present there are approximately 6.3 million students enrolled in 7,268 public high schools receiving instruction from 146,269 teachers amidst an environment where peers:

- have to drop out of school;

- affiliate with gangs and violence;

- experience teen pregnancy and early parenthood;

- become hooked on smoking, drugs and alcohol; and

- commit suicide.

Only about 30% of the 6.3 million students that successfully complete high school will go on to college with the hopes of achieving their bigger dreams in the future. For the remaining 4,334,400, options are few and hope for a better future is small. “You are Born To Be A Hero™ there is no limit to your greatness!” This is the message that the Francis Magalona Foundation aims to impart the Filipino youth.

According to Pia Magalona, the Born To Be A Hero™ Program equips young people with real-life skills such as thinking before you act, making the best decisions and cultivating good relationships. These are often not taught in school but are essential for a good life. “Francis and I learned these the hard way. If we had known this earlier, life would have been much simpler.

The Born To Be A Hero™ is a year-long values education and character development program designed to empower the youth to harness their inner greatness and realize their potential. The program designed by Coach Pia highlights the importance of becoming a better person in all aspects of your life especially while one is in high school. It equips both teachers and students with skills and techniques to help them become more aware of who they are, create opportunities for themselves and take concrete actions towards the life they envision for themselves and their loved ones. It utilizes FrancisM’s music-which is familiar and iconic to the youth as a tool to inspire and cultivate Filipino Pride, personal integrity and commitment to positive change.

Super Friday at the Super Sale Bazaar

Yesterday was the first day of the Super Sale Bazaar and you know that for us bloggers (and for readers too), bazaars have become "must-visits" on the list. I don't know, I really like going to bazaars. I get to discover a lot of stores that offer really good products (writing about them is one of my goals especially when they really are blog worthy) at a very cheaper price, and I get to know a lot of people as well.

Arrived at World Trade at around 8pm since I came from work. It was nice to see the stores we've all been supporting being supported by others too! :) This is unexplainable but really, there's this I-feel-so-proud-of-you-hardworks-really-do-pay-off feeling whenever I see the owners of these stores feeling victorious about their sold out pieces, their store already looking like a tourist spot because of all the people checking it out, you know, I just feel really proud of them :)

It's Sophie's Mom first off! Their booth is located at the entrance so you're already fat by the time you finish going around. Joke! Kidding aside, you know that I love this shop so much! And I feel so happy that they're really getting there. Drop by their booth and be the judge of their cupcakes I don't get tired of boasting for :)

Ana has always been one of my most favorite people! She's very very very humble even if she's now on top. You can attest to that as well! :) I get good vibes whenever I see her and I'll always be excited :) Drop by her booth and give her some love!

It was cool to see Lissa there and actually get to have some nice chat with her. This wasn't my first time to see her but it was yesterday that we got to talk. (PS Good that we posed for two photos because the first one I was also not looking okay, though my haggardness is still evident in here hahaha) Drop by Lissa's booth also when you're coming tomorrow? :)

And whoever is involved in our blogging community is sure familiar with Bubbles! I believe it's the most sough-after accessory shop in the community and every blogger really has that trademark tassel necklace in her closet. I was so thrilled to finally meet Tati because during the previous bazaars I did not had the chance to meet her. Visit her booth and get your own tassel necklaces! :)

I can't believe it's been months since I met Bianca and got a chance to know her and her fabulous line of bag, The School of Satchel. She's one of the reasons why I rushed to the bazaar that night and just like before, hearing her stories has always been awesome. And I'm so happy to see the Multiply Pinay Pride award in her booth too :)

I got to check out other stores too and it's nice to know that a lot really do offer amazing finds.

Happy Birthday to my all around Jul!!

If only the word cousin does not exist, sister would probably be the best word to describe how Jul and I have been treating each other ever since we could remember.

She's been the closest to me, maybe because we're of the same age (but for formality's sake and respect haha she calls me ate -- not very sure about that though hahaha) and that we really grew up together. Not in the same house or in a very near neighborhood when we were little but I don't know, there's this sisterly love that has been planted in our beings ever since.

I suddenly remember all the things we used to do when we were very young. How we were so quiet at first every time we see each other (when we visit them and vice versa), then after a few minutes we were starting to play and when it's time to go home our lips would start to pout and eventually lead to getting teary-eyed. Haha! Our crazy special numbers during family gatherings on holidays (when we sing and dance in front of our parents to get our presents), how we get really excited upon going to the province because of plastic balloons, our then "serious" talks regarding our feelings towards just about everything, aaah, time really does run so fast!! But even if so many years have passed, nothing has changed! Even our heights! HAHAHA!

Oh well, I would just like to say that I am very thankful that we have a relationship as great as this. It's such an amazing treasure, really! Thank you for being a sister to me, ever since! For being there and thoughtful always, back in the text messaging generation (having our girl talks over our 3310s when Laguna is far from Cavite), to our Robinson's Place and Alabang Town Center's sneak outs, down to South Korea being a flight away from the Philippines, truly nothing will ever get in between us! I'm not so sure if I have this kind of cheese in my system every time I'm with you or whenever we are a tweet away, haha but even if I already am, I still wanna let you know, and the whole world, too :)

Happy happy birthday my confidante, my partner in crime, my best friend, my sister, my cousin Jul! I love you, and you know that! I miss you so much and please, please, please! Let's hang out the soonest, as in right now already! Haha!! Do not ever leave without us doing it, okay?? Don't ever dare! Haha! I love you! Enjoy this day! Mwah! :)

Over analogies and anecdotes

That same day was also the scheduled dinner with Mica, Dana and Rachel, my loves from the hopeless place. It was necessary because it would be the last that we could have, in Starcom. Ian joined us too haha it was great because he was game to be the only guy! So we dined at The Plantation, for a change. Because we were stressed and we'd been so haggard that day, we had some little booze.

Unlike the first time, the conversations we had in this dinner were more fun. I mean, because they weren't work related at all! Haha! Had real good laughs over analogies and anecdotes, made sense over serious and private things, reminisced and shared crazy college stories, aaahh, it was something for me to remember!

It's more fun in the Philippines

Finally!! I felt like it had been long since I last posted but maybe it's because of all that I have experienced the past few days. Yes, they're work-related and they made gave me a lot of stress (even anxieties) so let us not talk about that. Haha you know we're bringing just the best vibrations here. So!

You know that work-life balance? It's how I've always wanted to live. I mean, when it has to be serious it really has to be. And when you need to laugh, go on, have fun and roll over! And so this is what happened..

Since we are the young and freshest among everyone else in the office, the company trip isn't for us this year yet. But, no hard feelings in that because we ruled the three floors of our beautiful workplace. Haha! In major parts it scared me for I was left alone and I didn't know what I would do but nevertheless I enjoyed because sometimes being alone is just something that I need.

Last Thursday was day one. The best part was that, all of us had lunch with our biggest boss! We ate at Peking Garden, Greenbelt 5. There were like 30 or so of us so it was really cute that we were having lunch altogether. Haha! (Forgive me for the photos I wasn't prepared haha these were all taken with Instagram)

It was cool because we had the chance to meet everyone and bond as well. It seemed like we were having a field trip haha because we all look like kids (so sorry lucky people of Starcom but it's true HAHAHA)

It was my first time there and it didn't fail me. The waiters were nice and they were very attentive. The food was nice! They were all tasty :)

It was my first time to eat jellyfish!! I thought it was slimy or something but to my surprise it's not. It's just like any other normal yummy seafood! :)

After lunch, our closeness had grown fonder so here's more pictures of me together with my young, crazy officemates!

Katsu Craze on the Special Day

Yesterday was one of the special days that Ian and I celebrate. It was his birthday! Again, I can't believe that this was the fourth time we celebrated the occasion. It still seemed like, the first time. Forgive me for all the cheese but I believe it's still valid because it's still February. Haha!

We decided to meet up early because we wanted to have lunch together. We have spared Makati (though it was still our meeting point) for a change and yes, because we've been spending our every day for like, forever. Hahaha! Anyway, I felt so excited about our lunch because for the longest time, we've been planning to try Yabu but didn't get to yet so on his birthday, we finally did!

I've been hearing a lot of good feedback about this restaurant and I really really want to see and check it out myself.

The first thing that caught my attention was their condiments. I find their containers very unique! And though there are many people dining that time (and I bet not only that time), the place still looked and felt so cozy because of their good lighting, plus their warm staff who never failed to smile whenever I happened to look at them or the other way around.

What even got me more excited was when the menu was handed to us because it had been so hard to choose! All looked so yummy and as I observed people on the other tables, they seemed to be enjoying what they were having so I had a hard time. In the end, I got their Chicken Katsudon Set while Ian got Rosu (or Rosi??).

It was so cool because we were the ones who made our katsu sauce. Well, kind of. Haha. It's really good that there's an interaction between the customers and the food. I mean, they still serve the food (and the service is really good!) but not in the usual way that the customers will just wait. It was something that would really make you recall! And that way, the customers won't get bored too, they won't feel like they're waiting. Their cabbage salad's unlimited too! So worth it!

There! For sure this won't be our first because I just got addicted! I can't get over with the taste! Haha! Constructing this blog entry wasn't really easy for it was hard seeing the photos of the food while imagining that I was gonna stuff them inside my mouth. Yay! And I know my baby boy enjoyed his special day even if we just pigged out because it was really enjoyable! Haha! We love Yabu!

Valentines Day: The Upper Half

Today really, is the official Valentine's Day. You could really feel that it is especially in our office because the moment you step out of the elevator, hearts on the ceiling and balloons all over would greet you. Plus, well the fact that I am wearing red right now, haha.

Last Friday, all of us received an e-mail from our socials committee telling about the upcoming special day (which is today), that we can request for chocolates, roses and serenades for the people we would want to give them to. Yey for that! Haha! Our team got so excited that we even got our names picked so that each one of us would surely receive valentine gifts.

This morning..

I got lollicakes from our management! (well all of us did hahaha) Yay! I felt so special! :*

Valentines Day: Four Years Later

It's Vday. Four years ago (what? That was four years already???), I was also in this same scenario, writing about this certain occasion which is significant to each and every one of us, I believe. Looking back at what I have written, I couldn't help but sigh, and smile.

I could still feel the load that was on my back then, it was too heavy but remembering how I was dealing with it is something that's making me smile, now, now that years have passed. I still can't believe it's been that long.

I wrote about my idea of Valentine's Day. I couldn't write about how it went (on a lover's perspective) because technically, I wasn't really am. Maybe yes but not official. However, I also couldn't write about it on a friend's perspective, because technically, again, it was not really like that. You picture out the complications? Haha.

I can't help but laugh, I don't know if I should feel ashamed about what I did and what I have felt, but at that moment, how it had been were actually everything that I have wanted, in fact, it might have been more than what I have wanted. I was happy, really really happy. So happy that I almost cried, or actually cried.

A glimpse. A voice. A greeting. They made my Valentine's Day.

Four years later..

Chesca's First Gig

A good friend of ours, Kei, has invited me and Ian for a dinner at Alabang last Thursday. It was unplanned and we weren't prepared but we said yes anyway since it had been long and that would be a chance for us to finally meet Chesca in person (we were just talking a lot on Facebook), Kei's girlfriend who just got to Manila for vacation. And an even better reason to give in was that, it was gonna be her (Chesca) first gig here as well.

Were you really asking me because it wasn't actually necessary I love music so bad I would not really say no! And it would be very awesome to see a friend rock the stage! I swear to the heavens Cheng (we call Chesca Cheng) is so good! No bias here. Haha!

The first time I heard her was when she and Kei just got together. And I say Kei must be really proud of her that he sent us Cheng's song on our mobile phones. Yihihiiiiii! But seriously I was really having second thoughts if that voice was really Cheng's because it was impossible to believe that an amateur would possess such good voice! Then I eventually saw her videos on YouTube and all I could say was two thumbs up everytime.

Cheng must have been feeling so nervous that time! But darling your voice is a justification to the word gift! :) It was such an amazing experience to see someone close to you to finally be on the spotlight and get the applause she truly deserve :)

I have been home since yesterday and I am feeling so bored already. I got sick because I got caught up in the rain, but I know what made it worse is that, I still acted as if I wasn't feeling something, I was still going out. So yeah, I'll try not to do that again. Haha.

Anyway, love month is here and because of that, I have thought of constructing a new post. But no, it wouldn't be all about me and my other half because I think it's given already -- I am happy because he is in my life and I would like to believe that he is because I am in his too :)

I have been reading a lot of tweets on Twitter and Facebook statuses about feeling so sorry about themselves because it's February and they are single. In my opinion, I don't think it is necessary for one to feel that way, maybe his/her definition of love is just enclosed in four corners that is why that feeling exists. Love for me, aside from that romance that is felt by two people for each other, is a feeling that is also present in all relationships. I don't think there is one who has been living in this world literally lonely, for we all belong to a neighborhood, went to school, became part of different organizations, went to work and are going to work. There must have been some people (if not many), who have been part of our lives that you could never forget because at one point, you have shared something special.

In my 21 years of existence on Earth, I can say that I have met so many people (and I know you can say that too). Some I have forgotten the names, some I could remember but not the faces, some I couldn't even recall that I have met them already. But even so, some of them have really made a mark on me, and that's why I would not forget them, they will be forever part of my life and for whoever I have become.

Had to browse everything I stored old photos in and I noticed how much weight I have gained :( Oh noooo :( And also, I am missing all these people around, can I not have all of you guys at the same time???

Oh well, I just do hope that the single peeps won't feel bad for themselves anymore. Watch a firework display with your family, or with your friends, who told you it's for lovers only? :)

We found love in a hopeless place

Some of my friends in the office and I have been planning to meet up for weeks now. Weird that we still have to set up a meeting given that we are just in the same company, but yes, it was necessary. We really don't get to see each other even if we stay eight (weh) hours in the same building everyday. And finally, two nights ago, we were able to pursue the plan.

We decided to have dinner at Piggy Wiggy, just around the vicinity since some of us had to go back and finish what they have to finish. It was fun because all of us are of the same age and we all just graduated from college! Haha! Anyway, onto our dinner..

The place was quite simple but perfect for groups and bonding since it is situated in a non congested area in Makati. Plus you can stay longer if you want, without even getting bothered or pressured about it.

I know, I know! These do not seem healthy to you but let's just say that that was a cheat day for us. Well because they are my jog mates too! (If you follow me on Twitter you know that I try very hard to have a healthy lifestyle. Try hard, as in trying hard! Lol)

We talked about a lot of things and it's really nice to have people whom you can share your thoughts, feelings and plans with. It's like I am in a new world again, but not feeling old. Haha! It's just too sad that we came to do this only now, now that several months have passed. We just felt that so many time was wasted. But anyway, we are still happy that we found each other! We found love in a hopeless place! Yay!

I like spending time with myself. Staying in, laying on my bed while listening and singing my heart out to the kind of music I dig, writing on my notebooks, doing my definition of calligraphy are few of the things that I like doing. There are people who like going out with their friends all the time (I do too) but there is really a part of me that wants to travel the world alone, quietly and not moving.

I find pleasure in thinking, anything, everything under the sun. Clothes, anything white, anything black, curls, coffee, pastries, streets, hallways, sign boards, shoes, boots, pedestrian lanes, ray of light, window panes, vespa motorcycles, traffic light, water, grass, flowers. Aaaaahhh, so many cute things around the world! I don't know if this is extremely weird already but even with the littlest things, for example, I'm looking at my pen and paper, then eventually I find myself dreaming of Paris, bicycles and sweater clothes. When I look at a picture of a pastry, coffee, streets and cars follow. When I walk alone, I don't know why but I get entertained by looking at parking lots, then I eventually see myself wearing killer heels with matching shades and trench coat. Then I would realize my feet couldn't endure that for so long so I would have to bring slippers but that will just ruin the look. There are also times when I see cute kids running around and we're playing with bubbles and I have a blonde and curly hair. Well of course I want to be a supermodel so paparazzi photos too are cool. Haha! But there are so many things like that! I know they are irrelevant but really, I find that so cute!

And even cuter that all these images that I got from Tumblr are perfect for my state of mind right now. Haha. I am so random, noh? :) It makes me smile that aside from the beautiful places, popular tourist spots, I can also find pleasure in sunlight and sunny side ups.

You have probably seen the videos above and you might have seen them not only once but even a couple of times. With a truly amazing powerful voice, no doubt these videos have hit millions and millions of views. I am one of those who have been typing "Julie Ann San Jose" on search bars almost everyday just so I could have my dose of relaxation.

You do know how much I am in love with music, and even if there are a lot of new artists out there, I am the kind who digs those who have already proven their stand in the scene. Do not get me wrong, I am so open to hearing budding artists most especially if they really have the talent, it's just that the established ones have inspired me (and are inspiring me) and I wouldn't deny, I really want to be like them. Haha! Well I guess those who share the same passion as mine would say the same.

Until I came across this girl who has really stunned me from the very first time. Her voice is really powerful I wonder what she does! And it's the "just right" (sakto lang) type, not overrated, just right. And what's really bringing me to awe is that, she can sing whatever. I mean, I have seen a lot of her performances and they do not dwell on the same genre. Very versatile.

Earlier, I have been invited to GMA's trade launch held at New World Hotel in Makati. There were a lot of Kapuso stars present in the event but when Julie Ann owned the stage, wow, just wow. I was just paying attention only to her. It was so surreal to actually hear that voice in person (sorry na sa pagiging fan ko ang galing eh haha). OMG I heard her sang Super Bass, live!! And I gotta tell you, she does it way better in person! I swear, two hands up! Plus she is so nice (she even kissed me hahaha), so whoever is part of the Julie Ann San Jose fans club, count me in! Lolxx

Warning: This is going to be a very vain post. Hihihi and apologies for the lame post title! :)

Yesterday was a whole day date for Ian and me! It's been long since we had a very long day dedicated for our own plans so it was fun! I missed it, actually.

We have planned to meet up at 9AM in the morning but I failed to wake up early (opened my eyes at 8:30AM haha sorry about that! Was too tired last Friday). We were supposed to meet up at Makati to head straight to Pasig for Milky N' Sunny. But because I realized that I have forgotten my valuables in the office, we had to drop by there first. We ended up chilling out and having lunch at Ayala Triangle since we had something scheduled at 2PM.

We've been wanting to dine at Bannaple for the longest time, even when we haven't transferred companies yet but the perfect timing hasn't come and finally yesterday was it! It was my first time and I enjoyed the food a lot! Okay, it's weekend so no restrictions when it comes to food. Weekends should always be happy! :)

After lunch, we headed straight to Resorts World to see The Sound of Music. It was my first time to watch a musicale (except for the ones I got to see back in college) and I enjoyed a lot! Music has always been my passion and it just made me love it more.

So sweet of Ian to rent the whole theater for me to be able to see the musicale!! Lol kidding hahaha! We don't even know how much it would cost! Just got overwhelmed to arrive there very early and there were only very few people when we got there so it looked like it was really just us. Haha!

Anyway, the characters, especially Cris Villonco (she plays Maria) were all amazing! I love the cute little Gretzelle (not sure if I spelled it right)! Very adorable! And all their voices are soooo magnificent! I'm so envious hihi.

The show lasted for around three hours if I'm not mistaken, it was still a bit early so we had the chance to stroll at Newport City! I loved it because the weather was so friendly!

When you just miss each other

Forgive me for not being able to blog lately but I've missed you all and my dashboard! Work has been so busy for me lately, as in really busy I couldn't squeeze in a bit of my time to update. Sorry, sorry!! But now I've found time and I'm making it up to you! So yeah? :)

It's very seldom that Honey and I get to spend time with each other since we graduated from high school. Though we never really got separated in college, (we were neighbors - she went to Mapua and I went to Letran) time has not always been on our side.

Now that we are both working, it's still kind of the same but last week, we have not planned, it just happened! We finally got to catch up on each other! We had lunch at the Ayala Triangle since she needs to go to her site (she's an architect) which is in Makati and I work just within Ayala too.

I swore to myself that that week is gonna be the start of my "change of lifestyle" (if you follow me on Twitter you'll know what it is hahaha) but lo and behold, if Honey is the one I'm with, aaah, everything will be forgotten! But don't worry I jogged later that night so I think that's valid, or not? Hahaha.

OMG! It's so hard for me to say this but I got to admit, what we have eaten was right for like 4 people! Hahaha! We dined at Amici and it had been a so-so experience. I know I'm no food blogger and critique but I wasn't satisfied. The pizza and pasta were good, but the cakes, hmm they weren't as nice. I got Mango Felicity and it tasted like jelly with yellow food color. Ooops, sorry! Honey's Dark Chocolate was kind of fine. The crew aren't as attentive as they should be and we have to wave our hands (like OA) til they attend to us. Plus we waited for like half an hour before our dessert was served and it seemed like they have forgotten about it. When we paid our bill, we had to go to the counter for our payment because no one was attending to us.

Anyway, because of the long waits we had, it was perfect also because we had so many stories to tell each other! It was fun and because we have missed each other so bad, it has been long since we were able to do this (the last time was when we were still in college), this is the result:

I hope you have that someone who, even if you don't see each other as much, you know you still got him/her whatever. And I'm so lucky because I have lots of them!

Dig New Year with a Golden Spoon

I know it's twenty twelve already but here I am rushing my last hurrah for twenty eleven! All photos are almost red and depicting happy emotions so I think it's all okay to still make a post out of it! And it's something that's about a first try too so it's perfect for New Year! :)

On the last Friday of 2011, Ian and I wanted to spend more time together since it would be our last day to see each other for the year. After dinner we decided to have dessert so we could chill too.

Even if it has been always that we get to stroll around the malls in Makati CBD, we have not had the chance to try Golden Spoon. So, we finally did! I'm always fascinated with yoghurts because I feel like my mood is some sort of swinging whenever I take it in my mouth! Haha! Seriously, I feel that whenever.

And since this is my first time and I'm not sure if you have tried it here, I'm going to kind of take you to a tour inside their Glorietta 5 store!

Isn't it looking very neat? :) And because of this, your yoghurt experience is going to be extremely satisfying! Plus, their crew is so nice! We told her it's our first time so we don't know what to order yet. She suggested that we try the graham flavored yoghurt and red velvet, but she didn't want us to regret it so she let us tasted the flavors first! And we did not gone wrong! Graham yoghurt is indeed yummy!

It was my first time also to play Fruit Ninja hahaha and I enjoyed it a lot! We almost forgot the time because it was really addicting!! Sharing you our happy faces while slicing the fruits just right for all the luck we want for New Year!

Serious in slicing the fruits! Huhaha he's so afraid that I might bump him off the top scores!

Yay!! There! Thank you for keeping up with this very random post. Haha! I hope I succeed in trying to connect this with the New Year! Or if not, I hope you'll forgive me :) But one thing's for sure, this year, I swear I'll try my very best to really go on a diet! Haha! Leggo healthy and fit 2012!

For the year that has passed, I just wanna thank you all! :) To these few people who always exert an effort to take some of their time to read all about my randomness, thank you so much!! For the past five years of rants, emotional breakdowns and hopes, this is just going to be my first time to thank the little space that I had in the world wide web. I'm so much thankful that there's something that has put up with the other side of this introvert. Haha :)

And for the past five months, I'm even more thankful because it's a different thing now. I'm so glad I came back and I am thanking the web for welcoming me again! Blogging has never been this good! Two Is Better Than One

I know it's quite late for this but I cannot take not to blog about this because this is something that Ian and I have planned to do since like the first week of December. Was getting excited as days go by and I was actually treating this as something big. Hahaha! Okay, so what am I talking about, Ian and I had our very own Christmas Party!

You might think we are weird to hold one with just the two of us as the hosts, the attendees and everything haha as what we always say, two is definitely better than one! I do not know as well what has gotten our minds but it was cool for me! Made me feel the spirit of Christmas more because the week that has passed was very stressful in terms of work! You see, I haven't updated my blog much. Anyway, we wanted it to be more than our usual dinners since we were celebrating the most important occasion of the year! We diverted from Makati CBD so we decided to have it at A.Venue. Since we were up to have Chinese food we decided to eat at David's Tea House.

It was my first time to try it there and I liked everything about it! The way it's designed, so Chinese-y with a modern twist! I like how the colors are blended! Plus their crew are so nice!

We had dinner first above anything else haha man their food tastes just too good for my tummy! I just love everything we had! I was trying too hard to go on a diet but who can resist yang chow rice?? :) And their beef wanton is my new favorite!!

Now moving on to our gift giving. I actually know already what Ian will give me because he knows I'm not too hard to please, I'm very good with bags and clothes even if you give me these over and over I would still love and get excited with them. You know that the last four years (everyday of these years) of our lives were spent in Makati as in not a day goes by that we don't drop by Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark and SM. So I get to check all the new stuff in the mall. There's this orange blazer and a cute floral satchel that I've been dying to get and since my face was glowing the moment we saw them, Ian told me that he's gonna get them for me this Christmas. I was very okay with that! Prior to our party, we went to the mall first because he said he'll gonna buy them for me. Was to get the satchel first but man, it was not there anymore!! How heartbroken I have become because I really want it so bad :( I even said I hate the one who bought it haha but that was just a joke! :) Finally he said we should get the blazer already so that no one could get it anymore. Haha talk about being sigurista! I was still sad because we were to have the party with me half-handed because I only got the blazer.

When we were already having dinner and was explaining about why the gifts, I was surprised when he stood up and got something from his stuff. OMG. He was the one who got the satchel!! He shared he got it the night before, after he walked me to the shuttle going home. I was really happy!!!

I really find it hard to think of what to get him because I wanted it to be something different. I would have got him a pair of sneaks from Vans because he wants to have one too but I want my gift to be something he would not think I'll give him. So I got..

I got him a Swiss Army Altitude perfume set I don't know how it's called for guys haha because the name Swiss Army sounds like that of the military! Well obviously. I don't know what stuff to get for airsoft because when I go with him I only see tubes and other little things! I don't even know how that becomes useful and exciting for him but whatever. I hope I made him happy and that I was able to connect his love for airsoft to this even if I just forced it. Haha!

Yey! Pardon me for over using the word happy because I really am! Haha! It was such a fun night for the both of us have gone home full-handed! Me not half anymore! :)

I just gotta do this one because I would like to emphasize the very cute necklace I was wearing that night!! I love it so much because it was all the way from Cebu and it was made by Christianne and Iris of Sugarkissed! Pretty isn't it? :)

Was having my usual working routines this morning, then I checked on my Twitter feed and saw this link. A friend of mine tweeted about this video. Gosh I couldn't stop crying. Just when it started playing I already felt the atmosphere that it was trying to give. It's something I couldn't tell, it's unexplainable. All because, what it was trying to make me feel along, is love. Love. And it's something that I couldn't put into words.
