Proper eating at home can make the difference in your childs behavior during the school day.
If they have good nutrition at home it will give them the energy they need to get through the day, and give their brain what it needs to think.
Children that dont eat breakfast or dont eat well can be too tired during the school day.
It is difficult to learn when you cant stay awake.
Morning time can be a big rush out the door, but it is important to take the time for breakfast.
Stocking up on fast breakfast choices is easier than you think.
I usually cook a hot breakfast on the weekends and Monday mornings.
I make extra pancake batter for waffles or pancakes and freeze the cooked item.
I lay out each pancake or waffle flat on a cookie sheet until they are frozen and then toss them in a freezer baggie.
They keep their shape because they are frozen and my kids can pop them in the toaster for breakfast.
There are other ideas you can come up with to make breakfast easier.
Its easy to provide a nutritious breakfast in the midst of the morning scuttle.
My kids usually fix cereal before I get up in the morning.
If this happens in your home as well, supplement the cereal with some orange juice or other fruit drink.
Add toast with jam or try some slices of fresh fruit with their cereal.
There are many products on the market that make breakfast fast and simple.
Breakfast bars can provide many nutrients that are needed for healthy bodies.
Adding milk or juice can give an extra boost.
Make sure whatever you fix for breakfast will fill your child up until lunch and will give them the energy they need.

Hever Castle, beside the River Eden, two miles east of Edenbridge, is set within a wet moat between beautiful gardens and what appears to be a Tudor village.
Gardens, “village” and the splendid interior of the castle are all the creation of a rich American, William Waldorf Astor.
He purchased the castle in 1903 and immediately set about its transformation, which thus went on at the same time as Lord Conway was restoring Allington Castle.
To his credit, Viscount Astor did not interfere with the exterior, which remains largely authentic.
There is some doubt as to the original builder.
William de Hever obtained a license to crenellate in 1340 and Sir John de Cobham obtained another in 1384.
The latter date is favored, though Sir John may just have added the gatehouse.
The castle is a simple, square enclosure its embattled curtain enlivened by Tudor windows, chimneys and gables.
Square turrets project at each end of the entrance front and between them is a handsome, oblong gatehouse.
This dominates the rest and is no doubt an echo of the old keep-gatehouse theme.
The gateway, surmounted by carved tracery and a row of machicolations, is placed off-center so that there is a large room on one side of the gate passage but just a tiny chamber on the other.
Two original wooden portcullises, one still in working order, hang in the gate passage; the drawbridge is a restoration.
Timber-framed ranges occupy three sides of the tiny courtyard, early Tudor in origin but heavily restored by Viscount Astor.
They recall the castle’s famous association with the Bullen family.
It was here that Henry VIII came to court Anne Bullen, who changed her name to Boleyn.
Her life as queen was cut short by the executioner’s sword and her dynasty-making fater, Sir Thomas, died soon after.

People love to collect things: especially artifacts and other collectibles that they deem to either have personal or monetary value.
Unfortunately, with the growth of this popular pastime comes the people who are out to take advantage of these peoplewho wish to purchase artifacts for their collections.
These crooks only want to defraud the innocent people of their money while preying on their desire to have something unique and original.
Until these people are all caught, it will continue.
However, the sad fact is that there will continue to be sideways crooks that will prey on unsuspecting people until the end of time.
So, if you are a collector, take note.
If you are looking to purchase any sort of collectable from someone who claims to have something original, make sure you take the time to research the claim before you shell out your hard earned cash.
How can you be prepared to avoid crooks? Well, it surely is not easy, but here are a few steps you can follow to try to protect yourself, your interests and most of all, your cash:* Only buy from a reputable antiques or collectables dealer.
These people will have references and contacts in the industry that will prove that they have the goods* Never buy from someone who approaches you about buying something unique or rare.
Most times these people are trying to take advantage of your interest.
Instead, only buy things you have had the time to research in advance.
* Go with your gut, if you look at something and it seems too good to be true, it of course probably is just that.
* Do not let your excitement get in the way of your good judgment.
You may be excited at the prospect of purchasing a unique artifact, but do not let that cloud your good judgment and make sure you research your purchase before buying, by confirming on historical records, etc.
* Develop relationships with your dealers and buyers.
That way you will build trust and you can be assured that you will be able to trust these people and know that what they are saying is the truth.
There may come a time when you do get bilked out of your cash and end up losing some of it due to a bad business deal.
Do not dwell on that, it can happen to even the savviest of collectors.
Instead, brush it off to a hard lesson learned and then get up and try again.
You will no doubt have the opportunity to purchase many find artifacts and collectables in your life.
Some will be amazing, some not so much.
In the end you will have a great collection of artifacts that will make you proud to show off to your friends and family.
It will take some time to assemble this amazing collection, but once you do, you will be amazed at the satisfaction you get from it.

No matter what type of cell phone you have, there are certain qualities that you wish it had.
Perhaps the number one complaint of all cell phones is the fact that they sometimes don’t always have great signal strength.
Whether you are travelling throughout the mountains, or live in an area of the country that doesn’t have a great cell signal.
When you have an iPhone, you want to be able to enjoy all of the services that the iPhone will give you, without having to worry about loosing signal strength.
There is nothing more annoying than surfing the web, or checking your e-mail on your iPhone, and suddenly you loose service.
While many people think there is nothing you can do except hope they install more cell phone towers in your area, however, there are several things that you can do when you need to have boosted cell signal.
The number one way that you can increase your cell signal is buy purchasing a cell signal booster.
These are amazing little chips that you place on the back of your cell phone, and they will literally boost your cell phone signal to limits that you never thought could be.
Perhaps one of the most popular cell phone signal boosters is the Wilson Cellular Amplifier.
This amazing cell signal booster will keep your cell signal as high as possible throughout your day.
One of the greatest features about this cell signal booster s the fact that you can use your cell phone even when you’re far away from any type of cell phone tower.
Actually, you will have full coverage up to fifty miles away, thus you will rarely run out of cell service.
With this signal booster, you will have twice the amount of cell service compared to if you did not have this signal booster.
Another great feature about this cell signal booster is the fact that it will make your battery last longer.
Did you know that the amount of power that your cell phone puts out is in direct relation to how close it is to a cell signal site? Since your phone will “think” that it is much closer to the cell site than it actually is, you will experience a longer battery life.
The main time that you loose cell service is when you are travelling in your car.
However, when you have The Wilson Cellular Amplifier for your iPhone, than you will rarely experience a loss of signal, this is because your cell signal is being amplified by an antenna that rests on the outside of your car.
Thus, the cell signal is being amplified by the antenna that is located on your car, also since this antenna is so powerful you can have a car-full of cell phone users, and they will all experience increased cell service.
This cell service signal booster is absolutely perfect for the iPhone because it works on the GSM and EDGE technologies.
If you are always worried about your cell signal power, than you will want to attach this cell signal amplifier to your iPhone, don’t go a day without accessing full-power on your iPhone.

The historic town of Wallingford lies within an earth rampart first thrown up in the reign of Alfred the Great or Edward the Elder, as a precaution against Danish attack.
Wallingford was once believed to be a Roman town because the rampart encloses a rectangular area and the streets follow a grid pattern.
The rampart can still be followed on the three landward sides but there is no evidence of any man-made defenses facing the river.
In the Norman period the rampart was heightened, but the town then fell into economic decline so the timber stockades that lined the summit were never replaced in stone.
The northeast quarter of the town enclosure became the site of Wallingford Castle.
William the Conqueror crossed the Thames here in 1066, during his march on London, and he may have founded the castle in passing.
It certainly existed by 1071.
This important royal fortress fell into the Empress Matilda’s hands during the Anarchy and resisted King Stephen in three great sieges.
The platform of a siege fort from this time can be seen across the river.
The castle showed its strength again in the Civil War.
It resisted the might of Parliament until July 1646 - virtually the end of the war - and even then surrendered honorably.
Six years later it was destroyed as a potentially dangerous stronghold.
The earthworks comprising a large motte between two baileys are still quite impressive but almost all the masonry has disappeared.
A number of English kings contributed to the defenses, notably Henry II and John, resulting in an impressive castle with a shell keep on the motte and two towered curtains.
A section of the outer rampart has been turned into a public garden and this carries an excavated length of wall and one round tower.
Castle House now occupies the inner bailey.

Let’s say that you’ve considered all the effects of having tattoo.
It’s been considered that it’ll be a lifelong commitment and is a permanent mark on the body, aside from having it surgically removed.
You know what type of design you’d like to have created.
You know exactly where on the body you’d like it imprinted.
Now, you’ve got to find a good place to have it done.
The first thing to do is some research.
Ask friends and family members who currently have tattoos where they got theirs done.
Find out what their experiences were like.
Ask if it was a clean environment, if it was comfortable and if the designs turned out to their satisfaction.
Many times, tattoo parlors will be able to refer names of customers who can recommend their services.
While word of mouth is typically the best advertisement, you can also simply try opening the phone book.
Locate local tattoo parlors and give them a call.
They should be more than willing to answer any questions you might have.
At best they should allow you to come and visit the facility to become comfortable with the surroundings prior to committing to becoming tattooed.
During a tattoo parlor visit, first determine the cleanliness of the facility.
Make sure tools are sterilized between each customer and disposable and single use needles are indeed disposed of after each use.
General cleanliness is just as important; if care isn’t taken with building upkeep, then it can be believed that care won’t be taken elsewhere in the business.
Chat with the tattoo artists and the staff members.
If you don’t feel comfortable asking any questions or expressing concerns with them, chances are you won’t feel comfortable having them put a permanent mark on your body.
You should feel completely at ease as it’s possible that a large amount of time may be spent with them.
Check the designs of particular tattoo parlors.
One very helpful tip is to compare art with an actual tattoo to compare how closely the tattoo resembles the tattoo itself.
It’s wise to inspect what kind of design range the tattoo artist is capable of.
One might have a hundred different photos of skulls and crosses but it can be very different than having a butterfly, rose or a name tattooed on.
Be sure the artist is very flexible.
The Internet can be a very useful too when it comes to business searching.
Simply type in “tattoos” and the name of your geographical location into any search engine and you should be given a list of choices for places to check out.
The Internet can also prove helpful to get opinions on certain tattoo parlors through blogs, forums and chat rooms.
Information obtained from the Internet should always be double checked and checked again for confirmation as opinions will widely vary.
When finding a tattoo artist in your area, it’s important to always be comfortable with your decision.
While it is understood that the tattoo will be a permanent mark on the body and great thought should be put into the design and the location on the body in which it will be placed, it is also imperative to be sure you are completely comfortable with the tattoo artist.
After all, you’ll want to be positive that this lifelong design will be done accurately and correctly.

Whether you are sincerely seeking opportunities to explore new cultures or you are Jewish seeking great recipes and cooking tips for this important time of year you’ve come to the right place to get some of the basics.
For as long as family traditions have been around eating good food at these events and during these times has also been a part of the merriment.
Unfortunately, all that great food cannot be eaten unless someone goes to the trouble of actually cooking it.
If you are looking for some excellent treats to help with Hanukkah celebrations or simply want to get a taste of what other cultures experience during their religious or cultural celebrations there are plenty of great foods you should be cooking for this particular holiday.
Oil is important in the celebration of Hanukkah and, as a result, many of the foods that are part of Hanukkah traditions are prepared in oil.
One popular favorite is Latkes, which are a type of potato pancake that is deep-fried.
Another popular favorite is fried lamb chops.
The lamb is breaded and then fried much like many Americans fry chicken.
Once again oil is used in the preparation of the meal.
If you are looking for something more in line with finger foods or a snack sort of food you should consider deep-fried ricotta balls, fried zucchini, fried onion rings, and even fried mozzarella are good savory fried delights for the season of light.
Of course, fried foods aren’t everything that is eaten during this 8-day celebration but they do play a vital role on the menu and in the festivities.
Even the sweet treats for this celebration include a few fried goodies.
From apple fritters and raspberry doughnuts there are plenty of delicious fried foods for your snacking enjoyment.
If you like something a little sinful to enjoy during this delightful celebration you might like to try blintzes in your favorite flavor.
There are many from which to choose and recipes can be found freely online for these delicious treats.
If you’d like to include something a little healthier in your dining options then you might wish to include an Israeli salad, stewed white beans, and baked eggplant and peppers.
These dishes provide the opportunity to have a little something that isn’t either fried or sweet to help watch waistlines that always seem to find room for expansion during the holiday season no matter which religion you practice.
Other Hanukkah favorites include delicious dishes such as cheese gelt coins, loukoumades, vegetable kugel, and brisket.
Once again the recipes for these dishes are fairly widely available online and in cookbooks that are dedicated to Jewish cooking and traditions.
To make things go a little more smoothly prepare as much food as possible well ahead of time and store items quickly that may be used again in order to avoid spoilage.
Enlist the help of children and other family members at home when needed to make things go a little better and take turns preparing food.
You should also make great efforts to keep the preparation as simple as possible in order to avoid possible delays or added stress.
This is a time that is supposed to be dedicated to celebration not pulling out your hair trying to cook the meals.
The good news is that with so many deep fried foods it is unlikely that you will find these dishes too difficult to prepare.
Good luck and have fun exploring the world of cooking for Hanukkah.

The town takes its name from the castle built by Bernard de Balliot and extended by his son of the same name.
Between them they erected a powerful stone castle in the second half of the twelfth century, strongly situated on a rock above the River Tees.
Today the castle is an extensive but very ruinous pile.
It possesses an exceptional four baileys, all walled in stone during the period of the two Bernards.
From the town of Norman arch - once part of a gatehouse - leads into the northern outer bailey, known as the Town Ward.
Much of its curtain still stands as well as the vaulted undercroft of the Brackenbury Tower.
The southern outer bailey doubles the size of the castle but its defenses are now fragmentary.
West of the Town Ward are the ditch and curtain of the inner bailey, with two flanking towers added by the Beauchamps.
To reach the inner bailey it is necessary to pass through a middle ward, then turn sharp right over a deep ditch hewn out of solid rock.
This succession of defenses is quite advanced for the twelfth century.
Once inside the inner bailey the dominant is the Balliol Tower or keep which projects from the curtain.
This cylindrical tower of ashlar is actually an early addition to the castle, though it could still be the second Bernard’s work as he survived until 1199.
As keeps go, it is a bit of a fraud, because it was not isolated from the rest of the castle.
It was entered directly from the vanished solar at first floor level, and the triangular spur projecting from the keep is not a defensive feature but merely a wedge between the two.
All the same, the keep is the only part of the castle to survive more or less complete and an unusual domed vault covers its ground floor.

There are many different types of injuries and conditions that can result from the strenuous physical activity experienced during soccer training.
One of the most common issues is that of shin splints.
People who experience shin splints experience pain in the area of the leg that starts at the knee and extends down to the top of the foot area.
The pain is often immense and is described as a “burning” pain.
The muscles that are in this area of the leg, as well as the tendons, become damaged or overworked and cause the pain that is experienced.
In this article, I will describe effective ways to handle shin splints during soccer training.
If you are participating in drills and other activities that are offered during soccer training and start to experience pain in the area of your shins, you should cease all activity and rest immediately.
While many coaches and players on the team may encourage you to continue participating in the soccer training, do not do this.
This can result in more severe damage than has already occurred.
If you stop at the onset of pain, you are likely to recover more quickly and continue engaging in soccer training.
If you continue practice after the pain begins, you may not be able to continue in the soccer training activities.
If you have access to an ice pack and an ace bandage, it is important to implement the use of these items on the shins as soon as you are able to.
Simply take off the shin guard that you were using during soccer training exercises and place the ice pack on the area that is the most painful.
You should then take the ace bandage and wrap it around the part of the leg where the ice pack is located.
You should allow the bandage to remain on the leg for up to thirty minutes to see if it helps to soothe the pain that you are experiencing.
While the ice pack is on your leg, you should find a nearby bench to rest on.
You may choose to lie down on your back and elevate your leg that is experiencing pain.
You could take a soccer ball or a cone to place underneath your leg.
This will ensure that it is properly elevated.
This is a great way to relieve any tension that the leg that is hurting may otherwise be subjected to.
Once you are sure that you have shin splints, you should allow your leg to rest for a few days before trying to participate in soccer training exercises.
This will allow the body time to properly repair itself.
Once you are ready to start soccer training again, it is extremely important that you practice warm up stretches and exercises in order to prepare your muscles for the physical activity.
If you feel your leg hurting during the warm up exercises, this indicates that it may require additional rest.
It is imperative that you pay special attention to the clues that your body gives you, or you could experience a more serious issue such as muscle strain or even a sprain in the area.

For those who are looking for something a little bit different to give to friends and loved ones as gifts or something incredible to add to their own pottery collections Raku pottery has a great deal to offer.
Each piece is completely hand crafted in the Raku style and prepared to very exacting specifications in order to hold the title of Raku pottery.
Not only is the method of design exacting but also the firing method and the glazing method must meet very specific requirements for the proper finish.
The final product however, is nothing short of spectacular in beauty when this process is properly carried out.
Raku pottery is not for the faint hearted or those who prefer a quick and easy method of crafting pottery.
There is very little that could be considered quick or easy about this process and if you are planning to purchase Raku pottery be well advised that you are paying for the process as much as you are paying for the finished product.
Of course, the return on that investment is a unique and beautiful addition to your personal pottery collection of the collection of a friend or loved one.
The extreme temperatures that are used in the creation of Raku pottery leave a beautiful finish or glaze on the pottery itself but render it impractical and virtually useless for many of the common uses of traditional pottery.
It should also be pointed out that many pieces of Raku pottery, because of the materials used in the paint and glaze are not food safe products and will not hold up well in either microwaves or dishwashers.
While many pottery pieces around the world are quite practical to own, Raku pottery is purely decorative and should not be expected for the common uses of other pottery pieces.
If giving this as a gift to one who collects pottery you may want to make a point of mentioning that the piece is Raku and providing any care instructions that may have come along with the pieces you purchased.
Most artists do include specific care instructions and cautions for Raku pottery pieces if for nothing else to preserve the beauty and protect the labor of love that went into creating these pieces.
The Raku style of making pottery originated in Japan and has since lit the world afire, almost literally, with its widely held popularity.
Though few craftsman have managed to dive into the Raku style whole heartedly, this style still remains in high demand around the world, particularly in the United States where we are seeing a few more artists coming out each year with a few Raku pottery pieces in their collections.
Many of these pieces are purchased rather quickly though, despite high prices, continuing the great demand for these pieces.
If you are extremely interested in owning a piece of Raku pottery it is quite possible to add smaller pieces to your collection at a much smaller price than the larger pieces, though these are still much higher than pottery that has been fired using traditional firing methods.
The good news is that even at higher prices, it is possible to own some of these stunning pieces of pottery that are works of art in and of themselves even on a more modest working budget.
Those who avidly collect Raku pottery exclusively will be the first to tell you that this is a significant investment though very few feel they aren’t getting their money’s worth in enjoyment of product.
As long as you work to take proper care of these stunning pieces they will provide years of enjoyment for new and old collectors alike.
Raku pottery, like all art, isn’t for everyone.
But those who love it are typically passionate about their love of this particular style of creating pottery.
If you haven’t had the pleasure, make a point of checking out any local artists that may have Raku works in their collections.

If you are planning a stay in Napa Valley, you may wish to make your accommodations in Yountville.
You will find a number of luxurious options in Yountville as well as a variety of boutique shopping options.
As a result, this is one of the most popular regions in Napa Valley among tourists.
Most of the wineries in this region have developed right along with the town.
If you had visited the region twenty years ago, you would have found only a handful of wineries.
In the last few years a number of changes have come to this part of Napa Valley.
As a result, this area has also experienced tremendous development.
The climate of this area tends to be somewhat moderate and breezy.
You will find when visiting this region that the evenings are far cooler than many of the other regions that are actually located more to the north.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes tend to thrive in this region while Zinfandel, Merlot and Syrah grapes are also planted as well.
The consistent terrain of Yountville makes this one of the premier wine growing regions in the area.
The growing season in this region tends to be somewhat long with mornings that are foggy and clear afternoons.
As a result of the warm summer days and cooler afternoons, this area specializes quite well in Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot.
Other varieties that are also substantially planted include Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
The terrain in this region has also had a contribution to the region as well.
Within this region there are deposits of debris and geological material that cannot be found at any other region within Napa Valley.
The Yountville Mounts located north of town provide protection from the fog and the wind of San Pablo Bay.
This protection has allowed some of the most highly acclaimed vineyards in the region to develop.
The history of this region as a wine growing area can be traced back more than 150 years.
George Calvert Yount was granted 11,000 acres in 1836.
This became the Caymus Rancho.
A large portion of the Valley Floor between St.
Helena and Yountville was included in the grant.
Eventually Yount made improvements on the land and was the first to actually plant vineyards in the Napa Valley.
The land where these vineyards were planted is now owned by Dominus Estate.
A portion of Younts land was sold to Charles Hopper in 1850.
A town was laid out on the property several years later.
Originally, this town was known as Sebastopol; however, a town in nearby Sonoma County had already laid claim to this name.
As a result, the town was renamed Yountville in 1867 after George Younts death.
A distillation facility and large winery were constructed by Gottlieb Groezinger in 1870.
Vintage 1870 now encompasses this property.
When in the region you will find a number of high-end restaurants as well as shops here.
While expansive activity had be]en going on in the region for a number of years, the town of Yountville was not incorporated until 1965.
In 1999, the area was granted AVA status.
Some of the most well known wineries in the region include Dominus Estate, Gemstone Vineyard, Chanticleer, Jessup Cellars, Domaine Chandon, Goosecross Cellars and Parador Cellars.

Caister Castle stands three miles north of Great Yarmouth, not at Caister-on-the-Sea, but a little inland at West Caister.
This brick stronghold is a monument to Sir John Fastolf.
Fastolf was a distinguished veteran of the Hundred Years War, a knight of relatively humble origin who played an important part in the Lancastrian conquest of northern France.
Falstolf built this castle in 1432-46 when he was enjoying a prosperous retirement.
On his death in 1459, Caister passed to the Paston family, whose letters give a first-hand portrayal of life in fifteenth century Norfolk.
Unfortunately for the Pastons, the Duke of Norfolk also laid claim to the castle and, when legal means had failed, he set about making good his claim by force.
In 1469, he brought a considerable force to lay siege to the castle, which creditably held out for several weeks against the duke’s cannon before the inevitable surrender.
Veterans of the French wars built most fifteenth century castles and a number were in fashionable brick.
They tended to be showplaces, combining lavish accommodations with a show of strength.
Some had a secondary role in coastal defense and Caistor did repulse French raiders shortly after its completion.
Caister was one of the finest of its kind but rather too much was pulled down in the eighteenth century.
The castle stands in a wide moat still full of water.
It is one of those with an inner quadrangle and a subsidiary base court for retainers.
This is less obvious now because the arm of the moat between the two courtyards has been filled in.
There is also part of a third courtyard behind, arrested only by a circular corner tower incorporated in a later house.
The base court, of inferior brick, is now fragmentary and the main quadrangle had suffered so much destruction that only its north and west walls still stand.

The village, four miles northeast of King’s Kynnm takes its name from the Norman castle which dominates it.
William d’Albini, Earl of Sussex, started building here about 1139.
One of the foremost barons of his time, he was loyal to King Stephen but consolidated his own power during the Anarchy.
Castle Rising’s earthworks are prodigious, comprising an oval ring work and a smaller bailey in front.
Such is the height of the ring work bank that is almost conceals the splendid keep within.
This keep is the sole building of any substance left, though there was once a well-appointed group of residential buildings alongside.
The only other masonry remains are the truncated gate tower and the ruin of an early Norman church.
Set in a gap in the ring work bank, the gate tower is contemporary, with the keep, but the surviving fragment of wall is later medieval.
The church originally served the village.
William d’Albini buried it in his rampart and built the beautiful church that still stands nearby in recompense.
The keep stands virtually intact, though long deprived of its roof and floors, except in the fore building tower.
It is a rectangular structure that is considerably longer than it is high-in other words, a hall keep, and the best example of this rare type.
The ground floor was just an undercroft for storage, the principal accommodation lying on the floor above.
Owing to its importance, the first floor rises through two stages, giving the illusion of three stories in all.
The keep is divided longitudinally by a cross wall, thus separating the hall from the solar on the first floor.
Stone vaults support a kitchen and pantry at one end of the hall, and another vault supports a chapel beyond the solar.
A gallery runs along one wall at hall level.

Making homemade teddy bears show your love and dedication to that person.
Itll also show them that youve paid enough attention throughout the years to know theyd like it.
Theyll love you for all the hard work youve put into it and youll definitely feel the rewards once you have the teddy bears youve made out.
If you really want to show your love try inviting them over as you make the teddy bears.
Maybe theyd like to help you or make some for someone as well.
This will give you plenty of time for catching up and sharing old stories.
Who knows, you may have just discovered a new friend instead of just a loved one.
Never let them know that you are creating the gift for them, keep it a surprise until it is time.
Theyll remember this time forever, every time they look at your homemade teddy bears, or the ones they created.
Making memories is very important, especially the happy ones.
You dont have to make it a big event, just something small at your house.
Invite as many over as you want, but to keep it personal Id only invite one or two guests.
Make it a memorable occasion, as the two of you sit together crafting homemade teddy bears.
Make a few snacks before they get there and maybe a pitcher of tea.
Sharing stories can be a lot of fun, especially when you learn things you never knew.
For instance how you first met your loved one, or maybe a romantic gesture that they did.
Share a story about the first time you received a teddy bear or the first time you made one.
It isnt every day someone sits and talk with you about their life as they are creating you a homemade teddy bear.
The most important thing is showing you love them by making something just for them.
Dreams are fascinating, confusing and amazing all at once, and figuring out what the objects in our dreams really stand for can be a fascinating hobby as well as a way to gain insight into our deeper lives.
Listed below are some of the most commonly seen dream symbols and their most commonly assigned meanings.
Of course, every dream is unique to the individual who dreamed it, and when it comes to dreams there are no hard and fast rules, only general guidelines.
Everything is in darkness and unclear.
PoisonDreaming about poison can symbolize something the dreamer is trying to get rid of.
It can also be a symbol for pain in the waking world.
QuicksandDreaming about quicksand can mean that the dreamer feels trapped by his or her current circumstances.
RunningRunning in a dream can symbolize a desire to escape from something in the waking world.
SnakeIn the dream world, a snake can be a symbol of evil, or a harbinger of bad things to come.
ThunderHearing thunder in a dream can be a symbol of inspiration or insight.
Thunder can also be seen as a warning.
WindowPeering through a window in a dream can symbolize the dreamer’s outlook.
The outlook depends on what is seen through the window, and what feelings are generated by the view.

Archery has fascinated mankind since time immemorial.
Be it the war field or the hunting ground, it was archery which made man victorious.
Archers have been an indispensable part of Egyptian, Indian, Greek and Persian civilization.
These archers were highly adorned and respected; in fact special training was provided to people who wanted to master the art of archery.
Bows and arrows are the main constituents of archery.
Studies have shown that the bows were developed in either early Mesolithic age or late Paleolithic age.
Pines were used for making arrows.
Bows are of different types such as Longbow, shortbow, flatbow, recurve bow, crossbow and compound bow.
Longbow as the name suggests is very long; the length of the bow is equal to the height of the user and in some cases even exceeds the height of the user.
The limb of the Flatbow is wider and the cross-section is rectangular in shape.
Shortbow is shorter in length; it is light weight and has a short range.
It was basically used for hunting purpose.
In crossbow the limbs are mounted in a horizontal manner and not in a vertical manner.
The compound bow is designed in such as manner that the archer is at his ease while mounting the bow.
An arrow is made up of shaft; it has an arrowhead which is at the front portion of the arrow.
These arrowheads which are made of metals or some other materials are used to target points.
In order to properly shoot an arrow the archer has to maintain a proper stance.
The posture of the body, the eye and the way the archer is holding the bow should be proper.
Sight shooting and instinctive shooting are the two methods adopted by an archer while shooting n arrow.
In instinctive shooting the archer has to completely concentrate on the target while shooting the arrow.
It requires a lot of practice.
Whereas in case of sight shooting the archer can adjust the pins which are there on the bows to target an object, his is relatively easy.
Previously instinctive shooting was the norm but at present sight shooting is more preferred.
As the civilization started advancing materialistically, people started thinking of developing some mechanism which was more lethal and more effective in comparison to bows and arrows.
Development of firearms was a step in this direction; it made bows and arrows completely obsolete.
Bows and arrows which were extensively used in wars by the soldiers gave way to firearms.
Those kingdoms which did not possess firearms started losing their stronghold and were defeated in the war filed.
The firearms had many advantages over bows and arrows.
They had long range, they were more lethal, using them did not require lots of training and no major skill was required to use this weapons.
Today archery has become a sporting activity; some even use it for recreational purposes.
Although today archery has lost its sheen but we should not forget that it has played a pivotal role in shaping human civilization.
