If you spend any amount of time on the internet, you might have clicked on a link to these videos. Created by John Boswell AKA Colorpulse, the songs and videos of The Symphony of Science are "designed to deliver scientific knowledge and philosophy in musical form."
This dude sure can work that autotune.
And apparently someone posted the video for A Glorious Dawn on Jack White's MyFace wall because he decided to release the track on a limited edition 7" vinyl through his own Third Man Records.

Alan Rickman was born to Irish and Welsh parents in 1946. He attended the Royal College of Art; he wanted to be a graphic artist. At age 26 he won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where he spent 3 years. Started out in the theatrical version of "Dangerous Liaisons" His first major film was Die Hard (1988) where he was cast as Hans Gruber.

Meet Jesse Rose, the Berlin based co-creator of so-called "fidget house" - although a better name for his music might be "Smile-House". Rose just released his album, What Do You Do If You Don't? and it just might be the resurrection of all that is good in the electronic dance music world.
It is sample-based funky pop house. And it is fucking excellent.

That's right mutha flippas... we got a big storm coming thru this halloween weekend in the second city. Those of us Chicagoians (ages 17 and up) will be able to check out not 1 headliner (Chromeo), not 2 headliners (Crystal Castles), but 3 effin' ace acts (Boys Noize) on the stage in one night.

I've seen Boys Noize before and he alone is worth the stage time and ticket price as he's the BEST DJ I'VE EVER SEEN. What he does with a pair of pioneer CDJ's is like watching MacGyver diffuse a nuclear warhead with a piece of string a last sunday's USA Today. Precision, execution, and the ability to reel in a crowd with unique tracks even for the most electro-schooled of us.

So down to the nitty gritty (NOT fine print mind you). I've got one pair of tickets to give away (read: two tickets). Those that follow the hypem charts I'm sure would've noticed the huge numbers The Kids Are RADIOACTIVE have been receiving en masse. And for good reason, the dude is producing some ace melodic disco/electro comparable to Xinobi, Miami Horror, and College. Jordan Elliot is the man behind the name, an up-and-coming DJ/producer from the ever plentiful land of the angles.

Our good friends at Binary picked up Jordan not too long ago as they couldn't resist that infectious disco sound (which found it's way onto Binary's first complication album, LA Lights. So enjoy the radioactiveness including the previously en fuego Ra Ra Riot remix (+1).
