woohooo!!! The Book of Savings is back! Which means double coupons at Albertsons next week. Make sure to keep your eye out for the coupon book in your Tuesday or Wednesday mail as this is the only way you can get the double coupons. I know some of you have expressed that you do not get this in the mail–I’m not sure why that is. I can only suggest that you possibly ask friends of coworkers who do get them.

My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day late with dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant last night.  I cheated and had a glass of wine and a salad.  (The salad tasted AWESOME after not having solid food for 4 days!) but I am back to to grind and juicing 100%!

• I have lost 8 pounds in 5 days
• Juicing is getting a lot easier. I am down to a glass and a half at every meal.
• My sleeping habits are getting better–I go to bed around 10 pm and wake up at a reasonable time in the morning. (I suffer from insomnia lately, going to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning)
• After drinking juice, I feel amazing!

I have decided that after my 15 days are up–I will continue juicing twice a day. I LOVE the energy that I get after a glass.
