I'd like to put this in print:

I think having Prospero "Boy" Nograles as my Congressman is shameful.

I didn't vote on the last election. I don't even know if he'd still be eligible for re-election come 2007. If he would, my vote will NOT be his. His utterances in tv interviews with him make me want to shrink in shame.

I have one vote. And I'll make it count.

What an idiot Nograles makes of himself, always has all the lame excuses for himself and his president:

New ‘housing’ problem a job for Team Villar

Try doing a search for him on a Philippine news website, and notice that they always quote what he has to say. Not because what he says is very important that it need be printed verbatim, but that what he says is always just too weird to be logical. And thus the news authors have to make sure that the ideas be attributed to him, effectively washing their hands of any interpretation.

City Financial Statements

I wonder where we can get hold of copies of the City's Financial Statements for the past 3 years. I hope they'll be made available on the internet. I dont even know if the city government has a web portal that links to all the online resources the city has to offer.

Anybody know?
