Biodiesel 250+ gallons information?

I use 5 gallon yellow diesel containers which can be bought at home-depot. I pick up what I can use in about a 2 month period. I believe Dan from AZBioDiesel said that their fuel can be stored for 6 months, but you should check with them. I keep it in an outside vented shed. I painted the roof white to reduce the temperature in the summer. It makes a big difference. A garage would be better. I can actually get 10 in my Jetta trunk. Your Beetle won't hold as much but with a few containers you will be set for a few months. You can buy the 250 gallons up front and take it as you need it. AZBioDiesel will keep track of how much you take. Or just pay 10 cents more and pay as you go. The price as you said still beats anything in the valley.

AZBioDiesel is trying to add more sites in the Valley so over time you should have more options for locations.

Don't fret. I wouldn't count on it ending early. I don't have confirmation yet, but I suspect it'll be going a bit past then. I'll try to get confirmation this weekend for sure.

VW's primary efficiency push in the U.S. has been with diesel power, but over in Germany the company has launched a test fleet of TwinDrive plug-in electric hybrid Golfs, and I just had a chance to sample one not far from the Wolfsburg headquarters. Not surprisingly (except from an expected cost point of view) the range-extending internal-combustion engine in the TwinDrive I tested was a 1.5-liter diesel (a 1.4-liter TSI turbocharged direct-injection gas engine is also engineered for the system).

I went to Exklusiv over a month ago to have Derek look at my TDI Jetta which was having issues with severe power loss. My car was not displaying any codes. He also checked my vacuum lines. His main diagnostic computer was not working (something about his software had expired) so he said he would call me and that I should come back when his computer was fixed. I waited a week. I sent email and left a voice mail. I sent another email. I waited another week and I never did hear back from Derek. I had been there before and I was really disappointed with the lack of communication. I went to Independent Auto. They were very professional, friendly and took good care of me at a good price. I also had them do my timing belt. They are my new jetta repair shop. We tended to post mostly positive things on this sight, but people should here the other side too. Derek, feel free to explain what happened. Maybe your other computer was down and your phone was not working.

Looks like it comes pretty fully loaded...too bad they aren't offering a base model like the good ol' $17,000 MkIV Golf GL. Now...you get the TDI...you get just about everything!

Although the 6-speed stick and lowered sport suspension sounds pretty cool!
