Loan Classification/Provision procedure has been upgraded as per NRB Directives 2062

In loan module, added cheque control for loan

a. In loan module, added cheque control for loan withdrawal transaction.
Need one new Field Chequeno C(15) in the Splnldg.dbf.
b. In Loan MIS report. Updated period-wise Loan MIS report - Disbursement, Repayment, recovery along with overdue information of principal as well as interest.
c. In loan module, added three levels of parameterized rebate facilities.

Need following changes:

1. Spactype.dbf
- rebates L(1) - switch for enabling rebate option for the product level
- penalties L(1) - switch for enabling penalty option for the product level

2. Spini.dbf
- discdays2 N(3) - Specify days from the last postdate for 3rd level of rebate
- discrate2 N(5,2) - Specify discount rate for 3rd level of rebate

3. Spspenal.dbf
- from_post N(3) - Post Penalty from last posting date
- penal_type N(1) - Penalty type - whether on Principal Balance, Interest due or both or final interest.

d. In core, added workstation message transfer system for windows 2000 and above workstations.
e. In core, added Periodic Service charge posting module, which allows to post service charge depending upon the condition. The service charge can be based on the fixed percentage or fixed amount. For this, it need the following changes:

1. Spactype.dbf
- srvchrate N(5,2) - Service charge in terms of percentage.
- srvcharge N(7,2) - Fixed charge for service charge
- srvchrgac C(7) - Service charge income a/c
- srvchgcrt C(80) - Service charge application condition

f. In loan module, added module to reset Reschedule Status after yearly closing.

In Loan module, separate rebate interest rate is added to offer special rebate interest percentage for interest of the same period.

a. Spini.dbf

In Loan module, Fine/penal on not regular interest repayment parameter table. Increase width of days1 and days2 slab parameters.

d. Added report generation in using Nepali date for the following modules
- Periodic Statement (Core)
- Temporary statement (Core)
- Loan Periodic Statement (Loan)
- Loan Temporary Statement (Loan)
For the above functionality, SpNepcal.dbf and spNepcal.cdx table is needed, which contains the Nepali calendar information.
And also added Nepali date on the all the other reports for report generation.

e. User defined narrations
It picks default narration for the transaction sets from the Access mode depending on the access mode selection. Further you can pick narrations from the narration list by pressing F2.
The narration List can be maintained from the narration setup.
This need one new table Spnarrat.dbf with the corresponding Spnarrat.cdx file and need some minor changes in the Spmode.dbf as follows:

f. Fixed Deposit Receipt Printing from Core - module
Now, you can also print Fixed Deposit Receipt from the core module, which needs a report definition file named Spac030.frx and Spac030.frt, if you defined yours A/c Head for Fixed deposit as 030.

1. Loan module is upgraded to handle new loan provisions, with new loan classification, ReSchedule Class A and ReSchedule Class B loans, for which following tables are modified.
