Tmax 100

This roll was taken several years ago along the Mirror Lake Highway. I think I tried to experiment with using various filters that I had for my lens but didn’t record which filter was used so the test was useless.

Photo on the left is the original, on the right has been corrected in PaintShop Pro. Used despectal and scratch removal on the images.

Developer: Ilford DD/DDX mixed 1:4

Time used was 12 Minutes: 7Min normal +30% for the number of rolls of film that had been developed using the current dilution.

]]> About two years ago, I was traveling back from South Dakota and decided to take the long way around and go past Devil’s Tower. This film was in a collection I had received from a friend several years ago so I do not know how old the film was. I do know it was hand loaded. The canister was marked PX 24. I shot the film at an ISO speed of 100, I think. this roll has been sitting in my refrigerator since I returned from the trip. I developed it along with a roll of Tmax ASA100.

Devolpement time was for 12 minutes to account for the age and the dilitution of the developer

Developer was ILford DD/DDX diluted 1:4 (one other roll was previously developed with this batch of chemicals)

Agitation was 10 seconds every 30 second, twist of stir rod, no inversions.

Phots were scanned into digital format using a Canonscan 8800

These are some images from the first roll of color film I developed at home. Film is Minolta/Konica asa 400. Developed in C-41. this roll is from a disposable camera that is about 14 years old. The camera was not stored in a cold location but was not exposed to extreme heat either. Developed as per C-41 directions.
