क्या लाहौर भारत का हिस्सा होना चाहिए था?

"जिन्हें लाहौर नहीं देखा, वो जन्मे ही नहीं" — यह कहावत पंजाबी में बहुत मशहूर है। पुराने समय से ही लाहौर को "हिंदुस्तान का दरवाज़ा" कहा जाता था, क्योंकि यह मध्य एशिया और अरब से आने वाले यात्रियों का मुख्य मार्ग था। दिल्ली तक पहुंचने के लिए अक्सर लाहौर होकर ही जाना होता था। लेकिन 1947 में हुए बंटवारे के बाद लाहौर पाकिस्तान के हिस्से में चला गया।

लाहौर की ऐतिहासिक पृष्ठभूमि

बंटवारे से पहले लाहौर में हिंदुओं और सिखों की बड़ी आबादी थी।
1941 की जनगणना के अनुसार, लाहौर की 40% आबादी गैर-मुस्लिम थी।
लगभग 80% संपत्तियों की मालिकियत भी गैर-मुसलमानों के पास थी।

फिर लाहौर पाकिस्तान में कैसे गया?

बंटवारे के समय ब्रिटेन से सिरिल रेडक्लिफ नामक व्यक्ति को बुलाया गया था, जिसे भारत-पाकिस्तान की सीमा रेखा तय करने का जिम्मा दिया गया। रेडक्लिफ ने कभी भारत देखा नहीं था और न ही भारतीय संस्कृति की जानकारी थी। उन्हें सिर्फ 10–12 दिन में नक्शा तैयार करने को कहा गया।

रेडक्लिफ कमीशन द्वारा जो सीमा रेखा बनाई गई, उसे आज हम रेडक्लिफ लाइन कहते हैं। इसी रेखा के अनुसार तय किया गया कि कौन से क्षेत्र भारत में और कौन से पाकिस्तान में जाएंगे।

लाहौर पर अंतिम फैसला

12 अगस्त 1947 को, लाहौर में अफवाह फैली कि यह भारत का हिस्सा बनने जा रहा है। इस खबर के बाद वहां दंगे भड़क उठे। सिखों और हिंदुओं का बड़े पैमाने पर कत्लेआम हुआ। हालात इतने बिगड़ गए कि गवर्नर जेनकिंस ने लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन को फौज भेजने के लिए टेलीग्राम किया। कई पुलिसकर्मी भी हत्याओं में शामिल थे। एक मुस्लिम नेता लियाकत अली ने नारा दिया:

"हँस के लिया पाकिस्तान, लड़ के लेंगे हिंदुस्तान"

यह नारा लाहौर की गलियों में गूंजने लगा। पत्रकार कुलदीप नैयर ने बताया था कि रेडक्लिफ से हुई बातचीत में उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि पाकिस्तान को कोई बड़ा शहर न मिलने के कारण उन्होंने लाहौर पाकिस्तान को दे दिया।

अन्य विवादित फैसले

फिरोजपुर और गुरदासपुर, जो रेडक्लिफ लाइन के अनुसार पाकिस्तान में जा रहे थे, उन्हें लॉर्ड माउंटबेटन के हस्तक्षेप से भारत में शामिल किया गया।
सेना और वायुसेना का बंटवारा भी हुआ:

नेवी की दो यूनिट भारत और एक पाकिस्तान को दी गई।

दोस्तों,आज हम बात करने वाले हैं एक ऐसी सच्ची कहानी की जिसे सुनकर आप भी दंग रह जाएंगे। यह कहानी है पूर्ण लिम की एक ऐसे इंसान की जो 133 दिनों तक यानी लगभग 5 महीने समंदर के बीचों-बीच अकेला फंसा रहा और फिर भी जिंदा वापस लौट आया। जहां 55 लोगों में से सिर्फ एक इंसान ही जिंदा बचा और वो थे पूर्ण लिम। उन्होंने भूख, प्यास, तपती धूप, जमाने वाली ठंड और भयानक तूफानों को मात दी और अकेले ही मौत को हराकर वापस जमीन पर लौट आए।

shrikant89.blogspot.com भाग्य ने उसका साथ दिया। उसे एक लाइफ जैकेट जीवन रक्षा जैकेट मिल गई। जिससे वह पानी में तैरता रहा। उस दिन न जाने पूर्ण लिम ने किस भगवान का पूजा किया था कि 55 लोगों में से वही एक जिंदा रह पाए। बाकी सभी लोग या तो जलकर मर गए या समंदर की गहराई में हमेशा के लिए खो गए। करीब 2 घंटे तक पूर्णलिंम समंदर में अकेला तैरता रहा। शरीर थक चुका था। लेकिन जिजीविषा अब भी जिंदा थी। तभी दूर उसे एक लकड़ी की नाव राफ्ट दिखाई दी जो शायद जहाज से गिर गई थी। पूर्ण लिम ने अपनी आखिरी ताकत लगाकर उस नाव तक पहुंचा और उस पर चढ़ गया। उस नाव में जो कुछ था वही अब उसका संसार था। दो छोटे खाना पकाने के बर्तन, एक टूटी हुई टॉर्च, थोड़ी सी चॉकलेट की पट्टियां, थोड़े से शक्कर के टुकड़े, कुछ बोतल ताजा पानी और एक ज्वाला घन, फ्लेयर गन जिससे वह किसी जहाज को संकेत दे सके। पूर्णलिम कांप रहा था।

ठंड से थरथर। लेकिन मन में एक लौ अब भी जल रही थी। उसने हाथ जोड़ लिए और उस घड़ी में उसने वही किया जो उसकी मां ने उसे बचपन में सिखाया था। उसने भगवान बुद्ध की पूजा की। कहा जाता है कि उसी दिन पूर्ण लिम ने भगवान बुद्ध की सच्चे मन से पूजा की थी और शायद इसी कारण 55 लोगों में से केवल वही एक इंसान जिंदा बच पाया। उस दिन से पूर्ण लिम की असली लड़ाई शुरू हुई। एक अकेला इंसान एक लकड़ी की नाव और एक 133 दिन तक समंदर के बीचोंबीच जीवन और मौत की जंग पूर्ण लिम नाव पर अकेला बैठा था। आसमान की ओर देखकर उसने सोचा क्या कोई आएगा मुझे बचाने? क्या कोई जहाज दिखेगा? कोई मिशन लेकिन उस समय हालात ऐसे नहीं थे। पूरे विश्व में दूसरा विश्व युद्ध चल रहा था। हर देश अपनी जान बचाने में लगा था। किसी एक नाविक को ढूंढने के लिए रेस्क्यू मिशन भेजना नामुमकिन था। अब पूर्ण लिम समझ चुका था। अगर मुझे जीना है तो मुझे खुद ही यह समंदर जीतना होगा। नाव में जो कुछ बचा था, वही अब उसकी दुनिया बन चुका था। कुछ ही दिनों में खाना खत्म हो गया। पानी भी धीरे-धीरे कम होने लगा।

अब जीने के लिए उसे कुछ नया सोचना था। पूर्ण लिम ने कपड़ों का एक जुगाड़ बनाया जिससे वह आसमान से गिरने वाला बारिश का पानी इकट्ठा कर सके। वह कपड़े को फैला कर रखता और फिर उसमें जो थोड़ा बहुत पानी इकट्ठा होता उसे इकट्ठा करता। पर इतनी मात्रा कभी भी प्यास बुझाने के लिए काफी नहीं थी। फिर भी हर एक बूंद उसके लिए जिंदगी की उम्मीद थी। पूर्णलिम ने नाव की रस्सियों और कील से एक छोटा मछली पकड़ने का कांटा बनाया। घंटों मेहनत करता। एक मछली फंसती। भूख ऐसी होती कि वह उसे कच्चा ही खा जाता। धीरे-धीरे उसने सीखा। अगर मछली को तेज धूप में थोड़ा सुखाकर खाया जाए तो कम नुकसान होता है। तो अब वह मछली को नाव में रखे बर्तनों में पकाने या धूप में सेक कर खाने लगा। कभी-कभी सेगुल्स समुद्री पक्षी नाव पर आ जाते थे। पूर्ण लिंब बहुत धीरे से उन्हें पकड़ता और फिर उन्हें भी तपती धूप में सुखाकर खा लेता।

अब उसकी जिंदगी एक जंग बन चुकी थी। एक दिन उसका हाथ नाव में रखे टीन से कट गया। खून बहा और समंदर में फैल गया। कुछ ही समय में दो शार्क मछलियां नाव के चारों तरफ घूमने लगी। वो शार्क नीचे से नाव को धक्का देने लगी। पूर्ण लिम कांप उठा लेकिन हिम्मत नहीं हारी। वह चुपचाप बैठा रहा। और कुछ समय बाद शार्क वहां से चली गई। लेकिन अब उसका शरीर जवाब देने लगा था। भूख इतनी बढ़ गई थी कि आंखें खुलती नहीं थी। हाथ कांपते थे। कई बार तूफान आता और जो मछलियां उसने बचा रखी थी वह भी बह जाती। दिन में सूरज की आग जैसी तपन उसकी त्वचा को जला देती थी और रात में बर्फ जैसी ठंड उसकी हड्डियां जमा देती थी। उसकी सांसे भारी होती जा रही थी।

लेकिन इरादा अब भी मजबूत था। वह रोज ऊपर आसमान देखता। कभी कोई जहाज कभी कोई धुआं पर हर दिन वही सुनसान समंदर, वहीं खामोशी और ऐसे ही बीत गए। 20 दिन, 40 दिन, 80 दिन, हर एक दिन एक युद्ध था। हर एक सांस, एक जंग लेकिन पूर्ण लिम ने हार नहीं मानी। उन्होंने कई भयंकर तूफानों का सामना किया। कभी दिन में, कभी रात में। नाव चारों तरफ से डगमगाने लगती। ऐसा लगता मानो समंदर ही नाव को निगल जाएगा। कभी-कभी तो वह रात में सोते-सोते अचानक पानी में गिर जाता और कई बार जब वह मछली पकड़ने के लिए पानी में उतरता, तो उसकी छोटी सी नाव उसे छोड़कर दूर निकल जाती। फिर भी वह किसी तरह तैर कर अपनी नाव तक लौट आता। रात को जब वह सोता था तो अपनी कमर से नाव को रस्सी से बांध लिया करता था ताकि नाव दूर ना चली जाए। यह आसान नहीं था। हर बार थोड़ा और थकना, हर बार जिंदगी से और लड़ना लेकिन फिर भी उसने हिम्मत नहीं हारी। उसी नाव को अपनी दुनिया मान लिया था। पूर्ण लिम का संघर्ष अब अपनी हदें पार कर चुका था। वह हड्डियों का ढांचा बन चुका था।

आंखें ढंसी हुई, होंठ सूख चुके थे। लेकिन अब भी दिल में एक छोटी सी उम्मीद बची थी। कभी-कभी उसे दूर-दूर तक बड़े-बड़े जहाज नजर आते थे। वह खड़ा होकर चिल्लाता, हाथ हिलाता, फ्लेयर गन से संकेत करता लेकिन किसी ने भी उसे नहीं देखा। असल में उसकी नाव लकड़ी की बनी हुई थी। छोटी, हल्की और पानी के रंग में ही घुली हुई सी। इतनी छोटी कि दूर से किसी जहाज से देख पाना नामुमकिन था। एक बार तो ऐसा हुआ कि दो बड़े युद्धपत उसके काफी पास से गुजरे। पूर्णलिम ने देखा, फ्लेयर छोड़ा, चिल्लाया। लेकिन किसी ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया। हैरान करने वाली बात यह थी कि जहाज के कुछ सैनिकों ने उसे देख भी लिया था। लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने मदद नहीं की। क्योंकि उस समय पूरा विश्व द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध की आग में जल रहा था। लोगों को शक था कि कहीं यह दुश्मनों का जाल ना हो।

कोई फर्जी ना आओ। कोई चाल जो उनके जहाज को रोक कर तहस-नहस कर दे। इसलिए उन्होंने पूर्णलिम को नजरअंदाज कर दिया। पूर्णलिम ने देखा समझा पर हिम्मत नहीं हारी। कई बार अमेरिका की नौसेना के प्लेन उसके ऊपर से गुजरे। वह उन्हें हाथ हिलाकर बुलाता रहा लेकिन उन्हें कुछ समझ नहीं आया। एक बार तो एक विमान ने नीचे एक छोटा सा बोर्ड भी गिराया ताकि उसे सहारा मिल सके या कोई संदेश दिया जा सके। लेकिन समुद्र की विशाल लहरों ने उसे बहा दिया। अब पूर्ण लिम सोचने लगा। शायद अब यह मेरा अंत है। मेरा शरीर समंदर में ही समा जाएगा और मेरी कहानी भी यहीं खत्म हो जाएगी। लेकिन वह हार मानने वालों में से नहीं था। कुछ ही दिनों बाद जब समंदर कुछ शांत हुआ, सूरज की रोशनी पानी में गहराई तक उतरने लगी तो पूर्ण लिम ने नीचे देखा। पहली बार उसे समंदर की जमीन दिखने लगी। थोड़ा आगे बढ़ा तो उसकी नाव एक चट्टान से टकरा गई।

उसने समझ लिया मैं जमीन के बेहद करीब हूं। और फिर 5 अप्रैल 1943 का दिन 133 दिन तक समंदर में जिंदगी और मौत से लड़ने के बाद कुछ ब्राजली मछुआरे उस इलाके से गुजरे। उन्होंने एक आदमी को नाव में बेसुद पड़ा देखा। नजदीक गए। देखा वह आदमी अब भी सांस ले रहा है। बिल्कुल कंकाल बन चुका है। लेकिन जिंदा है। वे उसे तुरंत किनारे लाए। खाना दिया, पानी दिया। डॉक्टरों के पास पहुंचाया और तब पूरी दुनिया को पता चला। एक इंसान अकेले 133 दिन तक समंदर में जिंदा रहा। पूर्ण लिम को जब ब्राजील के मछुआरे बचाकर लाए तो वे लगभग एक महीने तक अस्पताल में ही रहे।

वह जो व्यक्ति इस घटना से पहले एक साधारण नाविक था, अब पूरी दुनिया में मशहूर हो चुका था। हर जगह से उन्हें बुलाया गया।

उन्हें सेलिब्रिटी ट्रीटमेंट मिला। कई देशों ने उन्हें सम्मानित किया, पदक दिए और उनके अद्भुत साहस को सलाम किया। बाद में पूर्ण लिम ने अपने अनुभवों से सीखा और दूसरों को सिखाया। उन्होंने कई नेवी अफसरों और समुद्री यात्रियों को ट्रेनिंग दी कि कैसे समुद्र में अकेले रहते हुए भी जिंदा रहा जा सकता है।

जय श्री कृष्ण मित्रों, मानव जीवन की हर समस्या का समाधान श्रीमद्भागवत गीता में मिलता है। भगवद्गीता ऐसे प्रेरणादायक संदेशों का सागर है जो निराश व्यक्ति को जीवन में आशा से भर देता है। और शांत मन से इसकी बातों को पढणे और समझने के बाद न केवल आपके मन को असीम शांति का अनुभव होगा बल्कि आपके विचारों और जीवन में भी बहुत सकारात्मक बदलाव आएंगे। मैं गारंटी के साथ कह सकता हूं कि जो भी इस गीता को पढ़ेगा, वह अंत तक इसका सार सुनेगा और इसके ज्ञान को अपने जीवन में लागू करेगा। उसे अपनी हर समस्या का समाधान अवश्य मिलेगा, उसे वह सब कुछ मिलेगा जो वह प्राप्त करना चाहता है, इसलिए आपको प्रतिदिन सुबह और रात को सोने से पहले भगवद गीता सार पढ़ना चाहिए। अवश्य सुनें मित्रों, श्रीमद्भागवत गीता में भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं, जो कोई मनुष्य श्रद्धापूर्वक तथा दोषों से मुक्त होकर इस गीता शास्त्र का अध्ययन, श्रवण और मनन करता है, वह सभी पापों से मुक्त होकर मेरे परम धाम को प्राप्त होता है।

मित्रों, इसीलिए उन्होंने कहा था। ऐसा भी कहा जाता है कि जिस भी घर में प्रतिदिन श्रीमद्भागवत गीता का पाठ पढ़ा और सुना जाता है, उस घर में कभी कोई संकट या परेशानी नहीं होती है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण की कृपा और आशीर्वाद उस घर पर हमेशा बना रहता है और जीवन, सुख, संपत्ति, धन और समृद्धि हमेशा बनी रहती है। और आनंद से भर जाता है। मित्रों, कुरुक्षेत्र की रणभूमि में महाभारत के भीषण युद्ध के प्रारम्भ में ही अर्जुन अपने चारों ओर युद्ध की इच्छा से आये अपने परिजनों, भाइयों, मित्रों और गुरुजनों को देखकर भयभीत हो जाता है, तथा हताश और हताश हो जाता है। वह जाता है और बहुत दुखी होकर श्री कृष्ण के सामने अपना दुख और दुविधा व्यक्त करता है। अर्जुन कहते हैं, हे केशव, मैं यह युद्ध कैसे लड़ सकता हूँ?

इस रणभूमि में युद्ध के लिए एकत्र हुए ये सभी लोग मेरे अपने हैं, ऐसा मैं कैसे कह सकता हूँ? मैं पितामह भीष्म और गुरु द्रोणाचार्य से युद्ध करूंगा, क्योंकि वे दोनों मेरे पूज्य गुरुदेव हैं, अतः इन गुरुओं को मारने की अपेक्षा भिक्षा मांगकर जीवनयापन करना बेहतर है।

हे मधुसूदन! जिन कौरवों के साथ मैं युद्ध करने जा रहा हूँ, वे सभी मेरे भाई हैं, अर्थात् धृतराष्ट्र के पुत्र हैं। तो, ये मेरे अपने लोग हैं। उन सबको मारने से अच्छा है कि मैं संन्यासी बन जाऊं। यदि यह युद्ध हुआ तो करोड़ों लोग मारे जायेंगे। इस युद्ध में जो सैनिक और योद्धा मारे जायेंगे उनकी महिलाओं का क्या होगा? नहीं कृष्ण, मैं यह युद्ध अकेले नहीं कर सकता। हे कृष्ण, अपने परिवार को नष्ट करके मैं कैसे खुश रह सकता हूं, मैं कुछ भी समझ नहीं पा रहा हूं, मेरा दिमाग भ्रमित हो रहा है, मेरा सिर फट रहा है , मेरे पैर कांप रहे हैं, मेरी त्वचा जल रही है, मेरा गांडीव धनुष मेरे हाथों से फिसल रहा है। हे कृष्ण, मेरा मार्गदर्शन करो, मुझे ज्ञान दो, मुझे बताओ कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए। अर्जुन की इस दयनीय स्थिति को देखकर भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन को श्रीमद्भागवत गीता का वह दिव्य और अलौकिक ज्ञान दिया जो न केवल अर्जुन के लिए बल्कि हजारों वर्षों तक उपयोगी रहा। श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता आज के आधुनिक युग में भी मानव जाति और प्रत्येक मनुष्य के लिए मार्गदर्शक बनी हुई है।

श्रीमद्भागवत गीता ही एकमात्र ऐसा ग्रंथ है जो मनुष्य को जीने का सही मार्ग बताता है। भागवत गीता जीवन में धर्म, कर्म और प्रेम का पाठ पढ़ाती है, इसलिए हमें प्रतिदिन श्रीमद्भागवत गीता का अध्ययन करना चाहिए। अर्जुन की दुविधा और संदेह को देखकर भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन से कहा, हे अर्जुन, तुम बड़े बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति की तरह बात करते हो, लेकिन जो वास्तव में बुद्धिमान होता है वह इस तरह से दुःख और शोक नहीं करता है। तुम्हारे हाथ में कुछ भी नहीं है, तुम चाहकर भी कुछ नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकते, जीवन और मृत्यु प्रकृति की नियति है, ये सभी लोग वास्तव में मेरे द्वारा ही मारे जायेंगे, तुम तो मात्र एक निमित्त हो, इसीलिए जो ज्ञानी है, उसे किसी के मरने पर खुशी होगी। बुद्धिमान आदमी रोता नहीं है. वह अतीत के बारे में शोक मनाता है और भविष्य के बारे में चिंतित रहता है। इसलिए जो होने वाला है वह होकर रहेगा और जो नहीं होने वाला है वह कभी नहीं होगा। यह निश्चय उसी को समझ में आता है जिसके मन में यह बात आ जाती है कि मुझे कोई दुःख नहीं सताता, मुझे कोई चिंता नहीं सताती। हे अर्जुन! इसकी चिंता मत करो कि कौन तुम्हारा अपना है और कौन पराया। क्षत्रिय का कर्तव्य है कि वह अधर्म करने वाले से युद्ध करे और अपने धर्म की रक्षा करे। आज्ञाकारिता तुम्हें मोक्ष और मुक्ति प्रदान करेगी।

अपने इस मन की आसक्ति त्याग दो, अन्यथा सारा संसार तुम्हारी निन्दा करेगा। आज अगर तुम नहीं लड़ोगे तो पूरी दुनिया तुम्हें नपुंसक और कायर कहेगी। यहाँ बात किसी और की नहीं है, यहाँ बात धर्म की है और अन्याय में सही और गलत की बात है, अगर गलत को सहन करोगे और उसे ख़त्म नहीं करोगे तो गलत करने वाले को और ताकत मिलेगी और वो और भी ज्यादा अन्याय करेगा, इसलिए अपना मोह त्यागो और युद्ध लड़ो। श्रीमद्भागवत गीता में भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं . हे अर्जुन! यह संसार मेरी माया है, यह संसार मुझसे ही उत्पन्न हुआ है, मैं ही इसका पालन करता हूँ और मैं ही इस सृष्टि का विनाश करता हूँ। मैं भूत, वर्तमान और भविष्य के सभी प्राणियों को जानता हूँ, परन्तु वास्तव में मुझे कोई नहीं जानता। श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि जिस प्रकार अंधकार में प्रकाश की ज्योति चमकती है, उसी प्रकार सत्य भी चमकता है, इसलिए मनुष्य को सदैव सत्य के मार्ग पर चलना चाहिए। मृत्यु एक अपरिवर्तनीय सत्य है जिसे कभी बदला नहीं जा सकता। जब से इस संसार की रचना हुई है, तब से जन्म-मृत्यु का चक्र चलता आ रहा है। जिस प्रकार मनुष्य पुराने वस्त्र त्यागकर नए वस्त्र धारण करता है, उसी प्रकार आत्मा भी पुराने वस्त्र त्याग देती है। वह अपना बेकार शरीर त्याग कर नया शरीर धारण कर लेता है। यह प्रकृति का नियम है. इस सत्य को स्वीकार करते हुए, व्यक्ति को बिना किसी भय के वर्तमान में जीना चाहिए। बुद्धिमान लोग न तो मरने वालों के लिए शोक मनाते हैं और न ही जीवित लोगों के प्रति आसक्त होते हैं। क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि जो मरा है वह पुनः जन्म लेगा और जो जीवित है वह एक दिन अवश्य मरेगा।

हे अर्जुन! मैं सभी प्राणियों के हृदय में स्थित सबकी आत्मा हूँ, मैं ही सभी प्राणियों का आदि, मध्य और अंत हूँ, ग्रहों में मैं सूर्य हूँ। वेदों में सामवेद मैं हूँ, देवताओं में इन्द्र मैं हूँ, इन्द्रियों में मन मैं हूँ, ब्रह्मा मैं हूँ, विष्णु मैं हूँ , महेश मैं हूँ, जलाशयों में सागर मैं हूँ, पर्वतों में हिमालय मैं हूँ, इस सम्पूर्ण जगत में जो कुछ भी तुम देख सकते हो, वह सब मैं ही हूँ, ऐसा भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं। इस संसार में मन की शांति से बड़ी कोई सम्पत्ति नहीं है। इस दुनिया में उस व्यक्ति से अधिक धनी कोई नहीं है जिसने अपने मन को शांत रखना सीख लिया है। मनुष्य के दुख का कारण उसकी आसक्ति है। जो जितना अधिक आसक्ति रखेगा, उसे उतना ही अधिक दुःख भोगना पड़ेगा। श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि जो हुआ वह अच्छे के लिए हुआ, जो हो रहा है वह अच्छे के लिए हो रहा है और जो होगा वह भी अच्छे के लिए होगा। तुमने क्या खोया, किस बात पर रो रहे हो, क्या लेकर आये थे, क्या खोया, क्या बनाया, क्या मिटाया। जो यहाँ से लिया गया है वह यहाँ से लिया गया है और जो दिया गया है वह यहाँ दिया गया है। जो आज आपका है वह कल किसी और का होगा क्योंकि परिवर्तन ही संसार का नियम है। श्रीमद्भागवत गीता में भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि मनुष्य को परिणाम की चिंता किए बिना निस्वार्थ और निष्पक्ष होकर अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करना चाहिए। हे अर्जुन! अपने आप को भगवान को समर्पित कर दो, यही सबसे बड़ा सहारा है। श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि व्यक्ति जन्म से नहीं बल्कि कर्मों से महान बनता है। जब मनुष्य को अपने कार्य में आनंद मिलता है, तो वह पूर्णता प्राप्त कर लेता है। अर्जुन, इच्छा आसक्ति से पैदा होती है। जो मनुष्य सदैव संशय में रहता है तथा अपने मन को वश में नहीं रखता, उसके लिए न तो इस लोक में सुख है और न ही परलोक में। जो लोग इसका पालन नहीं करते, उनके लिए यह दुश्मन की तरह काम करता है। अशांत मन को नियंत्रित करना कठिन है लेकिन अभ्यास से इसे नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। भगवद गीता में श्री कृष्ण बताते हैं कि जिस प्रकार धरती पर मौसम बदलता रहता है, उसी प्रकार हमारे जीवन में भी सुख-दुख आते रहते हैं, हमें इनसे विचलित नहीं होना चाहिए, हे अर्जुन, समय और भाग्य से बेहतर किसी को कुछ नहीं मिलता। जिस प्रकार दीपक की बाती दीपक के नीचे छिपे अंधकार को नहीं देख पाती, उसी प्रकार मनुष्य को जवानी के पीछे छिपा हुआ बुढ़ापा नजर आता है और कमजोरी किसी भी जीव को नजर नहीं आती, उसका मन जीवन के अंत तक उसे अपने जाल से निकलने नहीं देता, उसे रस्सी में बांधे रखता है और तरह-तरह के नृत्य नचाता रहता है, वह जीव को इतना समय ही नहीं देता कि वह अपने अंतर्मन में झांक सके और अपनी आत्मा को समझ सके।

जब अर्जुन भगवान श्री कृष्ण से पूछते हैं कि हे केशव, यह सब स्वीकार करने के बाद भी कि आत्मा अनादि और अजन्मा है, शस्त्र उसे काट नहीं सकते, अग्नि उसे जला नहीं सकती। फिर भी जीव की आत्मा को दुःख, सुख, शोक, हर्ष, अपमान, पीड़ा और आनंद का अनुभव क्यों होता है? तब भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं, हे पार्थ, मैं तुम्हें पहले ही बता चुका हूं कि सुख-दुख की अनुभूति करना आत्मा का काम नहीं है, यह तो शरीर का काम है। तब अर्जुन कहते हैं हे केशव, शरीर को दर्द और पीड़ा तभी होगी जब शरीर पर चोट लगेगी या उसका कोई अंग कट जाएगा, जैसे जब शरीर आग में जल जाता है तो उससे होने वाली पीड़ा शरीर की पीड़ा है, लेकिन बदनामी या अपयश से होने वाली पीड़ा वैसी नहीं होती। वहां होने से जो आनंद मिलता है उससे शरीर को कोई हानि नहीं होती, अपयश का दर्द और बदनामी का दर्द सिर्फ आत्मा को होता है, तब भगवान श्री कृष्ण अर्जुन से कहते हैं, नहीं अर्जुन ये यश है, अपयश है, अपमान है, ये लाभ है, हानि है, ये जीत है। आत्मा को न तो खुशी का अनुभव होता है और न ही हार का दर्द। यह आत्मा का काम नहीं है. यह मन की शरारत है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं, हे अर्जुन, याद रखो कि मन जीव के शरीर का एक अदृश्य हिस्सा है, जो दिखाई नहीं देता लेकिन सबसे शक्तिशाली है। यह आत्मा का एक हिस्सा है और इसका उससे कोई संबंध नहीं है। रथ का स्वामी आत्मा में विराजमान है, जबकि मन शरीर रूपी रथ का सारथी है। यह मन ही है जो इन्द्रियों रूपी घोड़ों को इधर-उधर भटकाता है और जीवन के आवेश में उन्हें चंचल बनाता है। कभी-कभी यवनों के आवेश में यह चंचल मन व्यक्ति को इस भ्रम में डाल देता है कि वह सर्वशक्तिमान है, वह सब कुछ कर सकता है तथा वह यहां का राजा है जिसके आगे सभी झुकने को मजबूर हैं तथा जिसके शरीर के मर जाने पर सभी उसके आगे झुक जाते हैं। जब दीपक में यवन शक्ति का घी समाप्त हो जाता है और दीपक के नीचे अंधेरा हो जाता है, तब मनुष्य डर जाता है और चिल्लाने लगता है, मैं बीमार हूँ, मैं दुखी हूँ, मैं मर रहा हूँ, मुझे बचाओ, मन ही मन रोने का नाटक भी करता है, हे अर्जुन, मनुष्य को रोने का मन करता है। 'मैं' के अभिमान की मदिरा पिलाकर जो मनुष्य को मतवाला बनाता है, वह तो मन ही है।

इसके हाथों में माया का जाल है जिसे यह मनुष्य की इच्छाओं पर डालता रहता है और उसे अपने वश में करता रहता है। यह मन शरीर से भी मोहित होता है और अपने सुख से भी। वह मोहित है और अपने दुखों से भी मोहित है। वह खुशी में खुशी के गीत गाता है और दुख में दुख भरे गीत गुनगुनाता है। वह दूसरों को अपने दुखों में शामिल करके खुशी प्राप्त करता है। हे पार्थ! जीव के लिए अपने मन को वश में रखना आवश्यक है। अपने आंतरिक मन को नियंत्रित करें और आत्मा में देखें, तभी आप उस आत्मा के अंदर ईश्वर के प्रकाश को स्पष्ट रूप से देख पाएंगे। समय मनुष्य द्वारा बनाये गये रास्ते पर नहीं चलता। मनुष्य को समय के दिखाए मार्ग पर चलना ही पड़ता है। इसे भाग्य कहते हैं। ज़िंदगी कठिन है। ऐसा लगता है कि जब हम खुद को बदलने की बजाय परिस्थितियों को बदलने की कोशिश करते हैं, जब समय आपके खिलाफ चल रहा हो, तो शांत रहना ही सबसे अच्छा होता है। जब आपको भक्ति का अनुभव होने लगे तो समझ लीजिए कि आपने भगवान को नहीं चुना, भगवान ने आपको चुना है। कोई कुछ भी कहे, अपने आप को शांत रखो, क्योंकि सूरज कितना भी तेज क्यों न हो , समुद्र कभी नहीं सूखता। हमेशा उन लोगों से सावधान रहें जो आपके कान भरते हैं। वे अच्छे रिश्ते भी खराब कर देते हैं। योग्यताएं कर्म से पैदा होती हैं। हर व्यक्ति जन्म से शून्य होता है। इस संसार में प्रेम सत्य से भी बड़ा सत्य है और जिससे प्रेम करो, उसके साथ असत्य होना कठिन है। पूरी दुनिया में सबसे खूबसूरत जोड़ी मुस्कुराहट और आंसू की है। इन दोनों का एक साथ मिलना मुश्किल है, लेकिन जब ये दोनों मिलते हैं तो वो पल सबसे खूबसूरत होता है। कर्म सबसे बड़ा धर्म है. भगवान श्री कृष्ण गीता में अर्जुन को उपदेश देते हुए कहते हैं कि व्यक्ति का जन्म केवल कर्म करने के लिए हुआ है, कर्म किए बिना कोई नहीं रह सकता, मनुष्य को परिणाम की चिंता किए बिना अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करना चाहिए। क्रोध वह द्वार है जो व्यक्ति को नरक में ले जाता है। क्रोध के कारण व्यक्ति का मन अशांत हो जाता है और वह क्रोधित होकर कभी-कभी खुद को नुकसान पहुंचा लेता है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि व्यक्ति को क्रोध करने से बचना चाहिए, चाहे उसमें कितना भी क्रोध क्यों न हो। आओ, अपने आप को शांत रखने की कोशिश करो। आज इस संसार में जो कुछ आपके पास है, वह कल किसी और का था और परसों किसी और का होगा। आप यहां खाली हाथ आए थे और खाली हाथ ही जाएंगे।

मन पर नियंत्रण रखना महत्वपूर्ण है। मनुष्य का मन वायु की तरह चंचल है। ऐसा होता है कि यह मन ही है जो व्यक्ति को यौन इच्छाओं की ओर भटकाता रहता है। अगर जीवन में सफल होना है तो मन पर नियंत्रण रखना बहुत जरूरी है। मन को नियंत्रित करने से मन की शक्ति एकाग्र होती है जिससे कार्य में सफलता मिलती है। गीता के अनुसार, जिस व्यक्ति ने अपने मन को नियंत्रित कर लिया है, वह अपने मन में उठने वाली अनावश्यक चिंताओं और इच्छाओं से दूर रहता है और साथ ही व्यक्ति आसानी से अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर लेता है। यदि आप अपने मन पर नियंत्रण नहीं रखेंगे तो यह आपका सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन बन जाएगा। जो व्यक्ति सदैव संदेह करता है वह बड़ा शत्रु बन जाता है। जो व्यक्ति सदैव संदेह करता है, वह कभी शांति प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता, इसलिए संदेह करने से बचें। अत्यधिक संदेह करने से मन की शांति भंग होती है और व्यक्ति भ्रमित होकर अपने रिश्तों को नष्ट कर लेता है। मनुष्य के कर्म ही उसके जीवन का आधार हैं। वह जैसा कर्म करता है, उसे वैसा ही फल मिलता है। यदि वह अच्छे कर्म करेगा तो उसे अच्छे परिणाम मिलेंगे और यदि वह बुरे कर्म करेगा तो उसे बुरे परिणाम भुगतने होंगे। इसलिए व्यक्ति को सदैव अच्छे कर्म करने चाहिए। हमारे दुःखों के पाँच कारण हैं। एक व्यक्ति जो जब अपनी इच्छित वस्तु प्राप्त कर लेता है तो कहता है कि यह ईश्वर की कृपा है, लेकिन जब चीजें उसकी इच्छा के विपरीत होती हैं तो वह दुखी हो जाता है। ईश्वर की कृपा का यह अधूरा दर्शन ही दुःख का पहला कारण है। दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ जो कुछ भी घटित होता है, चाहे उसे हानि हो या दुःख, फिर भी, वह हमारे लिए अच्छा होना चाहिए। हमारा यह गंदा स्वार्थ ही हमारे दुःख का दूसरा कारण है। तीसरा, जो चीजें हमारे पास हैं या जिनकी हम इच्छा रखते हैं उन्हें खोने या न पाने का निरंतर भय हमारे दुःख का चौथा कारण है। पांच, जो हम करते हैं जो नहीं करना चाहिए वो करते हैं और जो नहीं करना चाहिए वो करते हैं, ये लापरवाह आदतें हमारे दुखों का पांचवां कारण हैं। जब भी कोई सुंदर घटना घटती है, हम उसका सारा श्रेय अकेले लेना चाहते हैं। यह अहंकार की भावना हमारे दुखों का पांचवा कारण है। कान्हा कहते हैं कि कौन क्या कर रहा है, कैसे कर रहा है और क्यों कर रहा है? जितना अधिक आप इन सब चीजों से दूर रहेंगे, उतना ही अधिक खुश रहेंगे। शरीर की सुन्दरता मन को आकर्षित करती है जबकि प्रकृति की सुन्दरता मन को आकर्षित करती है।

सुन्दरता मन को आकर्षित करती है, इसलिए मनुष्य का स्वभाव सदैव शुद्ध होना चाहिए। जीवन में केवल दो लोग ही जानते हैं कि हम कितने सही हैं और कितने गलत। एक है ईश्वर और दूसरा है हमारा विवेक। भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि जिस मनुष्य में ज्ञान का अभाव होता है और जिस मनुष्य को ईश्वर पर विश्वास नहीं होता, वह जीवन में कभी भी सुख और सफलता प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता। आसक्ति विनाश का कारण है। मनुष्य के दुख का मूल कारण उसकी आसक्ति है। जितना अधिक लगाव होगा, उतना ही अधिक दर्द उसे सहना पड़ेगा तथा अपने अतीत पर पछतावा होगा। कुछ भी नहीं बदला जा सकता और चिंता भविष्य को आकार नहीं दे सकती, इसलिए वर्तमान का आनंद लेना ही जीवन का सच्चा सुख है। श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि जो आपका साथ दे, उसका साथ देना चाहिए और जो आपके साथ विश्वासघात करे, जहां आपका सम्मान न हो, उसे वहीं छोड़ देना चाहिए। लेकिन तुम्हें कभी नहीं जाना चाहिए, वरना लोग तुम्हें कमज़ोर और मूर्ख समझेंगे। जहां वर्षा नहीं होती, वहां फसल खराब हो जाती है और जहां संस्कार नहीं होते, वहां नस्ल खराब हो जाती है। दुनिया में कोई भी चीज़ इतनी तेज़ी से नहीं बदलती जितनी तेज़ी से किसी व्यक्ति का इरादा और नज़रिया बदलता है। इस संसार में वही सुखी है जो दुःख में ज्यादा दुखी नहीं होता और सुख में ज्यादा उछलता नहीं। सुख, दुःख, अपमान, जय, पराजय, हार, आना-जाना, हानि-लाभ। ये सब तो जीवन में रहेगा ही। यदि यही स्थिति सदैव बनी रही तो मनुष्य का अस्तित्व सीमित हो जायेगा। जो लोग दूसरों की थाली में ज्यादा घी देखते हैं, उनके लिए यह कठिन होगा, वे स्वयं कभी भी चैन से नहीं रह पाते। व्यक्ति हमेशा वही चाहता है जो उसके पास नहीं है और जब वह उसे मिल जाता है तो एक नई महत्वाकांक्षा उसकी जगह ले लेती है। इस तरह पूरा जीवन असंतोष में बीत जाता है। कहा जाता है कि संतोष जीवन का मूल मंत्र है। यदि व्यक्ति में संतोष है तो कोई भी दुःख उसे तोड़ नहीं सकता। यही जीवन का रहस्य है. अहंकार के कारण हम बहुत से रिश्तों से दूर हो जाते हैं। समय बहुत शक्तिशाली है जो कभी-कभी व्यक्ति को घमंडी भी बना सकता है। कभी-कभी दोस्त आपको असहाय बना देते हैं। अगर आपका समय बलवान है तो अहंकार से बचें। यदि समय खराब हो तो बुरी संगत से बचें। मनुष्य को जीवन भर ये चार बातें याद रखनी चाहिए।

1.त्याग के बिना मनुष्य का भाग्य प्राप्त नहीं हो सकता। 2.बिना कुछ त्यागे, कुछ मिलता है। नहीं जा सकते।

3.जो देता नहीं, उसे लेने का अधिकार नहीं है। 4. मनुष्य बीज बोये बिना फल खाने की आशा में अपना जीवन बर्बाद कर देता है। कभी भी किसी के सामने अपना स्पष्टीकरण प्रस्तुत न करें क्योंकि जिसे आप पर विश्वास है उसे स्पष्टीकरण की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है और जिसे आप पर भरोसा नहीं है , वह आपको कभी नहीं समझ पाएगा। बुद्धिमान लोग चुप रहते हैं, समझदार लोग बोलते रहते हैं और मूर्ख लोग हमेशा बहस करते रहते हैं। सपनों और लक्ष्यों में बस एक ही अंतर है। सपनों के लिए आपको कड़ी मेहनत के बिना नींद की जरूरत होती है और लक्ष्यों के लिए आपको कड़ी मेहनत के बिना नींद की जरूरत होती है। मेहनत और सोच अच्छी होनी चाहिए क्योंकि नजरिए का इलाज संभव है लेकिन नजरिए का नहीं। अपने आप को अच्छा बनाओ. एक बुरा व्यक्ति स्वतः ही दुनिया से गायब हो जाएगा। जो आपको छोड़ देता है उसे बस एक बहाने की जरूरत होती है, वरना जो आखिरी सांस तक आपके साथ रहता है। साथ मत छोड़ना, जिंदगी में एक बात याद रखना, कोई आपके हाथ से जरूर छीन सकता है, पर किस्मत से कोई नहीं छीन सकता, किसी को कुछ देकर अभिमान मत करना, क्या पता आप दे रहे हो या पिछले जन्म का कर्ज चुका रहे हो, अभिमानी व्यक्ति की संतान। यश और प्रतिष्ठा तीनों ही चले जाते हैं। अगर आपको विश्वास नहीं है तो रावण, कौरव और कंस को देख लीजिए। यदि आप किसी पर भरोसा करना चाहते हैं तो उसके शब्दों पर नहीं, उसके कार्यों पर ध्यान दें। भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं, जो व्यक्ति मुझे जान लेगा, वह जन्म-मृत्यु के बंधन से मुक्त हो जाएगा। जो व्यक्ति भगवद्गीता पढ़ता है और उसका पालन करता है, वह बुराई से मुक्त हो जाता है, उसके सभी दुष्कर्मों का प्रभाव समाप्त हो जाता है। जो भाग्य में है वह भागकर आएगा और जो भाग्य में नहीं है वह भी भागकर आएगा जैसे हवा नाव को उड़ा ले जाती है। उसी तरह मनुष्य की इच्छाएँ उसकी बुद्धि को गुमराह करती हैं। जो मनुष्य सुख-दुःख में, मान-अपमान में भी शान्त रहता है, वह मनुष्य मुझे बहुत प्रिय है। दूसरों को अपनी समस्याओं का कारण मान लेने से आपकी समस्याएं कभी कम नहीं हो सकतीं। अगर अचानक किसी का व्यवहार आपके प्रति बदल जाए तो समझ लीजिए कि वह व्यक्ति आपसे कुछ चाहता है। विज्ञान कहता है कि जीभ पर लगी चोट सबसे जल्दी ठीक होती है, लेकिन ज्ञान कहता है कि जीभ पर लगी चोट कभी ठीक नहीं होती। रात के अंधेरे में एक सुबह. शर्त यह भी है कि पहले अंधेरे को जी भरकर देख लें। याद रखिए, सबसे बड़ा अपराध अन्याय को सहन करना और गलत के साथ समझौता करना है। एक व्यक्ति दो कारणों से पूरी तरह बदल जाता है, या तो कोई खास व्यक्ति उसके जीवन में आता है या कोई बहुत खास व्यक्ति उसके जीवन में आता है। दुनिया में चार स्थान ऐसे हैं जो जीवन से दूर जाने पर कभी नहीं भरते, समुद्र, श्मशान, प्यास का घड़ा और मानव मन। जब कोई समझदार व्यक्ति रिश्ते निभाना छोड़ दे तो समझ लेना चाहिए कि उसके आत्मसम्मान को कहीं न कहीं ठेस जरूर पहुंची है। प्रेम हमेशा माफ़ी मांगना पसंद करता है। अहंकार हमेशा माँ की बात सुनना पसंद करता है। भगवान श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं कि आपका काम ही आपकी पहचान है, वरना एक नाम से तो यहां हजारों लोग हैं। आपके अच्छे कामों के बावजूद लोग आपके बारे में केवल बुरी बातें ही याद रखेंगे, इसीलिए कभी भी लोगों की बातों पर ध्यान न दें। किसी को धोखा देना एक ऐसा कर्ज है जो आप पर किसी और का है, एक दिन आपको यह कर्ज जरूर चुकाना होगा। अच्छी नज़र वह है जो केवल अपने बारे में ही सोचती है। दूसरों की कमियों और गुणों को देखता है।

उस व्यक्ति पर कभी भरोसा मत करो जो समय के साथ अपना स्वभाव बदल लेता है। लोग कभी भी दर्पण नहीं देखेंगे। यदि दर्पण में चित्र के स्थान पर चरित्र दिखाई देता तो आप किसी की जितनी चाहें प्रशंसा कर सकते थे, लेकिन किसी का अपमान नहीं कर सकते थे। इसे हमेशा सोच-समझकर करें क्योंकि यह एक ऐसा ऋण है जिसे हर कोई ब्याज सहित चुकाने के लिए तैयार है। जीवन में किसी को भी बहुत अधिक खुशी और बहुत अधिक दुःख मत बताओ क्योंकि यह संसार बहुत अधिक खुशी और बहुत अधिक दुःख से भरा है। लेकिन इसमें नमक मिला है, जीवन में कभी भी किसी से अपनी तुलना मत करो, आप जैसे हैं वैसे ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं। इस दुनिया में दो तरह के लोग होते हैं, पहले वो जो छोटी सी परेशानी आने पर डर जाते हैं, घबरा जाते हैं और दुखी हो जाते हैं और दूसरे वो जो अपने जीवन में चाहे कितनी भी मुश्किलें क्यों न आएं, वो हमेशा खुश रहते हैं और हर परेशानी में खुद को संभाल लेते हैं। एक वह जिसके पास सब कुछ है लेकिन फिर भी वह हमेशा दुखी दिखता है और दूसरा वह जिसके पास कुछ भी है। ऐसा तो नहीं होता लेकिन फिर भी वह भगवान का नाम लेता है।

जय श्री राधे कृष्ण। मित्रों इस दिव्य यात्रा में आपका स्वागत है। हे कृष्ण जो भी भक्त आज इस वाणी को पढ रहे हैं उनके जीवन में आपकी कृपा बनी रहे और हर कठिनाई दूर हो। तो दोस्तों आइए बिना देरी किए श्री कृष्ण के अमृत उपदेशों की इस अद्भुत यात्रा को शुरू करते हैं।

श्री कृष्ण कहते हैं खुश रहना है तो जिंदगी के फैसले अपनी परिस्थितियों को देख कर ले। दुनिया को देखकर जो फैसले लेते हैं वह दुखी ही रहते हैं। कोई कुछ भी कहे बस अपने आप को शांत रखो। क्योंकि सूरज की किरणें कितनी भी तेज क्यों ना हो समुद्र को सुखा नहीं सकते। एक पंछी ने शिकायत की कि हे मेरे ईश्वर बड़ी मुश्किल से मैंने घोंसला बनाया था। आपने तूफान भेज दिया और मेरा घर उजड़ गया। ऊपर से आवाज आई। तेरे घोंसले में सांप आया था तुझे खाने के लिए।

इसलिए तूफान भेजा था ताकि तुम जाग जाओ और उड़ सको और तुम्हारी जान सुरक्षित रहे। हमारी जिंदगी में कितनी मुसीबतें आती हैं। हमें पता भी नहीं होता कि हमारा परमात्मा हमें किस तरह परेशानी से बचाता है। अगर तुम्हें लगता है कि परमात्मा तुम्हें कष्ट के पास ले आए हैं तो भरोसा रखिए। वह तुम्हें कष्ट के पार भी ले जाएंगे। मन की पीड़ा का कोई अंत नहीं। इसलिए दूसरों को कोसने से कोई लाभ नहीं है। इसका सबसे सरल उपाय है कि अपने मन को ईश्वर को समर्पित कर दो। ईश्वर के साथ जुड़ते ही जीवन में खुशियों का, सुकून का, संयम का, सहनशक्ति का, प्रेम का, नई ऊर्जा का, जीवन के सही राह का, संतुष्टि का आरंभ जरूर हो जाता है। और हमारा मन पीड़ा से कैसे मुक्त होता है। पता भी नहीं चलता। अगर प्रभु तुमसे ज्यादा इंतजार करवा रहे हैं, तो तैयार रहना। वह उससे कहीं ज्यादा देने वाले हैं जितना तुमने मांगा है।

जिस तरह लोग मुर्दे इंसान को कंधा देना पुण्य समझते हैं। काश इस तरह जिंदा इंसान को सहारा देना पुण्य समझने लगते तो जिंदगी आसान हो जाती। मत सोच इतना कि जिंदगी के बारे में जिसने जिंदगी दी है उसने भी तो कुछ सोचा होगा ना। आपका बीता हुआ कल भले ही कष्टों से भरा हुआ हो पर आने वाला कल आपके हाथों में है। मन अंधा होता है। इसके पास अपना कोई ज्ञान नहीं होता। मन कुछ नहीं जानता और ना ही सही मार्गदर्शन करता है। इसलिए आप अंधे मन की बातें मानकर जरूरी कामों को टालना बंद कीजिए। आप हमेशा अपनी बुद्धि से काम लीजिए। मन से नहीं क्योंकि अंधा मन हमेशा आपको जरूरी कामों को करने से रोक देता है। जब आप बुद्धि के जरिए जरूरी कामों को करना शुरू कर देंगे तो धीरे-धीरे आपका मन आपका मित्र बनता चला जाएगा। लेकिन अभी आपका मन आपका दुश्मन बना हुआ है जो आपको दिन पर दिन बर्बाद कर रहा है। मुंह पर सच बोल देने और गुस्सा कर लेने वाले लोग उन लोगों से करोड़ों गुना बेहतर है जो आपके सामने कुछ और हैं। पीठ पीछे कुछ और है। किसी का दर्द समझने के लिए इंसान के अंदर का इंसान होना जरूरी है। कौवा कोयल की आवाज को दबा सकता है।

मगर खुद की आवाज मधुर नहीं बना सकता। उसी तरह निंदा करने वाला व्यक्ति सज्जन को बदनाम कर सकता है। मगर खुद सज्जन नहीं बन सकता। अगर अकेलापन है तो उसे एक वरदान समझो क्योंकि परमात्मा ने तुम्हें खुद में सुधार लाने का थोड़ा अधिक समय दे दिया है। अकेले रहने का आनंद लेना सीखें क्योंकि कोई भी हमेशा के लिए आपके साथ नहीं रहेगा। वक्त की एक आदत बहुत अच्छी है। जैसा भी हो गुजर जाता है। कामयाब इंसान खुश रहे ना रहे। खुश रहने वाला इंसान कामयाब जरूर हो जाता है। जब सुखी हो तो भगवान को मत भूलना और जब दुखी हो तो भगवान पर विश्वास रखना। लोग रंग बदलते हैं। मुरली वाला वक्त बदल देता है। मनुष्य का जीवन केवल उसके कर्म पर चलता है। जैसे कर्म होते हैं, वैसे ही उसका जीवन होता है। जो किया है, वह अवश्य सामने आएगा। क्योंकि कर्म किसी के सगे नहीं होते। जिंदगी बहुत हसीन है। कभी हंसाती है तो कभी रुलाती है। लेकिन जो जिंदगी की भीड़ में खुश रहता है, जिंदगी उसी के आगे सिर झुकाती है। खोकर पाने का मजा ही कुछ और है। रोकर हंसने का मजा ही कुछ और है। हारना तो जिंदगी का हिस्सा होता है। लेकिन हारने के बाद जीतने का मजा ही कुछ और है। अच्छा बनने के लिए किसी की नकल करने की जरूरत नहीं। खुद इतना अच्छा बनो कि लोग आपकी नकल करने लगे। जिंदगी एक बार मिलती है गलत है बल्कि मौत सिर्फ एक बार मिलती है। जिंदगी तो हर रोज मिलती है।

जिस दिन आप आपकी हंसी के मालिक खुद बन जाओगे आपको कोई भी नहीं रुला सकता। अगर कोई आपसे कुछ मांगे तो दे दिया करो क्योंकि भगवान ने आपको देने वालों में रखा है। मांगने वालों में नहीं। याद रखना अच्छे वक्त को देखने के लिए बुरे वक्त को भी झेलना पड़ता है। सेवा सबकी करो लेकिन आशा किसी से मत रखो क्योंकि सेवा का असली मूल्य भगवान ही देता है। हमेशा अपनी नजर उस चीज पर रखो जिसे तुम पाना चाहते हो। उस पर नहीं जिसे तुम खो चुके हो। अन्न और जल से बढ़कर कोई दान नहीं और माता-पिता से बढ़कर कोई देवता नहीं। जिंदगी का सबसे बड़ा गुरु मंत्र यही है। आप अपने राज किसी को ना बताएं। जरूरत से ज्यादा इज्जत और समय देने पर लोग आपको गिरा हुआ समझने लगते हैं। कभी पीठ पीछे आपकी बात हो रही हो तो घबराना मत क्योंकि बात उन्हीं की होती है जिनमें कोई बात होती है। याद रखना सफलता कभी मांगने से नहीं मिलती। मांगने से केवल भीख मिलती है। सफलता पाने के लिए तुम्हें खुद मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी।

छोटी-छोटी गलतियों से बचने का प्रयास करो। क्योंकि इंसान ठोकरे पहाड़ों से नहीं बल्कि छोटे-छोटे पत्थरों से खाता है। अपनी गलती माने बिना आप कभी भी बेहतर इंसान नहीं बन पाओगे। देना शुरू कर दो। आना खुद ही शुरू हो जाएगा। इज्जत भी और दौलत भी। याद रखना अपमान का बदला लड़ाई करके नहीं सामने वाले से अधिक सफल होकर लिया जा सकता है। बुरा करने का ख्याल आए तो कल पर टाल दो। अच्छा करने का ख्याल आए तो उसे आज ही कर डालो। साथ रहकर जो छल करे उससे बड़ा कोई शत्रु नहीं हो सकता। और जो हमारे मुंह होता परोसों के हमारी बुराई बता दे उससे बड़ा कोई मित्र नहीं हो सकता। याद रहे साफ-साफ बोलने वाला कड़वा जरूर होता है मगर विश्वासघाती नहीं। त्याग दो अपने बुरे कल को क्योंकि उसका प्रभाव आने वाले कल को दूषित कर देगा। जिंदगी जीने के दो तरीके हैं। एक तो जो पसंद है उसे हासिल करो और दूसरा जो हासिल है उसे तुम पसंद करना सीख लो। चीजों की कीमत मिलने से पहले होती है और इंसान की कीमत खो देने के बाद। मुफ्त में तो सिर्फ मां-बाप का प्यार मिलता है। बाकी इस दुनिया में हर रिश्ते के लिए कुछ ना कुछ चुकाना जरूर पड़ता है। बेइज्जती का जवाब इतनी इज्जत से दीजिए कि सामने वाला भी शर्मिंदा हो जाए। आप जब तक अपनी कठिनाइयों और समस्याओं का जिम्मेदार दूसरों को मानते रहोगे तब तक कभी भी आप अपनी समस्या और कठिनाइयों को नहीं मिटा सकते।

जितना ज्यादा हो सके सुनो और जितना हो सके उतना कम बोलो। इसलिए शायद भगवान ने हमें दो कान और एक ही मुंह दिया है। माफ बार-बार कीजिए। लेकिन विश्वास सिर्फ एक बार कीजिए। जिंदगी में कभी भी किसी को इतना महत्व मत दो कि वह तुम्हारे चेहरे से मुस्कान ही छीन ले। अपनी कामयाबी तो सिर्फ वही हासिल करता है जो वक्त और हालातों पर रोया नहीं करते। कुछ भी स्थाई नहीं है। अपने आप को बहुत अधिक तनाव ना दें। क्योंकि स्थिति चाहे कितनी भी खराब हो यह बदल जाएगी। वक्त के साथ-साथ बहुत कुछ बदल जाता है। लोग भी, रास्ते भी, एहसास भी और कभी हम खुद भी। जो तूने आज किया है वही तुम्हारे साथ भी होगा। यही नियति का नियम है। बनना है तो किसी की कमी बनो। जरूरत नहीं। जरूरत तो कोई भी पूरा कर सकता है। लेकिन कमी किसी की कोई भी पूरा नहीं कर सकता। किसी को कुछ दे ना सको तो बस दुआ किया करो क्योंकि दुआ वह तोहफा है जिसके लिए अमीर भी हाथ फैलाता है।

जहां लगे कि हमारी वजह से दूसरों को तकलीफ हो रही है वहां से हट जाना ही बेहतर है। छल, कपट और पाप उतना ही करना जितना आप भुगत सको। क्योंकि कुदरत किसी को नहीं छोड़ती। सबका हिसाब जमीन पर ही होता है। अगर आपका कोई दुश्मन नहीं है तो इसका मतलब आप उन जगहों पर भी खामोश थे जहां सत्य बोलना बहुत जरूरी था। प्रेम निशुल्क होते हुए भी इस धरती का सबसे महंगा सुख है। जिंदगी में अब तक इतना तो पता चल गया है कि कुछ गहरे रिश्ते होते हैं कमजोर लोगों से जो खिलौनों की तरह विश्वास तोड़ देते हैं। बारिश और धूप दोनों के मिलने से ही इंद्रधनुष बनते हैं। इसलिए खूबसूरत जिंदगी के लिए सुख और दुख दोनों ही जरूरी है। चिंता और तनाव में इंसान तभी होता है जब वह खुद के लिए कम और दूसरों के लिए ज्यादा जीता है। उस लम्हे को बुरा मत कहो जो आपको ठोकर पहुंचाता हो बल्कि उस लम्हे की कदर करो क्योंकि वह आपको जीने का अंदाज सिखाता है। आपकी सफलता में वह शामिल होते हैं जिन्हें आप चाहते हैं। आपके संघर्ष में वह शामिल होते हैं जो आपको चाहते हैं। निखरता वही है जो पहले सबसे ज्यादा बिखर चुका होता है। यही जीवन का सत्य है। कुछ गलत फैसले जिंदगी का सही मतलब सिखा देते हैं। रिश्ते बनाए रखने की सिर्फ एक ही शर्त है। किसी की कमियां नहीं। अच्छाई देखिए। जरूरत के बगैर लोगों का ख्याल रखना एक अच्छे व्यक्तित्व की पहचान होती है। हमेशा उम्मीद ईश्वर पर रखो। क्योंकि इस पूरी दुनिया में जितनी जल्दी ईश्वर राजी होता है, इतनी जल्दी कोई राजी नहीं होता। जिस व्यक्ति का मन शांत होता है, जो व्यक्ति बोलते और अपना काम करते समय शांत रहता है, वह वही व्यक्ति होता है जिसने सत्य को पा लिया और जो दुख तकलीफ से मुक्त हो चुका है।

माचिस की तीली दूसरों को जलाने से पहले स्वयं जलती है। इस प्रकार हमारा गुस्सा भी माचिस की एक तीली की तरह है जो दूसरों को बर्बाद करने से पहले स्वयं को तीली की तरह बर्बाद करता है। समझदारी की बातें सिर्फ दो ही लोग करते हैं। एक वह जिसकी उम्र अधिक हो। दूसरा वह जिसने बहुत कम उम्र में बुरा वक्त देखा हो। इस दुनिया में जुनून जैसी कोई आग नहीं है। मूर्खता जैसी कोई जाल नहीं है। नफरत जैसा कोई दरिंदा नहीं है और लालच जैसी कोई धार नहीं है। गुण 36 नहीं केवल चार चाहिए। अच्छा व्यवहार, साफ नियत, नेक दिल और ईमानदारी। जिस दिन तुम जान जाओगे कि तुम्हारे अलावा इस दुनिया में कोई और नहीं, उस दिन से तुम्हारी असल जिंदगी शुरू हो जाएगी। अत्याधिक उम्मीदों को विराम दो। मन की शांति फिर से वापस लौट आएगी। कुछ लोग हमेशा हंसते रहते हैं कि या की पोपा क्योंकि उन्हें पता है कि उनका दर्द समझने वाला कोई नहीं है। किसी को दिल की बात बता भी देंगे तो वह मजाक ही बनाएगा। जो दूसरों का हक और खुशी छीन लेता है, उसके सुख की उम्र बहुत कम होती है। बहुत नम्रता चाहिए रिश्ते निभाने के लिए। छल कपट में तो सिर्फ महाभारत रची जाती है। हमेशा वह काम करें जो सही है। वह ना करें जो आसान है। गरीबी और गरीबी का सिखाया हुआ सबक इंसान को अंदर से बदलने पर मजबूर कर देता है। जिस तरीके से बात करते हो उस तरीके से सुनना भी पसंद करो। ईश्वर को अपना सबसे करीबी दोस्त बना लो। क्योंकि परमात्मा ही एक ऐसा है जो तब तक साथ देते हैं जब सारी दुनिया हमारा साथ छोड़ देती है। ऐसे लोगों से दोस्ती बनाए रखिए जो आपको बेहतर बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करता हो जो आपको अपनी जवाबदारी माने और आपका ख्याल रखे जो आपको अपना समझे और अपना घर जैसा महसूस कराए जो आपकी सहायता करें और आपको समझे।

मृत्यु के समय तुम्हारी कोई नहीं सुनेगा। कर्म की गति ही तय करेगी कि तुम किस ओर घसीटे जाओगे। स्वास्थ्य सबसे बड़ा उपहार है। संतोष सबसे बड़ा धन है। वफादारी सबसे बड़ा संबंध है। छल करोगे तो छल मिलेगा। आज नहीं तो कल मिलेगा। जिओगे जिंदगी सच्चाई से। सुकून हर पल मिलेगा। उपवास हमेशा अन्न का ही क्यों? लोभ, लालच, घृणा, चुगली, क्रोध और गंदे विचारों का भी होना चाहिए। मन का संकल्प और शरीर का पराक्रम यदि किसी काम में पूरी तरह लगा दिया जाए तो सफलता अवश्यती है। भाग्य के दरवाजे पर सर पीटने से बेहतर है कर्मों का तूफान पैदा करें। दरवाजे अपने आप खुल जाएंगे। क्रोध की अवस्था में भ्रम जन्म लेता है। भ्रम बुद्धि को नष्ट कर देता है। बुद्धि के नष्ट होते ही व्यक्ति का पतन हो जाता है। पानी मर्यादा छोड़े तो विनाश होता है। यदि वाणी मर्यादा छोड़े तो सर्वनाश होता है। किसी को धोखा देना एक कर्ज है जो आपको किसी और के हाथों एक दिन जरूर मिलेगा। कलयुग है हमेशा तैयारी के साथ ही रहना। मौसम और इंसान कब बदल जाए इसका कोई भरोसा नहीं। भगवान कहते हैं कि तुम मेरी ओर देखोगे तो मैं भी तुम्हारी ओर देखूंगा। तुम जिस भाव से मुझे याद करोगे उसी भाव से मैं तुम्हारे पास आऊंगा। बदला लेने के लिए मत सोचो। आराम से बैठो। इन लोगों ने आपके साथ बुरा किया है। अंत में उनके साथ भी बुरा ही होगा। इस पूरी दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा कीमती है समय। इसलिए इसे बर्बाद ना करें। नहीं तो अंत में आपको पछतावे के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिलेगा। जिंदगी में अपनी तुलना किसी से मत करो। जैसे चांद और सूरज की तुलना नहीं की जा सकती। क्योंकि दोनों ही अपनेपने वक्त पर ही चमकते हैं।

यदि किसी काम को करने में डर लगे तो याद रखना डर संकेत है कि आपका काम वाकई में बहादुरी से भरा है। ख्वाब जिनके ऊंचे और मस्त होते हैं। इम्तिहान भी उनके जबरदस्त होते हैं। पहाड़ की ऊंचाई आपको कभी भी आगे बढ़ने से नहीं रोकती बल्कि आपके जूते में पड़े कंकड़ आपको आगे बढ़ने से रोकते हैं। निकाल फेंको उस कंकड़ को। सिर्फ मरी हुई मछली को पानी का बहाव चलाती है। जिस मछली में जान होती है, वह अपना रास्ता खुद बनाती है। अपने हौसलों को यह मत बताओ कि तुम्हारी परेशानी कितनी बड़ी है। अपनी परेशानी को बताओ तुम्हारे हौसले कितने बड़े हैं। सफल वो नहीं जो अपने दुश्मनों पर विजय प्राप्त करें। पुपु की तू किनाताकार बल्कि सफल तो वह है जो अपनी इच्छाओं पर भी विजय प्राप्त करता है। अगर केवल इसलिए आपने अपने सपनों पर काम करना बंद कर दिया है क्योंकि किसी को लगता है कि आप उसे नहीं कर सकते हैं तो वह आपका सपना नहीं है। वह आपकी बस एक छोटी सी इच्छा है। जो लोग आपको नजदीक से नहीं जानते उनकी बातों को दिल पर मत लगाओ। आगे बढ़ो और कुछ करके दिखाओ। जिंदगी में अच्छे लोगों की तलाश मत करो बल्कि खुद अच्छे बन जाओ। आपसे मिलकर शायद किसी की तलाश पूरी हो जाए। यदि आप उड़ नहीं सकते तो दौड़ो। यदि आप दौड़ नहीं सकते तो चलो। अगर चल नहीं सकते तो रेंगो लेकिन हमेशा आगे बढ़ते रहो। एक बार गुरु ने अपने शिष्यों से पूछा क्या आप जानते हैं हमारे अंदर एक बड़ा युद्ध निरंतर चलता रहता है जब सारे शिष्य चुप रहे तब गुरु जी बोले वास्तव में सबसे बड़ी लड़ाई हमारे अंदर दो भेड़ियों की है। एक काला भेड़िया जो क्रोध ईर्ष्या अहंकार दुख लालच चोरी झूठ की भाषा बोलता है।

दूसरा सफेद भेड़िया जो आनंद प्रेम दया, विचार और सद्भावना की भाषा बोलता है। इसी लड़ाई के शोर में हम पहले से मौजूद मन की शांति भूलकर उसे कहीं और ढूंढने की कोशिश करते हैं। गुरु ने कहा है हम में से कोई भी इस लड़ाई के शोर से नहीं बचा। यह लड़ाई मेरे अंदर भी चलती है और आपके अंदर भी। शिष्यों ने गुरु की बात ध्यान से सुनी और पूछा, गुरु जी तो इस लड़ाई में जीत किसकी होगी? गुरु जी ने कहा वही भेड़िया जीतेगा जिसे तुम खाना दोगे। खाना देने का मतलब है हमारे पास शक्ति है ध्यान देने की। हम जिस भेड़िए की बातों पर ध्यान देंगे वह बड़ा और ताकतवर होता जाएगा। इसलिए हमेशा क्रोध से पहले दया चुनना चाहिए। लालच से पहले उदारता। चिंता से पहले शांति और स्थिरता जुड़ी होनी चाहिए। और जलन से पहले सद्भावना को चुनना चाहिए। ऐसा करते-करते हमारा मन अपने आप आनंदित रहने लगता है। जैसे शरीर को आराम दिया जाए तो वह खुद ठीक होने लगता है। वैसे ही जब मन को शोर से आराम मिलता है तब वह खुद निर्मल होता जाता है।

श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता का उद्देश्य

हे पार्थ! जब-जब धर्म की हानि होती है, अधर्म की वृद्धि होती है – तब-तब मैं स्वयं अवतरित होता हूँ। यह मेरा वचन है, मेरा धर्म है और मेरा कर्तव्य भी।

इस गीता के माध्यम से मैं जो उपदेश दे रहा हूँ, वह केवल अर्जुन के लिए नहीं है; यह समस्त मानवता के लिए है। इसका उद्देश्य है – आत्मज्ञान, कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और परम शांति की प्राप्ति।

हे अर्जुन! तू जिस युद्ध से डर रहा है, वह केवल बाह्य संग्राम नहीं है। यह तो अंतरात्मा का युद्ध है – मोह और विवेक के बीच। तुझे कर्तव्य का पालन करना है, परंतु फल की इच्छा किए बिना। यही ‘निष्काम कर्मयोग’ है।

जब तू कहता है, “मैं युद्ध नहीं करूंगा,” तब वह तेरी दुर्बलता है। परन्तु तू क्षत्रिय है – तेरा धर्म है युद्ध करना, अन्याय के विरुद्ध खड़ा रहना। इसीलिए मैं कहता हूँ – “कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।”

हे अर्जुन! आत्मा न तो जन्म लेती है, न मरती है। वह न कट सकती है, न जल सकती है, न सुखाई जा सकती है। यह शरीर नश्वर है, पर आत्मा अमर है। इसलिए, जो मरेगा वह केवल शरीर है – आत्मा नहीं।

यह गीता – केवल एक ग्रंथ नहीं, यह जीवन जीने की कला है। जब तू मोह, शोक, द्वेष और भय से ग्रस्त हो जाता है, तब यह उपदेश तुझे स्थिर करता है। मैं कहता हूँ – “योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि।” अर्थात, योग में स्थित होकर कर्म कर।

भक्ति, ज्ञान और कर्म – ये तीनों मार्ग हैं मोक्ष की ओर जाने वाले। तू जिस मार्ग को अपनाए, यदि वह श्रद्धा से युक्त है, तो वह तुझे मुझ तक अवश्य ले जाएगा। परंतु सर्वोत्तम मार्ग है – भक्ति योग। जब तू मुझे संपूर्ण समर्पित करता है, तब मैं तुझे संसार के बंधनों से मुक्त कर देता हूँ।

हे अर्जुन! यह संसार माया से आच्छादित है। मोह, लोभ, अहंकार – ये सब माया के ही रूप हैं। परंतु जो मेरी शरण में आता है, वह इस माया को पार कर जाता है।

अंत में, मैं तुझसे यही कहता हूँ – “सर्वधर्मान् परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज।” सभी धर्मों को त्यागकर केवल मेरी शरण में आ जा; मैं तुझे समस्त पापों से मुक्त कर दूँगा।

हे अर्जुन! जो यह गीता का उपदेश श्रद्धा से सुनता है, समझता है, और जीवन में उतारता है – वह मुझसे दूर नहीं रहता। उसका जीवन सफल होता है, और अंत में वह मुझमें लीन हो जाता है।
