The Opportunity to Rise is Here

If you're anywhere or in any way on a spiritual journey, you must have been feeling the massive shifts upward we are experiencing.

It's not for everyone. Not everybody is consciously aware of the spiritual journey they are on, as they think life just comes at them willy-nilly, without their own conscious involvement in it.

But I'm not here to talk to you about those who aren't awake yet, I simply want to share with you that if you're feeling a lot of changes are happening for you on the inside (and for some, on the outside as a result) then you are right in line with what the Universal energies have had in store for us at this time.

If you're not feeling it just yet, no worries, everyone is on their own timeline. But what you might be experiencing is a real exasperation with the way things are for you, and the glaring conscious awareness that what used to be fulfilling and exciting for you, no longer is. It's actually become a problem.

As we are elevating higher, everything that feels like "old stuff" for you is just needing to go. It sounds so simple and so obvious, but it's not that easy to actually implement. As your internal life accepts changes, you will need to have the courage to implement external changes to make them happen!

It can be really hard to accept that what you've been engaged in - be it work, the place you live, your relationships, or a health situation - has just gotten 'really old' for you and that it's likely time to do something about it.

These are life-changing decisions! But there is a higher calling presenting itself to you constantly and there is no room for that to implement until some old, outdated circumstances and situations get retired and put away, permanently. It's time to grow.

Perhaps you've been engaged in these things for a while, and you thought they would go on forever. But we are evolving very quickly now and some of those things you're engaged... were they really a perfect for you in the first place?

Did you choose them because you felt you 'had to'? Or did you make those choices because you didn't know you had any other options?

Were they the best and highest options you had at the time?

It's very likely they were.

But we are in different times now and what we are truly here for can no longer be set aside for "someday".

These callings are what you are here for. These gifts you have, no one else in the world can do just the way you do.

No one can tell you what to do or how to do it, because you have your own sovereignty with your gifts!

Think about that.

Are you really interested in being less than, having less than, or doing less than anymore?

Your gifts and expressing them are your key to
freedom and happiness

When you know you are living in and expressing your true gifts, you arrive at this heavenly state of being and you become so aware that there is so much abundance everywhere, at all times.

You see this abundance and generosity of life In all places, in all situations, all the time. But in order to be able to experience this, we must be willing to let go of the things from the past, even if it is exactly what we're engaged in now, as well.

I have been having these experiences directly. And the more I release from the past or even what I am doing and engaged in now, the faster I rise.

And the faster I rise, the more elegantly blissful my state of mind and consciousness become.

Astrologically, we are currently in a square between Pluto and the North Node. We are all experiencing this as a direct thorn in our sides meant to cause each and everyone of us to focus more precisely on what you came here to do, and release what isn't in alignment with that. You may be asking yourself what your true gifts are, and are you really living them? You may be looking for ways to start engaging in utilizing them more directly, and at a higher level.

This is going to mean getting rid of everything else. It may have been fun to do those things in the past. It may have been a level of growth for you to do those things in the past. But now, it feels like they are holding you back. Stifling you. Standing in the way against what you can feel is calling you forward.

You cannot do everything, although you have insisted that you can. When you insist that you can do everything, what happens is your highest gifts get pushed to the side, because they would, and do, require all of you.

When not all of you is available because you are doing everything else, your gifts are up on the shelf somewhere.

This putting of your gifts "away until later" is no longer going to be tolerable. I'm sharing this to encourage you. If you're feeling stressed out because of all that surrounds you, all that is not comfortable anymore, all that seems to plague you, it is because your gifts are calling you to engage.

All the old things must go at this time.

It's really vital to your experience of pure happiness. Lasting happiness and joy.

Don't we all want that?

I have been releasing so many things myself, and many of them have been very hard to let go of. It's not easy. I'm sharing this with you to show an example of what releasing the old in order to have the new looks like.

Although I have spent 27 years benefitting from the genius work of Gary Young and Young Living Essential Oils, sharing about them with people has come to a close. I am in optimum health because of these products and continue to use many of them every single day. There is not a single health issue that has come up in all these years that the oils, protocols, and supplements of Young Living have not healed. However, seeing myself as being in the business of telling people about them is being released. It's really hard for me to make that decision because I believe everyone should have them to solve their mental, emotional and physical health. But I need to release this, and I have.

I am letting go of teaching A Course in Miracles. This was a tough one! You should have seen me arguing with Spirit in my journals for a few days about it. I was not so convinced to release this, because of how much I love the Course, and felt so good about teaching it. I finally came to the realization that the benefit I receive - of total and complete enlightenment and alignment with Oneness - does not mean that I need to teach it. There are many others who do teach it - quite well - and that is their work in the world. If anyone wants to pick up the book and get started on their own, they can. That's how I did it, and it's available to all who seek it.

I will no longer be writing and sending a newsletter out to my list. 😭 I literally shed tears over this one, as I've poured my heart and soul into these pages for 16 years. But guess what? Each newsletter has been transferred into a blog post which you are reading here. Each one has also been audio recorded for the blog, and also sent out as a podcast. These messages are being preserved and are now out there in the multiverses to be enjoyed by anyone who comes across them. It is all a "fait accompli". All done and complete. Since 2008 I started sending out newsletters, which is now 16 years. They are all on my blog now, audio recorded, and released as podcasts. I can look back and feel so pleased about all that content!

These messages I have been so passionate about sharing with you in written form will be elevated into short films and videos. Filmmaking is my true love and talent. All these messages you have been receiving? The stories, the pictures, and the words... all to guide you to a place of emotional resonance and transformation, I realized is a bit too cramped in this venue and need to expand their wings to fly. Videos with music and my voice, moving images will be able to carry an audience much more delightfully! So I'll be transferring this same work here to YouTube videos instead. You can find my YouTube channel here.

I got my bachelors degree and graduated from NYU film school and it is my true artistic outlet. I received honors and awards there much to my own surprise as my work was always considered "experimental".

Now armed with messages of spiritual growth and elevation, this is going to be so joyful! I worked in the film industry for 22 years, in a variety of capacities and finally, I can return to being the artist I have had buried inside for so long. North Node is making itself known to me!

On the life front, I am releasing my apartment here in Munich, and my eyes and heart are set on Scotland. 😮 Yes, such a big step but the signs were all there. Scotland has an energy that blows my mind and my heart and elevates me to another plane. It's really calling me and I'm taking the steps to make that happen.

I've been selling things, donating things, as much of what I own as I want to. If you know how that goes, it's emotional releasing as well. All the past... gone! Which leaves me with just the things I love. Lighter is better, freer, and more liberating.

I'll be leaving Munich after the holidays, and then be in the US for a few months to take care of more things from the past that have been on my to-do list for a long time. I need to return to Maui to deal with a storage room that has been there for 7 years! It needs to get reduced, all organized and ready for shipping back to the US Mainland. For sure I'll be enjoying some island love, as I have missed it so much. But it's just so far from Europe, and I'm sure that this is where I want to live permanently now. Once all that is shipped, I'll come back to the states to await its arrival, and then put it in storage again there. It's just closer and I'll b able to continue to reduce, and release or keep as the years keep marching onward. When all of that past management is complete, I'll then be back in Munich for just enough time to repack, and leaving for Scotland for the spring with plans to stay for 6 months.

Once in Scotland, I plan on renting a small cottage by the sea and will spend time writing and making small films, and living in heavenly bliss! Yes, that is what heavenly bliss looks like for me.

What is it for you?

All of this re-alignment, letting go, and managing what is has required so much courage. The courage to change is something I'm familiar with by now and know the rewards it brings.

The intuitive messages were all there: Let this go, let this go, let this go. It's not easy, but each major step I've taken, the better I have felt!

It can be like this for you too, whatever part of your journey you are on.

This is what the realization of Who You Really Are looks like. This process will continue to evolve for you too, my friends, until you land there. When you have the courage to change and to shed what is not you - the not-self - what's left is the purity of your essence, your Self.

We are in a new world now and it is all so lovely.

Few people are aware that a major energy portal opened up on the Rose Ley-Line, which runs from Paris, France up through England and on through Scotland. Specifically, this portal would be opening on or near Roslin, Scotland near the Roslyn Chapel.

As soon as I heard that this portal opening would be happening on the summer solstice, and that it was going to be largest energetic portal opening to humanity since the time of Atlantis, I sat up and paid attention.

I booked a flight and 3-days later, was there.

The Beauty and Energy of Scotland

It's very unusual for me to be writing to you about a place I recently traveled to, but I think it's so vitally important to humanity at this time, and to you - as a reader of this blog - as you surely have interests in the evolution, growth and expansion of us all.

I hadn't planned on going to Scotland at all. In fact, only a month prior I had decided that I was "done traveling" and now wanted to stay home and focus on my work, fulfilling the purpose I came here to fulfill.

But there I was again, booking a flight to leave in a few days' time, and all of it was being guided from above. I got some news from an important channel that there would be an energetic event happening there. I felt so moved by her message, I did some preliminary research, then set it all up and left quite quickly.

What a trip!

On Earth as it is in Heaven

I had such an amazing time while I was there, even though it was such a short trip. Just 4 nights, 5 days! But the beauty and significance of the trip was what really got me, and I'm still processing a lot of it although it is still just 3 weeks ago that I went.

So let me back up and tell you why...

As you may be aware, I've been listening to and paying a great deal more attention to what is happening in the cosmos as it affects us all here on Earth. The astrologers have been speaking about our time since the beginning of time, and the more I learn the more I realize how significant it is that we are alive here on this Earth at this time.

I do believe that each and every one of us has chosen to be here during this great time of change and to play a role in supporting humanity's huge leap of evolution.

The skies above us are positioning the planets and outer galaxies all for our support.

This is why I continually insist that your spiritual life should come above all else, simply so that you stay in your flow and all other areas of your life will fall into place as a result. In this way, life becomes much easier and without much struggle. But it does require paying attention to the signs and the signals you are being given to follow.

Probably the number one question I get is "Well how do you know?" And this question comes from the result of a hap-hazard spiritual practice. You can't know if you're not regularly connected, as you'll continually get conflicting messages.

One from above, then one from below.

The idea here is, for the best life possible, just listen to the one from above.

Roslyn Chapel, Roslin, Scotland

I want to make it clear that I am not an astrologer, but I do inform myself enough to follow the guidance being given and understand what's going on. It assists me and my clients as well when we all have a better understanding of what we're being called to do, and at what time to do it.

If it's time to lie down and take a nap, then that's what we do. If it's time to click into creativity, then let's do that. If we need to be exploring the health of our relationships, well, let's get at it! All of these impulses are prescribed in the Heavens above us, and have influential impulses running through our lives.

All is in Divine Order, and when we know what that order is, and feel into and follow it, our lives flow so much more easily.

The River North Esk at Roslin Glen

So I was listening to one of my favorite Astrologers, Pam Gregory, and once in a while she interviews other people she finds have very valuable knowledge. I always enjoy Pam's wisdom (double Pisces) and who she brings on board to interview never disappoints.

This time it was Magenta Pixie, a woman who has written several books and is a known channel. I am very discerning about channels now, as I've spent decades only reading channeled material. Not all channeling is equal as you might surmise, but the small percentage that is from a very high level is very, very good.

God provided humanity with 'prophets' - channels - on Earth to assist those who are seeking for higher knowledge and wisdom. There are many, many good channels here on Earth now, and there have always been.

Pam sent in questions before the video interview, and then Magenta came back with the answers. One of the questions Pam asked (you can view this video on YouTube here) was, "What was the significance of this particular Summer Solstice in Cancer, given that it was the last one prior to the shift of the nodes in July?"

Magenta had lots of really valuable information, and I found myself glued to every word. If you can watch this video, you might also find it very interesting. Her source of information made it quite clear that a massive energetic portal was going to be opening on Earth, precisely on the Rose Line (Ley line) in Scotland at precisely 3:33 pm on the Summer Solstice, June 21st.

She went on further to say that:

✦ This "Rose Vortex" was the largest ever being created in our epoch - meaning, since the time of Atlantis

✦ This energetic portal was meant to bring massive uplifting energies from the Divine, that would then spread out from there throughout the globe

✦ That the energetic grid of the Earth (the Ley lines) would be amplified to be able to hold more of these energies that are coming

✦ This portal is the result of humanity's work in honoring and healing the Divine Feminine in us all, and now She can presence Herself more fully here on Earth

✦ This vortex is the result of the right time, at the right place, and those who are able to energetically receive it would receive a massive energetic "memory" download, that would unfold over a period of time, within them, and also for the rest of humanity. It would operate in the macro and the micro: For humanity and for the individual.

Pam confirmed that in her interviews with others, there have already been many massive solar flares coming to earth; that the geo-magnetics have been off the charts (The Schumann Resonance Reports); and her dowsing friends have confirmed that the Ley lines are becoming stronger and wider by the year. Wow.

Magenta went on to say that many people would be going through complete life changes and that many already have started this process. (Do you know a number of people who are completely changing their lives at this time? Is yours starting to feel different?)

This video felt so moving to me. It just struck me that I needed to be there, if I could do it. I was more than 'just curious' about this event even though it was only 5 days away!

I have been delivering The Global Energetic Downloads since 2008, and although they are currently on pause, I know and see and feel what energetic downloads are.

They are the extreme of the extreme of Divine Love coming to us for our highest evolution.

It can become quite addicting to be connected to the Source of Divine Love, and I was so moved by this message, I decided to just have a quick look at flights.

And then hotels.

And then locations of where to go and how to get there.

And before I knew it I was on a plane to Scotland a few days later, and then on a bus to Roslin. Whew!

It all happened so fast. And, at the same time, I never make these swift decisions without also checking in first to see and hear if this is the right thing to do.

"Is this right? Shall I go?" And all along the way, I kept seeing the number "333", letting me know that all was on track and to keep moving forward.

Magenta said the time of the opening of this portal would be 3:33 pm, even though the actual solstice is at 3:30 pm. 3 threes are put together to form the sign of a Rose. 333 has been known as Christ Consciousness, but I also know the Rose is a symbol signifying the presence of Mary.

All the signs were showing up for me in confirmation that this was right: The cost of my flight was $333. The number of reviews of the hotel I booked was 333. After making all arrangements, I finally went to bed, and what time did the oven clock say? "3:33!"

There were so many more insertions of this number all leading up to the event, I knew I was exactly on track! All I had to do now was "Trust". And, I did.

I'd never been to Scotland, and here I was literally going on a moment's notice.

I have to interject here that I am so grateful for my life on a daily basis. I am so grateful for the freedom that I have. For the guidance I receive, for the creativity that flows through!

We are all extraordinary beings, and if there is anything I would wish for everyone, it is to find the freedom and creativity within themselves. That which is desiring to express through you.

You will find such joy in your everyday living!

The exterior of Roslyn Chapel

There is so much to tell about being in this chapel, which all seemed like a dream come true. Ever since reading "The DaVinci Code" years ago, I knew I wanted to visit one day. But I never planned for it to be now!

More importantly than IN the chapel, was what Magenta guided us to look out for:
"The exact location of the portal is not going to be the most obvious or expected spot, but just beyond... a ½ mile away. Somewhere hidden. It is sacred, and not a public or well-frequented site. Those who are guided will know where to go."

When I looked at the map, I felt drawn to go to the river. But throughout my journey there I just kept affirming that I would "know where to go, and exactly where to be".

As expected, the Chapel was quite crowded. It was the Summer Solstice, and apparently I wasn't the only one in the world aware of that, nor that the Chapel has sacred energies.

But I did not expect busloads of people, Americans from Santa Cruz, nor Italians and Spanish and even Germans there! It was really astounding for me to see all those people gathered to be at the Chapel for Summer Solstice!

So before the appointed time of 3:33 pm, I knew I needed to be somewhere else. All the tour times of the Chapel were full and standing room only.

After sitting for a while in one of the pews, admiring all the workmanship that it took to create such a magnificent place, I also realized how many people had come there to pray over the last 600 years.

Whenever a place has received so many humans over the years, who have reached up to God to seek higher understandings, you can feel and sense that energy. It's in the air, the stone, the glass windows. It's the energy of place.

I offered respect and gratitude, and after soaking it all in, I said goodbye to all the people, and went off on a journey on foot.

Just behind the Chapel is Roslin Castle, situated in Roslin Glen. I just knew I wanted to be submersed in nature, and closer to the river for this special time. Oh the trees! They are so tall and so old and so powerful and magnificent! I wondered at all they had seen over the centuries.

As I walked, I simply kept following my intuition about where to turn, which fork to take, and how far to go along until suddenly, I paused as I arrived at a clearing, just above the river.

And as soon as I turned the corner, I felt the energy hit me like a powerful wave. I had to pause.

It stopped me in my tracks. There was nothing special to see in particular, except this ancient rock wall with a tree growing above it. The roots of the tree stretched down, were exposed and then ultimately reached into the earth.

It was a strange-looking cove, however, what I felt is that many, many ancient rituals and ceremonies had been conducted there. Calling the power of the Heavens to come down to the Earth, right there.

I wondered about Druids, the legend of Merlin, but more likely priests and priestesses of an earlier time. It didn't really matter who or what, just that the residual vortices were still very present.

What mattered is that I felt as though this was the place where I should be to honor this happening, and that is exactly what I did. I just planted myself on a rock there and connected with Source, lifted up, and prayed.

I prayed to be a conduit for humanity in whatever capacity I could. I prayed that all of humanity could ultimately receive this Divine Love that flowed from Source and that as a whole, we could all be uplifted. And if there was any way I could be of assistance with that, I was dedicated and made myself available to assist.

I also sensed that this intention was all that was needed.

I knew that I didn't need to have a knock-me-down experience at that moment, but that when I got back home to Munich, and had a chance to settle in, this energetic "package" that I received would have the opportunity to "un-package" itself and communicate to me.

And that is exactly what has been happening. At times I had to sleep for entire afternoons. Other times it was an energetic transformation I knew I was going through.

I had body healing to do and discovered that the fascia running throughout our body is a matrix where we hold memories, even of that of our ancestors! And that by healing the fascia, we heal our bodies of those memories.

And now, 3 weeks later, I've started writing material that comes as a single passage daily: The Rose Vortex is what is being compiled and I don't know how much is in store. It could be a long time! I am still unpacking the information and energy.

I am formulating how I will share bits and pieces here in my newsletters and also on social media while a book is being formed.

I feel so blessed!

I will never forget this trip, and have already booked flights for another, in August. I truly fell in love with this land, and all the friendly, heart-centered Scots that live there.

It Feels Like a Whole New World

Have things been changing for you and you can't specifically identify why?

Are you feeling uplifted, freer, and happier for no reason?

Milk this season, and allow the joy to take you higher as well.

My new back balcony facing the inner courtyards of all the surrounding buildings.

This picture above is where I am working and writing now. I moved into this apartment last September, and so I am only experiencing spring and the joy of my balcony for the first time now.

Wow... it's so great to have this extra space to come out and work and enjoy the day! It's really big as well, and I have all kinds of plans for container growing of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. It's going to be fun!

If emails would allow me to send a soundtrack along with this photo, I would! There are birds singing, and the song echoes off the buildings in a pure clean tone. It's very complicated song, and one bird is calling out to another in the distance, that always replies after a slight pause. I believe that bird song is God's sound healing for us, and stimulates higher thought. I am sure of it!

I have always listened to music in the background when I am home, cooking, working, or quietly writing - which I do daily. But there is a heightened sensitivity for us all now, and I am finding that along with the peaceful quiet surrounding my home, there is nature that provides an ever-uplifting soundtrack that I enjoy even more now.

It's the birds, sometimes bees, and a soft breeze at times passing through the trees you see across the way here.

I feel so lucky, but I know it's not luck. I am blessed yes, but I also used the power of my mind to create this scenario for myself together with the power of the All That Is.

And it's just a confirmation of what I know to be what God's promises are for us. For everyone.

When we devote ourselves to our spiritual paths, making time for dedication to meditation, reflection and writing, clarity comes.

Not only clarity, but peace, the forgiveness of all things that sometimes bother you, and a release from the past.

It's a conscious decision to find that joy and elevation that exists within you, and soon you will begin to see it all around you as your reflection grows.

Especially in this season of spring, it is now easier than ever to see the reflection of all the inner work we delved into during the earlier months of the year, before spring arrived.

Flower boxes are blooming everywhere in the Munich spring sunshine.

Alongside springtime in the northern hemisphere, multiple planets have shifted into new signs, heralding change for humanity on a global scale. We will feel this in the interior first, and then begin to see the reflections in our outer world.

Back in March Pluto moved into Aquarius after a 15-year run through Capricorn. It will be there and stay until 2049! What this means for us is:

"Aquarius is an air element. It allows us to be free and innovative in our thinking and connects us to the collective. Imagine having a bunch of radio stations on at the same time in your mind. This is the life of an Aquarian—feeling the world in all ways and picking up on the collective mood. That connection plus the energy of innovation allows Aquarian energy to find creative solutions to our global problems. There is no limit to where the mind can go with Aquarian energy and its idealism is infectious."

This is such an excellent foreboding, and if you've had prayers for peace, prayers for wars to end or for discord in the US to relax, we can start seeing some of that to happen in the future as more and more of us become attuned to each other and seek for collective freedoms.

The current sentiment of "enough is enough" is rising in everyone's mind, and top-down hierarchical structures and power will begin to dissolve in this period.

But we're not done yet. Pluto does back up into Capricorn for a bit of time this year, and sometimes things need to get worse before they will get better.

Another huge shift I'm feeling is Saturn moving into Pisces. I've always seen Pisces as the wisest of us all, having made the transit through all of the signs, and gained the knowledge of each and turning into wisdom. If you're a Pisces, you're sensitive, kind, and wise. But life can be confusing at times when you see the value and weaknesses of all those around you!

I believe with Saturn here now - the influence of structure, discipline, and drilling things down into a material form - will help those spiritual types that have been fluttering in the fog without focus, so that they can now turn their wisdom into available offerings for the world, to be consumed for all our greater good. I'm looking forward to seeing how all of this will unfold!

What does this mean for you?

You may be feeling the impulse to organize your knowledge and get it out there in a coherent, consumable form. Don't ignore this feeling! The Universe needs for you to follow this impulse, and it will be supporting you all the way in getting your wisdom organized and out into the world.

Just realize that there are new generations now that are looking to find their way. Imagine all the spiritual individuals seeking answers to their own perplexing challenges, and remind yourself how you learned when you were much younger.

Would you rob them of your wisdom and compassion without offering it up to them?

I'm here to support you in fleshing out ideas, coagulating them into a consumable form that is helpful to others, and guiding you on the systems necessary that would support your endeavor in a larger way.

This doesn't have to create more work for you! If it's your passion, and you're very knowledgeable about your subject, all of this will be a fulfilling joy. Your work does not have to be "work".

Wouldn't that feel so amazing? Have you been feeling bored or frustrated lately? This is why!

A higher more fulfilling calling is waiting for you to answer it. I know sharing my spiritual work is very fulfilling for me, and I'd hope that you, as a spiritual individual, can find your form of true fulfillment that feels the highest and the best for you.

Another major aspect that is very significant is Jupiter moving into Taurus. It's going to be there for another year! Jupiter is the great expander. Wherever it goes, whatever it is near, in, or conjunct, it influences in an expansive way.

So this just isn't about people who are in the sign of Taurus, but for all of us. We are going to be feeling a number of different shifts and changes.

We are getting back to nature, seeing the gifts it has for us, and many will be turning to plant medicines for the first time to solve any myriad of issues, from physical to mental health. And these plant based medicines will come through for them!

You will be thinking about your home a great deal more, wanting to spruce it up, clean things out, get rid of the old and upgrade everywhere you can. Perhaps move altogether! But making and having a nice home environment will be very important for you now.

Luxury and fine things: Are you comfortable in your surroundings? Do you enjoy the finer things in life be it dinners out, high quality self-care products, or jewelry and clothing that compliment you? Whatever luxury appeals to you, you'll be drawn to having more and more of it. It's divine!

There are many more shifts occurring and all of these put together may influence you in other ways as well.

A sense of the loss of the attachment to time. You want to ditch your schedule and just go with the flow of your interior prompts. Trust them! They'll work out very well for you.

You won't feel the need to eat quite as much as you used to, to be sustained. Pay attention and reduce portions, even meals! I've been doing it, and haven't missed them at all. You'll see that you really don't need to consume as much as you used to.

A higher sensitivity, and inner knowing about what will be happening before it happens. This can allow you to reduce unnecessary activities and extra trips, and give you more time freedom. And don't we all want more of that?

An ability to come up with more ways to increase your income, without working harder. I took many steps toward this recently. Don't ask how just yet, simply embrace this idea as a very real possibility for you and let the ideas flow in.

A desire to eat cleaner and pay attention to more detoxing so that your body runs more smoothly.

Greater awareness about what you consume digitally so that you can make better choices to purify and uplift your mind, heart, and resulting attitude toward life.

All these new shifts and changes can be felt by so many now. And if you're not quite in that frame of mind yet, know that the distance to getting there is really not that far away.

It's right there, right in your heart. Love more - yourself first - and see the world around you shift to reflect your new interior.

Life can be extraordinary!

How often have you had thoughts in your mind of teachings you want to share? WRITE THAT STUFF DOWN!

Think of yourself as a wellspring from Spirit, and ask yourself, "Can my knowledge and wisdom be useful to anyone out there?"

Psssst. Let me let you in on a secret: Yes, it can. Spiritual or not, conventional or not, teaching others can be a way of life for us all. I am sure of it!

Having a guide, and someone to support you will make it all so much faster and easier. Clients I work with have often never had a coach before. And then they're hooked.

I'm not telling you what to do, so much as pulling out of you what YOU want to do. Let's look at that, and get it done.

Rising Up

You know, the Universe has a Divine Plan and we are all just playing our own parts in it. Some of us are attuned to what is transpiring, by the manner in which we pay attention to what's going on within us, and outside of us. Others - the majority - are completely clueless. And that's Ok. They will come around in their own time. Not everyone has the capacity to see the big picture, and nor do they want to!

But if you're on my list, it's likely you have developed big picture vision during the years of your life, and some of that has come from doing your own inner work, and some of that has come from a burning curiosity to know more, to be more than what your social and cultural constructs told you to be, and because quite simply, on a subconscious level, you remember your spiritual origins.

As I sit here on my outdoor balcony, in the city of Munich where I never imagined how much nature had such a strong presence, I am listening to church bells in the distance ringing because it is 6 pm, and accompanying those bells are all kinds of birds, sitting high up in the very old and tall trees, calling out to each other. It really is a symphony! I had to turn the ambient music off in my living room, just so I could sit out here and write to you with these accompanying, very elevating sounds.

(I sometimes wonder if God designed birdsong to lift our minds upward. And I also wonder if anyone has ever done any research on how our brains respond to these very high frequencies!)

In any case, I'm writing to know if you're aware of, and to also update you on what's been going on in this "eclipse season" as they call it.

I have followed astrology since I was a child, but only what I needed when I needed it, and that always seemed to be around relationships: understanding the other signs, what they are like, and how to work and be with them better. I have come to appreciate this knowledge so much!

But with the advent of YouTube, and some very qualified and gifted astrologers that share their interpretations of what's happening in the heavens, I have come to utilize this knowledge with a great deal more awareness in how I see it reflected in my daily life, specifically, the internal impulses that continue to occur.

I believe that the more we seek knowledge to ease our lives, the more it is given to us. This requires a certain humility, a certain surrendering to the understanding that "We do not know our own best interests" as the Course has taught me. And so just throwing up one's hands and letting go and letting God has allowed me to experience such extreme joys and moments of being that, I now follow this path of surrendering to every moment!

It really is Divine Direction to Joy now that I think about it, (and hey what a great course title that sounds like! ☝️ But one thing at a time for myself here, and as it goes, it flows 😉)

With this Divine Direction, and constant leading toward fulfillment, happiness continues.

For example, I was most recently in Strasbourg, France for a weekend getaway that I can do from here in Munich in just a few hours. It really is so enjoyable to be able to go to France and indulge in the food and the people and the culture they have there. It's quite different from the German culture, to say the least!

I loved it so much there that a few weeks later I went back again! Oh, the traditional dishes and cheese and the cathedral and the shops and the language... I feel really brushed up again on my French, and that was great.

While I was walking around on the main promenade, a very clear and direct thought came to me: "I'm done traveling." It wasn't my thought, but a higher thought that was delivered. It struck my mind quite strongly and clearly.

"Wow", I thought. I hadn't been expecting that. I thought weekend getaways were the plan going forward. Italy, Greece, more Germany, Spain. You know, I'm here now. I left Hawaii for this. What? No more traveling?

Right. But it was so clear: I have work to do.

Real work. Purposeful work. And I want to get to it.

Time is so precious.

I went back to Munich in perfect peace with all of it. I know better now to follow instruction instead of arguing. That just never turns out well.

This realization came just a few days before the Solar Eclipse. I didn't realize it then, but this was exactly the intent and impulse that this eclipse was all about: new beginnings, a shift in activities, and a tighter focus on divine purpose.

I felt incredible upliftment, with really clear signals and downloads about purpose in the following days. I've known this purpose for more than a decade, and have fulfilled many parts of it. But this eclipse was all about giving us a real glimpse into our own highest calling, and making it plain as day right in front of our eyes.

I want you to be aware that eclipses set the tone for the next six months. So if you were in touch with your intuitions, spend time in meditation, or have other means of connecting with your Soul, you would have received this higher knowledge and impulse regardless if you were aware of the solar eclipse or not.

It came with the new moon in Aries. This is all about the birth of something new in your life and this opened portal would have given you a glimpse of your real purpose. Your own personal genius, and given half a chance, this aspect can and will affect you for the next six months.

The seeds planted back in April will flourish and grow if we choose to stay focused and nourish our higher direction with more light.

Two weeks later, on May 6th, we had a lunar eclipse. This one was in Scorpio and caused an excavating of some really deeply held denials in the subconscious. We would have felt a lot of emotion around past programming that was still affecting us. It would have all come to the surface, to the fore so that it could heal and be released.

It's like we were given the seeds of light for our potential two weeks prior, and then the radical shift to digging deep and the next step was clearing out all barriers against it.

Isn't this how it always works? Isn't this how the universe teaches us to be in flow?

Set your sights on a desire, and the next thing you know you're going to have to clean out your subconscious so that you clear out everything you hold against it.

Nothing short of eclipse season whiplash if you ask me!

I hope you've had the chance to recover, and have recentered yourself since the 6th.

You may want to go back and look at the dates and what was happening for you then. Look at April 19/20th, and May 5/6th. It's so cool! I received huge miracles on each of those days, and I am so excited to see how they will continue to unfold and expand in the next six months.

One of those miracles I received was during the Lunar Eclipse period and while in meditation. A massive jolt of Yellow Ray was delivered to transform the Solar Plexus, and it's capacity to hold more power. Wow.

If you know anything about the Solar Plexus, it's where the center of our personal power lies. You can be very weak in there, and experience a lot of people running over you all the time, or you can be at the opposite end of the spectrum, and be overly dominant of everyone and everything around you. Think of the demanding control freak as an imbalanced Solar Plexus. What we want to achieve is a good balance, and then once we have that, to grow that power.

With the comfort of a strong beam of loving Yellow Ray, peace comes to the center, along with a clear understanding - with humility - of one's value in the world.

You are valuable. You are a Holy Child of God. What else would you be?

Holy Thursday and Good Friday

By the time you're reading this, I hope to be back in meditation and prayer. I love this day, and this time, and planned for it to be off. Fortunately and culturally, I am allowed to take it off, without question.

I remember as a child that, on Good Friday we would go to mass and then come home to remain in silence from 12 noon to 3 pm. This was a really big deal for a household with eight children, and for my father to be home from work. This wasn't normally a quiet household. It was always loud and busy.

But I discovered how much I really liked this silent reverence for the day, for the story that lay behind it, and that we were honoring this occurrence with our own quiet respect. Our own decision to take this time and get closer to God by thinking about Christ's journey.

So now, when I decide I want to do this again - to take up this practice of being silent and in meditation from 12 - 3 - it can be really hard. Not because I don't enjoy it when I get there, but because there always seems to be so many things tugging at us, and telling us what we need to be doing instead.

And yet, when and if we can and do carve out this time for silence and connection with Source, a whole world opens up inside, one that seems to have always been there, ready, willing, and able to give us so much if we could just quiet ourselves long enough to listen and receive.

My meditations this morning were literally mind-shattering, and I know this decision I made for today was exactly the right one. And I look forward to getting back to it by sunset as well.

Holy Thursday tells us the story of The Last Supper when Christ gathered up the disciples for one last meal together, and for him to speak some very important words to them with instruction before what he knew would be His final days on Earth. They didn't know that, but he did.

The breaking of bread is a very ancient Jewish tradition and Passover was the meal that Christ was sharing with the Disciples that night. When you break bread with another in this tradition, you have welcomed them into your home and you have declared friendship and a bond.

But as a child, when I sat and listened to the stories of the miracles He performed in the reading of the gospel, I always felt so intrigued, so moved. The blind man could see; the crippled boy could walk, and Lazarus was raised from the dead.

I knew that there was more to his performing these miracles than for us to adore him for doing so. That was not the intention, I felt, it was to show us an example of what was possible.

During each mass, there is the recounting of the words Christ gave to the Disciples on that Holy Thursday Last Supper. "Do this in memory of Me" was an injunction to break bread with each other, welcome each other into our homes, and create bonds of friendship.

But what continued to intrigue me and bother me most were the words He spoke when speaking of the miracles he performed. He told the Disciples and thus to us through the repeating of these words during each weekly mass, "All these things you shall do and more."

Those words are so key.

Those words stuck with me.

So much so, that I would ask my mother where were all those miracle workers Christ was speaking about if we are to be doing "All these things and more"? I was frustrated, as a very young child, that I wasn't meeting those people, and learning how to do miracles from them so that I could do some myself.

I wanted to more than anything else in the world. I found myself turning inward, and asking the above for guidance and answers to that question. Always. For years and years in fact. It became a quiet mission, with no clue on how to fulfill it.

Fast forward 35 years later and a woman I was staying with in Norther California hands me a book, and says, "You need to read this."

It had a dark blue hardcover, plain in its design, and the gold lettering wrote: A Course in Miracles.

Something zinged within me. I felt the weight of it. The pages were of very fine, thin paper. I got right to it.

There were a lot of words in there. It was organized. It was intelligent. It was direct in its teaching. There were chapters, lessons, and a manual for teachers. Here at last, was my answer.

The Source of the material told me to go out there and perform a miracle NOW. That they were normal and natural, and that if they weren't happening, something had gone wrong. And so I did.

There had been a huge problem brewing in the household where I was staying at that time, and it was elevating to a crisis level with no solution in sight. So quietly and within myself, I followed the instructions in the Course. I went out on a walk not far from the house, and I willed a miracle to come to the household and for the problem to be solved, for the good of all.

By the time I got back from that walk, the solution had arrived! The miracle had come.

I have rarely been without the Course, studying it, practicing it or teaching it. It feels like it was always meant to be, that I would find these teachings, and use them for myself and others.

It brings me tears to think of the trajectory of the All That Is, and how so much we assume is accidental in our pasts was exactly designed to be the way that it was supposed to be. This leads us to where we end up now: One with God, with Spirit, with the Universe, with the All.

On Holy Thursday, after this Passover meal, Christ and the Disciples go to the Garden of Gethsemane. He wants to pray as he knows what's coming, and needs to connect and prepare Himself.

He asks the Disciples to join Him, and although some of them do for a little while, eventually they all fall asleep and don't keep up with Him. He is left alone to grapple with what is coming and ask for strength to get through it.

Ultimately he is interrupted by the Roman soldiers who have come to arrest him, led by Judas.

The betrayal, with a kiss.

It is said, in the Course, that Judas was Christ's closest friend and most fervent Disciple. He followed and learned the best. There was a strong bond between them. And Christ knew this betrayal had to be this way.

On the following day, he is tried, found guilty (not for any crime, but for political reasons), and sentenced to death. All of his Disciples deny they know him, and abandon him completely.

We know His final words on the cross, "My God my God, why have you forsaken me?"

Have you not ever felt this way?

Have you ever been abandoned or betrayed?

Many of you already know this story, but I am recounting it so that we can see this in light of our own lives.

It is ultimately the story of ascension.

But before your ascension, you will experience every kind of horrific treatment and every unimaginable betrayal. What seems to be unsurvivable hurt and pain.

And do you get yourself to the place of forgiveness?

Do you get yourself to the place of, "Forgive them Father for they know not what they do"?

Christ's journey was a journey for us. To remind us, to show us, the body is not real. This world is an illusion with very convincing elements. Ultimately you are Spirit, and your real Home is with the All That Is, Love. And in order to get there, we must forgive it all. All. Of. IT.

There is no need to wait until you die in order to be Home once again:

"Heaven is here, there is no other place. Heaven is now, there is no other time."

Every year we get to go through this journey. A little bit of death, a great deal of forgiveness to let the past go, and to start over again in rebirth and renewal with the coming spring, and Easter.

I'm going to leave you now, as the sun is setting, and I want to close my eyes in meditation and receive the gifts that are being given on this day, and every day.

There is a great deal of help out there for you if you can't seem to forgive that very last thing that plagues you and becomes the perpetual cross you bear. This is the time to put it down and let go.

I am wishing you a positively extraordinary Holy Week, Passover, Ramadan or Indian New Year, whichever cultural tradition you come from. This year, miraculously, they are all coinciding in the same week, together with a Full Moon in Libra, bringing us all together in Love.

So if you can get your eyes closed and pray/meditate/receive today, you will find the same Light, guidance, and miracles available for you as well.

On this day we are asked to remember Christ's journey out of the desert and back into Jerusalem.

After 40 days and nights of fasting and purification, he readies Himself for the journey and week ahead.

I remember as a young child that we would go to church on Sunday, and specifically on Palm Sunday there would be a longer mass. We would hear the story of Christ coming back from the desert after His forty days and forty nights of fasting.

News of His return had spread throughout the land, as had the stories of the healing work, miracles and teaching He had been doing for the previous three years.

When He returned to Jerusalem, as He entered the gates He was given a mule to ride upon, and the crowds of people brought out palm fronds and laid them down in front of His path, honoring Him and His return.

Christ knew what was coming. He had spent a great deal of time preparing himself for what was to come. He knew this was His destiny. He knew that this is what He had come to Earth for, and the purpose of His time in the desert was to purify His consciousness, renew His strength and faith, and prepare Himself for the torture and death of His body.

All of this He knew was in Divine Order.

As a young child, I didn't know the meaning or the implication of these things. All I knew is that winter was starting to go away, and that spring was coming. We were getting ready for Easter, and I was having new clothes to wear to church, including a straw hat with flowers on it. I had patent leather Mary-janes, which needed to be polished up with vaseline the night before church. (Someone please tell me you had to do that too! 😁)

At the end of Palm Sunday mass, each family could receive a few strands of a palm frond at the back of the church on our way out. These palms had been blessed, and were now holy, to be treated with reverence.

When we got home, my mother would teach us how to weave them into small bundles, which were then laid by our statues of Mary, or inserted into one of the many crucifixes we had around the house. This was in recognition of Holy Week which had begun and would end at Easter. Each one of us had our own crucifix in our bedrooms.

I wonder now how old these cultural practices are, and if my mother had simply been passing down what she had learned and received as a child from her mother as well.

This period - both in nature and in spirituality - is a time of death and rebirth. Whether you are Catholic or not, religious or not, spiritual or not, you can see it all around us in the natural world as the decay of winter becomes revealed to us underneath the melting snow. In the northern hemisphere around the world, clouds are heavy and gray, dropping rains and storms throughout the land. We are pushed inside, and to look at our own heavy clouds within.

Every spiritual tradition worldwide will convey to us its own stories of dark periods where there is no growth, no seeds, no light, and no inspiration. We are in a state of 'doing without' because we are purging our pasts. Humanity is asked to look at what needs to go, what no longer works to allow it to be revealed so that it can be released.

All fields must lie fallow if they are to have the strength and energy to receive new seeds and grow plentiful crops once again.

So too it is with ourselves. We must divest ourselves of the vestiges of our past, the parts that no longer serve us, in preparation for re-birth. For a new world to come. For spring to spring forward in our lives.

While Christ was in the desert, there is the symbolism of His having been met by the devil, who tempted Him to leave this insanity of isolation and fasting, give up his connection to God, and simply do as He pleased for Himself. The devil tried to prey on any weaknesses he might find in Christ. In exchange for his Soul, Satan promised Him the world.

What would you do?

What are you doing?

Is your Soul still with you? Are you following its guidance and dictates? Or have you abandoned it in favor of pursuing what the world would tell you you "should" do?

Since Lent started 40 days ago, we have been in a period of mourning our pasts and purifying ourselves as best as we can. If you decided to do this, you may have found a reconnection with your spirit, with your Soul right behind it, offering the love and guidance it always has to offer you.

During this time, the release of old memories which have included guilt and judgment may have been plaguing you in the night, coming forward in dreams, visions, and cringe-worthy remembrances of situations and circumstances you have found yourself in in the past.

During this coming Holy Week, we want to remember what we are doing this for. We want to pay attention to all that our Souls are guiding us to release. All those vestiges of the past have lost their power now, only shadows of memories remain, and we no longer need to see them as real.

Let us know, deep within ourselves that rebirth and renewal are part of a continual cycle that will always be with us.

Let's use this time to finally embrace the knowledge of what we know is leaving us, and set our sites on all that will be new to come.

And yet others are reaching beyond the beyond to bring into reality the Light and Love that they are.

Have you been feeling it?

Finally, for the first time in several months, I feel as though the review of the past is finally winding down.

You see, we had to do all of that in order to release it. "Have a look one more time, and then say goodbye."

Many of these memories of the past had emotions associated with them, and not all of them great. Primarily, the feelings of guilt - or unworthiness - in all portions of your past were probably rising up so that you could say goodbye to all of that.

I have been seeing points in my past that I had completely forgotten about, and yet, there were all those scenarios coming up, and I was having a look and remembering those times.

You see, all of this has been necessary and also triggered by, the enormous amounts of light in the form of higher frequencies that have been coming to us. They come to Earth through us. We receive them - at least as much as we can - and allow the rest to continue to be received as these weeks and months carry on.

You can only receive as much as you can hold. And you can only hold as much as you have made room for by way of clearing, loving, and releasing all those dense emotions that no one really cares for.

Burying them and trying to ignore them doesn't work. I'm sure you know that all too well by now.

In the meantime, all of this is coinciding with nature warming up and bursting forward in the first signs of spring! It is so timely, but isn't everything, always? I find it is in my world.

Are you feeling it? So many cosmic elements right now are springing us upward and forward! It's such a powerful, powerful season, and for the next two weeks, it's a good idea to ride this wave and make your highest joys come to fruition. It's the perfect time to be visualizing, writing down, and then energizing all of your highest intentions, so that they can be powered up to come to fruition in their own right time.

Isn't this wonderful? We are living in such amazing times!

You need only stretch your thinking really big, and allow all the goodness that wants to come to you, to arrive in its own time.

Keep at it, keep at it, keep at it. 😌

So let me break this down a little further for those of you who might not feel like this is really happening for you, or it feels so off-kilter, you don't know where to turn!

⬆️ The death of the past

As the cosmic cycles turn, humanity is perpetually being lifted upward. But on its way there, it must reconcile the past. It must heal and embrace the darkness so that it is transmuted. It must open itself and be physically capable of receiving all the Light that is being sent.

Some individuals have been quietly doing their inner work for decades. They are the ones who are now capable of receiving a great deal of light, are being elevated even further, and shall be beacons of light for others to follow. Let's call that Group One.

Others have not been doing the work. It's not that they refused to, it's that they weren't ready; they didn't know how; didn't see the point of it or weren't aware that the inner work could even be done, and produce results. Those individuals are now feeling a great deal of pressure from within, to face what needs to be faced and reconcile it.

If you're in the first group, you're likely going through the following:

Occasional headaches, when you don't normally get them
A need to sleep, sometimes just in the middle of the day
A lightness and a joy from deep within like you've never felt before! And it sticks!
I deas coming to you at a rapid-fire pace, so much so that you can hardly keep up with all the creative ideas coming to you now
A pathway forward for all the things you wanted to move forward with in the past, but it never seemed possible, nor was it the right time.

You, people, need to take your vitamins right now! You'll be running on turbo fuel and may be finding it hard to sleep! Take care of yourself. If you used to drink coffee, you won't need it anymore, and it will be the thing that causes you to lose sleep!

Get your yoga practice in order so that those energies get distributed throughout your nervous system easily. Good luck!

If you're in Group 2, I'm so sorry life seems to be throwing you monkey wrenches from every direction! You need to slow down.

You might feel like you're going to explode in your emotions, and although you've been keeping a handle on it quite well for a while, it's going to be harder and harder to do that
Do not unleash your emotions on others! This is your stuff, not theirs
Embrace all of it! You must. And stop feeling sorry for yourself, guilty for feeling what you're feeling, and find a safe way to be private and alone to allow these darkened places into the light
These feelings are showing up right now because they are looking to be released into the light. They cannot stand the pressure anymore.
All of this is happening for your highest good!

You need to be eating fresh, and organic as much as possible and stop soothing yourself with cheap, lifeless food and drink. None of this is going to help. At all.

Reduce the amount of data input. That means fewer movies, less Instagram, Facebook, television, and news, and unnecessary watching or listening to anything that doesn't have to do with your own healing. You need to be present with yourself and your thoughts right now.

Books about healing are very good right now. Get yourself to a bookstore and browse. That's very different than online shopping. The right materials will come to you.

Channeled books about healing yourself are excellent reads right now (A Course in Miracles, and anything by Sanaya Roman). Read in book form, not digital form. Digital light is scrambling your brain waves.

Journal, journal, journal. And you will be alright, I promise. ✌️

Never in my life have I experienced such a thorough subconscious cleansing as I have during this Piscean season.

I also know that, the more I clear, the great room there is for light to be received!

Are You Clearing Things Out?

Whether it be your house or your inner sanctum, it's now the time for clearing things out.

But as you know me by now, I will be focusing on your inner world, and then the outer world will take care of itself. It always does! It always follows suit with whatever shifts, changes or work you've been doing on the inside.

During this Piscean season - the pre-spring time - when winter has not quite left us and spring has not quite begun, we are called to go deeper within than we've gone before. This is all in preparation for the coming spring, so that we are cleared, and ready for a really big burst of new growth that will last us the rest of the year.

Are you feeling it?

If you've been in tune with the energies, (or simply alive I believe!) you've probably been experiencing a lot of memories from the past coming up. Over and over again it seems, stories, situations, feelings, and relationships from your past may have been summoned up from your memory, appearing in the night when you are relaxed or in a deep, sleep-wake state.

These memories are coming up for healing, review, and release.

Everyone I talk to that I mention this to says, "YES! That's exactly what's been happening!"

This is because several long-term astrological and cosmic alignments are coming to a close, and outer planets are - this very month - shifting into new signs, and signaling new beginnings for all of us.

But if you know what's good for you, you know that before new beginnings, it's always best to view and clear all the past that is ready to be put to rest, permanently.

When I was contemplating this season, seeing all the so many past memories that were arising for me, and wanting to write to you and see if the same was occurring for you as well, I came across this car in my neighborhood - just on my walk to a cafe!

I don't know what these guys are selling, and it doesn't matter! It was clearly a message from the Universe: "Yes! This is what's happening NOW!" and it makes so much sense.

We are in such an auspicious time, globally and as a human family. Let us all take care of healing our memories from the past - those that have made us wince, those that have made us feel guilty, or less than worthy in any way, and those we wish never happened in the first place.

Your life is so rich and so full, I am sure. You are likely a person of great depths, and great heights. You have done a lot, seen a lot, been betrayed countless times, and been helped and supported by generous souls countless times as well.

I'm calling you to remember that your Soul is in charge, always. And the further and deeper you can connect with those messages, those promptings, and follow them, the better off you'll be.

You'll see that the journey can be easy.

You'll see that it's time to forgive and to do it thoroughly so you don't need to visit that memory or betrayal ever again.

You'll see that, in your Soul's Light, you are always being guided from within, and as you follow that guidance, your life will keep getting better, and better, and better!

The reason we can't see what that growth point is, is often because of our blind spots. Some people just want to stay mad, because they feel that anger is justified.

"There is never any justification for anger." A Course in Miracles has taught me, and so when we approach things that way, we can often find a new perspective in our search for the truth about what our growth point is.

But you don't have to do it alone. "Doing it alone" is the hard way. It's a long way, instead of the shortcut.

Most of us want shortcuts to our freedom, but there is this innate pride as well that says something like "I don't need any help. I can do this by myself." And yet, as time goes by, it's just not getting resolved. It's not.

This assistance I offer is such a joy, such a pleasure for both myself and the person who has stepped forward to receive it because it is guided by Spirit. That is the way I work. It's always been the way I work.

Do You Have Peace Within?

It's incredibly quiet where I am now. It's such a blessing really, and I thank God for all that I have multiple times a day. And more and more just keeps coming!

To back up a bit, I would never have known all that I would experience and enjoy in this city I now live in, Munich. I could not have known. I had no idea.

I just knew it was time to move on from Italy, because things were beginning to get difficult. They had been challenging since the pandemic started, but I threw myself into recording almost 17 Chapters of A Course in Miracles, and conducted over 27 Energetic Downloads that had come throughout that year.

I am never without guidance.

I was never unhappy during that time, except in experiencing COVID itself, which felt to me like the trial of a lifetime. This was the very early version of the virus, the one that came through Italy like a tornado to warn the rest of the world of the ravages to come in their own countries. One we could not ever have imagined.

But now, here I am in this completely different environment. It is full of people from all over the world, so many young people who have come here to study, and full of workers that have come to be employed in the many multinational German and American companies that are based here.

I am finding excellent healthcare, green spaces and parks, healthy, locally grown food, and oh the number of Italians that are here is something that I could never have imagined would be possible!

The most incredible, high-end to low-end street food (if there is such a thing as 'low-end' Italian food, which I think there is no such thing) has me turning every corner, and finding a new shop, a new pizzeria, osteria, ristorante, trattoria or other which will keep me satisfied in this area of my life, for years to come!

But Italians don't just bring food. They bring love, and they bring heart. If you've ever been to Italy, you will know what I mean.

People care for you. They appreciate you and want to be sure that you are having a wonderful experience in their country. I love them, and I tell them, and they blush with pride.

This is how God gives to me. By surrounding with love and joy wherever I go.

In the photo above, I was visiting the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich. It was built in the 1700s and is one of the most famous places to stay when you come here. The story goes that, years ago a Canadian gentleman was staying at the hotel, and was so inspired that he started the famous Four Seasons Hotel chain from it. That is how the whole world-wide luxury hotel chain got started!

I was visiting here because I want to hold private intensives for my clients when they come to visit. You stay at the hotel for a few nights and we work together one day, for about 6 hours. I always research the hotels before I recommend them! Being in a luxury setting is so important to raise the bar on what you believe is possible for you! (See more about my Private Intensives Here)

But whenever I go out in this city I am having wonderful experiences. I even had a special experience this weekend where a little shop of Italian specialties that is just around the corner from my apartment was offering "Sicilian Night". There were goods and dishes and special meatballs and cheeses, olive oil, and sweets! And so many people were there celebrating all things Italian! It was so heavenly...

Why am I telling you this? Because your joy, your happiness is also right around the corner, for you.

These aren't accidents for me. They're the result of a practice of listening to guidance and following it. Both for the very big things - like changing countries - or the very little things, like what to do from moment to moment.

And this guidance comes so clearly to you when you have your own peace and quiet within as well.

You need only be attentive to all that you have, to all that you are surrounded by, and stay close to Spirit in a constant form of personal conviction, communion, and being, which is elevated from all the difficulties we are seeing in the world today.

Yes, those difficulties are there. And yes, we do what we can. But mostly, what we do is listen to our inner guidance in order to be directed in all the things that would make us happy.

And believe me, Spirit knows far better what's available and out there for you than you can even imagine!

No matter how happy, or unhappy you are, you can always go higher. You will still have inner guidance that wishes for you even better, ever greater experiences of this lifetime.

Life is here for you to enjoy.

You are here to feel the fulfillment of all that you are and all that you can do and all that you can be and all that you can have.

We must activate your Will however, if you truly want to make big changes. They will require your Will.

And what's blocking your Will right now? Anger, resentment, rage, and guilt.

This isn't easy stuff for me to talk about, because it takes a lot of unpacking for us to see, understand it, and heal it. And yes, it can be healed.

All of it can be healed. And the result is that you are lifted up into Heaven. That your eyes suddenly do open and you see all the beauty and joy that is around you ever-unfolding in a brilliant display of light and love.

No, I'm not crazy. I have healed and now offer healing. And as my work continues with others who choose to come forward, more and more Light and Love fill us both - whether I'm in a private session or we are doing group work. And this is how the Light continues to be extended.

I don't have any group work happening right now as I am laying a new foundation for a better, stronger presence with private work. It's a great joy, and so satisfying to connect with, and see the transformations in individuals in private, one-on-one consultations and mentoring.
