She briefly returned last season when Julie, on break from college, announced that she was dating her 40-year-old professor Lloyd (Steven Weber). And abortion will not be an option. “I could never do that,” Cherry says. “The network would never let me.” But he adds, “On TV you can always have a miscarriage.” (Lynette had better stay away from staircases for the next few months.)
