Did you know how to play any musical instruments before you joined Dexter?
That's funny that you say that because no, I didn't. There were 3 other guys there and they had guitars in their hands. I was clueless. I was the last guy and I told them that I hadn't touched a guitar since college...and they didn't mind. After they hired me, they gave me guitar lessons for the next 3 months. I had a guitar lesson 3 days a week for 3 months and it was great.

When you got the role did you know that you would play Debra’s love interest?
I didn't. I had just finished a film, Nailed and I came into the audition. I knew I was a guy that someone would be interested in but I didn't know who it would be with. I came in really relaxed and there was a connection in the room and it was great.

How many episodes in are you guys when it comes to filming the new season?
Right now we are working on the 5th episode of the 4th season. We got picked up for Season 5 too for those who don't know. All I can tell you about the character this season is that we get deeper and more involved with his character. Deb moves into Anton's apartment, that's all I can say.

Regardless of what will actually go on, what would you like to see happen with your character and Debra?
I would really like for Debra to find love and stick with it because she is such a troubled character. Anton is very zen in comparison to Debra who is always amped up like she drank 5 redbulls. So in that sense, I think they compliment each other. I think they are really good for each other.

Tell me about your experience working on the political satire, Nailed.
We shot it in South Carolina during the summer and it was fantastic. It should be out next summer. I had a lot of fun and I hope people enjoy it as well!

What was it like working with director, David O. Russell?
He was a lot of fun! He is genius. He knows what he wants, let's you explore, and keeps you on edge. I found him very exciting to work with and I would work with him in a heartbeat.

Was there much research done for your role in Mother & Child, I know it has to do with adoption?
There is a certain amount that I can bring to the role because I am married in real life and in the film, I am married to Kerry Wahington. I did draw on my own experience that my wife and I went through, which was a miscarriage. I did my own investigation on miscarriages after my wife experienced one and I didn't realize how common it is. I also felt a deeper connection with certain people in my family who went through the same experience. I have been touched on some level so I didn't do much research for this role. I can definitely connect with my character though.

What was it like working with Kerry Washington?
She was great! Rodrigo García directed the film and when I went into ADR, he told me that the work on the movie was fantastic. Then he said, "Don't let your wife see it." He said it was hot and everyone else in the room said, "hot!" They wouldn't let me see it but supposedly the love scene between Kerry and I in the film is something else.

Ausiello: Storyline dictated. Charlie wasn't going to have much to do this season, and rather than waste Kirk's time, they cut him loose. But as I teased last week, we haven't seen the last of him.

Question: Has Friday Night Lights officially settled on the Lions as the mascot for East Dillon? --Clay
Ausiello: They're using that as a placeholder but I'm told it will likely change. The team's colors are also TBD, so if you've got ideas about either, post 'em in the comments.

Question: What's this I here about a Booth and Brennan kiss on Bones? Confirmation, please! --Molly
Ausiello: Series creator Hart Hanson confirms that a season-opening smooch "was scripted," but adds, "I'm in no way confirming that it was a sincere scripting. Could have been a way to identify leaks." Now, as someone who's been in this situation before, here's what you need to do next, Molly: Get in touch with your mole and tell him to pack his bags, grab his passport and get the hell out of the country. They're onto him!

Question: I'm really hoping you've got some Criminal Minds news. Please tell me Hotch is still alive! --Chrissy
Ausiello: I think it's a positive sign that Minds is casting the role of an emergency room doctor for the season premiere.

Question: Now that Mercy will begin on NBC earlier than expected, will Michelle Trachtenberg still be able to fulfill her three-episode arc on Gossip Girl? --Parm
Ausiello: Unfortunately for Blair, yes, she will. The onetime Queen Bee will have a hard enough time adjusting to college life. Georgina's arrival as her roommate in episode 2 compounds her misery tenfold.

Question: I would love the scoop on just how much The CW pays you every time you cover Gossip Girl. I don't doubt that the show has followers, but the coverage EW is giving it has gotten ridiculous! ---Frank
Ausiello: Oooooh, that reminds me: A major Gossip guy decides not to go to college very early in the season. Take your best guess to the comments!

Question: Chuck-Blair scoopage would be delightful! --LH
Ausiello: Look for C and B to take an unorthodox approach to warding off the seven-week itch.

Question: Weeds scoop? --Melissa
Ausiello: "Little Boxes" makes a tiny comeback in Monday's episode. Also, Andy refuses a gift -- a gift he really wants. Oh, and one more thing: Keep your ears open for a Comic-Con reference! Speaking of which, Ausholes unite and get drunk in one week! Sources confirm to me exclusively that there may be a few special guests!

Ausiello: Celia goes into business with an Avon-esque company, and the results are predictably disastrous.

Question: Any Melrose Place dish? --Jacob
Ausiello: The show is adding the recurring role of a Madame -- and you'll know why after watching the pilot. The producers should throw us old timers a bone and cast Kristian Alfonso as the head whore. Who's with me?

Question: I just saw the trailer for the new Joel McHale comedy Community and I almost fell out of my chair when I saw my favorite Daily Show British man John Oliver. Who does he play and is it a recurring role? --Clumsy chair girl
Ausiello: He plays Jeff’s (Joel McHale) good friend and colleague, Professor Duncan. And he just signed on for an additional two episodes, so, yes, I think it's accurate to say it's a recurring role. (BTW, the actual pilot is as funny as the trailer lets on.)

Question: I've been asking for weeks and I refuse to give up: Please give us some Legend of the Seeker scoopage. --Jeff
Ausiello: I've got just the thing to get you off my case: Is season 2's fifth episode, we'll meet a young (20s-30s) version of Zedd.

Question: Will Glee introduce Lea's mom? Wouldn't it be cool if it turned out to be Idina Menzel? Just a thought. --Wendy
Ausiello: I like the way your mind works. Unfortunately, there are no immediate plans to bring on Lea's mom. We don't even meet her dads in the first 13 episodes.

Question: I'm dying for some Dexter scoop? --Meg
Ausiello: Season 4 will herald the arrival of new loves for both Batista and Laguerta. Very happy about the Batista part of that. His love story with the undercover hooker last season made me throw up in my mouth a little.

Question: When can we finally expect to see Maura Tierney on Rescue Me? --Justin
Ausiello: Her arc kicks off on July 28. And because it warrants repeating: Get well soon, Maura!

Question: I saw your Tweet about having seen Dollhouse's "Epitaph One" episode. What did you think? I can't wait to see it next week at Comic-Con! --Tim
Ausiello: Before I answer that, you should know that A) I was a little buzzed when I tweeted that, B) I'm not that bright, and C) aggressive watermarks make me dizzy. With that out of the way, here's my review: I was completely and utterly lost. I may try watching it again this weekend. Or just let one of you explain it to me at Comic-Con.

Ausiello: Not. As I teased last week, Green's reps got cold feet and pulled out of the deal. Lipstick Jungle hottie Robert Buckley has just signed on to replace him.

Question: I'm officially following you on Twitter! Fun, right? So, how's about a little Bones scoop? I heard that Booth does remember who Bones is, but he thinks that his dream was real, so he's just confused. Any truth to that? --Esther
Ausiello: Sounds like a question for exec producer Hart Hanson. "Booth's problem isn't remembering who Brennan is," he tells me, "it's remembering which Brennan she is." Sneaky!

Question: Are we ever going to find out who Red John is on The Mentalist? --Thaddeus
Ausiello: Yes, but first PJ is going to need some help. Enter California Bureau of Investigations Agent Sam Glenn. The new recurring character, currently being cast, heads up the division handling the Red John investigation and is apparently the one person who doesn't get seduced by Simon Baker's pretty face. He's also Lisbon's (Robin Tunney) onetime mentor and ex, so cue the flying sparks!

Question: Loved the Burn Notice premiere. What's ahead? --Kristin
Ausiello: The show is currently in production on its midseason finale, and I'm told it's chock-full of Fiona-Michael drama -- most of which is triggered by the appearance of that evil Irishman (Paul Blackthorne) from Fi's past. And now for something timelier: In tomorrow night's episode, Fiona plants a wet one on birthday boy Michael. (Her real gift cuts deeper.)

Question: Is there still time to get producers of Ghost Whisperer to change their minds about this five-year flash forward? I think it's a mistake. -- Claire
Ausiello: Don't think so. Any and all hope of getting them to un-ring the time jump bell was pretty much lost on Tuesday when they put out a casting call for Melinda and Jim's now-5-year-old son Aiden.

Question: Where's all this Glee scoop you're supposed to have? --Tessa
Ausiello: Lose the 'tude, Tessa. Here's your Glee prattle: Whitney Houston apparently doesn't share EW staffer Tim Stack's love for singing high schoolers. Last week, Ryan Murphy, creator of Fox's musicomedy, told us he's been engaged in "ongoing talks" with the Grammy-winning superstar to make a guest appearance this fall. But a rep for Houston, whose first studio album in seven years drops Sept. 1, insists "it's not happening." Responds Tim Stack in a statement: "It's not right, but it's ... nope, it's not okay either."

Ausiello: Most likely next week! To tide you over, the Zachster let slip a very spoilery tease about next season's Chuck. It involves the new kung fu-esque intersect in his brain. Apparently, there are some kinks to be worked out.

Question: One of my favorite summer shows, Leverage, is returning next month. Got any scoops on my fave thief-peeps? --Dana
Ausiello: Producers want a "star name actor" to play Nathan's evil doppelganger, Bierko. The mastermind behind his own crew of thieves, the big baddie has assembled a "whizbang mob," which is a fancy way of describing a group of people who move into town, execute a big job, and then move on. Although I'm guessing since the role is recurring that last part doesn't work out so well.

Question: Any scoop on TNT's Saving Grace? It is my favorite summer show! --Cristin
Ausiello: Let's just say that many unanswered questions from last season's finale will definitely be resolved in a timely fashion. For starters, within the first 10 minutes of the June 16 season premiere you'll find out who exactly that girl on the corner is and how she relates to Grace's life. How exactly she changes it is still TBD. Also in the upcoming season: Earl has a rival, someone gets engaged, and Grace may end up in prison!

Question: How about a Dexter scoop, sir? --Mark
Ausiello: We're going to be meeting more of Dexter's neighbors next season. Serial guest star Rick Peters (Veronica Mars, Swingtown, Heroes, Bones, etc.) has been cast as Dexter's next-door nabe, Elliott. We'll also be come face-to-face with Elliott's wife as well as and a third neighbor by the name Andy. Hmm ... I see an extremely awkward block party in Dex's future.

Question: Wait, I thought that it was confirmed that Kirk Acevedo wasn't fired from Fringe? But here you are saying that a new female agent will replace him. What happened? --Michele
Ausiello: All I know is what my sources have told me: Acevedo is leaving for creative reasons and a new female agent will replace him.

Question: What's this I hear about Cappie turning down Casey on Monday's Greek finale? Finally she comes around, and now this? Why's Cappie holding out? --Caitlin
Ausiello: Casey is quickly becoming Greek's Joey Potter, what with all the oscillating between men. So who does she finally pick? Assuming the rumor you heard is true, you could say that maybe Cappie doesn’t want to be a Pacey. Maybe he wants Joey to be with her Dawson. Love is complicated, dammit! Dexter and Hung - Casting News

Gregg Henry has joined HBO's upcoming dark comedy "Hung" as recurring, and Courtney Ford has come aboard Showtime's drama "Dexter," also for a multi-episode arc.

On HBO's "Hung," starring Thomas Jane as a well-endowed high school basketball coach, Henry ("The Riches") will play Mike, an assistant coach.

The project reunites he with "Riches" creator Dmitry Lipkin, who co-created "Hung" with Colette Burson.

Henry is repped by Domain and Framework.

On "Dexter," which recently cast John Lithgow as Miami's latest serial killer and new nemesis of Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), Ford will play a reporter.

Sadly, Life is dead, but ABC did renew Better Off Ted, and the Alphabet is airing new episodes this summer, beginning June 23. (Then it comes back midseason with more new eps.) If you haven't seen this show yet, please take advantage of the summer doldrums to give it a shot. Better Off Ted is very funny and surprisingly endearing as well.

Diana in Bend, Ore.: What can you tell us about True Blood? I'm so excited for season two!
We just chatted up True Blood star Stephen Moyer and asked him about the future of Nelsan Ellis' brilliant Lafayette, and Moyer said, "Lafayette, I can't talk about. Nelsan is an amazing dude, and, uh, I hope he does come back...but I, you know...who knows." There's no decisive statement in there, but "I hope he does come back" seems to suggest that Lafayette's gone somewhere, and for that matter, Nelsan's Lafayette also does not appear in any of the season two promo photos, the press releases or the books after Dead Until Dark. Long story short, we're starting to feel pretty naive for having believed/hoped the show was just toying with us and would find a way to keep Lafayette around for season two and beyond. We are going to need a lot of naked vampires to make up for this disaster. And the father of my baby, I don't really like him, but there's always that question in the back of my mind: 'He is the father, so could he be my boyfriend someday?' There's a lot of drama [this season], just in the sense that my boyfriend Ben gets very jealous because Ricky's at my house every night taking care of the baby, and Ben thinks maybe something else is going on."

Jennifer Jason Leigh is perfect as Nancy's sister Jill Price-Gray (aka "bitchface"). If JJL is looking for a regular summer job, we hope she'll consider doing more seasons of Weeds, as she fits into the cast perfectly and has great chemistry with Mary-Louise Parker. There's one moment where they switch without signal from "I hate you, evil slag" to "Cute necklace" and it encapsulates everything you need to know about the relationship between these two sisters.

Liane in Independence, Calif.: Looking forward to new Weeds episodes! How is Nancy going to get out of her current pregnancy predicament?
Since her pregnancy is the only thing keeping her alive, Nancy's more than happy to keep the baby for now! That said, if Nancy is going to save herself from one of Esteban's hitmen before season's end, it looks like it will probably be thanks to some combination of DEA guy, Guillermo and the well-armed Mexican rebel leader (the ubiquitous and hot Kevin Alejandro) with whom Celia becomes close frienemies.

When season three of Burn Notice premieres, Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) survives his drop into the Atlantic Ocean only to end up in jail. Don't worry, this season isn't about breaking out from prison, though Michael shouldn't trust the guy (Brian Van Holt) who springs him from the slammer.

Mike's brother Nate is back in episode three, and not coincidentally so is arms-dealing baddie Jay Karnes, and Karnes is delish as a cackling villain who almost (almost!) gets the better of Mike.

BTW, creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that Famke Janssen returns for the last two eps! Remember this from season two?

We asked Annie's (Shenae Grimes) 90210 co-star Jessica Stroup that very question: "Of course it's going to change Annie inevitably. She's going to be a totally different character. I think next year is going to be amazing for her because she's going to go through a lot of changes with this character and down some really, really dark roads. I hope, at least, that it affects every one of us. I know that it's going to affect all the characters, but I hope it brings us back together at some point as a whole group."

Alicia in Sioux City, Iowa: We had to give up Showtime to save money—can you fill me in on The Tudors via spoilers until I can get the DVDs?
Damn this Great Recession! It's ruining everything. That said, Henry is at a bit of a low point now anyway, so you could probably see The Tudors season three via DVD and be fine. H8 is getting older and going through a depression. Summary: Anne of Cleves is a nervous wallflower (kudos to Joss Stone, though, for doing a great job in the part), and Katherine Howard is a total ho. Beautiful Princess Mary, on the other hand, is starting to crack up just a little bit, and that makes for great TV. We're eagerly awaiting The Tudors spinoff, Princess Wars: Mary vs. Elizabeth.

First off, you can look forward to a whole summer full of Glee scoop. Earlier this year we hit the set of Glee, where they were filming Queen's "Somebody to Love." Plus, we were at the premiere, so we're overloaded with scoop. Let's start with the fact that Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) actually takes a break from the Glee club around episode five. Lea tells us, "She won't be gone for long, that's for sure. She's still on the show, she just might take a break from the Glee club." Ausiello: The noise you're about to hear is the sound of the Whedonverse exploding. Joss confirms to me exclusively that, well, he's one step ahead of you. "If anybody thinks [bringing Summer onto Dollhouse] hasn't occurred to me already then they have not met me," he says. "I mentioned it to her before [SCC] was canceled. I was like, 'You know, we should get you in the 'house.' But first we have to come up with something that works." And casting her as a doll would not work, insists Whedon. "Summer would be perfect to play an active, but she's done that [type of role] a lot," he says. "I'd rather see her play someone who talks too much. The most fun I have is when I get somebody who's good and comfortable at doing something, and then I make them do something else. Ausiello: They're bloody fangtastic! (Never. Gets. Old.) Seriously, season 2 -- premiering June 14 -- gets off to a thrilling, gory, scary, sexy, disgusting, funny, suspenseful start. Alan Ball would drive a wooden stake through my heart if I spoiled any of the big twists (i.e. my lips are sealed about the fate of a certain flamboyant vampire blood dealer), but here are a few juicy morsels to whet your appetite:

• There are three orgies, all of them powered by Maryann's (Michelle Forbes) aphrodisiac fairy dust.
• Alexander Skarsgard's Nordic vamp has an extremely homoerotic encounter with a character who shall remain nameless. In related news, there are about two dozen gratuitous shirtless shots in the first four episodes, all of them belonging to either Mechad Brooks (Tara's new BF, Eggs) or Ryan Kwanten (Jason).
• Sookie has a very revealing conversation with a new character in episode 4.

Ausiello: The club's token gay (a.k.a. Kurt) gets a love interest in the third episode, but not one he was expecting.

Question: We're so close to the new season of Burn Notice. Can we get some info on our favorite ex-spy? --Brad
Ausiello: Next Thursday's premiere picks up right where season 2 left off: with Michael up to his neck in Atlantic Ocean. By the end of the episode, he's back in hot water. Literally. (I'm talkin' 'bout the water being on fire!)

Question: Any news on the CW drama Body Politic? Will it be picked up for mid-season? –Corinne
Ausiello: It won't. But I keep hearing rumors that one of the show's stars may find work on another high-profile CW drama. If it happens, and all of my sources insist it probably won't, it would create quite the hububaloo.

Question: Why did The CW kill the Gossip Girl spin-off? --Tammy
Ausiello: I'm told the higher-ups never embraced the whole '80s conceit. I'm also told the reason CW boss Dawn Ostroff stopped short of declaring the project dead last week was because there's a chance it could be reconceived down the road.

Question: Any Eureka scoop? --Paige
Ausiello: Three of the show's stars -- Joe Morton, Erica Cerra and Niall Matter -- have signed on to guest star on Sci Fi's new paranormal series, Warehouse 13, which debuts on July 7. Cerra and Matter will play small-town thieves who hit the jackpot thanks to a luck-inducing artifact, while Morton has been cast as a charismatic religious leader doing time in a Florida prison. Eureka, meanwhile, returns with new episodes three days later on July 10.

Question: Do you have any scoops on the new season of The Secret Life of The American Teenager? --Laura
Ausiello: I have a scoop: Brando Eaton (Mental, Bones) has been cast as Ashley's new gay sidekick, Griffin.

Ausiello: I thought I would hate it, but I didn't. It was 10 times better than the 90210 pilot, that's for sure. But I'm a sucker for murder mysteries.

Ausiello: Since it doesn't look like Brennan and Booth will be having real sex anytime soon, how about Brennan and her bisexual BFF Angela? "We've never discussed that but I wouldn't put it past [producers]," says Emily Deschanel with a chuckle. "I feel like Brennan's the type of character that if she had feelings for a woman she wouldn't question that and she'd go for it. But it would be kind of complicated with her best friend."

Dexter has found its next Big Bad.

Sources confirm to me exclusively that John Lithgow is joining the season 4 cast as Walter Simmons, an unassuming suburbanite who has been living a duel life as one of America’s most prolific and deadliest serial killers. When the mad man (who is dubbed the "Trinity Killer" because he always kills in threes) relocates to Miami, Dexter becomes obsessed (or inspired?) by his efficient killing methods and ability to evade capture for almost three decades. (This is the new antagonist role exec producer Sara Colleton teased back in April.)

Dexter's fourth season premieres on Sept. 27. Oh, almost forgot, bonus casting scoop: Keith Carradine is reprising his role as Deb's daddy figure ex, F.B.I. Special Agent Frank Lundy for multiple episodes.

Dexter - Season 4 - News

Apologies in advance for perpetuating an overused pun, but Dexter's fourth season sounds, well, killer.

When the Showtime hit returns next fall, six months will have lapsed on screen, leaving newlyweds Dexter (Michael C. Hall) and Rita (Julie Benz) the proud parents of a baby boy. "This season, we're going to deal with: Can a serial killer juggle a personal life, work, and his 'dark passenger'?" reveals executive producer Sara Colleton. "In other words, can Dexter have it all? Which is something all of us grapple with every day of our lives. So we're taking something that is a very human dilemma and putting it through the prism of Dexter's special needs."

Further complicating Dexter's intricate balancing act will be a new, as-yet-uncast male antagonist who will "cross paths with Dexter in a major, dramatic way," teases Colleton. "He will illuminate a lot about Dexter's life and force him to make some tough choices." (Word is they're looking for a "Jeff Daniels-type" to play the role.)

Meanwhile, Dex's plucky sister, Deb (played by Hall's real-life wife, Jennifer Carpenter), will unwittingly threaten to shed light on his dark secret. "All the way through the season, Deb -- in her need to know her father more -- is going to get closer and closer to figuring out who Dexter's mother was and her relationship with her father," says Colleton. So might the day come when Dex is forced to slice and dice her? "That is inconceivable to me," declares Colleton. "Deb and Dexter are the best brother-and-sister team ever." One could even call them...killer. (Sorry again!)

Ausiello: The other man currently destroying Robert and Kitty's marriage on Brothers & Sisters, Matt Letscher, has been cast as the TV exec overseeing Drama's show.

Question: Please, please, please have some good scoop for The Office. I feel like it has been forever since we have learned something new. --Matt
Ausiello: Here's what you already know: Everyone (including Amy Ryan's Holly) gathers together for Dunder Mifflin's annual company picnic. Here's what you don't know: The episode ends with a doozy of a twist, the repercussions of which will be felt well into next season.

Ausiello: Interesting choice of words. Makes me wonder what Jim Walsh is up to. I hear we may find out in the finale.

Question: You're funny! Will Luke Grimes be a regular cast member next season on Brothers & Sisters? --Henri.
Ausiello: Yes, I can confirm that I am funny. Oh, wait, that wasn't a question. My bad. Re: Grimes, I believe making him a series regular was the plan, but that may change in light of growing Ryan backlash. Personally, I have no problem with the actor. It's the way they're writing him that irks me. His creepy obsession with Rebecca was bad enough, but now he's teaming up with Holly to take down the Walkers? And the fact that the writers allowed their sharpest character -- Sarah -- to fall for it hook, line, and sinker is unforgivable. Can you tell I'm a little down on B&S these days?

Question: What is your gut feeling on Chuck's chances of renewal? --MD
Ausiello: After watching the finale, my gut feeling is that Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak left NBC with absolutely no choice but to bring it back for a third season.

Question: I'm writing you as I watch Ugly Betty film a scene outside the Woolworth Building, which doubles as Meade Publications Headquarters on the show. It looks like someone important has fallen from the building and onto a car. Who is it?! --Rachel
Ausiello: Let's ring-up executive producer Sylvio Horta and find out! (And by "ring-up" I mean conduct the interview I had previously arranged through ABC that just happened to coincide with your eyewitness report.) "Yes, someone plummets to their death in the season finale," Horta confirms. "It will play a big role in the plot."

Is there a premiere date for Season 3 of Mad Men yet? — Misti
Tell you what, I can officially narrow down the "summer" return date to early August. As with last season, don't expect tidy resolutions to the finale's cliff-hangers — e.g., Peggy's revelation to Pete, Betty's pregnancy, Joan's rape — since the show will most surely jump ahead in time again. Can you think of any 1960s historical events that might serve as a juicy metaphorical backdrop (as the Cuban Missile Crisis did in Season 2)? I can.

What ever happened to Dexter? Is there going to be a fourth season? — Rachel
Of course, he's a serial killer. Season 4 goes into production in late May/early June and will probably premiere toward the end of September. If you couldn't guess from last season's wedding finale, the next cycle focuses on Dexter as a family man: How does he balance his role as a husband and father of three with his grisly nocturnal endeavors? Most parents can't find time to catch a movie, much less mete out bloody vengeance.

Who do we have to bribe, beg or threaten over at Fringe to get Joshua Jackson more screen time? I am getting very frustrated at how little he is used in each episode. What gives? — Cheri
First of all, you have to bribe me. I like Hendrick's gin, dark chocolate, bibimbap and shiny things. Once I receive your hypothetical generous "donations," I will probably be able to tell you about a big Peter Bishop reveal in the season finale (my mole breathlessly called it "major major major" — and it is). Before then, though, we're going to get a bit more information about Olivia's twisted childhood brush with scientific testing, the unmasking of Dr. William Bell and the mysterious, robot-armed Nina Sharp. And as with most things on Fringe, these are all related developments.

Any word on when the new season of Sons of Anarchy will start? I've heard as late as October and as early as May! — Sherri
We'd bank on closer to October: The first episode of the new season's 13 episodes wraps in mid-May. And while no exact return date is set in stone, look for Henry Rollins to join the cast as a member of a rival gang (who, we hope, vents his hostility through extremely hardcore spoken-word).

When does In Plain Sight come back? Please tell me that Jinx and Brandi will be gone. — Mario
I'm sorry; I cannot tell you that, Mario. But it's a good thing that the ruesome twosome is sticking around because Mary is going to need them. She might be tough as nails, but her recent trauma will have repercussions — of the PTSD variety. But how is her erratic behavior related to those mysterious letters that she's been getting from her dad? Check out the season premiere on Sunday night (10 pm/ET, USA) to find out.

In the snipped scene, Harry Hamlin told me, "Marty happens by as Chloe is naked and wet, coming out of the water. I hand her my handkerchief and say, 'I wish this was a little bigger, but... ..' No! That would never happen! I mean, Nate and Serena would totally be the least likely couple in all of Gossip-dom, especially considering their sleazy history. It would be totally unexpected, right? Plus, when I mentioned that the producers should fix Gossip Girl by dirtying up fuzzy bunnies Serena and Nate, it's not like the powers that be were listening. Right? Right?
