 <title>Graham Tomlin speaks at the consecration of the new Bishop of Kensington</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;The new Bishop of Kensington, Paul Williams, was consecrated at St Paul’s Cathedral on the 25th March 2009.  The service was led by the Archbishop of Canterbury, assisted by the Bishop of London, the Bishop of Winchester and the Bishop of Oxford.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Graham Tomlin spoke at the service and attached is a copy of his sermon.&lt;/p&gt;
