Careers In Copywriting

The economy keeps going up and down. In most cases if you have found a new job it does not pay as much as your previous job or maybe you’re a stay at home parent trying to find a way to bring in some extra money.

A great way to bring that extra income is or replacement income is too look at careers in copywriting. I bet you would be very surprised at how many jobs actually exist and you can have this career from home or your favorite local coffee shop.

Training exists and it is not all that hard to get started if you follow the right channels from experts in the industry. The link above will take you to one of the best for getting you started. They offer training and many writing possibilities. Any questions that a person might have they will have the answer.

I know when my husband Chris was laid off a few years ago. It turned into quite a struggle for my little family. We had used to look at my income as supplemental it provided luxuries we would not have been able to afford otherwise. However my income from copywriting was so much more and it became such a blessing because it kept the lights on and put food on the table. So many people have amazing writing talents and even if you do not see yourself as an amazing writer they can help teach you the skills you need to get started.

Update On My House

I am excited we got more done on the house. In case you have missed previous posts I am going to fill you in real quick. When we moved to Minnesota from Texas for Chris's work we bought a house site unseen for $21,500 that including closing cost everything.

We were able to pull everything we had and purchase the house cash. We are trying to make all improvements with out getting a loan that takes time but we beleive it is worth it and we really help in the future.

So the last two weeks we got a new roof on the porch and it leveled we also got the new siding up. Here is the before and pictures of the house.

The projects for the next few weeks is too get the porch and trim around the house repainted, some landscaping and my sons room painted along with new stairway spindles. So I will share more pictures soon.

I think one thing I have learned in life is you never know what could happen or when it could happen. Sometimes it is something good and sometimes it is something bad. I remember when my cousin was in a horrible car accident she was injured pretty badly.

We were very fortunate though she was alive and would recover from most of her injure all though some would cause future problems for her. It was especially hard for her because she was the bread winner for her family and had two small children to provide for.

Carly's First Dance Recital

My daughter Carly had her first dance recital. It was so cute how nervous and excited she was all at the same time. She would peak from the curtain to wave at us. I can not beleive she will turn 6 in less than two weeks. She is still so tiny in fact she is the smallest in her kindergarten class as well as dance class.

I would say I took a few hundred photos Chris always laughs at me. I am in no means a pro so in my mind the more pictures I take the best chance I have of getting those look like a pro shots. Any how here is some of my favorite photos I took from the day.

I love going on a vacation. We always set it up where each person inside the family picks one special thing to do. I am not joking when I say my thing is staying in at the hotel I love everything about hotels if I could I would live in a hotel just for the Hotel Bar Supplies. I love some of the glasses they have to offer.

I love the towels the little soaps and shampoos you name it. Also I do admit I take everything with me not the towels but the soaps. My husband Chris jokes around with me it would be cheaper just to find a really good Hotel Supply Online and then I would have everything I loved at home.

He was joking but I took him serious my favorite hotel chain has some of the softest sheets and blankets and the best pillows ever so I did some search and found out about Atlanta Hotel Supply. I have got to get those pillows it was some of the best night’s sleep I had ever had and that was even with little Mister Thor climbing in the bed with us.

I mean don’t they have to throw those things out when they come in and clean the room anyways. I am just saving something from going to waste doing my green duty.
