Mission

• Ensure effective evaluation of products by the Security Lab
• Work within a team of highly skilled security experts to develop the next generation of attacks both at the hardware and software level
• Offer state of the art security evaluation services to partners and customers

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the electrical glitch laboratory :
  • Develop automated glitch fault injection solutions
  • Manage and maintain a schedule for each of the laboratory’s resources
  • Define and perform security evaluations on smartcard, chipset and other products
  • Provide timely product evaluation/characterization reports, based on internal evaluations and external partners’ feedback
  • Communicate evaluation findings and work to improve the security of Nagra and their partner’s products
  • Research new techniques and hardware to improve the laboratory’s attack capabilities
• Evaluate embedded software vulnerabilities using techniques such as logical and protocol testing
• Collaborate with team members to develop new techniques for security assessment.

 Requirements

• Master degree or equivalent in Electronics, Physics or related fields.
• 2-3 years’ experience in embedded software and / or hardware development.
• Confident around test apparatus such as oscilloscopes, millimeters, etc.
• Security background, linked to smart card experience, secure software, cryptography is a plus.
• Experience within the Pay-TV industry is a plus
• Interest in information security issues.
• Complete discretion with the ability to work with highly confidential information

• Assist and support the Information Technology teams with structuring, formulating and reviewing documentation of a Testing Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist and document a Testing Strategy for IT in collaboration with the technical document owners,
• Leverage existing documentation and materials to minimize development time,
• Develop and drive the design of a  simplified “to be” standard routine for common technical documentation,
• Planning & timelines (maintain plans according to the established methodology),

Job Description

• Technical design, development and delivery of SharePoint 2010 features, WebParts and additional components for a large distributed intranet in accordance with business needs and the development standards. Participate to the SharePoint related architecture, providing guidance and governance for the integration of third party solutions,
• Deliver best in class development solutions in accordance with business needs and development standards,
• Perform developments leveraging SharePoint 2010 on a large multi-farm environment with 250’000 users,
• Participate in business requirements sessions providing technical inputs to leverage out of the box functionalities versus custom development,
