Job Description

• Lead and support the definition of Data Archiving strategy for SAP,
• Manage projects of specific Data Archiving initiatives,
• Analyse the requests for systems updates and upgrades,
• Provide technical insight,
• Optimize and integrate Data Archiving related requests,
• Design and construct Data Archiving solution,
• Ensure a consistent best pactrice approch to SAP Data Archiving.

Profile

• Deep technical understanding of SAP Data Archiving tools (including Documentum)
• Deep understanding of SAP Data archiving methodology, Data Archiving objects, their relationship to tables and their hierarchy,
• Deep understanding of how to select and setup the most appropriate infrastructure for Data Archiving and how to make it evolve,
Ability to build and maintain an International Network of Data Archiving,
• Good project Management skills,
• English and french fluent,
• Swiss or valid working permit.

Job Description

• Sustain the Customer Direct Delivery (DD) solution by resolving incident tickets, reviewing FITGAPs, writing functional specifications, testing. Delivering first time right solutions,
• Support design/construct and enhancement of the Customer DD custom solution in a project team member capacity,
• Deliverables will include technical design, functional specifications, SD configurations, creation and maintenance of the supporting documents,
• Knowledge transfer to the implementation teams,
• Ensure that the departments are able to implement the solution in line with the solution design.

Profile

• Work experience across different SAP modules like CRM, PM, FI is a plus,
• Experience working in FMCG companies (Food and Beverage industry) is a plus,
• Strong functional and very strong technical (ABAP programming/debugging) skills in the SD module, Interfacing technologies (EDI, Idocs) and exposure and knowledge of DSD module in SAP,
• Minimum 5 years experience in design and construct of custom SAP applications in the Order-to-cash E2E or implementation experience in SAP template solutions in the Order-to-cash E2E,
• Experience with SAP Payment Card Interface to Clearing Houses and PCI compliance,
• Overall knowledge on Web Services Connectivity,
• Experience working effectively with global teams,
• Be a self learner with minimal monitoring,
• Be a team player,
• Flexibility regarding the mobility and working hours,
• Sensitivity to work in a multicultural environment,
• English and french fluent,
• Swiss or valid working permit.
