Släng i lite av dillen och rör runt. Häll i creme fraiche och vitlöksost i grytan och låt det puttra lite. Häll i kräftstjärtarna samt lite lite av spadet (INTE ALLT!) och ös i lite mer dill. Blanda runt, låt stjärtarna bli varma. Värm mjölken till max 37°. Häll över jästen. Tillsätt smör, saffran, socker, salt och mjöl. Arbeta degen smidig. Låt jäsa ca 15 min. Dela degen i två delar och kavla ut till ½–1 cm tjocka plattor. Bred ut smöret på degen och strö över mandelmassan. Rulla ihop och skär i 3–4 cm tjocka skivor. Ställ dem i 2 smorda formar ca 23 cm i diameter. Låt jäsa 20–30 min. Sätt ugnen på 200°. Smält smöret i en kastrull. Tillsätt julmust och porter och värm till fingervärme 37 grader. Häll degspadet över jästen och rör tills den är löst. Tillsätt kvarg, sirap, salt, kryddor och russin och blanda. Tillsätt större delen av mjölet. Arbeta degen kraftigt tills den blir blank och smidig. Tillsätt resten av mjölet om degen klibbar och inte släpper från bunkens kanter. Jäs degen övertäckt i ca 45 min. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Arbeta ihop degen och dela den i 2 delar. Baka ut delarna till ovala bröd och lägg dem på bakplåts papper. Täck över och låt jäsa ca 30 min. Skåra ev. bröden lätt med en vass kniv. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen ca 40 min. Rör ner äggulorna en i taget. Låt smeten svalna en kortis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rör i ev. kaffe och florsocker. Vispa grädden, inte för hårt, och rör ner den i smeten och rör till det blir jämt. Receptet innehåller "koppar" istället för dl, så använd en mindre kaffekopp. Typ Anna-koppar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recept:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 st ägg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 koppar socker&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 koppar vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 kopp vanilj yoghurt eller filmjölk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 g smält smör&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tsk bakpulver&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tsk kanel&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsk stött kardemumma (jag använder kardemumma kärnor)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vispa socker och ägg pösigt, tillsätt resterande ingredienser och använd en slickepott och rör runt.&lt;br /&gt;Lägg in i ugnen i 175 grader, ca 40 min. Madeleine kakor är dessa små söta snäckformade franska kakor som är helt ljuvliga. Konsistensen och smeten påminner väldigt mycket om en traditionell sockerkaka. Smörj formarna genom att pensla med lite smält smör. Vispa smör, socker och vaniljsocker vitt och poröst med elvisp. Tillsätt ägg, ett i taget under vispningen. Sikta ner mjölet och tillsätt citronskal. Blanda försiktigt tills allt är blandat. Lägg en liten klick av smeten i varje form. Ställ formen på ett galler och ställ in det mitt i ugnen. Den fluffiga chokladkakan och den goda krämiga glasyren och självklart kokos, är pricken över i:t, är en ren njutning. Det finns väl ingen doft som slår saffran? Första juldoften för i år. Det ska vara en bra rökig bacon sort och rårörda lingon till.
