Changes

StamPodCast 081 aired LIVE on iJoyRadio....

I talked about it a few episode back and now it's finally happening.
Last Tuesday, October the 13th, I did my first Live StamPodCast and I must say...I had a lot of fun.
Also recorded the entire show (@ a low bitrate because I did not totally understand the program) and put it on the feed as well a few days later. I started the StamPodCast as a PodCast and it will always stay a PodCast don't worry
It's taking me a little more time right now but I think in a little while I get the hang of it and it will run like a charm.
I did a total live show of 2 hours, also did My 2 other podcasts DubVibes and the XtraTranceCast, all 3 podcastsare about 40 minutes each.

More changes..

As you can see the ShowNotes are a little more simple/bare than before (time issue) I thought that you the listener just come here for the links to the artists or to subscribe to the podcast feed, so that's what you get as for now.
There will also be a link to the schedule (as soon as it's ready) so you can see when the show is live on iJoyRadio so you can listen and join me in the chatroom if you like to talk to about a band, a track or whatever.
At this moment My Podcasts are live from 5pm till 7pm Eastern standard Time, that's 23.00 till 01.00 in Europe.

This episode stampodcast, 080: thinking about doing this podcast live on iJoyradio, that would be fun, still post it on the feed of course, but doing it live seems fun, you can call in with Skype and join in the chatroom while recording and broadcasting, Ill check with the boss if it all is possible.

From the next episode on I'll be doing my PodCasts every 3 weeks, I think it will be a lot easier for me if I have a scedule to do my podcasts, so one week I'll do the StamPodCast the next week I do the XtraTranceCast and a week later I do DubVibes . Than it's time for the StamPodCast again, this way there will be a 3 week cycle, which will make things a lot easier for me.

StamPodCast 073 Second Ariel Cyber PR Episode

So finally the second ArielCyberPR episode of the StamPodCast after all the bummers I coused my self by upgrading WordPress without making a back-up, and so screwing up my whole StamPodCast website.
Luckily WordPress makes a back-up from the database automaticly, so in time, I will be restoring the old posts, but for now if your interested in the older episodes go check my page at Mevio.

This episode, like episode 072 will be all about independent artists i found through ArielPublicity a great place to find the best new artists on the net.

There are a bunch of CD's to win in this episode, all you have to do is give me the name of the singer who sings the third song of the ArielPRMix, the song is called "YouCanLeaveYourHatOn" put the name of the singer in an e-mail together with your street address. and send it to me
The first two e-mails with the right answer will get half of the stack i have CD's (about 20 in total) for free, but don't forget to put your street address in the e-mail otherwise the CD's will go to the next one.

But I also have two other tracks for you, the first one is a track from the new Ekayani and the Tom Glide Space album "Yoga on the Dancefloor" the track is called "GauraPahu" If you go to xtratrancecast.com you can listen to XtraTraxcast 004 where i did a little interview with Ekayani and Tom and I play 4 more tracks from this amazingly brilliant dance/world/reggae dub/space album.
The second track I play before we start the ArielMix is from Strive, Strive is from Chicago, brought to my attention by Dave Lindsay from GoDigital and while I was listening to the album I had a wonderful flashback or deja vu, the music and Dericks voice made me think of and remember Brian Ferry with Roxy Music, remember that band? Grand stuff.

As you can see the StamPodCast site has changed, well if you visit the site that is.

I screwed it up my self by upgrading to a newer version of WordPress without making a backup :(
So I lost some stuff WP needs to work properly, this made me decide to just start all over again.
All the older posts and episodes are still available here , I'm not ready to cut and paste it to this place, but I will in the future.
I'm still working on the lay-out but it will get there eventually.

Now I will give you not a new episode of the StamPodCast, I'm still working on that one.

What I do have for you this time is the very first Dubisode of my new podcast project called DubVibes , it's a podsafe music podcast, where I play only dub from ReggaeDub to ExperimentalDub and everything in between.

Hello and welcome to a new episode of the StamPodCast.
Marc from Nude started sending me remixes of their tracks, made by other DJ's which will be out on the forthcoming release "box of dreams" (out in April 2008). The original version is on the current release "black box", but Marc gave me permission to let you, my listeners have a pre-listen, Marc will send me a new remix every now and then.

And up till April only to be heard on the player on Marc's site and on the StamPodCast...In this episode i give you the first one I received called "Dreams" of course, and is remixed by BeatInZen.

Hey hello everybody, welcome to episode 060 of the StamPodCast, I'm just slowly recovering from the flu or some other virus, I still feel like shit but it's getting a little better every day.
It started right after the new year celebrations, maybe from all those hugs and kisses ;)

We did have a great time during X-mas actually, we worked with a little circus from Friesland called Witova and we had an excellent time, nice group of people, good show, good audience, but hard work 1 day places, meaning traveling every day, building stuff up, playing the shows, putting everything down and drive to the next town and we did that for 10 day's, like I said great fun....
But then I got sick and that sucks you know, I wanted to do so many things and all I could do was lying in bed sniffing and sweating....

Anyway I have put a few great tracks together for this episode, it is a shorter show than usual, no pictures or album art, but hey it's better than nothing right.
And there will be no CD give away party either, we safe that for better times, I did put the Nude CD's in the mail so all you lucky winners keep an eye on your mail box next week.

A little later than usual, i changed my website from Joomla to WordPress and that kept me bizzy, there is now a little player on the top each shownote, wich can open in a pop-up window. So now you can listen to the StamPodCast and surf the net at the same time, aint that great?
