Quite the meal selection for someone who just got off of Celebrity Fit Club!

Kevin Federline is looking a little more fit and trim these days, but a diet that consists of Panda Express, macaroni and cheese, and Boboli home made pizza won’t be a helping hand!

Starzlife spotted K-Fed and his girlfriend Victoria Prince as they shopped at a local Vons and picked up some Panda Express before stopping at Blockbuster to pick up some video games.

You just got back from the show, Kev.  Let’s stick to the fruits and veggies for a little bit longer!

Some things probably shouldn’t be shared between sisters, and some things shouldn’t be shared by sisters to the rest of the world, but these are the Kardashians!

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have headed back to Miami to film season two of their spin-off and Khloe is revealing some secrets from season 2!

She tells George Lopez on his late night talk show;

“You’ve got to keep it clean down there… It’s disgusting if you let it go crazy. Lamar was coming in town when he was playing the [Miami] Heat and I was trying to get a little clean. “We’re at a lingerie store, I was buying him a little present that night and [Kourtney] was like, ‘Hello, you gotta fix your situation’. And I said, ‘Well, I’m in Miami and I don’t know anyone here’.”

She explained that Kourtney offered to do the deed, and said she had experience doing it to pals in college.

“She’s 30, college was like ten years ago,” Khloe said. “Point is, she does not remember how to do it. That s**t hurt me so badly. She burned me more than helped me.”

As for how her and Lamar keep it fresh while he’s on the road with the lakers?  iChat, or…iBoning?

“I call it ‘iBoning’,” she joked. “We’re married, you’ve gotta make it fun. He’s on the road and if I’m in Miami… we still gotta see each other.”

The Kardashian’s should get their show switched to HBO so there’s no rules and we can see and hear it all!

Chad Ochocinco is about to take over your television!

Not only is he prepping for what he calls to be a long stint on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, it’s been revealed today that he will follow that up with his very own VH1 dating show called, The Tournament.

The Tournament will take Chad on a journey across the US where he goes on dates with 85 (Ocho Cinco) girls, and eliminates them one by one in the spirit of the NCAA March madness bracket.

The final date will feature the last two women, with the winner getting the prize of Chad.

The VP of original programming at VH1 had this to say about Chad; “His bigger than life personality on and off the field, and his notorious skills as a social networker, connecting daily with his fans, makes him a perfect fit for VH1.”

Chad regularly tweets at his page @OGOchocinco to his fans, some times even inviting them to dinner, the movies, and on trips!

It’s going to be the summer of cinco on reality television!  Set your DVR’s and be ready to be entertained.

No, unfortunately Heidi Montag didn’t dump Spencer Pratt as her husband, but only as her manager.

She tells the mag; , “It’s (film) is sort of like Erin Brockovich in a brothel.”

JLH is no stranger to the TV screen, her show Ghost Whisperer just hit the 100 episode mark!

Everyone is interested in the girl on girl smooch that takes place in Kristin Stewart and Dakota Fanning’s new movie, The Runaways, but Stewart recently revealed to Access Hollywood that there were some rules!

“She was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her. I’m actually not kidding, there are major restrictions that I don’t remember (from) when I was younger. I don’t want to give anything way. It’s a really passionate, hardcore scene.”

So sorry for all you pervy-pervs out there, there will be no groping!

Mena has a movie coming out some time in 2010 called You May Not Kiss the Bride, a comedy that also stars Rob Schnieder, Vinnie Jones, and Tia Carrere.

The one known only as “Lindsay” is at it again!   New details garbage have emerged in the E-Trade lawsuit case.

The New York Post has obtained documents and notes from The Grey Group, pitching the idea for the E-trade commercial.

In the documents, it shows that the baby was originally named “Deborah”

But during edits, Deborah was crossed out and replaced by “Lindsay” (Now proven to be the version with “A”, but remember there are more Lindsays in the US than Lindseys)

The term of “milkaholic” was also chosen from a list that included “gutter hound,” “fish face,” “rug burn,” and “skanky cake.”  The company obviously chose “milkaholic” as this was the most friendly to air during the superbowl.

Lindsay’s mother Dina is speaking out again over these new findings, and still dumb as a stump.  She says; “We think it’s obvious. [The notes are] horrific. This just proves our point. Oh my goodness, I can’t even read this, it’s so disgusting.”

Wouldn’t that translate to: “See, the ad is about my  gutter hound, fish faced, milkaholic,  skanky cake rug burn of a daughter, Lindsay.”

I’ve never heard Lindsay Lohan called one of those things before!

I know one thing is for sure, it’s good they changed it from Deborah to Lindsay, because Deborah Messing would have sued them for $200,000,000 dollars!
