<p>
Managing SSL certificates across multiple services can quickly become a manual headache, especially when expiration cycles start stacking up.
</p>
<p>
We’re excited to introduce support for automated custom SSL certificate updates via the Status.io Developer API.
</p>
<p>
Using the <a href="https://statusio.docs.apiary.io/#reference/admin/ssl-certificate-update" target="_blank" rel="noopener">admin/ssl_cert/update</a> endpoint, you can now programmatically upload and replace your certificate and private key. This makes it easy to integrate Status.io into your existing ACME, internal PKI, or certificate automation workflows.
</p>
<p>
No more logging into the admin portal to copy and paste certs every few months.
</p>
<p>
If you’re tracking certificate lifecycle management across your organization, this gives you a clean way to keep your status page in sync automatically.
</p>
<p>
You can find full request details in the <a href="https://statusio.docs.apiary.io/#reference/admin/ssl-certificate-update" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Developer Documentation</a>.
</p>
<p>
As always, if you have questions about implementation, our team is happy to help.</p>
