7. Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors that were and that were not selected.
8. Create project schedule.
9. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the schedule with home owner, suppliers and subcontractors for the duration of the project.
10. Assist homeowner in making selections when needed and where appropriate.
11. Meet with homeowner regularly to review proposals, invoices, schedules, project costs to date, and all other details related to the project.
12. Problem solve and offer guidance and advise as needed and necessary.
13. Schedule required final inspections.
14. Ensure all project details (punch list items) are completed.
